The embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of cigarette paper, which comprises the following steps of preparing the cigarette paper by a reconstituted tobacco technology by taking the following composition as a raw material.
The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of bamboo fiber, 0.5-2 parts of wood pulp fiber, 30-60 parts of natural plant powder, 5-10 parts of inorganic filler, 0.5-5 parts of adhesive, 0.5-5 parts of humectant and 70-250 parts of solvent, wherein the weight ratio of the bamboo fiber to the wood pulp fiber is (1-10): 1, and the natural plant powder comprises tobacco powder and/or non-tobacco plant powder.
According to the preparation method of the cigarette paper, the bamboo fiber and the wood pulp fiber are used as fiber components and are matched with the natural plant powder, so that the fiber using amount can be effectively reduced, the wood smell of the cigarette paper in the combustion or heating process is reduced, meanwhile, the natural plant powder can adsorb essence, the essence and the spice are prevented from permeating the cigarette paper, the cigarette paper has certain natural plant fragrance, and the smell of the cigarette paper in the combustion or heating process can be further improved. Through the mutual matching of the bamboo fibers, the wood pulp fibers and the natural plant powder in a certain proportion, the wood smell of the cigarette paper in the combustion or heating process can be effectively reduced on the premise of not reducing the tensile strength of the cigarette paper, and the smoking quality is improved.
The bamboo fiber is a cellulose fiber extracted from naturally growing bamboos, and is preferably prepared by adopting papermaking-grade bamboo pulp with the average polymerization degree of more than 1000 as a raw material and adopting a bamboo fiber preparation process well known to those skilled in the art.
The wood pulp fibers are typically softwood pulp fibers and/or hardwood pulp fibers, including, for example, but not limited to, aspen pulp fibers, fast-growing poplar pulp fibers, masson pine pulp fibers, larch pulp fibers, red pine pulp fibers, spruce pulp fibers, birch pulp fibers, basswood pulp fibers, eucalyptus pulp fibers, maple pulp fibers. Preferably, the wood pulp fibers are selected from one or more of masson pine pulp fibers, larch pulp fibers, spruce pulp fibers, birch pulp fibers, poplar pulp fibers and maple pulp fibers. The wood pulp fiber has the advantages of high strength, strong plasticity and the like. The addition of the wood pulp fiber is beneficial to improving the tensile strength performance of the cigarette paper.
The weight ratio of the bamboo fibers to the wood pulp fibers can be any value between (1-10): 1, and for example, includes 1, 1.

The natural plant powder in the particle size range can better adsorb the essence and the spice and prevent the essence and the spice from permeating the cigarette paper.
In some embodiments, the tobacco powder is selected from tobacco leaves and/or stems, preferably stems, which have a more porous structure and better adsorptive properties.
The non-tobacco plant powder may be selected from, but not limited to, one or more of kudzu root, chrysanthemum, jasmine, mint, dried orange peel, walnut shell, coffee, tea, agilawood, hawthorn, licorice, cocoa, agaric, lotus seed, lotus leaf, clove, apple powder, strawberry powder, pear powder, and ginger. The non-tobacco plant powder has special fragrance to improve the smell of cigarette paper during burning or heating.
In some preferred embodiments, the non-tobacco plant powder is chrysanthemum or mint, which is more effective in improving the woody odour of the cigarette paper during burning or heating.
The inorganic filler may be selected from, including but not limited to, one or more of talc, kaolin, diatomaceous earth, gypsum, barite chalk, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, magnesium carbonate, barium sulfate powder, precipitated silicates, zinc white, aluminum silicate, titanium calcium white, and calcium magnesium white.
In some preferred embodiments, the inorganic filler is calcium carbonate.
The binder may be selected from, including but not limited to, one or more of carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan, polyethylene oxide, polyvinyl alcohol, and alkali metal alginate.
