The invention belongs to the technical field of composite corrugated board processing, and particularly relates to a multi-layer composite corrugated board and a processing method thereof.
Background
Corrugated paper is a plate-shaped object formed by bonding corrugated paper of corrugated shapes formed by processing of liner paper and corrugated rollers, generally divided into single corrugated paper boards and double corrugated paper boards, and divided into the following two types according to the size of the corrugated paper: A. b, C, E, F five types. The corrugated paper has the advantages of low cost, light weight, easy processing, high strength, excellent printing adaptability, convenient storage and transportation and the like, more than 80 percent of the corrugated paper can be recycled, and the corrugated paper can be used for packaging food or digital products, is relatively environment-friendly and is widely used; the corrugated paper box is made of corrugated paper boards, is the most widely used paper container package, and is widely used for transportation and packaging. Corrugated containers are widely used because of the many unique advantages: the cushion performance is good, light and convenient, firm, the overall dimension is small, the raw materials are sufficient, with low costs, the automated production of being convenient for, the packing operation cost is low, can pack multiple article, the metal quantity is few, the printing performance is good, recoverable reuse.
The corrugated paper composite board is a novel material which saves resources, protects ecological environment and has relatively low cost, is emerging after the honeycomb paper board is released in the United states of America, and is a new generation of high-tech achievement which is owned by China from the whole automatic production line equipment to the finished product and has complete intellectual property rights. The finished product has light weight, high strength, no deformation, good rigidity, strong buffering performance, good sound insulation and heat insulation effects, can resist flame, damp and water after proper treatment, has lower requirements on raw materials than honeycomb paperboards, and can use recycled waste paper and old corrugated paper boxes as production raw materials, so the raw materials have wide and sufficient sources. The finished product can be recycled after being used, meets the environment-friendly requirement of resource recycling, and has wide application prospect.
The multilayer composite corrugated board in the prior art is usually only adhered and compounded through simple multiple layers to obtain higher structural strength, the improvement of the structural strength is not obvious in a simple multilayer compounding mode, however, the corrugated board is basically of a paper surface structure formed by a board core paperboard and a board surface paperboard, and the corrugated board is very easy to soften when moisture is received, so that the structural strength is lost, and the multilayer composite corrugated board and the processing method are provided for solving the problems in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multilayer composite corrugated board and a processing method thereof, wherein a supporting part is arranged between a central composite corrugated board and a clamping board on the composite structure of the multilayer corrugated board, and the clamping board and the supporting part are treated by resin glue, so that the structural strength of the multilayer composite corrugated board is improved from the inside, and the waterproof effect of the composite corrugated board is improved by the arrangement of waterproof resin glue and edge sealing paper, so as to solve the problems in the prior art in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the multilayer composite corrugated board comprises a central paperboard, a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, wherein the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are stuck and fixed on two sides of the central paperboard, and the central paperboard comprises a first central board paperboard, a central board core paperboard and a second central board paperboard;
a plurality of groups of supporting parts are fixedly adhered to a first central board surface paperboard and a second central board surface paperboard of the central paperboard, the supporting parts are formed by adhering a plurality of groups of corrugated paper strips, the corrugated paper strips and the central paperboard are vertically arranged, a first butt joint groove and a second butt joint groove are respectively arranged on the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and the supporting parts on two sides of the central paperboard are respectively butt jointed in the first butt joint groove and the second butt joint groove;
bonding parts are arranged in the first butt joint groove and the second butt joint groove, glue is coated between the first central board surface paper board and the second clamping plate, glue is coated between the second central board surface paper board and the first clamping plate bracket, and the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are coated with waterproof resin glue;
the first butt joint groove and the second butt joint groove are used for accommodating and butt joint supporting portions, and the supporting portions are used for supporting the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, so that the composite corrugated board integrally obtains stronger supporting force.
Preferably, the side paste of first splint and second splint is fixed with the banding paper, the banding paper sets up to the waterproof kraft paper of tectorial membrane, the one end of banding paper is pasted on first splint, the other end of banding paper is pasted on the second splint.
Preferably, a plurality of groups of corrugated paper strips are pasted side by side through glue to form a supporting part, and the bottoms of the corrugated paper strips are pasted on the first central board surface paper board and the second central board surface paper board.
Preferably, the first clamping plate, the second clamping plate and the supporting part are all processed by glue coating.
Preferably, first splint and second splint all include second board core cardboard and second face cardboard, waterproof resin glue coats on the lateral surface of second face cardboard.
Preferably, a plurality of groups supporting part that central cardboard two sides was pasted are the rectangle array setting, the first butt joint groove of first splint also all sets up with the equal rectangle array in the second butt joint groove of second splint, and first butt joint groove and second butt joint groove all are the setting of aliging with the supporting part.
The invention also provides a processing method of the multilayer composite corrugated board, which comprises the following steps:
step S1, firstly, preparing a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, wherein the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are both composed of a layer of panel and a layer of core plate, and a plurality of groups of rectangular array butt joint grooves are formed in the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate;
step S2 of performing a coating process of a waterproof resin glue on the support part and the first and second splints prepared in step S1 by cutting the conventional corrugated paper and bonding a plurality of corrugated paper strips to form the support part;
step S3, sticking and fixing the processed supporting parts on two side surfaces of the central paper board, wherein the sticking positions of the supporting parts are aligned with the butt joint grooves;
and step S4, coating adhesive glue on the central paperboard, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, butting the supporting parts on the clamping plates through the butting grooves, so that the three layers of corrugated boards are compositely spliced, and after the adhesive glue is solidified, edge sealing is carried out on the side edges through edge sealing paper, thus completing the preparation.
Preferably, in step S1, the abutting grooves of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are opened by a die cutting machine.
Preferably, in the solidification process of the bonding glue in the step S4, the temperature is increased to 120-130 ℃ at the rate of 20-30 ℃ per hour, and is reduced to 50-70 ℃ after the temperature is increased to the maximum temperature, and the resin glue in the corrugated paper is dried for 1-3 hours.

according to the corrugated paperboard, the supporting parts are adhered to the central paperboard, the butt joint grooves are formed in the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, the supporting parts which are arranged in an array mode are accommodated through the butt joint grooves, the supporting parts are formed by adhering a plurality of longitudinally arranged corrugated paper slips, the corrugated paper slips coated and adhered by resin glue, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate can enable the outer portion of the corrugated paperboard to obtain a stronger supporting effect, and the corrugated paperboard can obtain a stronger supporting effect compared with a conventional multi-layer corrugated paperboard through the design of a composite structure and an inner supporting structure of the multi-layer corrugated paper;
carry out the coating of waterproof resin glue through first splint and second splint and handle, thereby make the splint at center cardboard both ends or gain stronger waterproof ability, also encapsulate the side of multilayer composite board through the banding paper simultaneously, thereby also make in the unable central cardboard that gets into composite corrugated container board of outside aqueous vapor moisture make whole cardboard become soft and lose structural strength, coating mode and side encapsulation mode through waterproof resin glue, make the cardboard obtain stronger structural strength and water-proof effects.

the multilayer composite corrugated board comprises acentral board 1, afirst clamping plate 2 and asecond clamping plate 3, wherein thefirst clamping plate 2 and thesecond clamping plate 3 are fixedly adhered to two sides of thecentral board 1, and thecentral board 1 comprises a first centralboard surface board 7, a central board core board 8 and a second central board surface board 9;
a plurality of groups of supportingparts 4 are fixedly adhered to a first centralboard surface paperboard 7 and a second central board surface paperboard 9 of thecentral paperboard 1, the supportingparts 4 are formed by adhering a plurality of groups ofcorrugated paper strips 6, thecorrugated paper strips 6 are perpendicular to thecentral paperboard 1, a firstbutt joint groove 10 and a secondbutt joint groove 11 are respectively arranged on thefirst clamping plate 2 and thesecond clamping plate 3, and the supportingparts 4 on two surfaces of thecentral paperboard 1 are respectively butt jointed in the firstbutt joint groove 10 and the secondbutt joint groove 11;

First splint 2 is fixed with bandingpaper 12 with the side paste ofsecond splint 3, bandingpaper 12 sets up to the waterproof kraft paper of tectorial membrane, the one end of bandingpaper 12 is pasted onfirst splint 2, the other end of bandingpaper 12 is pasted onsecond splint 3.
The supportingparts 4 are formed by adhering a plurality of groups ofcorrugated paper slips 6 side by side through glue, and the bottoms of thecorrugated paper slips 6 are adhered to the first central boardsurface paper board 7 and the second central board surface paper board 9.
Thefirst clamping plate 2, thesecond clamping plate 3 and the supportingpart 4 are all subjected to glue coating treatment; thefirst clamping plate 2 and thesecond clamping plate 3 both comprise a secondplate core paperboard 13 and a secondplate surface paperboard 14, and the waterproof resin glue is coated on the outer side surface of the secondplate surface paperboard 14; a plurality of groups of supportingparts 4 thatcentral cardboard 1 both sides were pasted are the rectangle array setting, the first buttjoint groove 10 offirst splint 2 also sets up with the equal rectangle array in the second buttjoint groove 11 ofsecond splint 3, and first buttjoint groove 10 and second buttjoint groove 11 are all with supportingpart 4 and align the setting.
The invention also provides a processing method of the multilayer composite corrugated board, which comprises the following steps:
step S1, firstly, preparing afirst clamping plate 2 and asecond clamping plate 3, wherein thefirst clamping plate 2 and thesecond clamping plate 3 are both composed of a layer of panel and a layer of core plate, and a plurality of groups of rectangular array butt joint grooves are formed in thefirst clamping plate 2 and thesecond clamping plate 3;
step S2 of performing a coating process of a waterproof resin glue on thesupport part 4 and the first andsecond clamping plates 2 and 3 prepared in step S1 by cutting the conventional corrugated paper and bonding a plurality ofcorrugated paper strips 6 to form thesupport part 4;
step S3, sticking and fixing the processedsupport parts 4 on two side surfaces of thecentral paper board 1, wherein the sticking positions of thesupport parts 4 are aligned with the butt joint grooves;
step S4, coating adhesive glue on thecentral paperboard 1, thefirst clamping plate 2 and thesecond clamping plate 3, butting the supportingparts 4 on the clamping plates through the butting grooves, so that the three layers of corrugated boards are compositely spliced, and after the adhesive glue is solidified, edge sealing is carried out on the sides through theedge sealing paper 12 to finish the preparation.
In step S1, the butt-joint grooves of thefirst clamping plate 2 and thesecond clamping plate 3 are opened by a die-cutting machine; in the solidification process of the adhesive glue in the step S4, the temperature is increased to 120-130 ℃ at the rate of 20-30 ℃ per hour, and the temperature is reduced to 50-70 ℃ after the temperature is increased to the maximum temperature, and the resin glue in the corrugated paper is dried for 1-3 hours.
In specific implementation, thesupport part 4 is formed by cutting the conventional corrugated paper and bonding a plurality ofcorrugated paper strips 6, and thesupport part 4 and thefirst clamping plate 2 and thesecond clamping plate 3 prepared in the step S1 are subjected to waterproof resin glue coating treatment; the processed supportingparts 4 are stuck and fixed on two side surfaces of thecentral paper board 1, and the sticking positions of the supportingparts 4 are aligned with the butt joint grooves; coating adhesive glue on thecentral paperboard 1, thefirst clamping plate 2 and thesecond clamping plate 3, and butting the supportingparts 4 on the clamping plates through the butting grooves, so that the three layers of corrugated boards are compositely spliced, and after the adhesive glue is solidified, the edges are sealed through theedge sealing paper 12 to finish preparation. The butt joint grooves on thefirst clamping plate 2 and thesecond clamping plate 3 are formed through a die cutting machine; in the solidification process of the adhesive glue in the step S4, the temperature is increased to 120-130 ℃ at the rate of 20-30 ℃ per hour, and the temperature is reduced to 50-70 ℃ after the temperature is increased to the maximum temperature, and the resin glue in the corrugated paper is dried for 1-3 hours;
according to the corrugated board, the supportingparts 4 are adhered to thecentral paper board 1, the butt joint grooves are formed in thefirst clamping board 2 and thesecond clamping board 3, the supportingparts 4 which are arranged in an array mode are accommodated through the butt joint grooves, the supportingparts 4 are formed by adhering the plurality ofcorrugated paper strips 6 which are longitudinally arranged, thecorrugated paper strips 6 coated and adhered by resin glue and thefirst clamping board 2 and thesecond clamping board 3 can enable the outer portion of the corrugated board to obtain a stronger supporting effect, and the corrugated board can obtain a stronger supporting effect compared with a conventional multi-layer corrugated board through the design of a composite structure and an inner supporting structure of the multi-layer corrugated board;
carry out waterproof resin glue's coating throughfirst splint 2 andsecond splint 3 and handle, thereby make the splint at center cardboard both ends or get stronger waterproof ability, also encapsulate the side of multilayer composite board through bandingpaper 12 simultaneously, thereby also make outside aqueous vapor moisture can't get into in composite corrugated container board's thecentral cardboard 1 make whole cardboard become soft and lose structural strength, coating mode and side encapsulation mode through waterproof resin glue, make the cardboard obtain stronger structural strength and water-proof effects.
