Meanwhile, as the garbage in the weighing process can not be monitored in the prior art, and more garbage can be left on the platform of the wagon balance for a long time, the environment is polluted, and the weighing calculation is not accurate enough, so that the driver identity and the driver corresponding record vehicle information can be identified in a unified manner, and a weighing anti-cheating system for monitoring the whole weighing process can be used.
Disclosure of Invention

The weighing reading change limiting and fetching function is set: when the weight data change exceeds a certain range within a specified time, the module prohibits data fetching, and prevents electronic interference cheating.
In cooperation with the vehicle locating unit, the module does not allow data to be read when a vehicle excursion overrun is detected.
The weighing management module database and the log file can not be modified, so that cheating is prevented.
The server adopts a Raid5 disk array storage mode to ensure the security of the database.
Furthermore, data are automatically checked between the server database and the weighing computer database at regular intervals, and the accuracy of data storage is guaranteed.
Further, the video monitoring module stores video monitoring records of the whole wagon balance area, and the storage time is more than half a year so as to ensure backtracking inspection of the weighing process.

The weighing anti-cheating method of the garbage cleaning vehicle is further disclosed, and is realized based on the system, and the weighing anti-cheating method comprises the following steps:
prestoring driver information, vehicle contour information and license plate information;
acquiring driver information, and calling vehicle contour information and license plate information corresponding to the driver information according to the driver information;

after weighing is finished, the weight data and the weighing time data corresponding to the vehicle are uploaded to a server.
The invention has the advantages that: the invention provides a weighing anti-cheating system and method for a garbage collection vehicle, which comprises a face recognition module, a license plate recognition module, a wagon balance, a server and a control module which are sequentially arranged along the advancing direction of the vehicle, wherein the face recognition module is used for acquiring the identity of drivers and passengers in real time; the license plate recognition module is used for acquiring real-time license plate information, and the wagon balance is used for weighing the vehicle; the system is characterized by further comprising a vehicle body outline recognition module, wherein the vehicle body outline recognition module is arranged between the license plate recognition module and the wagon balance and is used for scanning the vehicle body outline to obtain a real-time vehicle body outline image; the vehicle can not be cheated by utilizing triple correspondence verification, and meanwhile, the parking of the vehicle and the wagon balance ground are monitored by adopting a blind area identification means and a positioning identification technology, so that garbage is prevented from scattering; the different anti-cheating means are combined, and finally the weighbridge is effectively prevented from weighing cheating.

As shown in fig. 1, the existing weighbridge weighing anti-cheating module comprises a weighbridge, a weighing monitoring device a, an infrared monitoring device B, a camera C and other main hardware, and the weighbridge anti-cheating module, an anti-cheating card, an alarm, a card swiping machine and a computer are jointly formed. In the prior art, the driver identity and the vehicle identity cannot be identified in the weighing process, and the occurrence of cheating cannot be guaranteed. And a reasonable anti-cheating software module is not arranged, so that the anti-cheating behavior cannot be fundamentally stopped.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the module hardware of the present invention is composed of a wagon balance 400 (including a weighing sensor and a secondary table), a driver and passengerface recognition module 100, a vehicle bodycontour recognition module 200, a licenseplate recognition module 300, avehicle positioning unit 500, a vehicle guidance module 600, a work blindarea recognition unit 700, a weighing computer and weighing management software, acontrol module 800, and aserver 900. The vehicle guiding module 600 includes anLED display screen 610, atraffic light 620, abarrier module 630, and ananti-smash detecting unit 640.
The licenseplate recognition module 300 and the vehicle bodyoutline recognition module 200 jointly complete recognition of vehicle information; thebarrier module 630 and theanti-smashing detection unit 640 of the full-automatic vehicle stopping are main components of a vehicle guiding function, and the vehicle guiding function further comprises anLED display screen 610, atraffic light 620 and a voice command unit, and all functions are completed together.
The foremost end of the whole set of module is a vehicle verification waiting area, and the driver and passengerface recognition module 100 is arranged at the foremost end of the vehicle verification waiting area, so that the identity validity of drivers and passengers is recognized firstly, and drivers who are not recorded are prevented from entering a factory area.

After the upper management module updates the vehicle information, the vehicle database information can be updated timely and synchronously. And after the vehicle information is checked, a road gate entering the weighing apparatus is opened, so that the real recorded driver and the recorded vehicle are unified.
Vehicle positioning unit 500 deploys in weighbridge platform both sides periphery, adopts two sets of infrared detection device, and when the infrared ray was blockked by the object, trigger signal sent control module, and infrared detection device can effectually prevent to weigh the vehicle blank holder to guarantee that the pound is last only called the vehicle. The voice command unit in the vehicle guide module is arranged beside the wagon balance, and an outdoor waterproof sound column is adopted, so that the automatic alarm and prompt can be realized under abnormal conditions, and the voice command can be realized manually. The weighing computer and the weighing management software are used as the core of the complete set of modules, and not only complete the conventional wagon balance weighing control function, but also comprise various newly added anti-cheating functions. As shown in fig. 4, the system includes a set time interval anti-cheating function, a tare/core load anti-cheating function, a pairing time anti-cheating function, a large weighing reading variation anti-cheating function, a weighing curve anti-cheating function, an electronic fence anti-cheating function, a module log anti-tampering function, a database storage security function, and the like.
The camera used by the operation blindarea identification unit 700 takes video monitoring effect into consideration, records the video in the weighbridge area and stores the video in the hard disk video recorder for a long time, and the storage time is more than half a year so as to ensure the backtracking check of the weighing process of the supervision unit. The video server is provided with an AI-based image recognition technology function, and can recognize and judge the sanitary condition of the pound surface. Especially, the identification of the operation blind area is utilized, because the anti-cheating weighing is generally a flow operation, and the volume of the vehicle is large, the vehicle loaded with garbage is easy to shake off the garbage in the process of loading and unloading the wagon balance, so that the pollution of the ground environment is caused at this time, the weighing is not accurate enough, and even more, the estimation shaking off is possibly caused to weigh cheating; and the artificial monitoring has a blind area, so the monitoring blind area of the vehicle body is utilized to carry out image recognition on the falling object so as to prevent weighing cheating and garbage falling.
As shown in fig. 5, the working process of the wagon balance anti-cheating module is as follows:
the face information, vehicle license plate information, vehicle body outline information and the like of drivers and conductors are recorded into a database in advance, and a white list is established.
When a weighing vehicle enters a factory, firstly, the driver and passengerface recognition module 100 compares the recognized face information of the driver and passenger with the existing information of the database to ensure that a driver is put on record; the licenseplate recognition module 300 and the vehicle bodyoutline recognition module 200 compare the recognized license plate and the recognized vehicle body outline with the existing information of the database, so that the vehicle is ensured to be a recorded vehicle and is not subjected to vehicle shape modification. And a three-dimensional pattern formed by fitting the video stream and the picture stream is adopted, so that a system capable of carrying out comparison and identification aiming at the characteristics of the vehicle is formed, and the vehicle fake plate and the vehicle refitting are prevented.
After the driver and the vehicle pass the legality certification, the weighing barrier gate is opened, and the weight of the vehicle is weighed. Two sets of infrared devices ofvehicle positioning unit 500 form the fence, ensure that the vehicle is not pressed the blank, guarantee that the weighbridge bears the car weight completely, with prevent pounding detectingelement 640, operation blindarea recognition unit 700 when guaranteeing to weigh jointly, only weighed vehicle on the pound body.

The pairing time alarming function is set: if the vehicle is weighed in a vehicle number matching mode, when the weighing time of the vehicle exceeds a certain time interval, the module can generate prompt information that the weighing time of the vehicle is overtime.
The weighing secondary instrument has an anti-cheating lead seal.
The module database log file can not be modified, and cheating is prevented.
The module server adopts a Raid5 disk array mode to ensure the security of the database.
After the same garbage cleaning vehicle finishes weighing, the garbage cleaning vehicle is not allowed to enter the factory again within a fixed interval time, the fixed interval time can be flexibly set by a manager, and the phenomenon that the same garbage cleaning vehicle changes the carriage to enter the factory again within a short time after leaving the factory can be effectively prevented.
The vehicle weighing anti-cheating module realizes the combination of different anti-cheating means by deploying the auxiliary hardware with different functions in the wagon balance area and designing the corresponding software in the aspect of functions, and finally effectively prevents wagon balance weighing cheating.
