The present application is directed to solving at least one of the problems in the prior art. Therefore, the flying-weaving vamp method is provided, the production process can be simplified, and the processing efficiency can be improved.
The application also provides weaving equipment for realizing the method for flying weaving the shoe upper.
A method of fly-weaving an upper in accordance with an embodiment of a first aspect of the present application includes a weaving device having a first yarn feeder, a second yarn feeder, and a third yarn feeder disposed thereon, the method including: identifying a flat portion and a raised portion of the upper to be woven; weaving a first outer side layer by adopting the first yarn nozzle, and weaving a first inner side layer by adopting the third yarn nozzle; wherein the first outer side layer and the first inner side layer are superimposed on each other to form the planar portion; weaving a second outer side layer by adopting the first yarn nozzle, weaving a second inner side layer by adopting the third yarn nozzle, and weaving a filling body by adopting the second yarn nozzle; wherein the second outer layer, the filler and the second inner layer are superimposed on each other with the filler disposed therebetween to form the protruding portion; knitting the first lateral layer and the second lateral layer, and knitting the first medial layer and the second medial layer to interconnect the planar portion and the raised portion to form the upper.
According to the method for flying weaving the shoe upper, the following advantages are achieved: the vamp is divided into a plane part and a protruding part by respectively arranging a first yarn nozzle, a second yarn nozzle and a third yarn nozzle, wherein the plane part is formed by mutually overlapping a first outer layer and a first inner layer, the protruding part is formed by mutually overlapping a second outer layer, a filling body and a second inner layer, and the filling body of the protruding part is clamped between the second outer layer and the second inner layer. The first yarn nozzle adopts the same yarn to weave a first outer side layer and a second outer side layer of the vamp, the second yarn nozzle weaves a filling body of the vamp, and the third yarn nozzle adopts the same yarn to weave a first inner side layer and a second inner side layer of the vamp. Since the same yarn is used for knitting, the thicknesses of the first outer layer and the second outer layer are the same, and the thicknesses of the first inner layer and the second inner layer are the same. However, the protrusions are filled with more filler than the flat portions, so that the protrusions have a greater thickness than the flat portions, and therefore the second outer layer on the upper protrudes beyond the first outer layer, thereby creating a protruding pattern on the upper. According to the method, the number of the yarn mouths is increased on the weaving equipment without adopting other equipment and other materials, the first outer side layer and the second outer side layer are respectively connected in a weaving mode, the first inner side layer and the second inner side layer are connected in a weaving mode, the whole vamp with the concave-convex stereoscopic impression can be woven, the production process can be simplified, and the processing efficiency can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the application, the knitting a filling body with the second yarn feeder comprises: and stranding a plurality of single-stranded yarns into a composite yarn, and weaving the filling body by using the composite yarn carried by the second yarn nozzle.
According to some embodiments of the application, the second yarn feeder is provided with at least two, the composite yarn carried by each second yarn feeder is formed by twisting different numbers of single-strand yarns, and the filling body is woven by the second yarn feeder, including: the filling bodies with different thicknesses are respectively woven by adopting at least two second yarn mouths.
According to some embodiments of the application, the weaving of the filling bodies having different thicknesses by using at least two of the second yarn feeders respectively comprises: the at least two second yarn mouths are adopted to carry the composite yarns respectively to weave different parts of the filler, so that the filler has a concave-convex stereoscopic impression.

According to the knitting equipment of the embodiment of the second aspect of the application, the method for flying knitting the upper is realized, the first yarn nozzle, the second yarn nozzle and the third yarn nozzle are arranged on the knitting equipment, and the knitting equipment is used for knitting the upper with stereoscopic impression.
According to the weaving equipment of the embodiment of the application, at least the following beneficial effects are achieved: set up yarn mouth more than three on equipment, can utilize one of two yarn mouths to weave first outside layer and the second outside layer of vamp, utilize another in two yarn mouths to weave first inside layer and the second inside layer of vamp to utilize remaining yarn mouths to weave the obturator of vamp, can directly utilize the yarn mouth to weave out the obturator, and need not to produce the obturator of other materials in addition again, also need not to use other equipment, and then play the effect of simplifying technology, improvement machining efficiency.
According to some embodiments of the application, the second yarn mouths are provided with at least two, each for carrying a composite yarn formed by twisting a different number of single yarns.

With reference to fig. 1, a method of fly-weaving an upper according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present application includes a weaving device having a first yarn feeder, a second yarn feeder, and a third yarn feeder disposed thereon, the method including:
step S100: identifying a flat portion and a raised portion of the upper to be woven;
step S200: weaving the first outer side layer by adopting a first yarn nozzle, and weaving the first inner side layer by adopting a third yarn nozzle; wherein the first outer layer and the first inner layer are superimposed on each other to form a planar portion;
step S300: weaving a second outer side layer by adopting a first yarn nozzle, weaving a second inner side layer by adopting a third yarn nozzle, and weaving a filling body by adopting the second yarn nozzle; wherein the second outer layer, the filler and the second inner layer are stacked one on another, and the filler is disposed between the second outer layer and the second inner layer to form a protruding portion;
step S400: the first lateral layer and the second lateral layer are knit-connected and the first medial layer and the second medial layer are knit-connected to interconnect the planar portion and the raised portion to form the upper.
It can be understood that the common method for flying knitting the shoe upper is to divide a yarn into a plurality of connected sections, each section of yarn is subjected to a looping process, and each section of yarn after looping passes through and is connected with each other, so that a row of continuous knitting semi-finished products formed by looped yarns are formed. And repeatedly knitting the yarns into a plurality of rows of knitted semi-finished products, and enabling the knitted yarns of the adjacent rows to penetrate through each section of knitted yarns and be connected with each other, so that the flying-knitted vamp can be finally obtained.
The vamp that adopts the flying weaving vamp method of the embodiment of this application to make includes: the shoe upper includes a planar portion and a raised portion, wherein the planar portion includes a first lateral layer and a first medial layer, the raised portion includes a second lateral layer and a second medial layer, and the second lateral layer of the raised portion protrudes from the first lateral layer of the planar portion to create a three-dimensional sensation on the shoe upper. The planar part is a vamp area without concave-convex three-dimensional modeling on the surface, and the vamp area is composed of a first outer layer woven by yarns on the first yarn nozzle and a first inner layer woven by yarns on the third yarn nozzle, namely the thickness of the planar part is equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the outer layer and the inner layer, so that the thicknesses of different areas of the planar part are the same, and the vamp area without concave-convex three-dimensional modeling can be formed. The protruding part is an upper area with a concave-convex three-dimensional shape and is composed of a second outer layer woven by yarns on the first yarn nozzle, a filler woven by yarns on the second yarn nozzle and a second inner layer woven by yarns on the third yarn nozzle, the filler is clamped between the second outer layer and the second inner layer, and the second outer layer and the second inner layer are tightly attached to the surface of the filler. The thickness of the protruding part is larger than that of the plane part, and the thickness difference is the thickness of the filling body. The protrusion part has a thicker thickness due to the existence of the filling body, so that the second outer layer of the protrusion part protrudes out of the first outer layer of the plane part, and a three-dimensional modeling is generated.
According to the method for flying weaving the shoe upper, the following advantages are achieved: the vamp is divided into a plane part and a protruding part by respectively arranging a first yarn nozzle, a second yarn nozzle and a third yarn nozzle, wherein the plane part is formed by mutually overlapping a first outer layer and a first inner layer, the protruding part is formed by mutually overlapping a second outer layer, a filling body and a second inner layer, and the filling body of the protruding part is clamped between the second outer layer and the second inner layer. The first yarn nozzle adopts the same yarn to weave a first outer side layer and a second outer side layer of the vamp, the second yarn nozzle weaves a filling body of the vamp, and the third yarn nozzle adopts the same yarn to weave a first inner side layer and a second inner side layer of the vamp. According to some embodiments of the present application, knitting the filling body with a second yarn nozzle comprises: and twisting a plurality of single-stranded yarns into a composite yarn, and knitting the filling body by using the second yarn nozzle to carry the composite yarn. It can be understood that, because only one yarn is involved in the weaving of the filling body, and a plurality of single-strand yarns are twisted into a composite yarn, the diameter of the yarn can be increased without preparing yarns of other specifications, so that the filling bodies with different thicknesses can be woven under the condition that only one yarn is prepared.
According to some embodiments of the application, the second yarn mouths are provided with at least two, the composite yarn carried by each second yarn mouth is formed by twisting different numbers of single-strand yarns, and the filling body is woven by the second yarn mouths, including: the filling bodies with different thicknesses are respectively woven by adopting at least two second yarn nozzles. At least two second yarn mouths are arranged, and different second yarn mouths are enabled to carry composite yarns formed by twisting different numbers, namely the diameters of the composite yarns carried by different second yarn mouths are different. In reality, many shoes of the complicated molding can be formed by a plurality of bulge parts with the same thickness or different thicknesses, when different bulge parts on the shoes are woven, when the filling bodies with different thicknesses are woven, the composite yarns with different diameters can be brought into the to-be-woven areas corresponding to different filling bodies by using different second yarn mouths, and then the thicknesses of the different filling bodies are different, so that the shoes are in a concave-convex three-dimensional shape.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the method for knitting the filling bodies with different thicknesses by using at least two second yarn mouths comprises the following steps: the at least two second yarn nozzles are adopted to carry the composite yarns respectively to weave different parts of the filler, so that the filler has concave-convex stereoscopic impression. When the composite yarn is formed by twisting single-strand yarns with different numbers, composite yarns with different diameters can be obtained. Because the filler is formed by mutually hooking a plurality of rows of braided fabrics under the condition that the yarns are braided in a plurality of rows, when the filler has a concave-convex stereoscopic impression, the diameters of the yarns for braiding different parts of the filler are required to be different. The two second yarn mouths are arranged and are enabled to carry composite yarns with different diameters respectively, the composite yarns carried on the different second yarn mouths are used for weaving different parts of the same filling body, namely the composite yarns with different diameters are used for weaving the parts with different thicknesses of the filling body respectively, and then the single filling body has a concave-convex stereoscopic impression.
According to some embodiments of the present application, after identifying the flat portion and the raised portion of the upper to be woven, further comprising: controlling the first yarn nozzle, the second yarn nozzle and the third yarn nozzle to simultaneously enter the position to be knitted of the vamp; correspondingly, adopt first yarn mouth to weave first outside layer, adopt third yarn mouth to weave first inside layer, include: the first yarn is brought into the first yarn by a first yarn nozzle to weave the first outer side layer, and meanwhile, the third yarn is brought into the third yarn by a third yarn nozzle to weave the first inner side layer; correspondingly, adopt first yarn mouth to weave the outside layer of second, adopt the third yarn mouth to weave the inside layer of second, adopt the second yarn mouth to weave the obturator, include: and the first yarn nozzle is adopted to bring the first yarn to weave the second outer side layer, the second yarn nozzle is adopted to bring the second yarn to weave the filling body, and the third yarn nozzle is adopted to bring the third yarn to weave the second inner side layer. It will be appreciated that, since the yarn feeder reciprocates on the knitting apparatus, assuming that the yarn feeder reciprocates between a first end and a second end of the knitting apparatus, when the yarn feeder moves from the first end of the knitting apparatus to the second end of the knitting apparatus, a line of knitting of the upper is completed, and then the yarn feeder moves from the second end of the upper to the first end of the upper, which in turn completes a line of knitting of the upper during the return to the first end. Therefore, when the areas of the upper where the flat portions and the protruding portions are located are identified, the knitting apparatus simultaneously drives the first yarn feeder, the second yarn feeder, and the third yarn feeder to reciprocate between the first end portion and the second end portion. When the plane part is knitted, the first yarn nozzle brings the first yarn to start knitting the first outer side layer of the vamp, meanwhile, the third yarn nozzle brings the third yarn to start knitting the first inner side layer of the vamp, and the knitted first outer side layer and the knitted first inner side layer are directly overlapped to form the plane part of the vamp. When weaving the raised portion, a first yarn feeder brings in a first yarn to start weaving the outer layer of the upper, while a second yarn feeder brings in a second yarn to weave the filling body of the upper, and a third yarn feeder simultaneously brings in a third yarn to weave the second inner layer of the upper. The advantage of such an arrangement is that the weaving efficiency can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the second outer layer has an area greater than an area of the second inner layer. It will be appreciated that in order to provide a raised stereoscopic impression relative to the planar portion, a method of adding a filler between the second outer layer and the second inner layer is employed, after which the second outer layer of raised portions is raised above the first outer layer of planar portion. However, since the upper woven with yarns is somewhat flexible, the second medial layer may also bulge to some extent after the filler is added between the second lateral layer and the second medial layer. The area of the second outer side layer is larger than that of the second inner side layer, and after the filling body is placed between the second outer side layer and the second inner side layer, the filling body can be more deviated to the second outer side layer, so that the protruding degree of the second inner side layer is reduced, and the vamp manufactured by the method has better touch feeling.
According to some embodiments of the present application, after knitting connecting the first lateral layer and the second lateral layer and knitting connecting the first medial layer and the second medial layer to interconnect the planar portion and the raised portion to form the upper, the method further comprises: and cutting off redundant thread ends to finish the manufacture of the vamp. Since the edges of the woven semi-finished upper have thread ends, which are also produced when the second yarn feeder is switched, it is necessary to reduce the excess thread ends in order to improve the neatness and beauty of the upper.
According to the knitting equipment of the embodiment of the second aspect of the application, the method for flying-weaving the shoe upper is realized, the first yarn nozzle, the second yarn nozzle and the third yarn nozzle are arranged on the knitting equipment, and the knitting equipment is used for knitting the shoe upper with stereoscopic impression. Set up the yarn mouth more than three on equipment, can utilize one of two yarn mouths to weave first outside layer and the second outside layer of vamp, utilize another first with an inside layer and the second inside layer of weaving the vamp in two yarn mouths to utilize remaining yarn mouth to weave the obturator of vamp, can directly utilize the yarn mouth to weave out the obturator, and need not to produce the obturator of other materials in addition again, also need not to use other equipment, and then play the effect of simplified process, improvement machining efficiency.
According to some embodiments of the application, the method for flying-weaving the shoe upper is implemented, the first yarn nozzle, the second yarn nozzle and the third yarn nozzle are arranged on a weaving device, and the weaving device is used for weaving the shoe upper with stereoscopic impression. At least two second yarn nozzles are arranged on the knitting equipment, and different second yarn nozzles are enabled to carry composite yarns with different diameters, so that protruding parts with different protruding degrees can be knitted at different positions of the vamp.
With reference to fig. 2, a method of fly-weaving an upper and a weaving apparatus according to embodiments of the present application are described in detail as one specific embodiment. It is to be understood that the following description is only exemplary, and not a specific limitation of the application.
The weaving equipment is provided with a first yarn nozzle, a second yarn nozzle and a third yarn nozzle, wherein the number of the second yarn nozzles is at least two, and different second yarn nozzles are provided with composite yarns with different diameters.
A first yarn on a first yarn feeder on the knitting apparatus is used to knit an outer layer of the upper, a second yarn on a second yarn feeder is used to knit a filling of the upper, and a third yarn on a third yarn feeder is used to knit an inner layer of the upper. The number of the second yarn mouths is at least two, and different single-strand yarns are carried on different second yarn mouths. Each second yarn nozzle carries a plurality of single-strand yarns which are twisted into a composite yarn before they participate in the weaving. When the number of the single-strand yarns on different second yarn mouths is different, the diameter of the single-strand yarns after being twisted into one composite yarn is also different, and the larger the number of the single-strand yarns on the second yarn mouths is, the larger the diameter of the twisted composite yarn is.
Step S100: the flat portions and raised portions of the upper to be woven are identified.
The convex-concave shape of the protruding part on the vamp is that a filling body is added between the lateral layer and the medial layer of the vamp, so that the thickness of the protruding part on the vamp is larger than that of the plane part on the vamp. The planar portion on the upper includes a first lateral layer and a first medial layer that are superimposed on one another to form the planar portion of the upper; the raised portion on the upper includes a second lateral layer, a filler, and a second medial layer, the second lateral layer, the filler, and the second medial layer being stacked on one another to form the raised portion of the upper, and the filler being sandwiched between the second lateral layer and the second medial layer. The first outer side layer and the second outer side layer are the same in thickness and are mutually woven and connected to form the outer side layer of the vamp; the first medial layer and the second medial layer are the same in thickness and are woven together to form the medial layer of the upper. Because the filling body is clamped between the second outer side layer and the second inner side layer of the protruding part, the thickness of the protruding part is larger than that of the plane part, so that the outer side layer of the protruding part of the vamp protrudes out of the outer side layer of the plane part of the vamp, and the outer side layer of the vamp generates a three-dimensional concave-convex shape.
Step S110: and controlling the first yarn nozzle, the second yarn nozzle and the third yarn nozzle to simultaneously enter the position to be knitted of the vamp.
In order to improve the working efficiency of the weaving device, when the yarn nozzles move from one end to the other end of a weaving area on the weaving device, one line of vamps can be woven, so that the first yarn nozzle, the second yarn nozzle and the third yarn nozzle are simultaneously brought to positions to be woven of the vamps, the yarn nozzles needed for weaving can be selected according to the needs of the current line of vamps to be woven, the yarn nozzles which are not used temporarily run empty along with the yarn nozzles which are used for weaving, and when the yarns on the yarn nozzles which run empty before are needed, the yarn nozzles can be immediately woven.
When weaving the plane part of vamp, specifically, can carry out:
step S200: weaving the first outer side layer by adopting a first yarn nozzle, and weaving the first inner side layer by adopting a third yarn nozzle; wherein the first outer side layer and the first inner side layer are superimposed on each other to form the planar portion.
And the knitting equipment carries a first yarn nozzle and a third yarn nozzle into the area of the plane part according to the obtained area of the plane part of the vamp, the knitting equipment uses the yarn on the first yarn nozzle to knit the first outer side layer of the vamp, uses the yarn on the third yarn nozzle to knit the first inner side layer of the vamp, and the first outer side layer and the first inner side layer are mutually attached to form the plane part of the vamp.
When weaving the protruding portion of the upper, in particular, it is possible to perform:
step S300: weaving a second outer side layer by adopting a first yarn nozzle, weaving a second inner side layer by adopting a third yarn nozzle, and weaving a filling body by adopting the second yarn nozzle; wherein the second outer layer, the filler and the second inner layer are superimposed on each other, and the filler is disposed between the second outer layer and the second inner layer to form the protruding portion.
The knitting device carries a first yarn nozzle, a second yarn nozzle and a third yarn nozzle into the area where the protruding part of the upper is located according to the area where the protruding part of the upper is located, the knitting device uses the yarn on the first yarn nozzle to knit a second outer layer of the upper, uses the second yarn nozzle to knit the filling body on the upper, uses the third yarn nozzle to knit a second inner layer of the upper, and the filling body is sandwiched between the second inner layer and the second outer layer after the knitting is completed.
Step S310: and selecting different second yarn mouths to weave filling bodies with different thicknesses.
It can be understood that, because the three-dimensional shape of the vamp is concave-convex, the thickness of the vamp is different at different protruding parts, so that different protruding parts need different thicknesses of the filling bodies, and further different diameters of yarns are needed to weave different filling bodies. In knitting the upper surface of the protruding portion, the protruding portion of lower thickness may be selected as the second nozzle carrying the composite yarn of relatively smaller diameter, and the area of higher thickness of the protruding portion may be selected as the second nozzle carrying the composite yarn of relatively larger diameter.
Step S400: the first lateral layer and the second lateral layer are knit-connected and the first medial layer and the second medial layer are knit-connected to interconnect the planar portion and the raised portion to form the upper.
The step is a weaving process of a transition joint between the plane part and the protruding part, and the step is executed when the local plane part is woven and the protruding part needs to be woven; or when the flat part needs to be woven when the partial protruding part is woven, this step is performed.
Step S500: and cutting off redundant thread ends to finish the manufacture of the vamp.
According to the method for flying weaving the shoe upper, at least some effects can be achieved as follows: the vamp is divided into a plane part and a protruding part by respectively arranging a first yarn nozzle, a second yarn nozzle and a third yarn nozzle, wherein the plane part is formed by mutually overlapping a first outer layer and a first inner layer, the protruding part is formed by mutually overlapping a second outer layer, a filling body and a second inner layer, and the filling body of the protruding part is clamped between the second outer layer and the second inner layer.
