In addition, the production cost is low and the investment is small. There are however also significant disadvantages: the plate trailer is slow in moving speed and poor in maneuverability, the highest design hourly speed is generally 5-7KM/H, the plate trailer is used for transportation when the plate trailer is used for long-distance movement, a road between mountains is usually narrow, the plate trailer usually needs to be turned around when the plate trailer is driven to a wide area at the end of the road, the plate trailer is quite inconvenient to move, the construction cost is greatly increased, and the construction efficiency is reduced.

Furthermore, the front axle support is hinged with the frame through a support pin shaft, and two ends of the front axle push-pull oil cylinder are respectively hinged with the front axle support and the frame through an oil cylinder pin shaft; the rear axle support is hinged with the frame through a support pin shaft, and two ends of the rear axle push-pull oil cylinder are hinged with the rear axle support and the frame through oil cylinder pin shafts respectively.
Further, the wheel-type traveling mechanism is a front-drive traveling mechanism or a rear-drive traveling mechanism driven by a wheel-type hydraulic traveling motor.
Further, the wheel type traveling mechanism is a rear-drive type traveling mechanism driven by a wheel type hydraulic traveling motor, and the wheel type hydraulic traveling motor is in transmission connection with a gearbox fixed on the rear axle assembly.

Further, the front axle assembly is connected with the front axle bracket through a suspension assembly; the rear axle assembly is connected with the rear axle bracket through a connecting bolt.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1-10, the wheel-track dual-purpose multifunctional belt opener of the embodiment includes a frame 5, a track traveling chassis 4 and a wheel type traveling mechanism, wherein the track traveling chassis 4 is driven and controlled by hydraulic pressure; the wheel type travelling mechanism comprises a front axle assembly 1, afront axle support 2, a front axle push-pull oil cylinder 3, arear axle assembly 8, a rear axle support 7 and a rear axle push-pull oil cylinder 6, wherein the front axle assembly 1 is assembled with a vehicle frame 5 through thefront axle support 2 and is driven to lift or descend through the front axle push-pull oil cylinder 3, and therear axle assembly 8 is assembled with the vehicle frame through the rear axle support 7 and is driven to lift or descend through the rear axle push-pull oil cylinder 6.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, thefront axle bracket 2 is hinged to the frame 5 through a bracket pin, and two ends of the front axle push-pull oil cylinder 3 are hinged to thefront axle bracket 2 and the frame 5 through oil cylinder pins respectively; the rear axle support 7 is hinged with the frame through a support pin shaft, and two ends of the rear axle push-pull oil cylinder 6 are respectively hinged with the rear axle support 7 and the frame 5 through an oil cylinder pin shaft. Preferably, in order to improve the reasonableness of the layout and assembly, the front end and the rear end of the frame are integrally provided with connecting seats; the front axle support is hinged with the corresponding connecting seat through a support pin shaft, and two ends of the front axle push-pull oil cylinder are respectively hinged with the front axle support and the corresponding connecting seat through an oil cylinder pin shaft; the rear axle support is hinged with the corresponding connecting seat through a support pin shaft, and two ends of the rear axle push-pull oil cylinder are hinged with the rear axle support and the corresponding connecting seat through an oil cylinder pin shaft respectively.
The wheel type traveling mechanism is a front-drive traveling mechanism or a rear-drive traveling mechanism driven by a wheel typehydraulic traveling motor 16; in this embodiment, the wheel type traveling mechanism adopts a design of front axle steering and rear axle driving, the wheel type traveling mechanism is a rear drive type traveling mechanism driven by a wheel typehydraulic traveling motor 16, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, and the wheel typehydraulic traveling motor 16 is in transmission connection with atransmission case 17 fixed on therear axle assembly 8. The rear axle support 7 is provided with a protective cover 9 which can protect the wheel type hydraulic walking motor.
The wheel type travelling mechanism is a hydraulic braking type travelling mechanism, namely, wet braking and parking are realized by controlling the front axle and the rear axle through hydraulic pressure and a pedal valve.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the front axle assembly 1 is connected to thefront axle bracket 2 via asuspension component 14; as shown in fig. 6 and 7, therear axle assembly 8 is connected to the rear axle bracket by a connectingbolt 15.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the frame 5 integrates a belt openermain body 18 and a workingarm assembly 19, and the end of the working arm assembly is equipped with aworking device 20, and the working device is one or more of a hammer tooth belt opener head, a hydraulic shear, a breaking hammer, a hydraulic clamp, a hydraulic pushing tooth and a bucket. So as to realize shearing, impact crushing, grabbing and cutting of barren grass and shrubs, and simultaneously has the functions of the medium-sized excavator, thereby meeting the construction requirements of wider application fields.

As a further improvement to the above technical solution, as shown in fig. 4 and 8, an elastic buffer reset component is provided between both sides of thefront axle bracket 2 and the corresponding sides of the front axle assembly 1, the elastic buffer reset component includes areset tension spring 11, alimiting plate 13 and acushion pad 12, both ends of the reset tension spring are respectively connected with the front axle bracket and anear seat 10 on the front axle assembly, and the limiting plate and the cushion pad are respectively disposed at the bottom of the front axle bracket and at the top of the front axle assembly. As shown in FIG. 8, when the vehicle is switched to the crawler traveling mode, the front axle assembly in the suspension state can sway left and right due to jolt and unevenness of the road surface, and the spring buffering and resetting assembly can buffer and sway, so that the stability is further improved.
