Background
At present, in the production process of the pull-up pants, a folding process is often needed, which is a necessary process before the welding of the waist of the pull-up pants, such as the Chinese patent application number: CN201910633868.8 discloses a manufacturing process of pull-up pants, which comprises the following steps: a first step of making an absorbent core; secondly, compounding the first path of non-woven fabric and the liquid-tight film to form a bottom layer material, and bonding waistline rubber bands on the bottom layer material; thirdly, compounding the absorption core with a bottom layer material; fourthly, bonding the second path of non-woven fabric with a three-dimensional enclosure, an enclosure rubber band and a plane rubber band to form a surface layer material, and compounding the surface layer material on a complex of the absorption core and the bottom layer material; fifthly, longitudinally folding to form a front piece and a back piece of the pull-up diaper; sixthly, opening the front piece and the rear piece, enlarging the distance between the front piece and the rear piece of the folded semi-finished pull-up pants, and simultaneously carrying out rolling conveying on the front piece and the rear piece; and seventhly, welding and cutting the front piece and the rear piece of the pull-up diaper to form the pull-up diaper. It has solved the technical problem that current pull-up diaper has pincher trees situation when the finished product.
In the existing folding process of the pull-up pants, the crease of the front piece and the back piece of the pull-up pants is mostly pressed, and the crease of the pull-up pants can be formed by the method, and the crease condition can also be reduced.
However, since the types of the existing absorbent cores are many, there are many structures provided on the surface of the absorbent core, and these structures are not suitable for the rolling operation, and the rolling operation on the inner surface may cause adverse effects, such as damage to a specific structure, for example, abrasion of the inner side of the pull-up pants, and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention provides a folding process for pull-up pants, which provides a folding method without rolling the inner side of the pull-up pants, and solves some technical problems of the pull-up pants not suitable for rolling the inner side.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a folding process of pull-up pants comprises the following steps:
firstly, manufacturing a pull-up diaper base material, manufacturing an absorption core body, compounding an elastic band or an elastic waistline on the base material, and compounding the absorption core body on the base material to form a continuous pull-up diaper body;
secondly, folding the middle part of the pull-up diaper body along the length direction to form a front piece and a rear piece of the pull-up diaper body, and supporting the folded pull-up diaper body by using a supporting device during folding to form an interval between the front piece and the rear piece during folding and form an arc-shaped bending state between the front piece and the rear piece;
thirdly, performing primary rolling and secondary rolling on the folded pull-up diaper body, wherein a folding forming device for realizing stable crease is arranged between the primary rolling and the secondary rolling, so that the outer side surfaces of the front piece and the rear piece are rolled, and the crease is formed between the front piece and the rear piece;
and fourthly, welding and cutting the pull-up diaper body to form the pull-up diaper.
Further, in the third step, the purpose of one rolling is to clamp the folded pull-up diaper.
Further, the folding forming device comprises a separating mechanism and a roller pressing mechanism, wherein the separating mechanism comprises a plurality of separating rollers which are arranged at intervals and used for realizing the non-contact of the front piece and the rear piece, and a plurality of pressing roller groups used for realizing the stability of the crease marks, the separating rollers comprise separating roller bodies and arc-shaped end portions arranged at the front ends of the separating roller bodies, the separating rollers can rotate relative to the pull-up trousers body, the pressing roller groups comprise pressing roller bodies arranged up and down and rolling portions arranged at the front ends of the pressing roller bodies, the pressing portions are formed in a shrinkage state by the front ends of the pressing roller bodies, each pressing roller group is located between two adjacent separating rollers on the horizontal plane, and the pressing portions can rotate relative to the pull-up trousers body.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a folding process of pull-up pants, comprising the following steps:
firstly, manufacturing a pull-up diaper base material, manufacturing an absorption core body, compounding an elastic band or an elastic waistline on the base material, and compounding the absorption core body on the base material to form a continuous pull-updiaper body 1;
secondly, folding the middle part of the pull-updiaper body 1 along the length direction to form afront piece 2 and arear piece 3 of the pull-updiaper body 1, and supporting the folded pull-updiaper body 1 by using a supportingdevice 5 during folding to enable thefront piece 2 and therear piece 3 to form an interval in the folding process and enable thefront piece 2 and therear piece 3 to form an arc-shaped bending state;
thirdly, performing primary rolling on the folded pull-updiaper body 1 by using aprimary rolling mechanism 7, performing secondary rolling by using asecondary rolling mechanism 8, and arranging afolding forming device 6 for realizing the stability of the fold 4 between the primary rolling and the secondary rolling to roll the outer side surfaces of thefront sheet 2 and theback sheet 3 so as to form the fold 4 between thefront sheet 2 and theback sheet 3;
and fourthly, welding and cutting the pull-updiaper body 1 to form the pull-up diaper.
In the third step, the purpose of one-time rolling is mainly to realize the clamping of the folded pull-up diaper.
Thefolding forming device 6 comprises a separating mechanism and a roller pressing mechanism, wherein the separating mechanism comprises a plurality of separatingrollers 61 which are arranged at intervals and used for realizing the non-contact of thefront sheet 2 and therear sheet 3, and a plurality of pressing roller groups used for realizing the stability of the crease 4, the separatingrollers 61 comprise separating roller bodies and arc-shapedend portions 62 arranged at the front ends of the separating roller bodies, the separatingrollers 61 can rotate relative to the pull-uptrousers body 1, the pressing roller groups comprise upper and lower arrangedpressing roller bodies 63 and rollingportions 64 arranged at the front ends of thepressing roller bodies 63, thepressing portions 64 are in a contraction state formed by the front ends of thepressing roller bodies 63, each pressing roller group is located between twoadjacent separating rollers 61 on the horizontal plane, and thepressing portions 64 can rotate relative to the pull-uptrousers body 1. The separatingroller 61 and/or theroller press 64 is provided with a first low-friction material layer on the circumferential outer side. Theroller pressing portion 64 is detachably provided at the front end of theroller body 63. A gap A is formed between the free end of the rollingpart 64 and the free end of the arc-shapedend part 62 in the vertical direction, the size of the gap A is 10-50mm, and the size can be adjusted according to actual needs. The existing absorption core body can be provided with grooves, holes, medicine core pieces, other substances and the like in a special structure.
