Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wire arranging clamp, which optimizes the wire arranging structure of a board card and can effectively prevent a cable from knocking off components at the board end. The invention also provides a board card module and a server comprising the wire arranging clamp.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a wire management clip, comprising:
the bottom plate is provided with a mounting part and a clamping part, and the mounting part is used for being fixed on the wiring piece;
line ball board, its one end with the bottom plate rotates to be connected, the other end be equipped with be used for with joint portion complex inlay card portion, through joint portion with the cooperation of inlay card portion, so that the bottom plate with line ball board forms the wire casing that is used for the centre gripping and fixes the cable.
Optionally, the line ball board comprises a line ball body, and a first bending body and a second bending body which are respectively arranged at two ends of the line ball body, wherein the bottom of the first bending body is connected with the bottom plate, and the bottom of the second bending body is provided with the clamping and embedding part.
Optionally, the bottom plate is provided with an extension end bent along the direction facing the line pressing plate, and the clamping portion is arranged at the top of the extension end.
Optionally, one of the clamping portion and the embedding portion is specifically a clamping slot, and the other is a clamping tongue.
Optionally, the installation department includes the shoulder hole and locates fastener in the shoulder hole, the head bottom of fastener support in the ladder face of shoulder hole, just the head top of fastener is less than the upper surface of bottom plate.
Optionally, the interior week of shoulder hole is equipped with spacing muscle, the head bottom of fastener support in the top of spacing muscle, the bottom of spacing muscle support in the ladder face.
Optionally, the mounting portion further comprises a sleeve located below the bottom plate and coaxially arranged with the stepped hole, and the sleeve is used for being sleeved on the limiting column of the wiring piece.
The invention provides a board card module which comprises a board card body and any one of the wire arranging clamps, wherein the board card body is provided with a board card stud matched with the mounting part.
Optionally, the height of the board card stud is greater than the depth of the stepped hole, so that the bottom plate is fixed to a preset height above the board card body.
The invention further provides a server which comprises the board card module.
Compared with the prior art, the wire arranging clamp provided by the invention comprises the bottom plate and the wire pressing plate, one end of the wire pressing plate is rotatably connected with the bottom plate to realize the rotation opening and closing of the wire pressing plate relative to the bottom plate, the other end of the wire pressing plate is matched with the bottom plate through the clamping part and the clamping part to realize the connection and the fixation, a wire groove for fixing a cable is formed between the bottom plate and the wire pressing plate, the wire arranging clamp can be arranged on a wire routing part such as a board card through the mounting part, the wiring structure of the board card is optimized, and the cable is prevented from colliding with electrical components at the board end. Simultaneously, when this reason line clamp was applied to the integrated circuit board module, the wire casing made things convenient for the finger to stretch into and grips, and the reason line clamp can also act as the integrated circuit board handle. The board card module and the server provided by the invention apply the wire arranging clamp, so that the same beneficial effects are achieved.

The board card is a printed circuit board, called PCB for short, and has a plug core during manufacturing, and can be inserted into a slot of a motherboard of a computer to control the operation of hardware, such as a display, a collection card and other devices, and after a driver is installed, the corresponding hardware function can be realized. In the present application, a board or a board body mainly refers to an assembly composed of a main board, a sound card, a video card, and the like.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a board card module according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an exploded view of fig. 1, and fig. 3 is a structural diagram of a wire management clip in fig. 1.
The wire arranging clamp comprises abottom plate 5 and a wire pressing plate, wherein one end of the wire pressing plate is rotatably connected with thebottom plate 5, the other end of the wire pressing plate is connected with thebottom plate 5 in a matched mode through a clamping and embeddingpart 9 and a clamping and connectingpart 8, a wire groove for fixing a wire is formed between thebottom plate 5 and the wire pressing plate, and the wire groove is opened and closed through locking and unlocking of the clamping and embeddingpart 9 and the clamping and connectingpart 8. The wire arranging clamp can be arranged on a wire routing part such as theboard card body 1 through the installation part, the wiring structure of the board card module is optimized, and the cable is prevented from touching electrical components at the board end. Simultaneously, when this reason line clamp was applied to the integrated circuit board module, the wire casing between line ball board and thebottom plate 5 made things convenient for the finger to stretch into and grip, and the reason line clamp can also act as the integrated circuit board handle.
The wire management clip provided by the invention is described in more detail with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments.
The wire arranging clamp provided by the invention comprises thebottom plate 5 and the wire pressing plate, wherein the bottom plate and the wire pressing plate are integrally formed by preferably adopting wear-resistant materials such as PA66 and the like, and have excellent toughness and friction resistance. The first end ofbottom plate 5 and line ball board the two is connected integratively and can be buckled and realize the rotation of line ball board, and the second end of the two sets up mutually supportinginlay card portion 9 andjoint portion 8 respectively to form the wire casing that is used for holding and fixed cable between line ball board andbottom plate 5.

One of the clampingpart 8 and theembedding part 9 is a clamping tongue, and the other is a clamping groove. If theengaging portion 9 is a tongue, theengaging portion 8 is a groove, referring to fig. 3, thesecond bending portion 62 is a first plate extending downward substantially perpendicular to theline pressing body 6, and the tongue is a fastener disposed at the bottom of the first plate and having a thickness gradually decreasing from top to bottom; the clamping groove is formed by two groups of second plates which are approximately vertical to thebottom plate 5 and are arranged in parallel, a clamping groove for accommodating the clamping tongue is formed in a gap between the two groups of second plates, and a baffle plate which is approximately parallel to thebottom plate 5 is arranged at the top of each second plate.

Furthermore, the inner periphery of thestepped hole 3 at the upper end of the stepped surface is also provided with a plurality of groups of limiting ribs 4, and the length of each limiting rib 4 is smaller than the depth of the hole in thestepped hole 3. The head of the falling-resistant screw is pressed against the top ends of the limiting ribs 4, and the limiting ribs 4 are pressed against the step surface of thestepped hole 3. When the wire arranging clamp is fixed, a gasket can be arranged between the bottom end of the head of the fastener 7 and the top end of the limiting rib 4 according to requirements, and the stress of the limiting rib 4 is uniform.
Considering the thickness of thebottom plate 5, the depth of thestepped hole 3 is generally small, and in order to improve the reliability of the assembly, the mounting part provided by the present application further includes a sleeve 10 coaxially disposed with thestepped hole 3, wherein the sleeve 10 is located on the lower surface of thebottom plate 5 and is integrally formed with thebottom plate 5. The installation and fixation of the wire arranging clamp are realized through the assembly of the sleeve 10, the lower hole of thestepped hole 3 and the limiting column of the wire routing piece.
The application also discloses a board card module, includingboard card body 1 and the reason line clamp as described in above embodiment, the welding has the board card double-screw bolt 2 with the lower hole complex of sleeve 10 andshoulder hole 3 on theboard card body 1, and the axle center of board card double-screw bolt 2 is seted up and is matched with fastener 7 screw. Preferably, the anti-drop screw is a stepped screw, a boss is arranged at the position close to the head of the stepped screw, and the boss close to the head of the anti-drop screw is clamped on the inner periphery of the plurality of groups of limiting ribs 4. The head of the drop-resistant screw is pressed and mounted at the upper end part of the limiting rib 4, and thebottom plate 5 is pressed and mounted and fixed on theboard card stud 2 through the bottom end of the limiting rib 4 and the step surface.
It is emphasized that the length of the retaining rib 4 is less than the depth of the hole in the stepped bore 3 in order to secure the head of the drop resistant screw in the upper hole of the steppedbore 3. Theboard card stud 2 is pressed against the bottom end of the step surface, and the head of the falling-resistant screw is pressed against the top ends of the limiting ribs 4.
The wire arranging clamp is fixed at the preset height position on one side of theboard card body 1 by means of the matching of theboard card stud 2 and the steppedhole 3, the pre-tightening force of the falling-resistant screw is too large when the limiting rib 4 is arranged to avoid the fixingbottom plate 5, and the fixing reliability of the wire arranging clamp is guaranteed. Meanwhile, the falling-resistant screws can be loosened as required, the wire arranging clamp is rotated, and the 360-degree adjustment of the angle of the wire arranging clamp is realized.
The drop-resistant screw is characterized in that special engineering resin is permanently adhered to the screw threads by a special technology, and the elasticity of the engineering resin material is utilized to ensure that the absolute resistance to vibration and impact is achieved by extrusion in the locking process of the threaded connecting piece, so that the problem of loosening of the screw is thoroughly solved. The wire arranging clamp is better prevented from loosening.
In the above embodiment, in order to further optimize the wiring structure of theboard card body 1, a plurality of sets of U-shaped wire clamps may be further disposed on the upper surface of thebottom plate 5 as required, the types, sizes and mutual intervals of the U-shaped wire clamps may be flexibly set according to wiring requirements, and the U-shaped wire clamps are generally disposed at equal intervals. The U-shaped wire clamp is preferably integrally formed with thebottom plate 5, and a plurality of cables in the wire groove are further normalized and arranged by means of the U-shaped wire clamp. In addition, a plurality of sets of pillars may be disposed on the upper surface of thebottom plate 5, and the pillars are generally integrally formed with thebottom plate 5. A plurality of cables in the wire grooves are fixed and limited respectively by means of gaps between adjacent upright posts, and further standardized arrangement of the cables is achieved.
The invention further provides a server, which comprises the board card module described in the above embodiment, and other parts of the server can refer to the prior art, which is not described in detail in this application.
When the wire arranging clamp is used specifically, the sleeve 10 of the wire arranging clamp and the lower hole of the steppedhole 3 are required to be sleeved on theboard card stud 2, and then the falling-resistant screw is screwed down, so that the wire arranging clamp is fixed; the wire groove formed between the wire pressing plate and thebottom plate 5 enables the wire arranging clamp to serve as a handle, and the wire arranging function and the handle function are achieved on one structural member.
