Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method, a device and a device for inspecting the lighting performance of electronic paper, which are to solve the problems in the prior art that the inspection efficiency of manually inspecting the lighting performance of the electronic ink screen is low and the risk of subjectively judging the defective products of the electronic ink screen by manual operation is high.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for inspecting a lighting performance of electronic paper, including: acquiring a starting signal and controlling an image inspection device to identify the lighted electronic paper; acquiring a lighting image of the electronic paper; inputting the lightening image into a preset detection model, and judging whether the electronic paper is qualified or not through the preset detection model; and the detection model is provided with qualified image characteristics and poor image characteristics of the lighting image.
Optionally, the determining, by the preset detection model, whether the lighting image is qualified includes: acquiring the image characteristics of the lightened image through the preset detection model; when the image features belong to the qualified image features, judging that the electronic paper is qualified; and when the image features belong to the poor image features, judging that the electronic paper is unqualified. When the image features do not belong to the qualified image features and the bad image features, generating an alarm signal; the alarm signal is used for indicating the updating of the detection model.
Optionally, the acquiring the start signal and controlling the image checking device to identify the lighted electronic paper includes: acquiring the starting signal; controlling a manipulator to pick up the electronic paper and put the electronic paper into a needle die jig according to the starting signal; controlling the needle die probe to be in butt joint with the electronic paper in the needle die jig so as to light the electronic paper; and controlling the image inspection device to identify the lighted electronic paper.
Optionally, the controlling the manipulator picks up the electronic paper and puts the electronic paper into a pin die fixture, including: controlling the mechanical arm to pick up the electronic paper and place the electronic paper on a correction platform; acquiring position data of the correction platform and position data of the needle die jig; aligning the correction platform with the needle die jig according to the position data of the correction platform and the position data of the needle die jig; and controlling the correction platform to place the electronic paper into the needle die jig.
Optionally, the controlling the robot to pick up the electronic paper and place the electronic paper on a correction platform includes: controlling an image positioning device to obtain position data of the electronic paper on a feeding production line; controlling the mechanical arm to the feeding assembly line to pick up the electronic paper according to the position data of the electronic paper; and controlling the mechanical arm to place the electronic paper on the correction platform.
Optionally, after the inputting the lighting image into a preset detection model and determining whether the electronic paper is qualified according to the preset detection model, the method further includes: when the electronic paper is qualified, controlling the manipulator to place the electronic paper on a discharging production line; and when the electronic paper is unqualified, controlling the mechanical arm to place the electronic paper on a recovery station.
Optionally, when the inspection result is a failure, controlling the manipulator to place the electronic paper on a recycling station includes: when the inspection result is unqualified, acquiring a working signal of a recovery station; judging whether the recovery station is in an idle state or not according to the working signal; and if so, controlling the recovery station to stretch out, and controlling the manipulator to place the electronic paper on the recovery station.
Optionally, after the controlling the robot to place the electronic paper on the recycling station, the method further includes: acquiring an end signal, wherein the end signal is used for representing that the manipulator puts the electronic paper on the recovery station; judging whether the ending signal exists or not; and if so, controlling the recovery station to reset, and increasing the total number of the electronic paper placed on the recovery station by one counting unit.
Optionally, the method of checking further comprises: acquiring the total number of the electronic paper placed on the recovery station; judging whether the total number of the electronic paper reaches a preset value or not; and if so, controlling the recovery station to stop working.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an inspection apparatus for inspecting a lighting performance of electronic paper, including: the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a starting signal and controlling the image inspection device to identify the lighted electronic paper; the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a lighting image of the electronic paper; the processing module is used for inputting the lightening image into a preset detection model and judging whether the electronic paper is qualified or not through the preset detection model; and the detection model is provided with qualified image characteristics and poor image characteristics of the lighting image.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an inspection apparatus for inspecting a lighting performance of electronic paper, including: the workbench is provided with a control system; the image inspection device is arranged on the workbench and is connected with the control system; the image checking device is used for identifying the lighted electronic paper.
Optionally, the inspection apparatus further comprises: the needle die jig is arranged on the workbench; the needle die jig is provided with a testing station suitable for containing electronic paper; the needle die probe is matched with the test station to work; the pin die probe has a first position close to the test station and a second position far away from the test station; and the mechanical arm is arranged on the workbench and is connected with the control system.
Optionally, the inspection apparatus further comprises: the correcting platform is arranged on the workbench; the correction platform is used for receiving the electronic paper to be inspected from the manipulator and accurately placing the electronic paper to be inspected into the needle die jig;
optionally, the robot of the inspection apparatus is a four-axis robot.
Optionally, the inspection apparatus further comprises: the feeding assembly line is arranged on the workbench and is used for carrying the electronic paper to be inspected, and the manipulator is suitable for picking up the electronic paper to be inspected from the feeding assembly line; the image positioning device is arranged on the workbench and is connected with the control system; the image positioning device is used for acquiring position data of the electronic paper on the feeding assembly line.
Optionally, the inspection apparatus further comprises: the discharging assembly line is arranged on the workbench; the discharging assembly line is used for bearing electronic paper qualified in inspection; the recovery station is arranged on the workbench; the recycling station is used for bearing electronic paper which is unqualified in inspection.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for inspecting a lighting performance of electronic paper, including: at least one inspection apparatus for inspecting a lighting performance of electronic paper as described in any one of the above embodiments.
Optionally, when a plurality of the inspection devices connected in series in sequence are provided, two adjacent inspection devices are controlled to work alternately.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, including: the device comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory and the processor are mutually connected in a communication mode, the memory stores computer instructions, and the processor executes the computer instructions so as to execute the checking method of any one of the above embodiments.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium stores computer instructions, and the computer instructions are used to enable the computer to execute the inspection method described in any one of the above embodiments.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. the embodiment of the invention provides a method for testing the lighting performance of electronic paper, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a starting signal and controlling an image inspection device to identify the lighted electronic paper; acquiring a lighting image of the electronic paper; inputting the lightening image into a preset detection model, and judging whether the electronic paper is qualified or not through the preset detection model; and the detection model is provided with qualified image characteristics and poor image characteristics of the lighting image.
The electronic ink screen is identified by the image inspection device, and whether the lighting performance of the electronic ink screen reaches the standard or not can be automatically inspected. Compared with the inspection efficiency of manual inspection, the inspection efficiency can be greatly improved by automatic inspection. Moreover, automatic identification is carried out through the image inspection device, subjective judgment of manual operation can be avoided, so that the judgment standard can be unified, and the personnel cost is reduced.
2. The embodiment of the invention provides that the starting signal is obtained; controlling a manipulator to pick up the electronic paper and put the electronic paper into a needle die jig according to the starting signal; controlling the needle die probe to be in butt joint with the electronic paper in the needle die jig so as to light the electronic paper; the technical scheme is that the image inspection device is controlled to identify the lightened electronic paper, the electronic paper is directly placed into the needle mold jig through the mechanical arm, and is subjected to press fit butt joint to lighten the electronic paper, so that the automatic feeding function can be realized.
3. The embodiment of the invention provides a method for controlling a manipulator to pick up electronic paper and place the electronic paper on a correction platform; acquiring position data of the correction platform and position data of the needle die jig; aligning the correcting platform with the testing station according to the position data of the correcting platform and the position data of the testing station; the technical scheme of controlling the correction platform to place the electronic paper into the pin die jig includes that the electronic paper is automatically placed on the correction platform through a manipulator and then positioned through an image positioning device, so that the correction platform can accurately place the electronic paper into the pin die jig for pressing and butting.
4. The embodiment of the invention provides that when the electronic paper is qualified, the manipulator is controlled to place the electronic paper on a discharging production line; when the electronic paper is unqualified, the manipulator is controlled to place the electronic paper on the recovery station, and the automatic feeding, discharging and discharging functions can be realized through the manipulator, so that the working efficiency can be greatly improved, the cyclic detection, monitoring and judgment control of the burning and lighting period of the needle mold jig can be automatically completed, and the automatic operation result of equipment is achieved.

At present, manual observation is generally adopted to check whether the lighting performance of the electronic ink screen meets the standard. The inspection efficiency of manually inspecting the lightening performance of the electronic ink screen is low, the manual inspection requirement on the lightening performance of the electronic ink screen in the industry is very high, and the risk of subjectively judging the electronic ink screen to be a poor product through manual operation is high.
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method, a device and a device for inspecting the lighting performance of electronic paper, which are to solve the problems in the prior art that the inspection efficiency of manually inspecting the lighting performance of the electronic ink screen is low and the risk of subjectively judging the defective products of the electronic ink screen by manual operation is high.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for inspecting a lighting performance of electronic paper, the method including:
s11, acquiring a starting signal and controlling theimage inspection device 3 to identify the lighted electronic paper;
after the start-up operation, the inspection apparatus acquires the start-up signal in real time. After the activation signal is acquired, theimage checking device 3 is controlled to recognize the electronic paper that has been lit. Of course, the lighting process of the electronic paper is not limited in this embodiment, and may be manual lighting or automatic lighting by a machine, and this embodiment is merely an example and may have a corresponding technical effect.
S12, acquiring a lighting image of the electronic paper;
after theimage inspection device 3 identifies the electronic paper that has been lighted, theimage inspection device 3 will take a picture of the lighted image of the electronic paper, and then acquire the lighted image through theimage inspection device 3.
S13, inputting the lightening image into a preset detection model, and judging whether the electronic paper is qualified or not through the preset detection model; and the detection model is provided with qualified image characteristics and poor image characteristics of the lighting image.
After an image of the electronic paper being lighted is acquired, the lighted image is input into a detection model preset by a control system, the detection model is an electronic paper lighting qualified detection model established in a CCD visual detection system, the electronic paper lighting qualified detection model is established through an operation relation of visual detection logics, the electronic paper lighting qualified detection model locks a detection area of the electronic paper and the form of the electronic paper under a qualified condition through the size of the electronic paper, and can acquire a qualified image feature of the electronic paper under the qualified condition and a bad image feature of the electronic paper under the unqualified condition, so that a database is established by the qualified image feature of all the electronic paper under the qualified condition and the bad image feature of the electronic paper under the unqualified condition.
Specifically, in the detection process, the image characteristics of the electronic paper when the image is lit can be obtained through the preset detection model.
When the image features belong to qualified image features in the database, judging that the electronic paper is qualified;
and when the image features belong to the poor image features in the database, judging that the electronic paper is unqualified.
When the image features do not belong to the qualified image features and the unqualified image features in the database, namely the image features do not accord with any image feature in the database, the image features are new image features, the system locks and generates an alarm signal. The technician is prompted to update the logical algorithm of the inspection model as soon as possible.
The embodiment of the invention can automatically check whether the lighting performance of the electronic ink screen reaches the standard or not by identifying through theimage checking device 3. Compared with the inspection efficiency of manual inspection, the inspection efficiency can be greatly improved by automatic inspection. Moreover, theimage inspection device 3 performs automatic identification, so that subjective judgment of manual operation can be avoided, judgment standards can be unified, and personnel cost can be reduced. And theimage checking device 3 monitors and scans the lighted picture or identifies and checks the electronic paper after the burning is finished, and the result judgment is given by using the algorithm, so that the automatic equipment identification can be realized, the corresponding checking and judging effect is given, and the next operation instruction is given. Therefore, cyclic detection, monitoring and judgment control of a burning and lighting period can be completed, and the result that the equipment needs to automatically run is achieved.

As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for inspecting a lighting performance of electronic paper, the method including:

In the embodiment of the invention, the test mainboard can communicate with a host PC or a PLC, a programmable controller and other control systems by expanding an external conversion module, and exchange information, so that the test effects of burning and lighting the electronic paper through the pin dieprobe 7 can be accurately fed back.

And if the total number of the electronic papers reaches a preset value, controlling the recovery station to stop working, and generating an alarm signal to wait for a technician to manually reset or wait for the recovery station to automatically reset.

The processing module is used for inputting the lightening image into a preset detection model and judging whether the electronic paper is qualified or not through the preset detection model; the specific content of the qualified image features and the specific content of the undesirable image features of the lighting image in the detection model are described in step S13 in the above embodiment, and are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention can automatically check whether the lighting performance of the electronic ink screen reaches the standard or not by identifying through theimage checking device 3. Compared with the inspection efficiency of manual inspection, the inspection efficiency can be greatly improved by automatic inspection. Example 6
As shown in fig. 5 to 10, the embodiment of the present invention also provides an inspection apparatus for inspecting the lighting performance of electronic paper, which includes a table 1 and animage inspection device 3.
The workbench 1 is provided with a control system, theimage inspection device 3 is arranged on the workbench 1, and theimage inspection device 3 is connected with the control system. Theimage checking device 3 is used for identifying the lighted electronic paper. Theimage inspection device 3 may be a CCD vision inspection computing device.
Optionally, the inspection apparatus further comprises apin jig 4 and arobot 2. The needle diejig 4 is arranged on the workbench 1. The needle diejig 4 is provided with atesting station 41 suitable for containing electronic paper and aneedle die probe 7 working in cooperation with thetesting station 41. The pin dieprobe 7 has a first position close to thetest station 41 and a second position remote from thetest station 41. And themanipulator 2 is arranged on the workbench 1, and themanipulator 2 is connected with the control system.
Optionally, the inspection apparatus further comprises acalibration platform 5, thecalibration platform 5 being arranged on said work table 1. The correctingplatform 5 is used for receiving the electronic paper to be detected from themanipulator 2 and accurately placing the electronic paper to be detected into the needle diejig 4. In the embodiment of the invention, themanipulator 2 of the inspection equipment can be a four-axis manipulator. Thecalibration platform 5 may be a three-axis calibration platform.
Optionally, the inspection apparatus further comprises a feed line and image positioning means 6. The feeding assembly line is arranged on the workbench 1 and carries the electronic paper to be inspected, and themanipulator 2 is suitable for picking up the electronic paper to be inspected from the feeding assembly line. Theimage positioning device 6 is arranged on the workbench 1, theimage positioning device 6 is connected with the control system, and theimage positioning device 6 is used for acquiring position data of the electronic paper on the feeding assembly line. Theimage positioning device 6 may also be a CCD vision inspection computing device, which may also be used for positioning.
Optionally, the inspection apparatus further comprises an outfeed line and a recovery station. The discharging assembly line is arranged on the workbench 1 and is used for bearing electronic paper qualified in inspection. The recycling station is arranged on the workbench 1 and used for bearing electronic paper which is unqualified in inspection.

Embodiments of the present invention further provide a system for inspecting an electronic paper lighting performance, where the system includes at least one inspection apparatus for inspecting an electronic paper lighting performance according to any of the above embodiments.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, when a plurality of inspection devices connected in series in sequence are provided, two adjacent inspection devices are controlled to operate alternately.
For example, there are ten inspection devices connected in series, and the ten inspection devices are numbered in sequence from one to ten. When the odd-numbered bit verifying unit operates, the even-numbered bit verifying unit stops operating. Similarly, when the odd-numbered bit verifying means stops operating, the even-numbered bit verifying means starts operating. As for the alternate working time of the inspection equipment, the technical personnel in the field can change according to the actual situation, and can achieve the same technical effect.
With such an arrangement, themanipulators 2 of a plurality of inspection devices can be prevented from being mutually connected, so that the normal operation can be realized.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, where the electronic device may include: at least one processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), at least one communication interface, a memory, at least one communication bus. Wherein the communication bus is used for realizing connection communication among the components. The communication interface may include a Display screen (Display) and a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the selectable communication interface may also include a standard wired interface and a standard wireless interface. The Memory may be a high-speed RAM Memory (volatile Random Access Memory) or a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. The memory may optionally be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor. An application program is stored in the memory and the processor calls the program code stored in the memory for performing any of the method steps described above.
The communication bus may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus or an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus. The communication bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc.
The memory may include a volatile memory (RAM), such as a random-access memory (RAM); the memory may also include a non-volatile memory (english: non-volatile memory), such as a flash memory (english: flash memory), a hard disk (english: hard disk drive, abbreviated: HDD) or a solid-state drive (english: SSD); the memory may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
The processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), or a combination of a CPU and an NP.
The processor may further include a hardware chip. The hardware chip may be an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), or a combination thereof. The PLD may be a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), a field-programmable gate array (FPGA), a General Array Logic (GAL), or any combination thereof.
Optionally, the memory is also used for storing program instructions. The processor may call program instructions to implement the inspection method of inspecting the lighting performance of the electronic paper as shown in the above-described embodiments of the present application.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions may execute the inspection method for inspecting the lighting performance of the electronic paper in any of the above method embodiments. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD), a Solid State Drive (SSD), or the like; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
