Furthermore, in the real-time monitoring system for the equipment in the power environment of the machine room, the linkage between the equipment can be set at will, when a fire alarm or other alarm conditions are detected, the equipment linkage module is linked with the camera to rotate to a relevant position and start to record video, and transmits a signal to the driving device, and the driving device executes driving action, for example, the driving device opens all doors, so that people can conveniently escape.

The video monitoring module mainly comprises a real-time video module, a video playback module and a video polling module, wherein in a display page, a real-time video window, a video playback window and a video polling window are seamlessly embedded in the page as controls, and the video monitoring module defines the number, the placement position, the window size and the player interface of the video windows by self.
In the real-time monitoring system for the power environment equipment of the machine room, the linkage between the equipment can be set at will, when a fire alarm or other alarm conditions are detected, the equipment linkage module is linked with the camera to rotate to a relevant position, the camera starts to record video, signals are transmitted to the driving device, the driving device executes driving action, and if the driving device opens all doors, people can conveniently escape.

As shown in fig. 2, factors such as actual usage environment, cost, portability and the like are considered comprehensively, and finally, the SQL Server/Access of microsoft corporation is selected as the data platform; the operating system adopts a Windows system of Microsoft corporation; foreground application computer room configuration software is developed by adopting Visual C #; the network data communication adopts TCP/IP protocol.
The working process is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, the state parameters of each environment device are introduced into the serial server by using the network cable, then are merged into the RS485 bus, and then are accessed into the device driver board of the monitoring host, and finally, the device state data image is displayed on the monitor after data processing, if the device is abnormal, a voice alarm is given out to remind the worker.
As shown in fig. 3, a system for monitoring power environment of a dispatching automation machine room can perform centralized monitoring and management on the following devices, including: the system comprises a UPS system, a precise air conditioning system, a fire protection monitoring system, a temperature and humidity monitoring system, a power distribution system, a video screen monitoring system, an entrance guard system, a water leakage monitoring system, a fresh air machine monitoring system and the like.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 4, the dispatching automation power room is equipped with a UPS, and since the UPS is provided with an RS232 communication interface, the UPS can transmit signals remotely after being converted by RS232/RS 485. The system monitors the running states of various parts such as a rectifier, an inverter, a battery, a bypass, a load and the like in the UPS in real time, monitors various parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, power and the like of the UPS in real time, and has intuitive graphical interface display. Once some parts are failed, the parts are switched to relevant pictures automatically, the out-of-limit parameters are changed in color, and corresponding processing prompts are provided along with alarm sound, and telephone voice or short message notification can be set according to needs. For important parameters, curve records can be made, curves in one year can be inquired, and the maximum value and the minimum value of a selected day can be displayed, so that managers can comprehensively know the condition of the UPS.

As shown in fig. 5, the dispatching automation machine room is equipped with a precision air conditioner, and through an intelligent communication interface and a communication protocol of the air conditioner, the system can comprehensively diagnose the operation condition of the air conditioner in real time, monitor the operation states and parameters of various parts (such as a compressor, a fan, a heater, a humidifier, a dehumidifier, a filter screen and the like) of the air conditioner, modify the setting parameters (such as temperature, humidity, upper and lower temperature limits, upper and lower humidity limits and the like) of the air conditioner on the system through software, and realize the remote on-off of the air conditioner. Once the system monitors that an alarm or a parameter is out of limit, the system automatically switches to a relevant operation picture. The out-of-limit parameters will change color accompanied by an alarm sound and related processing prompts. Important parameters can be recorded by a curve, and operation and maintenance personnel can visually see the operation quality of the air conditioning unit through the curve recording; even if the air conditioning unit has a tiny fault, the air conditioning unit can also be detected by the system, and steps are taken in time to prevent the air conditioning unit from being further damaged.

As shown in fig. 6, the heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system is adopted for fire control in the dispatching automation machine room, and the system is a modern intelligent automatic fire extinguishing device integrating gas body fire extinguishing, automatic control and fire detection, and comprises a storage bottle group, a storage bottle group frame, a liquid flow one-way valve, a collecting pipe, a selection valve, a tee joint, a reducing tee joint, an elbow, a reducing elbow, a flange, a safety valve, a pressure signal transmitter, a pipe network, a nozzle, a medicament, a fire detector, a controller, an acousto-optic alarm, an alarm bell, an air release indicator lamp, an emergency start/stop button and the like.
The management process comprises the following steps: the alarm signal given by the fire control box sends the dry junction change signal on the fire control controller to the monitoring host through the 8052 switching value data acquisition module, so that the fire condition in the machine room is monitored in real time, and the fire control working state can be determined even if the fire control system is unattended. As shown in fig. 7, since the automation systems in the machine room are all composed of relatively precise devices, the normal operation of the automation systems has relatively high requirements on the environmental temperature and humidity, and the condition of the machine room environment is very important for fully playing the performance of the automation systems, prolonging the service life of the machines, and ensuring the data security and accuracy. Therefore, the temperature and humidity of the machine room must be controlled within the range required by the equipment according to relevant regulations.
The dispatching automation machine room has a large area, and due to the influence of airflow and equipment distribution, temperature and humidity values are greatly different, so that the requirement of safety management of the machine room cannot be met only by knowing the temperature and humidity values of the machine room according to return air parameters of a precision air conditioner; therefore, the temperature and humidity sensor is additionally arranged, the real-time temperature and humidity of a local comparison area in the machine room are collected, the accurate actual temperature and humidity value of the key position of the machine room is provided, and operation and maintenance personnel can conveniently know the actual temperature and humidity value of each point of the machine room.
The temperature and humidity detection device is arranged in the machine room, once the temperature and humidity value is found to be out of limit, the alarm is started immediately, a manager is reminded to adjust the working setting value of the air conditioner in time or adjust the equipment distribution condition in the machine room, and the system can also automatically adjust the working setting value of the air conditioner. In addition, the curve under the system record can be referred by operation and maintenance personnel to conveniently adjust in due time according to the temperature and humidity conditions of each local season, timely prevent unnecessary equipment damage caused by temperature and humidity quality, easily find the problem according to the historical curve after the problem occurs, and conveniently solve the problem.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 8, the dispatching automation equipment room is arranged in four rows, each row of equipment cabinet is provided with a power supply row head cabinet, an inlet electric quantity monitor or a voltage current sensor and an analog quantity module are adopted in the dispatching automation equipment room to form a power distribution parameter monitoring system, and the electric quantity instrument is an intelligent instrument integrating parameters such as three-phase voltage, phase current, line voltage, line current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, frequency, power factor and electric power. The watch band has an alarm function and an intelligent communication interface, can be connected with a computer, and sends acquired parameters to the computer, so that operation and maintenance personnel can read the current and voltage of power distribution very conveniently and know the power supply quality. The corresponding parameters are stored with historical curves, and a historical curve menu hung under the parameters can be clicked to enter a historical curve graph. The problem caused by the power supply problem of the machine room can be analyzed through the historical curves of the electric meter and the UPS to find out the fault reason, and even prevent a plurality of faults. If a certain parameter exceeds the set range, the system sends out a voice alarm, the state indicator lamp alternately flickers to display an alarm, which parameter is out of limit can be seen in the event window, the event is double-clicked, and the display interface is automatically switched to a corresponding picture.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the system integrates five-channel video monitoring, which adopts an h.264 video compression mode and integrates multi-picture browsing, video playback, video remote transmission, alarm triggering, video control and device linkage.
In a display page, a real-time video window, a video playback window and a dome camera control window are seamlessly embedded in the page as controls, so that a user can define the number, the placement position, the window size, the player interface and the like of the video windows by himself, and the personalized requirements of different users are met.
The system has rich alarm linkage function, and the video system can be triggered by external input signals, such as a dual-technology probe and a door magnet, or by a self-supported 'mobile alarm' function. The video recording time interval can be set by a user, and any video can be remotely transmitted. Once the video gives an alarm, the mobile phone can make a call and send a short message, and can also be linked with other equipment to output a corresponding control signal.

As shown in fig. 10, for safety, the design of the silvery ground-dispatching automatic machine room access control system adopts a structure that the control and the card reading are separated, a card reader is installed outside the door, and an access control system controller is installed at a hidden place in the room, so that the access control system can prevent someone from being damaged and illegally intruding through technical means. The access control system performs real-time monitoring (two doors can be opened or closed by the instruction sent by the computer, and the states of all the doors can be checked in real time), data processing, query, report output and the like with the computer through the communication adapter (RS 485).
Personnel management: the operation and maintenance manager can establish an employee database according to roles through a computer, such as: the automatic operation and maintenance management personnel, the automatic operation and maintenance staff and the like regularly or in real time collect the data of each door, and simultaneously collect, inquire, classify, print and the like according to roles; in addition, various parameters of the host computer can be set by the computer.
Card swiping recording: when people enter/exit, people need to hold a card and read the card before the card reader, after the card reader reads information, the information is transmitted to the host computer, the host computer firstly judges whether the information is legal, if the information is legal, the host computer sends out a door opening instruction, otherwise, the host computer does not send out the door opening instruction and can send out an alarm; meanwhile, the host can store data such as card swiping information, date, time and the like for inquiry or directly transmit the data to a computer for processing.
And (3) real-time monitoring: the working state of each gateway can be reflected in real time through the control center computer. Such as door opening and closing, personnel entering and exiting door areas, legal states, states of anti-theft monitoring points and the like, thereby realizing the safety precaution requirements of the machine room.
Multilevel management: the system can conveniently realize the multi-level management function, and operation and maintenance managers can set the access authority, the time range, the holiday limit and the like of each card (namely each person) through a computer; such as: the high-grade manager can get in and out any door at any time, and the outside maintenance personnel can only get in and out all doors during the working hours, and can not get in and out beyond the working hours, and various authorities can be freely set according to requirements.

Water leakage monitoring management

The system automatically informs automatic operation and maintenance personnel to process in time in a short message mode, a field voice alarm mode and other modes once the system detects that the running state of the fresh air fan is abnormal, and simultaneously records fault occurrence time in a database so as to be convenient for query; in addition, the remote switch control of the fresh air fan system is implemented by utilizing the relay exit module.
