Background
In the course of radiotherapy, many patients are encountered, and due to special situations such as weakness, limitation of vocal organs, or weakened upper limb functions, the patients cannot express their own intention through voice, language, upper limb movement and the like as normal people. And lead doors are mostly adopted for radiation, if a patient needs or is uncomfortable, the patient can only do actions or call for help, but the radian of the mouth opening bar is very small, and the movement space of the upper limbs is limited, so that people outside cannot timely know the conditions inside. In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a head radiation therapy patient early warning system, in which a patient can give an alarm by the movement of the head, so as to remind a medical staff to take corresponding measures to help the patient with difficulty in expressing or disorder in the upper limbs or mouth.

the invention relates to a head radiotherapy patient early warning system, which comprises a bed body, a head supporting system arranged at one end of the bed body, a computer and an alarm prompting system arranged above the bed body; the head support system is used for supporting the head of a patient and comprises a plurality of support blocks, the support blocks form a support surface for supporting the head of the patient, the bottom of each support block is connected with a pressure detection device, the pressure detection devices are connected to a computer, the computer is used for receiving pressure output signals, the computer compares the maximum values of the pressure output signals of the support plates, and the alarm prompt system gives out voice alarm and displays the exhalation content.
Furthermore, the supporting blocks comprise a middle supporting block, a first supporting block, a second supporting block, a third supporting block and a fourth supporting block, the first supporting block, the second supporting block, the third supporting block and the fourth supporting block are uniformly distributed at four corners of the middle supporting block, and the second supporting block and the third supporting block face one side of the body of the patient.
Furthermore, a spherical supporting surface is formed among the middle supporting block, the first supporting block, the second supporting block, the third supporting block and the fourth supporting block, and the middle supporting block is located at the lowest position.
Furthermore, through grooves are formed in the second supporting block and the third supporting block, and neck positioning grooves used for positioning the neck of a patient are formed in the through grooves of the second supporting block and the third supporting block.

Further, the pressure detection device comprises an inner rod, an outer rod, a first spring, a flexible pressure sensor and a second spring, wherein the upper end of the inner rod is connected to the supporting block, the lower end of the inner rod is arranged in the outer rod in a sliding mode, the first spring is arranged between the inner rod and the outer rod, the first spring is sleeved on the outer side of the inner rod, the outer rod is fixedly connected with the movable plate, the flexible pressure sensor is located at the bottom of the inner side of the outer rod, and the second spring is arranged at the bottom of the flexible pressure sensor.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the head radiotherapy patient early warning system comprises a plurality of supporting blocks, wherein the supporting blocks form a supporting surface for supporting the head of a patient, the bottom of each supporting block is connected with a pressure detection device, the computer outputs the maximum value of a signal by comparing the pressure at each supporting plate, and the alarm prompting system carries out voice alarm and displays the content of the exhaled air. Therefore, patients can output wanted signals through the supporting blocks, the wanted signals are confirmed through the alarm prompt system, and the alarm prompt system prompts and gives an alarm, so that medical personnel can be reminded to take corresponding measures, and the patients with difficult expression or obstacle expression on upper limbs or mouth parts can be helped.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the early warning system for head radiotherapy patients of the present invention comprises a bed body 1, a head support system 2 disposed at one end of the bed body 1, a computer, and analarm prompt system 3 disposed above the bed body 1, wherein the bed body 1 is used for supporting the whole body of a patient, and thealarm prompt system 3 is supported by the bed body 1 and can move integrally with the bed body 1. Specifically, the head support system 2 is used for supporting the head of a patient, the head support system 2 comprises a plurality of support blocks, the support blocks form a support surface for supporting the head of the patient, the bottom of each support block is connected with a pressure detection device 27, the pressure detection devices 27 are connected to a computer, the computer is used for receiving pressure output signals, each support block corresponds to a different alarm prompt signal, the computer compares the maximum values of the pressure output signals of the support blocks, and the alarmprompt system 3 performs voice alarm and displays the exhalation content.
According to the head radiotherapy patient early warning system, a plurality of supporting blocks form a supporting surface for supporting the head of a patient, the bottom of each supporting block is connected with a pressure detection device 27, the computer compares the maximum value of pressure output signals at the supporting plates, and thealarm prompting system 3 conducts voice alarm and displays the calling content. Therefore, patients can output own wanted signals through the supporting blocks, the signals are confirmed through thealarm prompting system 3, and thealarm prompting system 3 is used for prompting and alarming, so that medical personnel can be reminded to take corresponding measures to help patients with difficult expression or obstacle expression on upper limbs or mouth parts.
In this embodiment, the plurality of supporting blocks include amiddle supporting block 25, a first supportingblock 21, a second supportingblock 22, a third supportingblock 23 and a fourth supportingblock 24, the middle supportingblock 25 is located in the middle of the first supportingblock 21, the second supportingblock 22, the third supportingblock 23 and the fourth supportingblock 24, the first supportingblock 21, the second supportingblock 22, the third supportingblock 23 and the fourth supportingblock 24 are uniformly distributed at four corners of themiddle supporting block 25, rounded corners are formed on the outer sides of the first supportingblock 22, and the third supportingblock 23 and the second supportingblock 22 face one side of the body of the patient.

Because the adjustment of the head position of the patient after lying down will be inconvenient, therefore, the head support system 2 can be adjusted in a manner of thegear 44 and the rack 43, specifically, during the adjustment of the longitudinal position, thegear 44 drives the rack 43 to move through rotation, so that the moving plate 41 can move along the longitudinal direction of the bed body 1, the head support system 2 can be finely adjusted at the longitudinal position, the position of the head support system is more matched with the head position of the patient, more adjustments are not needed for the patient, of course, the control button of themotor 45 can be arranged at the hand position of the patient, and the adjustment is convenient.
In this embodiment,gear 44 isspur gear 44, lateral displacement adjustment system 5 includes electronic jar, one section of electronic jar is connected with movable plate 41, the other end and the interior wall connection who indulges groove 6, during the lateral position adjustment, electronic jar starts for movable plate 41 can be along the horizontal round trip movement of the bed body 1, can finely tune head braced system 2 in horizontal position like this, make the head position that its position more matees the disease, do not need the disease to do more adjustments again, of course, the control button of electronic jar is similar withmotor 45, can set up the hand position department at the disease, conveniently adjust.
In this embodiment, the pressure detection device 27 includes aninner rod 271, anouter rod 272, afirst spring 273, aflexible pressure sensor 274, and asecond spring 275, the upper end of theinner rod 271 is connected to the support block, the lower end of theinner rod 271 is slidably disposed in theouter rod 272, thefirst spring 273 is disposed between theinner rod 271 and theouter rod 272, thefirst spring 273 is sleeved on the outer side of theinner rod 271, theouter rod 272 is fixedly connected to the moving plate 41, theflexible pressure sensor 274 is located at the bottom of the inner side of theouter rod 272, and thesecond spring 275 is disposed at the bottom of theflexible pressure sensor 274.
In this embodiment, theinner rod 271 is hinged to the support block and fixed to the support block by thefirst locking member 276, so that the support angle of the support block can be simply adjusted to meet the needs of the patient.
In this embodiment, the surface of the support block is provided with an elastic layer 7 to increase the comfort of the patient's head support.
In this embodiment, thealarm prompt system 3 includes adisplay screen 31, arotating shaft 32, a slidingseat 33, an arc-shapedsliding ring 34, asliding rod 35 and asecond locking member 36, thedisplay screen 31 is connected to the slidingseat 33 through the rotatingshaft 32, thedisplay screen 31 can rotate around the axial direction of the rotatingshaft 32, the slidingseat 33 is slidably disposed at the outer side of the arc-shapedsliding ring 34, both ends of the arc-shapedsliding ring 34 are connected with thesliding rod 35, the outer side of the bed body 1 is provided with a sliding groove 37 matched with thesliding rod 35, thesliding rod 35 can slide along the longitudinal direction of the bed body 1, thesliding rod 35 and the bed body 1 are fixed through thesecond locking member 36, thedisplay screen 31 can slide along the arc-shapedsliding ring 34, and by rotating the position thereof, when a patient lies on the side, the plane orientation of thedisplay screen 31 can be adjusted, so that the display screen aligns to the face of the patient, and the use is more convenient.
In this embodiment, thethrough groove 26 is formed by a downward recessed area of the baffle, the baffle is disposed on the opposite sides of the second supportingblock 22 and the third supportingblock 23, taking the second supportingblock 22 as an example, one side of the baffle is hinged to the second supportingblock 22, and the baffle and the second supporting block are connected by a reset torsion spring. The bottom of baffle is provided with neck pillow 8, and when patient's neck was used, patient's neck supported through the baffle and pressed neck pillow 8, made it more comfortable.
