Detailed Description
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a device for removing dust and absorbing dust for a pipeline includes a sensing device (1), a moving device (2), an inner wall cleaning device (3), a corner cleaning device (4), a main body (5), and a dust absorbing device (6), wherein the head of the main body (5) is connected to the bottom surface of a base (10), the top surface of the base (10) is connected to the sensing device (1), the tail of the main body (5) is connected to the dust absorbing device (6), the bottom of the main body (5) is connected to the moving device (2), the inner wall cleaning device (3) and the corner cleaning device (4) are respectively connected to the outer wall of the main body (5), and a control system and a power system are arranged in the main body (5). The number of the mobile devices (2) is at least two.
In the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a device for removing dust and absorbing dust for a pipeline, the corner cleaning device (4) comprises a cleaning head (4.1) and third cylinders (4.2), the four third cylinders (4.2) are symmetrically hinged on the left side and the right side of the outer wall of the main body (5), the four third cylinders (4.2) are respectively perpendicular to the main body (5) or the outer wall of the main body (5), the outer side of the third cylinders (4.2) is hinged with the cleaning head (4.1), the cleaning head (4.1) has at least one cleaning top angle (4.14), and the cleaning top angle (4.14) is in angular contact with one of the four corners of the inner wall of the ventilation pipeline. The cleaning head (4.1) is made of flexible material. The four third cylinders (4.2) can adjust the included angles between each other on the same plane, thereby adjusting the position between the cleaning heads (4.1). This is of basic mechanical construction and the skilled person will know that this will not be described again here.
In the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the fixing device (11) is connected with the main body (5), the fixing device (11) is a U-shaped base, the bottom of the U-shaped base is provided with a hole (11.1), 4 fixing devices (11) are connected with the third cylinder (4.2), the third cylinder (4.2) penetrates through the hole (11.1) and is hinged with the main body (5), the middle of the side surface of the U-shaped base is provided with a bolt hole (11.2), and the third cylinder (4.2) can be clamped through a bolt, so that the angle between the third cylinders (4.2) can be fixed.
In the fourth embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a flexible connecting device (9) is arranged in the middle of the main body (5), and the flexible connecting device (9) is a corrugated pipe. This facilitates a more flexible turning of the cleaning device of the ventilation duct. The number of the flexible connecting devices (9) is 1-3.
Fifth embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 7 and 10, a device for removing dust and absorbing dust for a pipeline, the inner wall cleaning device (3) includes four rolling rollers (3.1), four cleaning tracks (3.2), four second cylinders (3.3), a first motor (3.4) and four first connecting pieces (3.5), the four rolling rollers (3.1) are wrapped by the cleaning tracks (3.2), the four second cylinders (3.3) are connected to the four first connecting pieces (3.5) to form four sides of a rectangle, one end of each of the four rolling rollers (3.1) is connected to the same side of the four first connecting pieces (3.5), the other end of one of the rolling roller (3.1) is connected to the first motor (3.4), and the cleaning tracks (3.2) are sleeved on the four rolling rollers (3.1). The outer surface of the cleaning crawler belt (3.2) is provided with cleaning bristles. The first motor (3.4) drives a rolling roller (3.1) to rotate, and the rolling roller (3.1) drives the cleaning crawler (3.2) to rotate.
Sixth embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a device for providing dust removal and dust collection for a pipeline, the sensing device (1) includes a sensor (1.1), a flexible bent rod (1.2), and a rotating head (1.3), the sensor (1.1) is connected to the flexible bent rod (1.2), the flexible bent rod (1.2) is connected to the rotating head (1.3), the rotating head (1.3) is connected to a base (10), and the brush (1.4) is covered on the flexible bent rod (1.2). The rotating head (1.3) drives the flexible bent rod (1.2) to rotate, so that the cleaning device of the ventilation pipeline can be prevented from colliding with obstacles, and as the brush (1.4) covers the flexible bent rod (1.2), some spider webs connected in the ventilation pipeline can be removed in advance.
Seventh embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a device for removing dust and absorbing dust for a pipeline, the moving device (2) includes wheels (2.1), a power device (2.3), a steering device (2.4), and a first cylinder (2.5), the first cylinder (2.5) is connected to the steering device (2.4), the steering device (2.4) is connected to the power device (2.3), the wheels (2.1) are disposed at the bottom of the power device (2.3), and the first cylinder (2.5) is connected to the main body (5).
In an eighth embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a device for removing dust and absorbing dust for a pipeline, the dust absorbing device (6) includes a dust absorbing box (6.1), a dust absorbing outer cover (6.2), and a dust absorbing opening (6.3), the dust absorbing box (6.1) has a dust absorbing function, the dust absorbing opening (6.3) is arranged below the dust absorbing box (6.1), the dust absorbing opening (6.3) is connected with the dust absorbing outer cover (6.2), the dust absorbing outer cover (6.2) is a square funnel, the width of the funnel opening is 20% smaller than that of the ventilating duct, and it can be ensured that the dust absorbing outer cover (6.2) can smoothly pass through the ventilating duct and the funnel opening is large enough to absorb most of dust. The dust absorption outer cover (6.2) can be detached, and the dust absorption outer cover (6.2) with different specifications can be replaced according to the width of the ventilation pipeline.
Ninth embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a device for providing dust removal and dust collection for a pipeline, the moving device (2) comprises wheels (2.1), a jacking electric push rod (2.2), a power device (2.3), a steering device (2.4), and a first air cylinder (2.5), wherein the first air cylinder (2.5) is connected with the steering device (2.4), the steering device (2.4) is connected with the power device (2.3), the wheels (2.1) are arranged at the bottom of the power device (2.3), the jacking electric push rod (2.2) is connected with the bottom of the power device (2.3), and the first air cylinder (2.5) is connected with a main body (5). Jack-up electric putter (2.2) outwards stretches out, promotes this device and breaks away from the air pipe bottom surface, can effectually cross the protruding foreign matter of air pipe bottom surface with the help of the inertia effect, overcomes unevenness's pipe wall, and it is more convenient to make travel.
Embodiment ten, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a device for providing dust removal and dust collection for a pipeline, the second connecting member (7) is rotatably connected with the first connecting member (3.5), one end of each of four fourth cylinders (8) is connected with the inner side of each of the four second connecting members (7), the other ends of the four fourth cylinders (8) are symmetrically hinged on the left side and the right side of the outer wall of the main body (5), and the four fourth cylinders (8) are respectively perpendicular to the main body (5) or the outer wall of the main body (5).
The second connecting piece (7) is hinged with the first connecting piece (3.5).
Eleventh embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the fixing device (11) is connected to the main body (5), the fixing device (11) is a U-shaped base, the bottom of the U-shaped base is provided with a hole (11.1), 4 fixing devices (11) are connected to the fourth cylinder (8), the fourth cylinder (8) passes through the hole (11.1) and is hinged to the main body (5), a bolt hole (11.2) is formed in the middle of the side surface of the U-shaped base, and the fourth cylinder (8) can be clamped by a bolt, so that an angle between the fourth cylinders (8) can be fixed.
Twelfth embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, 11, and 12, in a device for providing dust removal and suction to a duct, a cleaning head (4.1) includes a concave tooth (4.11), a convex tooth (4.12), a through-shaped hole (4.13), a cleaning vertex angle (4.14), and lint (4.15), and the cleaning head (4.1) has at least one cleaning vertex angle (4.14), and the cleaning vertex angle (4.14) comes into contact with one of four corners of an inner wall of a ventilation duct. The through special-shaped hole (4.13) is positioned at a cleaning vertex angle (4.14) of the cleaning head (4.1), and the through special-shaped hole (4.13) is formed by connecting a strip-shaped hole (4.131) along an angular bisector of the cleaning vertex angle (4.14) of the cleaning head (4.1) with a circular hole (4.132) at the bottom of the strip-shaped hole. And a gap (4.133) is arranged between the edge and two surfaces of the cleaning top corner (4.14), and the gap (4.133) is communicated with the through special-shaped hole (4.13). The through special-shaped hole (4.13) penetrates through the thickness of the whole cleaning head (4.1). The concave teeth (4.11) and the convex teeth (4.12) are uniformly staggered with each other along the edges and corners of the cleaning vertex angles (4.14), the concave teeth (4.11) and the convex teeth (4.12) of two faces of the edges and corners of the cleaning vertex angles (4.14) are also uniformly staggered with each other, and the gaps (4.133) are positioned between the concave teeth (4.11) and the convex teeth (4.12). The concave teeth (4.11) are square, and the concave teeth (4.11) are provided with the soft hair (4.15).
The cleaning top corners (4.14) are used for cleaning dust at four corners of the inner wall of the ventilation pipeline, the dust cannot be cleaned by the inner wall cleaning device (3), the convex teeth (4.12) of the cleaning top corners (4.14) clean the dust attached to the corners of the inner wall of the ventilation pipeline, the soft bristles (4.15) on the concave teeth (4.11) of the cleaning top corners (4.14) sweep the dust attached to the corners of the inner wall of the ventilation pipeline, the dust at the two positions falls into the through special-shaped holes (4.13) through the slits (4.133), and the dust falls into the circular holes (4.132) along the strip-shaped holes (4.131). Because concave tooth (4.11) and protruding tooth (4.12) are mutual even staggered arrangement, the dust in ventilation pipe inner wall corner has all passed through concave tooth (4.11) and protruding tooth (4.12) repetitious clearance, can reach the effect of clean up.
The through special-shaped hole (4.13) is connected with a dust suction device (6) through a connecting conduit (12), and the dust collected in the through special-shaped hole (4.13) is sucked into the dust suction device (6) through the connecting conduit (12).
Embodiment thirteen, as shown in fig. 10 and 13, a device for providing dust removal and absorption for pipelines, the cleaning crawler (3.2) comprises cleaning brushes (3.21), elastic belts (3.22), dust collection bags (3.23), elastic crawlers (3.24), the cleaning brushes (3.21) are connected by the elastic belts (3.22), the elastic crawlers (3.24) are connected to the bottoms of the dust collection bags (3.23), two adjacent cleaning brushes (3.21) are respectively connected to two ends of the tops of the dust collection bags (3.23), and the four rolling rollers (3.1) are wrapped by the elastic crawlers (3.24). One end of the connecting calandria (13) is connected with the dust suction device (6), and the other end of the connecting calandria (13) is close to the cleaning crawler (3.2).
The cleaning brush (3.21) positioned at the bottom sweeps dust on the bottom and the side wall in the ventilation pipeline down through the movement of the elastic crawler belt (3.24), a part of dust can be accumulated on the cleaning brush (3.21), the other part of dust can fall on the bottom of the ventilation pipeline, when the cleaning brush (3.21) at the bottom is turned to the top, the cleaning brush (3.21) sweeps the dust on the top in the ventilation pipeline, the dust on the cleaning brush (3.21) falls into the dust collecting pocket (3.23) through a gap between the elastic belts (3.22), the dust collection device (6) can suck the dust of the dust collecting pocket (3.23) through the connecting pipe (13), and the dust falling on the bottom of the ventilation pipeline can be sucked into the dust collection device (6) when the dust collection outer cover (6.2) passes through.
In the fourteen embodiment, one end of the connecting calandria (13) close to the cleaning crawler (3.2) is provided with an extended bottom surface (13.1), and the extended bottom surface (13.1) is arranged below the cleaning crawler (3.2) in a spaced manner, so that the efficiency of sucking the dust of the dust collecting bag (3.23) into the dust collection device (6) can be improved, and the dust is prevented from leaking.
The cleaning brush (3.21) located at the bottom moves through the elastic crawler belt (3.24) to sweep off dust on the bottom and the side wall in the ventilation pipeline, a part of dust can be accumulated on the cleaning brush (3.21), the other part of dust can fall on the bottom of the ventilation pipeline, when the cleaning brush (3.21) at the bottom is turned to the top, the cleaning brush (3.21) can sweep off the dust on the top in the ventilation pipeline, the dust on the cleaning brush (3.21) falls into the dust collecting pocket (3.23) through a gap between the elastic belts (3.22), the dust collection device (6) can suck the dust of the dust collecting pocket (3.23) through the connecting exhaust pipe (13), and the dust falling on the bottom of the ventilation pipeline can be sucked into the dust collection device (6) when the dust collection outer cover (6.2) passes through.
When the device works, the device is placed in a ventilation pipeline, the moving device (2) drives the device to move forward, the inner wall cleaning device (3) cleans dust on the inner wall of the ventilation pipeline, the corner cleaning device (4) cleans dust in four corners of the ventilation pipeline, and the dust collecting device (6) collects the cleaned dust. When the sensing device (1) senses that the front is provided with an obstacle, the control system controls the moving device (2) to turn.
