Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a woven nasal dilator, which solves the technical problems that the existing nasal concha support is poor in softness, hardness and air permeability, inconvenient to use, easy to cause nasal mucosa injury, easy to cause nasal bleeding and capable of affecting normal breathing of a user.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a braided nasal meatus dilator which comprises a dilator body, wherein the dilator body comprises a plurality of braided metal filaments, one ends of the metal filaments are connected through a tightening piece, the side walls of the two crossed metal filaments are contacted, and the dilator body is in a spherical and cylindrical combination shape.
Preferably, the material of the metal filament includes, but is not limited to, a titanium alloy.
Preferably, the contact position of the two crossed metal filaments is provided with a groove.
Preferably, the material of the tightener includes, but is not limited to, stainless iron.
Preferably, the outer side wall of the expander body is sleeved with a hollow plastic pipe.
Preferably, the fastening piece is provided with a detachable fixing pipe, and the hollow plastic pipe is sleeved on the outer side wall of the fixing pipe.
Compared with the related art, the braided nasal meatus dilator provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention provides a braided nasal meatus dilator, wherein a dilator body braided by metal wires made of titanium alloy materials has good softness, moderate hardness and good corrosion resistance, and can not cause damage even in a nasal cavity.
2. The invention provides a woven nasal meatus dilator, wherein the joint of two crossed metal filaments is not connected by a metal connecting device, so that the expansion range of a dilator body can be expanded, the air permeability of the dilator body can be improved, the breathing resistance is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments; all other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a braided nasal meatus dilator comprises adilator body 2, thedilator body 2 comprises a plurality of braided metal filaments 201, one end of the plurality of metal filaments 201 is connected through a tightening piece 202, the side walls of two crossed metal filaments 201 are contacted, and thedilator body 2 is in a combination of a ball shape and a barrel shape.
The metal filaments 201 are woven in the same manner as the screen.
The joint of the two crossed metal filaments 201 is not connected by a metal connecting device, so that the expansion range of theexpander body 2 can be enlarged, the air permeability of theexpander body 2 can be improved, the breathing resistance is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
The tightening member 202 serves to tighten the wire 201 and also to secure thetube 3 to one end thereof to facilitate the installation of thedilator body 2 into the nasal passage of a user.
Thedilator body 2 is shaped like the body of a goblet. So as to be convenient for opening the nasal meatus of the user and achieve the function of ventilation.
The metal filament 201 is made of titanium alloy.
The titanium alloy has high toughness and corrosion resistance, and can not cause damage even in a nasal cavity.
The tightening member 202 is made of stainless steel.
The outer side wall of theexpander body 2 is sleeved with a hollowplastic pipe 1.
The hollowplastic tube 1 has the function of conveniently placing thedilator body 2 into the nasal passage of a user, and the hollowplastic tube 1 has certain flexibility and can be bent.
The fastening piece 202 is provided with adetachable fixing pipe 3, and the hollowplastic pipe 1 is sleeved on the outer side wall of thefixing pipe 3.
Thefixed tube 3 is used for conveniently limiting the position of thedilator body 2, and thedilator body 2 is prevented from being pulled out of a nasal passage along with the hollowplastic tube 1 when the hollowplastic tube 1 is taken out.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, the contact positions of the two crossed metal filaments 201 are provided with grooves, so that the two metal filaments 201 are limited to rotate only, but the contact positions of the two metal filaments 201 are not changed in position, and the shape of theexpander body 2 is restored conveniently. And does not affect the air permeability of thedilator body 2.
The working principle is as follows:
the using method comprises the following steps:
firstly, fixedly sleeving one end of afixing pipe 3 on the outer side wall of a fastening piece 202 in a fixing way, and penetrating a hollowplastic pipe 1 from one end of thefixing pipe 3 far away from the fastening piece 202;
step two, slowly pushing the hollowplastic pipe 1 to one end of thefixing pipe 3, which is fixed with the tightening piece 202, until thewhole expander body 2 is covered;
step three, the whole nasal meatus dilator is inserted into the nasal cavity to reach the middle turbinate of the patient, the length of the metal mesh can be changed according to different types and specifications, and some metal meshes can be inserted into the lower turbinate;
step four, a user presses thefixing tube 3, slowly pulls the hollowplastic tube 1 towards thefixing tube 3, and ensures that thedilator body 2 is left in the nasal cavity of the user;
and fifthly, the hollowplastic pipe 1 and thefixing pipe 3 are taken off, and then the installation of the nasal meatus dilator can be completed.
