In use, in the step I, as shown in the combined drawings of fig. 1-8, when the enema is treated by the drug therapy, the thin tube at the rear side of the enema gun is connected with the liquid medicine bag 2 through a hose, and the thick tube is connected with the waste liquid bag 3 through a hose; turning on a power switch 104 at the rear side of the gun body 1, turning on a display screen 105, selecting a drug therapy module, and then pressing an adjusting button 106 to adjust the dosage and the injection speed of the injected liquid medicine; the glass cover 420 at the front side of the gun body 1 is opened, the enema head 403 is inserted into the anus of the patient, and the enema head 403 is arranged at the right side of the liquid guide valve body 401; the left end of the enema head 403 is provided with a sealing round table 421, and the enema head is sealed with the anus through the sealing round table 421; the right end of the enema head 403 is provided with a glass sleeve cap 409, the inside of the glass sleeve cap 409 is in a hollow state, the right side of the glass sleeve cap 409 is in a round cap shape, and when the enema head is inserted into an anus, the right side of the glass sleeve cap 409 is designed in the round cap shape, so that the enema head is convenient to operate and insert.

Step two, as shown in fig. 1-9, when cleaning the enemator, agroove 419 is arranged on the periphery of the right side of the liquid guidingvalve body 401, aglass cover 420 is arranged on the right side of thegroove 419, theenema head 403 and theglass cover cap 409 are both arranged in theglass cover 420, theglass cover 420 is arranged on the right side of theenema head 403, the liquid medicine bag 2 is changed into a clean water bag, then the cleaning module is selected, thestart switch 103 is pressed, and theperistaltic pump 402 and thesmall motor 408 work at this time; when theperistaltic pump 402 is operated, water in the clean water bag is pumped into theglass cover 420 through theliquid inlet tank 404, theliquid inlet pipe 405 and theglass sleeve cap 409, and water flow enters theliquid return tank 406 because theglass cover 420 seals theenema head 403.

Apressure regulating block 413 is arranged at the corner position inside the T-shapedpipe 412 in the vertical direction, a connectingrod 414 is arranged below thepressure regulating block 413, a limitingblock 415 is arranged below the bottom of the connectingrod 414, a limitinggroove 416 is arranged inside the T-shapedpipe 412, the limitingblock 415 is connected inside the limitinggroove 416 in a sliding mode and used for limiting the upper position and the lower position of thepressure regulating block 413, asealing block 417 is arranged at the bottom of the limitinggroove 416, aspring 418 is arranged between the sealingblock 417 and the limitingblock 415, thepressure regulating block 413 is pushed to move vertically downwards along the T-shapedpipe 412 under the action of certain water pressure, the connectingrod 414 and the limitingblock 415 are pushed to move downwards together, and thespring 418 is compressed when the limitingblock 415 moves downwards; when thepressure regulating block 413 moves downwards, the upper pipe and the left pipe of the T-shapedpipe 412 are connected, and the cleaned liquid enters thewaste liquid bag 3 through the T-shapedpipe 412 and the hose.
Theglass cover 420 forms a flowing water system inside, and theenema head 403 and the internal structure are cleaned through the flowing water system; when water in theglass cover 420 is clear and free of impurities at one end of cleaning, the startingswitch 103 is loosened, the water pressure above the T-shapedpipe 412 is reduced, thepressing block 413 is adjusted to be upwards bounced to reset under the elastic action of thespring 418, and the corner part of the T-shapedpipe 412 is closed.
The clean water bag is replaced by an alcohol bag, and the start button is pressed in the same way, so that theenema head 403 and the internal devices are cleaned, disinfected and sterilized for the second time through alcohol; after cleaning, pulling out the alcohol bag, after the alcohol in theglass cover 420 is drained, loosening the starting button and turning off thepower switch 104, and finally pulling out thewaste liquid bag 3 behind the gun body 1; the improved enemator can be repeatedly used, is convenient to clean, has greatly reduced use cost compared with a one-time enemator, and realizes the effects of energy conservation and environmental protection.
Step three, as shown in fig. 1-9, when cleaning the intestinal tract, changing the liquid medicine bag 2 into a cleaning bag, keeping the waste liquid bag 3 unchanged, selecting the cleaning mode when the enemator is opened, pressing the adjusting button 106 to adjust the cleaning pressure and the liquid flow rate, after the adjustment is finished, opening the glass cover 420, inserting the enema head 403 into the anus, pressing the start switch 103, at the moment, the peristaltic pump 402 works together with the small motor 408, when the cleaning liquid enters the intestinal tract, the pressure in the intestinal tract increases, arranging a pressure sensor 411 between the liquid inlet tank 404 and the liquid return tank 406 at the right end of the enema head 403, monitoring the pressure in the intestinal tract in real time through the pressure sensor 411, when the pressure in the intestinal tract reaches the designated pressure, the small motor 408 starts working, similarly, when the small motor 408 works, pushing the liquid to move to the position of the T-shaped tube 412 along the liquid return tank 406, and opening the pressure adjusting block 413 under a certain pressure, cleaning solution and sundries enter the waste liquid bag 3 through a hose; the faster the rotating speed of the small motor 408 is, the larger the liquid discharge flow rate is, the liquid is pushed and discharged by adopting the packing auger 407 mode, and foreign matters can be prevented from blocking the liquid return groove 406; when cleaning liquid flows in the intestinal tract for cleaning, the intestinal tract is cleaned under a certain constant pressure state through the cooperation of the small motor 408 and the peristaltic pump 402; the intestinal tract is cleaned through flowing water flow, so that the cleaning time is short, the efficiency is high, and the intestinal tract is cleaned cleanly.
And after the intestinal tract is cleaned, theenema head 403 is pulled out, and the enema head is cleaned, wherein the cleaning process is the same as the cleaning process in the second step.
In conclusion, the mode, the intake amount and the pressure can be selected on the touch screen according to the requirements during enema, the startingswitch 103 is pressed, theperistaltic pump 402 is used for injecting the enema to replace a traditional infusion bag, the enema can be conveniently used no matter the intestinal tract is cleaned or the enema is treated, and particularly, the efficiency is greatly improved in short-time drug treatment enema. The control mode of the invention is automatically controlled by the controller, the control circuit of the controller can be realized by simple programming of a person skilled in the art, the invention belongs to the common knowledge in the field, and the invention is mainly used for protecting mechanical devices, so the control mode and the circuit connection are not explained in detail in the invention.
