Enema deviceTechnical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of intestinal tract lavage equipment, and particularly relates to an enema device.
Background
In colorectal surgery, a stoma is made in the small intestine to discharge stool in order to facilitate postoperative recovery of the colorectal. After the colorectal recovery (generally, half to one year after the operation), the stoma reduction operation is needed, and the continuity of the intestinal tract is recovered, so that the normal defecation through the anus is realized. Before performing stoma reduction, it is important to perform a stoma enema to prepare the intestine sufficiently. The existing clystering operation mainly utilizes a water injection pipe to be directly inserted into the intestinal canal from a stoma for water injection and lavage. In actual operation, because the long-term spacious useless usefulness of putting of the intestinal of stoma distal end, the intestinal intracavity is narrow because of having a large amount of mucus adhesion, and the resistance is big when the water injection pipe that the lavage was used impels in the intestinal, sometimes can't insert thoroughly even to can't guarantee abundant lavage intestinal. Moreover, intestinal obstruction and anastomotic fistula frequently occur in the intestinal tract after the stoma reduction operation is performed, and the normal life of the patient is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an enema device to solve the problem that intestinal tracts which are used for a long time in the prior art cannot be fully irrigated.
In order to achieve the purpose, the basic scheme of the invention provides an enema device, which comprises a water injection pipe, wherein a water outlet is formed in an insertion section of the water injection pipe, a peristaltic member for making intestinal tracts wriggle is arranged on the insertion section and positioned on the front side of the water outlet, and a control member is connected to the peristaltic member.
The principle and the beneficial effect of the basic scheme are as follows: the front side of the water outlet refers to the side of the water injection pipe which enters the intestinal tract before the water outlet in the process of inserting the water injection pipe into the intestinal tract. The peristaltic piece is controlled to creep in the intestinal tract by operating the control piece, the space of the intestinal cavity of the intestinal tract section opposite to the peristaltic piece is increased when the intestinal tract fluctuates in a peristaltic manner, so that water injected by the water injection pipe can be used for fully irrigating the intestinal tract, and the water injection pipe can be pushed into the intestinal tract after the space of the intestinal cavity is increased, so that the intestinal tract irrigation quality is improved; simultaneously, the peristaltic of peristaltic piece formation is undulant to the intestinal, is favorable to taking exercise the peristaltic function of the intestinal of spacious useless usefulness for a long time to be favorable to reducing the condition emergence of ileus, anastomotic stoma fistula when the intestinal resumes normal use, be favorable to patient to resume normal life fast.
Further, the peristalsis part comprises at least two flexible bags, the control part comprises pump structures which correspond to the flexible bags one to one, and the pump structures are communicated with the flexible bags through guide pipes, so that a sealed space is formed by the pump structures, the flexible bags and the guide pipes. The flexible bag is easy to manufacture, and cost control is facilitated; when the pump structure operates, the flexible bag expands and expands the intestinal tract to support when gas or liquid in the pump structure enters into the flexible bag through the conduit, then the gas or liquid suction in the flexible bag can be realized through the pump structure and the conduit again to make the flexible bag shrink, and the peristalsis of the intestinal tract can be simulated through controlling the continuous sequential expansion and contraction of all the flexible bags, so that the peristalsis of the intestinal tract can be controlled conveniently through the control part.
Further, the peristaltic comprises four flexible bladders, the control member also comprises four pump structures, and the four pump structures are arranged side by side. By adopting the arrangement mode, the pump structure connected with the four flexible bags can be operated simultaneously by conveniently utilizing the other four fingers except the thumb of a single hand, thereby facilitating the operation and being beneficial to improving the lavage efficiency.
Further, the pump structure includes the pump chamber, and sealed sliding connection has the piston in the pump chamber, be connected with the piston rod that stretches out the pump chamber on the piston, the structural elastic component that makes the piston reset that is provided with of pump. By adopting the arrangement mode, the piston of the pump structure is reset under the action of the elastic piece after gas or liquid is injected into the flexible bag and the gas or liquid in the flexible bag is sucked out, so that the operation of the pump structure is simplified.
Furthermore, a check piece is fixedly arranged on the rear side of the water outlet. The rear side of the water outlet refers to the side of the water inlet pipe which enters the intestinal tract from the water outlet in the process of inserting the water injection pipe into the intestinal tract. By adopting the arrangement mode, the non-return piece has a blocking effect on the water entering the intestinal canal when flowing along the opposite direction of the insertion direction of the water injection pipe, thereby avoiding the water in the intestinal canal from overflowing the human body to pollute the clothes of patients and medical staff.
Furthermore, the check piece is of an elastic sac-shaped structure, and an operating piece for controlling the expansion and contraction of the check piece is connected to the check piece. By adopting the arrangement mode, the check piece is convenient to contract and expand under the action of the operating piece, so that the volume of the check piece is convenient to adjust, and the check piece is guaranteed to block water flow.
Further, the outside cover of water injection pipe is equipped with the sleeve pipe, and the pipe is located between water injection pipe and the sleeve pipe. By adopting the arrangement mode, the water injection pipe and all the guide pipes are wrapped by the sleeve, when the water injection pipe is inserted into the intestinal tract, the sleeve is mainly contacted with the intestinal tract, so that the intestinal tract is prevented from being contacted with the water injection pipe and the guide pipes, thereby preventing sundries in the intestinal tract from being attached to the guide pipes and the water injection pipe, and further reducing the cleaning burden of the device after the enema operation. Meanwhile, the catheter, the water injection pipe and the sleeve are mutually supported, so that the rigidity of the sleeve is improved, and the sleeve can drive the catheter and the water injection pipe to be pushed in the intestinal tract better.
