Background
The headset comprises a single-ear telephone traffic headset, a double-ear protection headset and the like, wherein the single-ear telephone traffic headset can better communicate with the outside, but the sound insulation effect is poor when a user wants to listen to music or make a call. For the double-ear earphone protection, although the sound insulation is good, when the double-ear earphone protection wants to communicate with the outside, the earphone needs to be taken off, so the use flexibility is poor, and after the double-ear earphone protection is worn for a long time, the double-ear earphone protection easily causes different degrees of damage to double ears.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a headset, which can effectively solve the problem that the sound insulation function and the communication function are not easily considered.

according to the headset provided by the invention, when the slide rod is pushed towards the inside by an external force, the protrusion on the elastic sheet can be clamped on the corrugated slide rail and close to the inner trough, when the slide rod is pulled outwards, the protrusion can be clamped on the corrugated slide rail and close to the outer trough, so that the length of the slide rod extending out of the housing can be adjusted, and when the headset is connected with the slide rod, the position of the headset can be adjusted; when the ear guard is connected with the sliding rod, the function of adjusting the position of the ear guard can be achieved, and therefore the requirements of different users can be met. When the earphone needs to be communicated with the outside, the sliding rod is pushed, when the bulge passes through the high wave crest, the bulge is extruded, the elastic deformation amount of the bulge is larger than that of the bulge passing through other wave crests, and therefore the switch key can be triggered, and the loudspeakers on one side or two sides of the earphone can be turned off. In order to improve the sound transmission effect, when the switch key is triggered, the transparent module can be opened, and the transparent module can collect external sound and play the sound through the loudspeaker. Wherein, through the buckle structure who utilizes the slide bar, realize the function of opening and close of speaker and penetrating module, need not to change headphone's exterior structure, possess simple structure and convenient operation's advantage.

One embodiment of the present invention provides a headset, including: the novel switch comprises asliding rod 1, anelastic sheet 6, ahead strip 2, ahousing 3 and aswitch key 9, wherein thehead strip 2 is provided with a corrugated slidingrail 5, the corrugated slidingrail 5 is provided with a plurality ofwave crests 15 andwave troughs 16, onewave crest 15 is set to be ahigh wave crest 14, and the height of thehigh wave crest 14 is greater than that ofother wave crests 15 on a body of the high wave crest; thehousing 3 is covered on thehead strip 2, for example, thehousing 3 can be fixed on the lower surface of thehead strip 2 by clamping, screws or welding and the like, thecorrugated slide rail 5 is positioned in thehousing 3, and one end of theslide rod 1 extends into thehousing 3 and can slide along the length extending direction of the slide rod; theelastic sheet 6 is connected at the inner end of theslide bar 1, namely theelastic sheet 6 is fixed at one end of theslide bar 1 positioned in thehousing 3, theelastic sheet 6 is provided with abulge 7, theswitch key 9 is also arranged at the inner end of theslide bar 1, theelastic sheet 6 is positioned between theswitch key 9 and thecorrugated slide rail 5, and theswitch key 9 is connected with the loudspeaker and the transparent module. When the earphone needs to communicate with the outside, thesliding rod 1 is pushed, when thebulge 7 passes through thehigh wave crest 14, thebulge 7 is extruded, the elastic deformation of thebulge 7 is larger than that of the bulge passing throughother wave crests 15, and therefore theswitch key 9 can be triggered, and the loudspeakers on one side or two sides of the earphone can be turned off. In order to trigger theswitch key 9 through theprotrusion 7, theswitch key 9 is arranged below theprotrusion 7, thetrigger rod 13 and theelastic sheet 6 can be integrally formed, or can be arranged as an independent part to be fixed in a concave cavity below theprotrusion 7, and the lower end of thetrigger rod 13 corresponds to theswitch key 9. The distance between the lower end of thetrigger rod 13 and theswitch key 9 is greater than or equal to the height of thewave crest 15 and less than the height of thehigh wave crest 14, so that when thecommon wave crest 15 presses theprotrusion 7 downwards, theswitch key 9 cannot be triggered, and when thehigh wave crest 14 presses theprotrusion 7 downwards, theswitch key 9 can be triggered. When thesliding rod 1 is pushed to enable thebulge 7 to pass through thehigh wave crest 14, the resistance force applied to thesliding rod 1 is larger than that applied to thecommon wave crest 15, and therefore when theswitch key 9 is triggered, a clear resistance force feedback effect can be given to a user. Wherein thehigh wave peak 14 is preferably located at the innermost side of the corrugated slidingrail 5, as shown in the figure, thehigh wave peak 14 is therightmost wave peak 15 of the corrugated slidingrail 5.
For the connection mode of theelastic sheet 6, clamping is preferred, for example, the two ends of theelastic sheet 6 are provided with hooks, the two ends of theelastic sheet 6 can be clamped on thesliding rod 1, and thebulge 7 is arranged in the middle of theelastic sheet 6. Besides clamping, connecting modes such as bonding, welding and the like can be selected, and the connecting modes can be specifically selected according to requirements.
In order to facilitate the connection of theelastic sheet 6, the connecting device further comprises asupport 8 for bearing theelastic sheet 6, a step surface is arranged at the inner end of thesliding rod 1, thesupport 8 is fixed on the step surface, for example, the connecting device can be assembled in a clamping mode, and two ends of theelastic sheet 6 are fixed on thesupport 8.
Wherein, theslide bar 1 is provided with athreading hole 11 for thesignal wire 10 to pass through, as shown in fig. 2, theslide bar 1 is a hollow bar, one end of thesignal wire 10 is connected with theswitch button 9, and the other end is connected with the loudspeaker or the transparent module. In addition, thewire threading hole 11 can also be used for thewire 4 of the headset to pass through.
In order to fix thelead 4 and thesignal wire 10 conveniently, acavity 17 communicated with thethreading hole 11 is formed in the inner end of thesliding rod 1, an installation portion located in thecavity 17 is arranged outside thesignal wire 10, the upper portion of the installation portion extends out of the step surface, theswitch key 9 is fixed on the upper portion of the installation portion, thesignal wire 10 is arranged in thelead 4, the installation portion can be made ofhard glue 19 outside thelead 4, theswitch key 9 is connected to acircuit board 18, thecircuit board 18 can be fixed to thehard glue 19 through screws, and thehard glue 19 is clamped in thecavity 17 to achieve the purpose of limiting thelead 4 to move relative to the slidingrod 1.
As for the corrugated slidingrail 5, specifically comprising abase 20 and acorrugated strip 22, as shown in fig. 5, thebase 20 is fixed on the lower surface of thehead strip 2, a strip-shaped groove 21 extending along the length direction of thehead strip 2 is arranged on the lower portion of thebase 20, thecorrugated strip 22 is arranged in the strip-shaped groove 21, and theprotrusion 7 can be limited in the groove by the strip-shaped groove 21, so as to prevent theprotrusion 7 from deviating from the sliding rail when thesliding rod 1 is moved.
In order to prevent theslide bar 1 from moving too far into thehousing 3, the outer end of theslide bar 1 is provided with a position-limitingportion 12, wherein the position-limitingportion 12 is preferably a flange provided on the outer side of the end of theslide bar 1, and further, the outer side of the flange is provided with an axial extension portion to facilitate the user to push theslide bar 1.
In order to facilitate clear knowledge of the pull-out length of theslide bar 1, the section of theslide bar 1 located in thehousing 3 is provided with digital identification portions 23 sequentially arranged along the length direction thereof, as shown in fig. 6, when theslide bar 1 is pulled out, the digital identification portions 23 are displayed, so that when theslide bar 1 is used next time, theslide bar 1 is directly pulled out to the corresponding digital identification portions 23, and theslide bar 1 does not need to be pushed back and forth to be adjusted, so that the operation is convenient.
