Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is provided to enable those skilled in the art to more clearly understand the advantages and features of the present invention and to clearly define the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-6, the present embodiment provides a liftable pillow disposed inside a bed body, wherein the pillow is disposed at a position corresponding to the head of a user in the bed body 1. Specifically, the bed body 1 is provided with an installation position for a liftable pillow at one side corresponding to the head of the user, and the liftable pillow is arranged in the installation position. The liftable pillow comprises apillow cushion 2 and a liftableair bag group 3 arranged below thepillow cushion 2. Thepillow cushion 2 is directly contacted with the head and neck of the human body. The liftingair bag group 3 is provided with a pump body which can be arranged inside the lifting pillow and also outside the lifting pillow, and the pump body is used for inflating or deflating the liftingair bag group 3 so as to drive thepillow cushion 2 to fluctuate up and down. Thepillow cushion 2 is also embedded with aneck airbag assembly 4, and theneck airbag assembly 4 is arranged at a position corresponding to the neck of a user and used for supporting the neck. Theneck airbag assembly 4 comprises at least twofirst airbags 8 which are stacked, and the length of eachfirst airbag 8 is matched with the width of the bed body 1 or is half of the width of the bed body 1. Thefirst air bags 8 are in limit connection with the edge of one corresponding side of the bed body 1 and used for enabling the neckair bag assembly 4 to automatically incline in the inflating process so as to realize smooth transition of the neck. During use, the height of theneck airbag module 4 is slightly higher than the height of other positions on the surface of thepillow pad 2, so that the neck can be supported more comfortably, and the stress of the spine is reduced.
Preferably, two adjacentfirst air bags 8 are connected through a welding structure, the welding structure is of an oval structure, and air passing holes are formed between the two adjacentfirst air bags 8 so as to realize mutual circulation of air. And the air passing hole is positioned on the inner side of the welding structure, so that certain tension is ensured to be formed between the adjacentfirst air bags 8, and air leakage is more thorough.
Preferably, theneck airbag module 4 further comprises a flexible connecting member 9, the flexible connecting member 9 is arranged on one side of theneck airbag module 4 corresponding to the bed body 1, one side of the flexible connecting member 9 is connected with the upper surface of thefirst airbag 8 positioned on the top layer, the other side of the flexible connecting member 9 is connected with the lower surface of thefirst airbag 8 positioned on the bottom layer, and a half-covered state is formed on the plurality offirst airbags 8. In this embodiment, the flexible connecting member 9 may be made of leather, i.e. one side of the leather is connected (e.g. bonded) to the upper surface of thefirst air bag 8 at the top layer, and the other side of the leather is directly wound around the lower surface of thefirst air bag 8 at the bottom layer from the side where the bed body 1 is located, and is fixedly connected to the lower surface of thefirst air bag 8 at the bottom layer, so as to limit the edge position change of the corresponding side of eachfirst air bag 8 and the bed body 1. After thefirst air bags 8 in the neckair bag assembly 4 are inflated, thefirst air bags 8 at the top layer can automatically tilt forwards, and smooth transition of the neck is guaranteed.
Of course, in this technical solution, the limit connection manner of the edge of the corresponding side of eachfirst air bag 8 and the bed body 1 is not limited to the connection structure of the flexible connection member 9, and other limit connection manners may also be adopted, for example, the edge of the corresponding side of eachfirst air bag 8 and the bed body 1 is directly connected by welding.
Of course, theneck airbag module 4 in the present embodiment is not limited to the laminated structure of the plurality offirst airbags 8, and a cylindrical neck airbag may be directly used as theneck airbag module 4 to support the neck of the human body.
Preferably, thepillow pad 2 is provided with an installation groove at a position corresponding to the neck of the user, the opening of the installation groove is arranged on the side wall of thepillow pad 2, and theneck airbag assembly 4 is arranged in the installation groove. Justneck gasbag subassembly 4 has first air pump through the pipe connection, and first air pump sets up in thepillow pad 2 outside, just first air pump is used for aerifing or deflatingneck gasbag subassembly 4 realization, and adjusts the height ofneck gasbag subassembly 4.
Preferably, the air bag lifting device further comprises asupport body 6, and thesupport body 6 is arranged between thepillow cushion 2 and the liftingair bag group 3. Thesupport body 6 is made of elastic materials, such as elastic latex, rubber or sponge, and can play a certain buffering effect on the action between the liftingair bag group 3 and thepillow cushion 2. And a lifting air bag linked with the height of the bed body is arranged on one side of the support body corresponding to the lifting air bag group, as shown in figure 7. That is to say, the lifting air bag can be properly inflated or deflated according to the height change of the bed body, so that the relative height difference between the surface of the pillow cushion and the surface of the bed body is not obvious. Certainly, in the in-service use in-process, in order to improve intellectuality, also can set the bed body into the gasbag bed body usually, aerify or deflate through the inside regulation gasbag of control bed body, reach the purpose that changes the bed body height, will adjust the gasbag simultaneously and realize the linkage with the lifting gasbag of supporter bottom, and then reach the self-adaptation regulation to going out pillow height. In this embodiment, the lifting air bag is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the support body in a bonding manner, and the specific structure of the lifting air bag can be in a shape like a Chinese character ri, a square, a field, a Chinese character mu, and the like, as long as the purpose of adjusting the height of the support body can be achieved, which is not particularly limited herein.
Preferably, thesupport body 6 is provided with a U-shaped mounting groove on the side opposite to the bed body 1, and the opening direction of the U-shaped mounting groove is arranged on the side opposite to the bed body 1. Be equipped with in the U type mounting groove andsupport gasbag 7,support gasbag 7 and fix in U type mounting groove bottom through modes such as bonding,support gasbag 7 sets the second air pump, and the second air pump is used for aerifing or the gassing function to supportinggasbag 7 realization. Above all, human body can inevitably produce the extrusion effort to the pillow at the sleep in-process, lead to the pillow to appear sunken the deformation, and the existence ofneck gasbag subassembly 4 in thepillow pad 2, make the condition of sunken downwards can not take place hardly with thecorresponding pillow pad 2 position ofneck gasbag subassembly 4, the existence that supportsgasbag 7 simultaneously can guarantee again thatpillow pad 2 can not take place to sink downwards with the back of the body 1 one side mutually, make liftable formula pillow appear warping the probability greatly reduced who sinks, do benefit to promotion user's result of use.
Preferably, thesupport body 6 is further provided with a surroundingedge structure 5 on the side opposite to the bed body 1, and the surroundingedge structure 5 and the bed body 1 are respectively arranged on two sides of the liftable pillow to form an installation position.Support 7 one side of gasbag and the fixed setting in bottom of U type mounting groove, the opposite side then cooperates with 5 butt joints of surrounding edge structure to further improve the extrusion support effect tosupporter 6.
Preferably, the liftingairbag group 3 comprises at least one layer of top-supportedairbag group 10, the multiple layers of top-supportedairbag groups 10 are stacked, and aflexible isolation material 12 in a sheet structure, such as isolation cloth or an elastic isolation plate, is arranged between two adjacent layers of top-supportedairbag groups 10 to reduce friction and eliminate noise. And each layer of the top-supportair bag group 10 is formed by laying a plurality ofair bag units 11. Theairbag unit 11 may include only one airbag structure, and theairbag unit 11 may include two ormore airbags 13 stacked on top of each other. Theadjacent air bags 13 are connected by a welded structure, which is generally an elliptical structure. And at least one connecting through hole, preferably 6-8 connecting through holes, are further provided between theconnected air bags 13, and the connecting through holes are equidistantly arranged on the inner side of the oval structure (i.e., the inner side of the welded structure). The welded structure enables a structural connection ofadjacent air pockets 13, while the connecting through holes enable an air flow communication. Specifically, in the present embodiment, eachairbag unit 11 includes threeairbags 13 stacked in layers, forming a structure similar to an airbag spring, and the stacked design of the threeairbags 13 not only realizes lifting of the pillow in a wider range, but also facilitates complete deflation. The shape of the balloon (or air bag) is not limited to a rectangular shape, and a circular or elliptical shape may be used, which is not intended to be limiting.
It should be noted that theair bag units 11 in each layer of the top-supportedair bag group 10 can be inflated or deflated independently, that is, eachair bag unit 11 is connected with an inflator pump to realize independent adjustment; of course, theair bag units 11 in the top-supportedair bag group 10 on the same layer can be communicated with each other through the connecting pipeline, and then theair bag units 11 in the top-supportedair bag group 10 on the same layer can be uniformly inflated or deflated by using one inflator pump, and the two inflation modes can be both adopted. Or, eachairbag unit 11 in the same layer of top-supportedairbag group 10 may be connected to an inflator through a connecting pipeline, and the inflation or deflation of eachairbag unit 11 is realized by using one inflator, where the specific structure of the inflation and deflation is not limited.
As an example of the embodiment, eachair bag unit 11 in the top-supportedair bag group 10 is separately provided with an inflator pump to individually inflate or deflate eachair bag unit 11, and the separate inflation structure enables the surface of the pillow to be adjusted in different areas, so that the adjustment flexibility of the pillow can be effectively improved, and the surface of the pillow can be adjusted to be an integral inclined structure or a concave structure, which is beneficial to better meeting the use requirements of users.
The air bag or the air bag in the technical scheme is formed by welding high polymer materials, is easy to clean and convenient to wash, and prevents the hidden dirt and the inhabitation dirt from breeding bacteria.
Preferably, the air-inflation and deflation control device further comprises a control module, and the control module is in control connection with each air-inflation and deflation device so as to realize inflation control or deflation control of each air bag or air bag and improve intelligence and convenience of the adjustment process. The air charging and discharging device includes the above-mentioned pump body, air pump or air charging pump, etc., which are not listed here. Even thepillow cushion 2 and the surface of the bed body 1 can keep the same height by controlling the inflation or deflation of the liftingair bag group 3, thereby realizing the real pillow-free sleeping and being beneficial to improving the integral aesthetic feeling of the mattress. Example 2
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment discloses an intelligent mattress, which includes the liftable pillow set inside a bed body in embodiment 1, so as to realize an intelligent mattress with a pillow. This intelligence mattress not only can realize not only having the nimble regulation of pillow height, does benefit to and has compromise pillow sleep and not have pillow sleep, has still realized good rib function, can satisfy user's multiple user demand.
