Background
The control cabinet is formed by assembling switch equipment, measuring instruments, protective electric appliances and auxiliary equipment in a closed or semi-closed metal cabinet or on a screen according to the wiring requirements of the electric appliances, and the arrangement of the control cabinet meets the requirements of normal operation of an electric power system, is convenient to overhaul and does not endanger the safety of people and surrounding equipment. In normal operation, the circuit can be switched on or off by means of a manual or automatic switch.
The existing electric appliance control cabinet is often fixedly installed on a platform or a wall surface, the position of the existing electric appliance control cabinet is not easy to change after the existing electric appliance control cabinet is fixed, and adverse effects are caused to subsequent circuit installation in the environment of a small space. And the electric appliance cabinet is easy to damage after being influenced by external fire in use, and the external environment is also influenced after the internal circuit of the electric appliance cabinet is ignited, so that the safety performance in use cannot be well guaranteed.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the electric appliance control cabinet which is good in protection performance and convenient to install.

But vertical removal's loading board is installed to the bottom of backplate, and the loading board is used for the below of the support cabinet body, and one side of backplate is connected with the screw thread seat through fixing bolt, the one end and the mounting bracket fixed connection of screw thread seat.
Optionally, one end of the side plate is connected with a second end seat, a first electric telescopic rod is horizontally arranged between the second end seat and the first end seat, and one end of the side plate, which is far away from the second end seat, is connected with a limit baffle plate for limiting the cabinet.
Optionally, a groove is formed in the top end of each side plate, a moving plate is slidably mounted in the groove, a loading cavity used for installing the first protective curtain is formed in the top of the moving plate, through holes used for moving the moving plate are formed in one opposite sides of the two side plates, one end of the moving plate penetrates through the through holes and extends to the outside, a plurality of return springs are mounted between the other end of the moving plate and the inner end of the groove, and one side of the top of the loading cavity is located in the through holes in a natural state of the return springs.

Optionally, the bottom of the second protective curtain is connected with a bottom plate, the top edge of the bottom plate is connected with a magnet plate, and the top cover is an iron plate.
Optionally, the bottom both ends of top cap horizontal end all are provided with two inner chambers, all rotate in the inner chamber in two outsides and install the pulley, all vertically install the second electric telescopic handle that is used for promoting the bottom plate in the inner chamber of two inboards.
Optionally, the linkage mechanism comprises a pull rope, the upper end of the pull rope is wound from the upper part of the pulley and connected with the top of the bottom plate, and the lower end of the pull rope is connected with the top of the first protective curtain.
Optionally, temperature sensor is all installed at the inside and outside both ends of one side door plant of the cabinet body, and temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of the environment in the use of the cabinet body.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. through setting up the mount for when the cabinet body need install the use, place on the loading board the bottom of the cabinet body, the loading board can drive cabinet body rebound to required position, and the mounting height can be free adjusts convenient and fast, need not the use of hoist and mount apparatus, saves installation cost, is fit for the installation of the interior cabinet body of little space environment. When the cabinet body moves up and down, the back side is limited by the fixing seat and the clamping plate, and the cabinet body cannot be separated from the back plate and fall off, so that the safety in the movement of the cabinet body is ensured. When the follow-up cabinet body needs to be maintained, the height of the cabinet body can be freely adjusted, and great convenience is provided for follow-up work.
2. The bottom end of theback plate 12 is provided with a verticallymovable bearing plate 14, the bearingplate 14 is used for supporting the lower part of the cabinet body 1, one side of theback plate 12 is connected with a threadedseat 27 through a fixing bolt, and one end of the threadedseat 27 is fixedly connected with the mountingframe 26.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, one end of theside plate 7 is connected with asecond end seat 13, a first electric telescopic rod 8 is horizontally arranged between thesecond end seat 13 and the first end seat 9, one end of theside plate 7, which is far away from thesecond end seat 13, is connected with alimit baffle 21 for limiting the cabinet 1, and the first electric telescopic rod 8 can drive theside plate 7 to move, so that theside plates 7 on two sides can adapt to cabinets 1 with different sizes.

As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the slidinggroove 10 is formed in the middle of one side, facing the cabinet body 1, of theback plate 12 along the height direction, the fixedseat 11 is installed inside the slidinggroove 10 through the sliding block, the top of the fixedseat 11 is provided with the clamping groove, the L-shapedclamping plate 25 is connected below one side, facing theback plate 12, of the cabinet body 1, the vertical end of the clampingplate 25 is inserted into the clamping groove, the clampingplate 25 is not easily separated from theback plate 12 after being clamped with the fixedseat 11 through the clamping groove, and the falling can be avoided in a shaking condition.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the bearingplate 14 is horizontally arranged at the bottom of theback plate 12, the top of one end of the bearingplate 14 is vertically connected with a pullingplate 15, an installation inner groove is arranged inside theback plate 12, the top of the pullingplate 15 is inserted inside the installation inner groove, the top of the pullingplate 15 is vertically connected with a drivenworm 19, aworm wheel 18 is rotatably arranged inside the installation inner groove, a drivingworm 17 is also rotatably arranged inside the installation inner groove, the bottom end of the drivingworm 17 is rotatably arranged at the upper part of the fixingplate 16, one end of the fixingplate 16 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the installation groove, theworm wheel 18 is arranged between the drivingworm 17 and the drivenworm 19, and theworm wheel 18 is meshed with the drivingworm 17 and the drivenworm 19, the drivingworm 17 rotates to drive theworm wheel 18 to rotate, and theworm wheel 18 drives the drivenworm 19 to move in the vertical direction, so that the bearingplate 14 can be driven to move up and down.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the middle end of the top of the mountingframe 26 is vertically connected with theupright rod 5, the top of theupright rod 5 is connected with thetop cover 6, thetop cover 6 is arranged in an L shape, the vertical end of thetop cover 6 is connected with theupright rod 5, the horizontal end of thetop cover 6 extends towards one side of the cabinet body 1, the top of the secondprotective curtain 29 is connected with the bottom of the horizontal end of thetop cover 6, the bottom of the horizontal end of thetop cover 6 is provided with a storage cavity for storing the secondprotective curtain 29, and thetop cover 6 facilitates the connection and storage of the secondprotective curtain 29.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the bottom of the secondprotective curtain 29 is connected with thebottom plate 28, the top edge of thebottom plate 28 is connected with the magnet plate, thetop cover 6 is an iron plate, the top of thebottom plate 28 can be fixed with thetop cover 6 through magnetic bonding of the magnet plate, and the secondprotective curtain 29 can be kept in a stable storage state when not in use.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, two inner cavities are respectively arranged at two ends of the bottom of the horizontal end of thetop cover 6, pulleys 30 are rotatably arranged in the inner cavities at two outer sides, second electrictelescopic rods 31 for pushing thebottom plate 28 are vertically arranged in the inner cavities at two inner sides, the second electrictelescopic rods 31 can push thebottom plate 28 and are separated from thetop cover 6, thepulleys 30 facilitate the change of the direction of thepull rope 3, and the friction force of thepull rope 3 is reduced.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the linkage mechanism comprises apull rope 3, the upper end of thepull rope 3 is wound from the upper part of apulley 30 and connected with the top of abottom plate 28, the lower end of thepull rope 3 is connected with the top of a firstprotective curtain 23, and when moving downwards, a secondprotective curtain 29 can pull and unfold the firstprotective curtain 23 upwards through thepull rope 3.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the temperature sensors 4 are arranged at the inner end and the outer end of a door plate at one side of the cabinet body 1, and the temperature sensors 4 are used for detecting the temperature of the environment in the use process of the cabinet body 1.
When the invention is used, the mountingframe 26 is mounted at a preset position on a wall body through the expansion bolt, and then theback plate 12 and the threadedseat 27 on the mountingframe 26 are fixedly mounted through the fixing bolt, so that theback plate 12 is kept in a vertical state.
When the cabinet body 1 needs to be installed and used, the bearingplate 14 is adjusted to descend to the lowest position, the clampingplate 25 on the side face of the cabinet body 1 is clamped with the fixingseat 11, and then the bottom end of the cabinet body 1 is placed on the bearingplate 14. The drivingworm 17 rotates to drive theworm wheel 18 to rotate, and theworm wheel 18 drives the drivenworm 19 to move in the vertical direction, so that the bearingplate 14 can be driven to move up and down. When the cabinet body 1 needs to move upwards, theloading plate 14 can drive the cabinet body 1 to move upwards to a required position through the rotation of the drivingworm 17, the installation height can be freely adjusted, the adjustment is convenient and fast, the use of hoisting equipment is not needed, the installation cost is saved, and the cabinet body 1 is suitable for installation in a small space environment. When the cabinet body 1 moves up and down, the back side is limited by the fixedseat 11 and the clampingplate 25, and the cabinet body cannot fall off theback plate 12, so that the safety of the cabinet body 1 in moving is ensured.
After the height adjustment of the cabinet body 1 is determined, the first electric telescopic rod 8 contracts to drive theside plate 7 to move towards the side of the cabinet body 1 until theside plate 7 is tightly abutted against the outer side of the cabinet body 1, and one side of themovable plate 20 is pressed by the cabinet body 1. The movingplate 20 is pressed to move toward the inside of the groove, and one side of theloading chamber 22 is exposed from the through hole, so that the firstprotective curtain 23 can move up and down freely without being shielded by the through hole. The movingplate 20 presses thereturn spring 24 after being pressed, and then thereturn spring 24 can play a role in buffering in work, so that the cabinet body 1 is not easy to damage after being impacted by the outside.
When the cabinet body 1 is installed with the line connection of external electrical equipment, for the line connection is more convenient, can promote the cabinet body 1 to drive thebackplate 12 and rotate the slope through fixing bolt when the installation, adapt to different installation demands, provide better convenience for the installation.
In the normal use process of the cabinet body 1, the temperature sensor 4 detects the working temperature of the internal and external environments of the cabinet body 1. If the inside of the cabinet body 1 or external environment conflagration breaks out, after the temperature that temperature sensor 4 detected was higher than predetermined temperature, the flexible end of the flexible downward extension of second electrictelescopic handle 31 of predetermined PLC control system control promotedbottom plate 28, and then madebottom plate 28 andtop cap 6 break away from, moves down under the effect of gravity, andsecond protection curtain 29 expandes under the pulling ofbottom plate 28. The operation of the second electrictelescopic rod 31 controlled by the PLC control system and the application of the temperature sensor 4 are both matched and used in the prior art, and are installation and application of the existing instruments. When thebottom plate 28 moves downward, the pullingrope 3 is pulled, and the bottom end of the pullingrope 3 moves upward to pull and unfold thefirst protection curtain 23 upward. Finally, the firstprotective curtain 23 and the secondprotective curtain 29 can be unfolded outside the cabinet 1 to insulate the environment outside the cabinet 1. The outside flame is difficult for causing the damage to the cabinet body 1, and the influence also is difficult for causing external environment to the internal portion conflagration taking place of cabinet 1, and the performance of safety obtains very big promotion, and can protect automatically, need not the staff and carry out manual operation for the protection is timely high-efficient more.
When the worker overhauls, the firstprotective curtain 23 may be pulled downward until thebottom plate 28 is in contact with the bottom of thetop cover 6 and is fixed by magnetic adhesion. The firstprotective curtain 23 is folded inside theloading chamber 22 and the secondprotective curtain 29 inside theroof 6, both protective curtains being subsequently reusable without damage. And when the follow-up cabinet body 1 needs to be maintained, the height of the cabinet body 1 can be freely adjusted, so that great convenience is provided for follow-up work.
