Background
The medical three-way valve is widely applied to clinical operation and is mainly applied to the scene of switching passages when infusion treatment and pressure monitoring are needed. And at present clinical lumbar puncture art in-process, the doctor need be in the syringe needle and prick back replacement part because of different operation purposes such as cerebrospinal fluid pressure measurement, cerebrospinal fluid collection, medicine injection, is unfavorable for operating efficiency's improvement, also brings certain infection risk simultaneously.
The invention mainly aims at the inconvenience that doctors in lumbar puncture surgery need to assemble temporary parts, and provides a design and use method of a novel medical electromagnetic three-way valve. The valve core of the three-way valve is connected with the sleeve of the motor through a positioning bolt, and when an electric signal is transmitted to the motor and drives the sleeve to rotate, the valve core of the three-way valve can be driven to rotate, so that semi-automatic switching of a flow channel is realized; the valve body outer shell, the valve body inner shell, the three interfaces and the valve core are of an integrated structure, after the valve body outer shell, the valve body inner shell, the three interfaces and the valve core are used, the positioning bolt for fixing the valve core and the motor sleeve is unscrewed, the integrated structure can be taken down to be discarded, the valve body inner shell, the valve core and the motor sleeve are treated as disposable medical equipment, and pollution caused by repeated use is avoided.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above analysis, the invention aims to provide a medical three-way valve which can realize semi-automatic switching by a computer in two functions of puncturing to extract cerebrospinal fluid and monitoring the needle insertion pressure, and can convert functions after successful puncturing is monitored, so that the complicated step of replacing devices in an operation is omitted, the error rate of a doctor during operation is reduced, and the success rate of the operation is improved.

in the technical scheme of the invention, the novel medical electromagnetic three-way valve comprises: the valve comprises a motor, a positioning bolt, a valve body outer shell, a valve body inner shell, a valve core and three connectors.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the motor assembly consists of a motor, a frequency converter and a PLC, and the rotation angle of the motor assembly is controlled by a vector control method. The rotating shaft of the motor is directly connected with the valve core through a sleeve and a positioning bolt, and the working state of the three-way valve is determined by the accurate control of the rotating angle of the motor by a computer.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the whole three-way valve mainly comprises a valve body outer shell, a valve body inner shell and a valve core. The valve core is made of polyethylene material, and the inner shell and the outer shell of the valve body are made of polyurethane material. The valve body inner shell and the valve body outer shell are connected in a matched mode, the possibility of liquid leakage is reduced, the valve core is assembled in the valve body inner shell, and the rotating shaft is connected with the control system through the fixing bolt, so that the valve core is driven to rotate.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the valve core, the valve body inner shell and the valve body outer shell are respectively provided with three liquid input and output ports which are respectively called as a positive transfusion port, a left transfusion port and a right transfusion port. When the valve body inner shell and the valve body outer shell are assembled, the three ports are respectively aligned and do not move relatively, the lower boss of the valve core is matched with the counter sink seat of the valve body outer shell, the rotating shaft of the valve core is ensured to be the same as the valve body, and the phenomenon of blocking is avoided. The motor drives the valve core to rotate, so that the working state that two of the front opening, the left opening and the right opening are the same and the other hole is closed or three holes are communicated can be realized. The valve body outer shell and the valve core hole are not processed with threads during manufacturing, and the valve body inner shell is thicker than the valve body outer shell during thickness design, and the hole is processed with threads for connecting with an external infusion interface.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the external infusion interface with thread installation is connected with an injector or an infusion tube to realize the exchange of liquid, the top end of the infusion interface is provided with threads, and is connected with the inner shell of the valve body by threads, so that the possibility of liquid leakage is reduced. The length of the infusion interface thread is basically the same as that of the valve body inner shell, but the top end of the infusion interface slightly protrudes due to the radian of the valve body inner shell, namely, the installation of the infusion interface can not generate transition interference on the movement of the inner valve core, but when the motor has no rotation instruction, namely, the valve core keeps a static working state, the infusion interface can play a limiting role on the valve core, and under the interference of external force of torque provided by the motor, such as the impact of liquid flowing on a channel, the three-way valve core can still keep a stable working position without angular deviation. The valve body shell has no screw thread, and the hole is processed into a round angle, so that the vaseline can be conveniently smeared when necessary. When not in use, the plug can be additionally arranged on the infusion interface to prevent the interior from being polluted.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the valve body, the valve core, the infusion interface and the protection cover matched with the infusion interface are integrally manufactured and packaged as a whole for delivery after assembly. The parts are produced and assembled after high-temperature sterilization, and aseptic packaging is adopted, so that the parts are used as disposable medical instruments without being assembled again in use, and bacterial pollution is avoided before use.
The using steps of the invention comprise:
s1, checking whether the aseptic package is damaged or not, and confirming each part of the medical electromagnetic three-way valve, wherein each part comprises three interfaces (7), a valve body outer shell (6), a valve body inner shell (5) and a valve core (4) which are kept in an aseptic state before use.
S2, taking out and checking the air tightness of the medical electromagnetic three-way valve, connecting the interface (7) by using the injector and compressing air, and feeling obvious resistance and restoring the air volume in the injector after the force is removed.
And S3, connecting the valve core rotating shaft (4) of the three-way valve with the sleeve (2) for the motor (1) and the positioning bolt (3).
S4, removing the protective cover of the transfusion interface (7), and connecting the interface with a puncture needle, a pressure detector, a collection tube or other medical equipment as required.
And S5, controlling and positioning the rotation angle of the motor (1) through the central control computer to keep the motor in a required working state, and recording the working rotation angle by the central control system.
S6, starting the puncture operation, keeping the working state of the puncture needle head connected with the pressure monitor by the three-way valve, and selecting the next step of function switching on the central control computer by the attending physician when the successful puncture is detected; in the operation process, the three-way valve can switch the working state change function for many times.
And S7, finishing the puncturing operation, wherein the valve body part of the medical electromagnetic three-way valve is treated as a disposable medical instrument and cannot be used again.
The technical scheme of the invention can at least realize one of the following effects:

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which form a part hereof, and which together with the embodiments of the invention serve to explain the principles of the invention and not to limit its scope.
In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, it should be noted that, since the present invention is integrated in design, unless otherwise specifically defined and limited, the term "connected" means that the parts are used as a single product after being assembled and the parts are not disassembled.
The terms "top," "bottom," "left connection port," "right connection port," and "front connection port" as used throughout the description are intended to designate spatial directions and positions relative to the front and left views and perspective views as set forth in the accompanying drawings of the specification.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a medical electromagnetic three-way valve, which can be controlled by an electric motor and a control system thereof, and can freely switch three operating states, including three infusion ports (7), a valve body outer shell (6), a valve body inner shell (5), a valve core (4), an electric motor (1), an electric motor rotating shaft and sleeve (2), and a positioning bolt (3). Wherein valve body inner shell (5), valve body outer shell (6) bilayer prevents the weeping, is processed threaded in valve body inner shell (5) hole and is used for being connected with infusion interface (7), and valve body outer shell (6) bottom processing has the counter sink seat to be used for cooperating with the boss of case (4) bottom processing, and restriction case rotation axis is coaxial with the valve body wall. The left connecting hole, the right connecting hole and the positive connecting hole of the valve body inner shell (5) and the valve body outer shell (6) are respectively and coaxially corresponding, and the inner wall of the outer wall of the valve body outer shell (6) of the valve body inner shell (5) is installed in a matched mode through a hole shaft to avoid liquid leakage.
The upper end of a rotating shaft of the valve core (4) used for being connected with a rotating shaft of the motor is processed with a counter bore, the rotating shaft of the valve core (4) is connected with the motor sleeve (2), a hole of the rotating shaft of the valve core (4) is kept coaxial with a threaded connecting hole on the sleeve (2), the rotating shaft is positioned by screwing in the positioning bolt (3), and the motor (1) can stably provide torque for the valve core (4). The three infusion interfaces (7) are respectively in threaded connection with the left connecting hole, the right connecting hole and the right connecting hole of the valve body inner shell (5), and the thread length of the infusion interfaces (7) is basically the same as that of the holes of the valve body inner shell (5).
The invention designs a motor control technology, the valve core (4) is switched to a working state every time the valve core rotates 90 degrees, and the control system controls the motor (1) to rotate by an angle which is integral multiple of 90 degrees, so as to drive the rotating shaft of the valve core (4) to rotate to complete the functional switching.
The use method of the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s1, checking whether the aseptic package is damaged or not, and confirming each part of the medical electromagnetic three-way valve, wherein each part comprises three interfaces (7), a valve body outer shell (6), a valve body inner shell (5) and a valve core (4) which are kept in an aseptic state before use.
S2, taking out and checking the air tightness of the medical electromagnetic three-way valve, connecting the interface (7) by using the injector and compressing air, and feeling obvious resistance and restoring the air volume in the injector after the force is removed.
And S3, connecting the valve core rotating shaft (4) of the three-way valve with the sleeve (2) for the motor (1) and the positioning bolt (3).
S4, removing the protective cover of the transfusion interface (7), and connecting the interface with a puncture needle, a pressure detector, a collection tube or other medical equipment as required.
And S5, controlling and positioning the rotation angle of the motor (1) through the central control computer to keep the motor in a required working state, and recording the working rotation angle by the central control system.
S6, starting the puncture operation, keeping the working state of the puncture needle head connected with the pressure monitor by the three-way valve, and selecting the next step of function switching on the central control computer by the attending physician when the successful puncture is detected; in the operation process, the three-way valve can switch the working state change function for many times.
And S7, finishing the puncturing operation, wherein the valve body part of the medical electromagnetic three-way valve is treated as a disposable medical instrument and cannot be used again.
In summary, the invention provides a medical electromagnetic three-way valve with a computer-controlled working configuration, which can flexibly control the state of a valve core (4) through the control of a central control computer on the rotation angle of a motor (1), thereby controlling the working state of the three-way valve.
