Background
The perineum is a common disease part of urology surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, traumatology department and the like, for example, clinical scrotum contents such as testis, epididymis, spermatic cord, penis, urethra and other parts after disease operations, inguinal hernia operation, perianal operation, perineum and pelvic trauma and the like need to be supported and even locally pressurized to stop bleeding after the operations and the treatment, and the purposes of relieving local edema and reducing bleeding are achieved. Because of the particularity of the operation position, the existing dressing can only realize the application of the wound, effective local pressurization cannot be carried out, and meanwhile, when medical workers check whether the lesion position of a patient generates heat or not and red and swollen after treatment, the dressing is required to be uncovered usually, the operation position of the patient is observed by naked eyes to see whether the lesion position of the patient generates heat or red and swollen, so that the patient is uncomfortable to check, and the operation position of the patient is easy to hurt. Therefore, how to check whether the surgical site of the patient has fever and red swelling without uncovering the dressing is a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide reinforced scrotum braces trousers which can flexibly adjust the position and the length of a support belt to adapt to compression traction of different parts of the scrotum and are convenient for checking whether the operation part of a patient has fever and red swelling.
In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides reinforced scrotum braces trousers, comprising: the crotch part of the short pants is provided with an open file, the crotch part of the short pants is detachably arranged on the crotch part of the short pants, the supporting belt is arranged on the inner side of the crotch part and can be adjusted in position and length, the supporting belt comprises a detection belt and a cold compress belt, the cold compress belt is arranged between the detection belt and the crotch part, and the detection belt is made of a temperature-sensitive color-changing material.
Optionally, the thermochromic material comprises a textile made of reversible thermochromic pigments.
Optionally, the reinforced scrotum suspender trousers further comprise: the cold compress belt comprises a first conduit and an instillation device, wherein the cold compress belt is internally provided with ammonium salt and nitrate which can dissolve and absorb heat, and the instillation device is arranged on the inner side of the crotch piece and is connected with the cold compress belt through the first conduit.
Optionally, the instillation device comprises: a liquid injection box, a piston, a liquid inlet valve, a spring box, a wrench, a spring, a dropper, a spring shaft, a valve plate, an elastic sheet, a baffle plate and a cam, the piston is arranged in the liquid injection box, the spring is arranged at one side of the piston, the liquid inlet valve is arranged on the liquid injection box, the dropper is arranged at one side of the liquid injection box far away from the spring, the two baffles are arranged in the dropper at intervals, the baffle plates are provided with liquid dripping holes, the cam is arranged between the two baffle plates, the spring box is arranged on one side of the liquid injection box and is connected with the cam through the spring shaft, the wrench is arranged on the barrel, the valve plate is arranged on one side of the baffle far away from the cam through the elastic sheet to block the drip hole, the valve plate is also provided with a convex closure which penetrates through the dripping hole to be abutted against the cam, and the first conduit is connected with the dropper.

Optionally, the crotch piece and the shorts are connected by a zipper or adhered by a magic tape, so that the position and the length can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to the compression and traction effects of different parts of the scrotum.
Optionally, the reinforced scrotum suspender trousers further comprise: the pair of shorts comprises a back belt and a back belt buckle, wherein the back belt is arranged on the shorts, and the back belt buckle is arranged on the back belt and can adjust the length of the back belt through the back belt buckle.
The invention provides reinforced scrotum braces trousers which comprise: the crotch part of the short pants is provided with an opening, the crotch part is detachably arranged on the crotch part of the short pants, the supporting belt is arranged on the inner side of the crotch part, the supporting belt comprises a detection belt and a cold compress belt, the cold compress belt is arranged between the detection belt and the crotch part, and the detection belt is made of a temperature-sensitive color-changing material. The temperature is detected by the detection belt made of the temperature sensing color-changing material, and the surgical site of the patient is cooled by cold compress through the cold compress belt.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of reinforced scrotum braces trousers according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a baffle according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a sectional view of a baffle according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1 to 3, the reinforced scrotum braces trousers include: thecrotch piece 2 is detachably arranged on the crotch of theshort pants 1, and thecrotch piece 2 is connected with theshort pants 1 through a zipper or adhered through a magic tape. The supportingbelt 7 is arranged on the inner side of thecrotch panel 2, the supportingbelt 7 comprises adetection belt 10 and acold compress belt 9, thecold compress belt 9 is arranged between thedetection belt 10 and thecrotch panel 2, and thedetection belt 10 is made of a temperature-sensitive color-changing material. The thermochromic material comprises a textile made of reversible thermochromic pigments. According to the invention, the temperature is detected by thedetection belt 10 made of the temperature-sensing color-changing material, when the surgical part of the patient is hot and red, the application is not required to be uncovered, and the color change of thedetection belt 10 can be used for judging, so that the dressing is prevented from being uncovered to hurt the surgical part of the patient; when cold compress is needed, the operation site of the patient can be cold compressed through thecold compress belt 9.
The reversible thermochromic pigment is prepared from an electron transfer type organic compound system. The electron transfer type organic compound is an organic color system with a special chemical structure. The molecular structure of the organic substance is changed by electron transfer at a specific temperature, thereby realizing color conversion. This color-changing substance is not only vivid in color, but also capable of changing color from "colored ═ colorless" and "colorless ═ colored" states, which is not possessed by heavy metal double salt complex type and liquid crystal type reversible thermochromic substances. The reversible thermochromic pigment is suitable for cotton, hemp, wool, cashmere, viscose, terylene, polypropylene and blended materials.
Referring to fig. 1-3, thecold compress belt 9 is a belt-like structure provided with an inner cavity. According to different diseases, the temperature of the local scrotum is required to be adjusted in the treatment process, such as the temperature adjustment by placing an ice bag or ice blocks on the scrotum supporting belt. The ice bag is prone to condense water vapor, wetting thecarrier tape 7. In the invention, dry ice is placed in thecold compress belt 9, and when the dry ice is sublimated, the dry ice is converted into carbon dioxide and takes away a large amount of heat. In addition, ammonium salt and nitrate which can dissolve and absorb heat can be arranged in the cold compress belt. Nitrates capable of dissolving the heat sink include potassium nitrate (the principle of ice making from saltpeter), with or without gas generation being reflected, and correspondingly air holes in thecold compress 9, or ammonium salts and nitrates sealed within thecold compress 9.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of an instillation device provided by an embodiment of the invention, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a winding roller provided by an embodiment of the invention, fig. 6 is a schematic view of an injection valve provided by an embodiment of the invention, and referring to fig. 1 to 6, the reinforced scrotum braces trousers further comprise: afirst conduit 5 and a drip-feed device 6, wherein thecold compress belt 9 is provided with ammonium salt and nitrate salt which can dissolve and absorb heat, the drip-feed device 6 is arranged inside thecrotch piece 2 and is connected with thecold compress belt 9 through thefirst conduit 5. The instillation device includes: the spring type spring barrel comprises aliquid injection box 13, apiston 14, aliquid inlet valve 15, aspring box 16, awrench 17, aspring 18, adropper 23, aspring shaft 24, avalve plate 25, anelastic sheet 26, abaffle 29 and acam 30, wherein thepiston 14 is arranged in theliquid injection box 13, and thespring 18 is arranged on one side of thepiston 14 so as to squeeze thepiston 14 to the right. Theliquid inlet valve 15 is arranged on theliquid injection box 13 and used for injecting liquid into theliquid injection box 13. Thedropper 23 is arranged on one side of theliquid injection box 13, which is far away from thespring 18, the twobaffles 29 are arranged in thedropper 23 at intervals, liquid dripping holes 28 are formed in thebaffles 29, thecam 30 is arranged between the twobaffles 29, thespring barrel 16 is arranged on one side of theliquid injection box 13 and is connected with thecam 30 through thespring shaft 24, and thewrench 17 is arranged on thespring barrel 16 and is used for winding. Thevalve plate 25 is arranged on one side, far away from thecam 30, of thebaffle 29 through theelastic sheet 26 so as to seal the drip hole 28, aconvex hull 27 is further arranged on thevalve plate 25 and penetrates through the drip hole 28 to be abutted against thecam 30, and thefirst conduit 5 is connected with thedropper 23. Theconvex hull 27 is hemispherical and has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the drip hole 28. When thebarrel 16 is wound by thewrench 17, thebarrel shaft 24 automatically rotates to drive thecam 30 to rotate, and when thecam 30 pushes thevalve plate 25 open, thecold compress belt 9 can be dripped. And, there is a process of successively pushing away thevalve plates 25 on both sides in the process of one rotation of thecam 30, and the specific process is as shown in fig. 5, when the protruding part of thecam 30 first contacts with theconvex hull 27 of thevalve plate 25 on the left side, so as to push away thevalve plate 25 on the left side, so that the liquid enters the space between the twobaffles 29 for temporary storage, and then theright valve plate 25 is continuously rotated and pushed away, so that the liquid temporarily stored between the twobaffles 29 can completely leave thedropper 23, and the process is circulated, so that the effect of continuously and slowly dropping liquid to thecold compress belt 9 for a long time is realized.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the infusion set further comprises:wire winding roller 20,sleeve 22, stretch-draw line 19 andnut 31,wire winding roller 20 rotatably sets up annotateliquid box 13 and keep away fromdrip tube 23 one end,wire winding roller 20 includes reel and pivot, and the reel is located annotatesliquid box 13, and the pivot passes annotateliquid box 13 and is connected withnut 31. Thesleeve 22 is established outside the reel, encircles the reel is provided withwire casing 21, be provided with throughwires hole 32 on thesleeve 22, stretch-draw line 19 passes throughwires hole 32 connectspiston 14 withwire casing 21. By rotating thenut 31, thetension wire 19 can be wound on thewinding roller 20, and thepiston 14 is pulled leftwards, so that the liquid is sucked into theliquid injection box 13 from theliquid inlet valve 15; after the rotation of thenut 31 is stopped, and the torsion applied to thenut 31 is removed, thetension wire 19 is pulled out under the elastic force of thespring 18, and thespring 18 provides the elastic force to thepiston 14 to apply pressure to the liquid in theliquid injection box 13. When ice compress is needed, thespring box 16 is wound, liquid in thedrip device 6 is slowly extruded into thecold compress belt 9, and thecold compress belt 9 absorbs heat and cools. The liquid dropped is set according to the kinds of ammonium salts and nitrates in the cold-compress belt 9.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the belt further comprises: anair bag 8, saidair bag 8 being disposed between saidcrotch panel 2 and saidcold compress band 9, theair bag 8 being a band-shaped air bag. The reinforced scrotum suspender trousers further comprise: asecond conduit 3 and aninflation joint 4, saidinflation joint 4 being arranged inside saidcrotch panel 2, saidinflation joint 4 connecting saidballoon 8 and saidinflation joint 4. Theair bag 8 is inflated through theinflation connector 4, thecold compress belt 9 is extruded, thecold compress belt 9 is attached to the operation position of the patient, and the cold compress effect is guaranteed. Theinflation connector 4 and theinstillation device 6 are both arranged at the edge position of thecrotch piece 2, when cold compress is needed, theinstillation device 6 is filled with liquid through the injector, and theinflation connector 4 is inflated through the inflation device.

When in use, theback section 112 penetrates into thestrap buckle 12 and can lock thestrap buckle 12 on anybuckle hole 113, thereby fixing thestrap buckle 12 on theback section 112 of thestrap 11 and realizing the effect of adjusting and locking the length of thestrap 11. Of course, other slack adjustment approaches, such as: the belt tightening adjusting structure of the waistband, the length adjusting structure of the safety belt on the vehicle, the length adjusting structure of the backpack straps, the hook-and-loop fastener connecting structure and the like which are used by people can be used as long as the length of thestraps 11 can be conveniently adjusted, so that the structure for adjusting the lifting tightness of the supportingbelt 7 can be achieved.
