The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile decoration, and particularly relates to an automobile interior atmosphere adjusting method, in particular to a multi-color adjustable atmosphere lamp control system and a control method.
Background
At present, a single-color atmosphere lamp is mainly used as an automotive interior lamp, the single-color atmosphere lamp adopts an LED single-color light source, the atmosphere lamp is connected below a power-saving relay of a vehicle body control unit (BCM), and after a position lamp gear of a combination switch is turned on, the BCM controls the turning on of the power-saving relay to control the turning on and off of the atmosphere lamp. When the position lamp gear is turned on, a vehicle body control unit (BCM) controls the atmosphere lamp to be turned on or off through a hard wire. The atmosphere lamp is not required to be internally provided with an atmosphere lamp control unit (ALU), although the design scheme is simple and the cost is low, the atmosphere effect of controlling the multi-color adjustable atmosphere lamp cannot be achieved. In addition, because the color and the brightness of the whole atmosphere lamp are unified and cannot be adjusted, the whole vehicle control mode is relatively simple, the required hardware circuit is less, and the cost of a single piece is lower. However, the color and brightness of the atmosphere lamp of the whole vehicle cannot be synchronously adjusted.
With the development and innovation of lamp technology and the continuous improvement of automobile interior requirements, the multicolor atmosphere-adjustable lamp can better provide comfortable environmental atmosphere for consumers, bring different feelings of warmth, relaxation, comfort and the like to people, and bring comfortable and warm experience effect for users. The prior art discloses a multi-color atmosphere lamp used in an automobile room, the device comprises a lamp holder and a controller, the lamp holder comprises a shell and a circuit board arranged in the shell, the shell extends outwards to form a cylinder which is connected with the inside of the shell and the outside, an optical fiber extending out of the cylinder is arranged in the cylinder, a three-primary-color LED lamp smaller than the diameter of the optical fiber is arranged at the position, corresponding to the cylinder, of the circuit board, the distance from one end, close to the three-primary-color LED lamp, of the optical fiber to the three-primary-color LED lamp is 0.5-4 mm, the controller is connected with the optical fiber through the circuit board to adjust the gray scale of each primary color in the three-primary-color LED lamp, the multi-color atmosphere lamp can realize color change, and the volume of the atmosphere lamp is reduced. The prior art also discloses an automobile multi-color atmosphere lamp with a light mixing structure, which comprises an LED lamp cap, a bracket and a light conductor, wherein the bracket and the light conductor are both in a strip shape, the light conductor is clamped in the bracket, the light mixing structure comprises a connector arranged at one end part of the light conductor, and the LED lamp cap is connected with the connector and fixed on the bracket; the cross section of the joint comprises a rectangular area in the middle, a first semicircular area above the rectangular area, a second semicircular area below the rectangular area, a third semicircular area and a fourth semicircular area which are arranged in parallel up and down on two sides at the left side of the rectangular area, and fillet transition parts are arranged at the upper left corner and the lower right corner of the rectangular area. However, the above device does not have the function of turning on and off the breathing, and cannot realize the personalized control of the multi-color atmosphere lamp switch, the color and the brightness by the user.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multi-color adjustable atmosphere lamp control system and a multi-color adjustable atmosphere lamp control method, and solves the problems that the existing multi-color adjustable atmosphere lamp control system is not provided with breathing turn-on and turn-off control, and the control method cannot realize user-customized control of the switch, color and brightness of a multi-color atmosphere lamp. The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a multi-color adjustable atmosphere lamp control system is composed of a large sound screen 1, a mainsound machine controller 2, a vehiclebody control unit 3, a plurality of atmospherelamp control units 4 and anatmosphere lamp assembly 5;
theatmosphere lamp assembly 5 is composed of a plurality ofatmosphere lamps 51 connected in parallel, and eachatmosphere lamp 51 is connected with a corresponding atmospherelamp control unit 4; the large sound screen 1 receives a user's command for turning on/off, color and brightness of theatmosphere lamp 51; the large sound screen 1 is connected with the mainsound machine controller 2 and can send an adjusting instruction to the mainsound machine controller 2; the vehiclebody control unit 3 is connected with themain audio controller 2 through a CAN (controller area network) line, and themain audio controller 2 sends information of the on-off, color and brightness of theatmosphere lamp 51 to the vehiclebody control unit 3; the vehiclebody control unit 3 transmits the instruction of thesound host controller 3 to the atmospherelamp control unit 4 through an LIN line and the atmospherelamp control unit 4 through the LIN line; after receiving the LIN signal, the ambiencelamp control unit 4 adjusts the brightness and color of theambience lamp 51.
Further, theatmosphere lamp 51 is connected to a battery.
Further, a switch, a plurality of colors and a brightness adjusting button are arranged on the sound large screen 1, and can receive the switch, the color and the brightness adjusting instruction of theatmosphere lamp 51.
Further, the ambiencelamp control unit 4 adjusts the brightness and color of theambience lamp 51 by controlling the duty cycle of the RGB light sources of theambience lamp 51.
Further, the atmospherelamp control unit 4 and theatmosphere lamp 51 are 12, and the atmospherelamp control unit 4 can control theatmosphere lamp 51 to perform 12 colors and 10 brightness adjustments.
Further, the atmospherelamp control unit 4 is provided with a sleep wake-up logic module for controlling the atmosphere lamp to keep an off state or enter a working state.
Further, the atmospherelamp control unit 4 is provided with a voltage fluctuation processing module, and can adjust the color and brightness of theatmosphere lamp 51 or enter a self-protection state according to the voltage value of theatmosphere lamp 51.
Further, the atmospherelamp control unit 4 is further provided with an LIN signal judgment module for judging whether the transmitted LIN signal is accurate, the state of theatmosphere lamp 51 is kept unchanged by default when an error signal is received, and the atmospherelamp control unit 4 controls the atmosphere lamp to adjust the on/off, the color and the brightness until a correct signal instruction is received.
A control method of a multi-color adjustable atmosphere lamp comprises the following steps:
A. the automobile is ignited and started or awakened to start in sleep, and the driving initialization is carried out on the RGB light source of theatmosphere lamp 51;
B. a user clicks a switch of an atmosphere lamp and 12 colors or 10 brightness adjusting buttons on the large sound screen 1, and the large sound screen 1 sends a switch, a color and a brightness adjusting instruction of theatmosphere lamp 51 to the mainsound machine controller 2;
C. the sound equipmentmain machine controller 2 sends the information of the on-off, brightness and color of theatmosphere lamp 51 to the vehiclebody control unit 3 through the CAN line;
D. the vehiclebody control unit 3 forwards the instruction of themain audio controller 2 to the atmospherelamp control unit 4 through an LIN line;
E. after receiving the LIN signal, the atmospherelamp control unit 4 controls theatmosphere lamp 51 to perform switching, color and brightness adjustment;
e1, if the received command is a sleep command, thecontrol unit 4 enters a sleep function, and theatmosphere lamp 51 keeps off;
e2, if the atmospherelamp control unit 4 receives the wake-up signal of LIN signal, theatmosphere lamp 51 enters the working state, the color and brightness are executed according to the received signal;
e3, if theatmosphere lamp 51 is in the abnormal voltage stage, theatmosphere lamp 51 keeps off and enters a self-protection state;
e4, if theatmosphere lamp 51 receives an error signal, the state before the error signal is maintained by default, and until a correct signal instruction is received, the atmospherelamp control unit 4 will control the atmosphere lamp to perform the adjustment of the on-off, color and brightness.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the multi-color adjustable atmosphere lamp control system, the atmosphere lamp of the whole vehicle is set to be in a long-power state, and a user performs on-off, 12 colors and 10 brightness adjustments of the atmosphere lamp on a large sound screen; when the atmosphere lamp is turned on and off, the atmosphere lamp has the functions of breathing turning-on and turning-off, the breathing turning-on time is 2 seconds, the breathing turning-off time is 1.5 seconds, the brightness change in the visual turning-on and turning-off process is uniform, and no brightness mutation exists; the control method enables a user to adjust the whole vehicle atmosphere lamp according to the mood of the user and the preference of color and brightness when using the vehicle atmosphere lamp, so that the convenient and unified adjusting effect of the interior atmosphere lamp is realized; the breathing of combining the atmosphere lamp is lighted and is closed the function, builds a kind of warm, comfortable special experience for the user, shows individuation, the hommization of automotive interior atmosphere lamp design, promotes the science and technology of whole car design and feels.

It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures. Meanwhile, in the description of the present invention, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used only for distinguishing the description, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
As shown in fig. 1, the multi-color tunable ambience lamp control system of the present invention is composed of a large sound screen 1 (not shown), a main sound controller 2(HU), a vehicle body control unit 3(BCM), a plurality of ambience lamp control units 4(ALU), and anambience lamp assembly 5. Theambience lamp assembly 5 is composed of a plurality ofambience lamps 51 connected in parallel, and eachambience lamp 51 is connected to a corresponding ambiencelamp control unit 4. Theatmosphere lamp 51 is also connected to a battery to achieve long power.
The large sound screen 1 receives a user's command for turning on/off, color and brightness of theatmosphere lamp 51; the large sound screen 1 is connected with the mainsound machine controller 2 and can send the switch, color and brightness adjusting instructions of theatmosphere lamp 51 to the mainsound machine controller 2. The vehiclebody control unit 3 is connected with themain audio controller 3 through a CAN line, and themain audio controller 3 transmits information on the on/off, color and brightness of theatmosphere lamp 51 to the vehiclebody control unit 3. And the vehiclebody control unit 3 forwards the instruction of thesound host controller 2 to the atmospherelamp control unit 4 through an LIN line and the atmospherelamp control unit 4 through the LIN line. After receiving the LIN signal, the ambiencelamp control unit 4 controls the duty ratio of the RGB light source of theambience lamp 51 to adjust and change the brightness and color of theambience lamp 51. The sound equipment large screen 1 is provided with a switch, a plurality of colors and a brightness adjusting button, and the switch, the colors and the brightness of theatmosphere lamp 51 can be adjusted.
Specifically, the atmospherelamp control unit 4 and theatmosphere lamp 51 are 12, and can realize 12 colors and 10 brightness adjustments.
When theatmosphere lamp 51 is turned on and off, theatmosphere lamp 51 has a breathing turn-on and turn-off function, specifically: the ambiencelamp control unit 4 realizes the breathing turn-on and breathing turn-off effects of theambience lamp 51 by controlling the duty ratio output of the RGB light sources. The breath lighting time is 2 seconds, the breath extinguishing time is 1.5 seconds, the brightness change in the visual lighting and extinguishing process is uniform, and no brightness mutation exists. In the process of turning on theatmosphere lamp 51 in a breathing mode, if anatmosphere lamp 51 turning-off instruction is received, theatmosphere lamp 51 is turned off immediately; during the breathing turn-off of theatmosphere lamp 51, if theatmosphere lamp 51 is turned on, theatmosphere lamp 51 is gradually turned on.
The atmospherelamp control unit 4 is provided with a sleep awakening logic module for controlling theatmosphere lamp 51 to keep an off state or enter a working state. The sleep wake-up logic: theatmosphere lamp 51 is connected with the storage battery for long power, when the atmospherelamp control unit 4 receives an LIN sleep instruction, the atmospherelamp control unit 4 enters a sleep function, and theatmosphere lamp 51 keeps an off state; when the ambiencelamp control unit 4 receives the wake-up signal of the LIN signal, theambience lamp 51 enters the working state, and the color and brightness are performed according to the received signal.
Atmospherelamp control unit 4 is equipped with the undulant processing module of voltage, can adjust the atmosphere lamp state according to the voltage value. Such as makingatmosphere lamp 51 color and brightness adjustments or entering a self-protected state.
Voltage fluctuation processing:
1. when the voltage of the whole vehicle is less than 16V and 9V, the atmosphere lamp is in a normal working state, and the atmosphere lamp control unit adjusts the color and the brightness of the atmosphere lamp according to the received LIN signal requirement;
2. when the voltage is less than 9V or more than 16V, the atmosphere lamp is in a voltage abnormal stage, the atmosphere lamp is kept turned off, and the atmosphere lamp enters a self-protection state;
3. the voltages 9V and 16V are critical values, and in order to prevent abnormal flicker, a 0.5V return value is added (for example, the abnormal state is less than 8.5V (or more than 16.5V) from the normal state, the normal state is more than 9V (or less than 16V) from the abnormal state), and the default power-on value is the normal state.
The atmospherelamp control unit 4 is further provided with an LIN signal judgment module for judging whether the transmitted LIN signal is accurate or not. When theatmosphere lamp 51 receives an error signal, the previous state is maintained unchanged by default, and until a correct signal instruction is received, the atmospherelamp control unit 4 controls theatmosphere lamp 51 to adjust the on-off, color and brightness, so that the signal deviation problem existing in the transfer process of the LIN signal can be avoided.
Atmosphere lamp 51 control strategy: after theatmosphere lamp 51 is started, when the LIN signal command is abnormal, theatmosphere lamp 51 keeps a non-lighting state, and the atmosphere lamp is not lighted until the received correct LIN signal command; during normal use, if an abnormal signal command exists in the LIN signal, the atmosphere lamp keeps the state of the last correct command from being adjusted.
According to the invention, thewhole atmosphere lamp 51 is set to be in a long-power state, if a non-long-power scheme is adopted, the power-saving relay is added in the vehiclebody control unit 3, and thewhole atmosphere lamp 51 is connected below the power-saving relay, so that the scheme has higher requirement on the loading capacity of the vehiclebody control unit 3, and the cost of the vehiclebody control unit 3 is increased more.
A control method of a multi-color adjustable atmosphere lamp comprises the following steps:
A. the automobile is ignited and started or awakened to start in sleep, and the driving initialization is carried out on the RGB light source of theatmosphere lamp 51;
B. a user clicks a switch of an atmosphere lamp and 12 colors or 10 brightness adjusting buttons on the large sound screen 1, and the large sound screen 1 sends a switch, a color and a brightness adjusting instruction of theatmosphere lamp 51 to the mainsound machine controller 2;
C. the sound equipmentmain machine controller 2 sends the information of the on-off, brightness and color of theatmosphere lamp 51 to the vehiclebody control unit 3 through the CAN line;
D. the vehiclebody control unit 3 forwards the instruction of the mainaudio controller 2 to the atmospherelamp control unit 4 through an LIN line;
E. after receiving the LIN signal, the atmospherelamp control unit 4 controls theatmosphere lamp 51 to perform switching, color and brightness adjustment;
e1, if the received 4 instructions are sleep instructions, thecontrol unit 4 enters the sleep function, and theatmosphere lamp 51 keeps off;
e2, if the atmospherelamp control unit 4 receives the wake-up signal of LIN signal, theatmosphere lamp 51 enters the working state, the color and brightness are executed according to the received signal;
e3, if theatmosphere lamp 51 is in the abnormal voltage stage, the atmosphere lamp keeps turning off and enters a self-protection state;
e4, if theatmosphere lamp 51 receives an error signal, the state before the error signal is maintained by default, and until a correct signal instruction is received, the atmospherelamp control unit 4 will control the atmosphere lamp to perform the adjustment of the on-off, color and brightness.
