Detailed Description
The concept and technical effects of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the embodiments to fully understand the objects, features and effects of the present invention. It is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments, and those skilled in the art can obtain other embodiments without inventive effort based on the embodiments of the present invention, and all embodiments are within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, if "a number" is referred to, it means one or more, if "a plurality" is referred to, it means two or more, if "greater than", "less than" or "more than" is referred to, it is understood that the number is not included, and if "greater than", "lower" or "inner" is referred to, it is understood that the number is included. If reference is made to "first" or "second", this should be understood to distinguish between features and not to indicate or imply relative importance or to implicitly indicate the number of indicated features or to implicitly indicate the precedence of the indicated features.
The operation ticket is used as a dispatching operation reference of the substation equipment, and the worker needs to remotely control the operation of the substation equipment according to each operation step on the operation ticket, but needs to check whether the substation equipment completes the operation step on the operation ticket and whether the completed operation state accords with the working state of the operation step on site to ensure that the operation of the substation equipment is error-free. Because the site is huge in the transformer substation, workers check on site to judge the operation of the transformer substation equipment, a large amount of manpower is consumed, and the operation monitoring efficiency of the whole transformer substation equipment is reduced.
Based on the above, the application discloses an equipment operation monitoring method, an equipment operation monitoring system, equipment and a storage medium based on an operation ticket, which can save manpower and improve the efficiency of substation equipment operation monitoring.
In a first aspect, referring to fig. 1, the present application discloses an operation ticket-based device operation monitoring method, including:
s100, loading an operation ticket, and analyzing each operation step of the operation ticket;
s200, calling a camera of the substation equipment corresponding to the monitoring operation step according to the operation step;
s300, controlling corresponding substation equipment to execute corresponding operation according to the operation steps, and acquiring an operation video of the substation equipment acquired by a camera;
s400, identifying the operation state of the substation equipment in the operation video;
and S500, if the operation state does not accord with the working state of the substation equipment in the operation step, outputting abnormal information.
After the operation ticket is loaded, analyzing the operation ticket into a plurality of operation steps, determining corresponding substation equipment according to the operation steps, and calling a camera for monitoring the substation equipment, wherein each operation step comprises an equipment name and operation content of the substation equipment. And controlling the corresponding substation equipment to execute corresponding operation according to the operation steps, calling the camera to start monitoring the operation of the substation equipment, acquiring an operation video of the whole operation of the substation equipment acquired by the camera, and identifying the operation video to obtain the operation state of the substation equipment. If the operation state does not accord with the working state of the substation equipment in the operation step, the fact that the substation equipment cannot be operated or is operated incorrectly according to the operation step is proved, and therefore abnormal information is output, and a worker can conveniently and timely execute corresponding protection operation on the substation equipment according to the abnormal information. Therefore, whether the operation of the substation equipment is accurate or not is remotely monitored, the on-site inspection and monitoring of workers are not needed, the labor is saved, and the operation monitoring efficiency of the substation equipment is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the manner of loading the operation ticket includes any one of the following:
s110, connecting a production system to load an operation order;
s120, loading an operation ticket according to user import;
and S130, acquiring the operation content, and forming and loading an operation ticket according to the operation content.
The loading mode of the operation ticket can be various, and the operation ticket is generally set by the production system, so that the operation ticket can be directly loaded by connecting the production system, and the operation ticket is easy and quick to obtain. If the generation system can not load the operation ticket, the operation ticket is loaded in an importing mode according to the user directly, and a worker can conveniently and directly import the operation ticket. If the staff only needs to operate one or a plurality of substation devices, the operation content can be input, then the corresponding operation ticket is formed according to the operation content, and then the generated operation ticket is loaded. Therefore, by setting three operation ticket loading modes, operators can conveniently select different operation ticket loading modes according to different conditions, and the flexibility of operation ticket loading is improved.
For example, the operation ticket a is loaded by directly connecting the production system, and then the operation ticket a is parsed to obtain the operation steps of "pulling away the switch on the line side 25104 of the peng long ethylene line", "pulling away the switch on the side 50431 of the line 1M of the deep first line", and so on, or the operator may directly import the operation ticket to obtain the operation ticket a. If the operation content filled by the staff is 'pulling the switch at the line side 25104 of the Peng Long line' and 'pulling the switch at the side 50431 of the Peng deep line A1M', a corresponding operation ticket is formed according to the operation content of 'pulling the switch at the line side 25104 of the Peng Long line' and 'pulling the switch at the side 50431 of the line 1M', and then the operation ticket is analyzed into a plurality of operation steps.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, step S200 includes:
s210, identifying the equipment name of the substation equipment in the operation step;
and S220, calling the camera of the monitoring substation equipment according to the equipment name.
After the operation ticket is analyzed into the operation steps, the camera needs to be called, so that the camera which monitors the substation equipment needs to be called is needed to be known. The method comprises the steps of identifying the equipment name of the substation equipment in the operation step, determining the corresponding substation equipment according to the equipment name, and calling a camera for monitoring the substation equipment so as to acquire an operation video of the substation equipment through the camera.
For example, if the operation step is "pull open the switch on the line side of the line 25104 of the line" peng long yi ", the device name of the" line side 25104 of the line "peng long yi" is identified for the operation step, and then the camera for monitoring the "line side 25104 of the line" peng long yi "is called, so that the camera can accurately acquire the operation video of the switch on the line side 25104 of the line" peng long yi ".
In some embodiments, the operating state includes any one of: switch closed, knife switch closed, switch open, knife switch open.
Because the operation steps mainly open or close the disconnecting link or the switch of the substation equipment, after the substation equipment completes the opening or closing of the disconnecting link or the switch, the operation state identification needs to be carried out on the operation video so as to know whether the operation state of the substation equipment is the closing state of the switch, the opening state of the switch or the closing state of the disconnecting link and the closing state of the disconnecting link, and whether the operation of the substation equipment according to the operation steps is correct or not is judged.
For example, the operation procedure is "pull open the switch on the line side of the line of the Peng is the line of Peng. If the operating state of the "penlon line side 25104" is that the disconnecting link is opened, it indicates that the operating state conforms to the operating state of the substation equipment in the operating step, and if the operating state of the "penlon line side 25104" is that the disconnecting link is closed, it indicates that the operating state does not conform to the operating state of the substation equipment in the operating step, and the "penlon line side 25104" cannot be operated or is in error according to the operating step.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, step S400 includes:
s410, decomposing the operation video into a plurality of video frame images;
s420, extracting image characteristics of substation equipment in the video frame image;
s430, comparing the image characteristics with a preset characteristic database to obtain the operation state of the substation equipment, wherein the preset characteristic database comprises: matching information of image features and operation states.
The preset feature database includes: the preset database comprises a plurality of image characteristics and one operation state which are matched with each other, the image characteristics of different transformer substation equipment are different, and the operation states are four states of a disconnecting link state or a switch state. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a whole operation video operated by substation equipment according to operation steps, analyzing the operation video into a plurality of video frame images, extracting image characteristics in the plurality of video frame images, comparing the image characteristics at the starting moment and the ending moment of the operation video with a preset characteristic database to obtain two operation states according to the image characteristics at the starting moment and the image characteristics at the ending moment of the operation video, comparing the two operation states with the front and back working states of the substation equipment in the operation steps according to the two operation states, and outputting abnormal information if the two operation states are not matched with the front and back working states of the substation equipment in the operation steps. Or extracting the image characteristics at the end moment of the operation video, comparing the image characteristics with a preset characteristic database to obtain an operation state, comparing the operation state with the working state of the substation equipment in the operation step, and outputting abnormal information if the operation state is not matched with the working state of the substation equipment, so that a worker can maintain the substation equipment in time.
For example, operating the video to be "pennlong line side 25104" performs the video operating the step to "pull open the knife switch of the pennlong line side 25104", and then defines the video frame images decomposed by the operating video as the first video frame image and the second video frame image, respectively. If the operating state of the line side of the line 25104 of the Penglogyl line in the first video frame image is identified as the switch-on state, and the operating state of the line side of the line 25104 of the Penglogyl line in the first video frame image is identified as the switch-on state, the operating state is proved to be in accordance with the working state of the line side 25104 of the Penglogyl line in the operating step. If the operation state of the "Penglogyb line side 25104" in the first video frame image is identified as disconnecting link closing, and the operation state of the "Penglogyb line side 25104" in the first video frame image is identified as disconnecting link closing, the transformer substation equipment of the "Penglogyb line side 25104" cannot be executed according to the operation steps or has misoperation. It is therefore simple to identify the operating state of the substation equipment by operating the video.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the operation ticket-based device operation monitoring method further includes:
s600, if the operation state accords with the working state of the substation equipment in the operation step, outputting qualified information.
If the operation state accords with the working state of the substation equipment in the operation step, namely the operation state of the substation equipment at the beginning and end moments is obtained by identifying the end moment of the operation video, then the operation state is compared with the working state of the substation equipment in the operation step, if the operation state accords with the working state of the substation equipment in the operation step, the operation executed by the substation equipment according to the operation step is proved to be correct, qualified information is output, and a worker can know that the operation of the substation equipment is correct according to the qualified information.
For example, if the operation step is "pull open the blade on the side of the penthyl line 25104", the operation state of the "penthyl line 25104" in the operation step should be from the closing of the blade to the separation of the blade, and thus the operation state at the front and rear time points in the operation video or the operation state at the end time point is recognized. And if the operation states before and after the operation video are identified as that the disconnecting link is closed and the disconnecting link is separated, the operation states are considered to be in accordance with the working states of the substation equipment in the operation step. And if the identified operation state at the end time of the operation video is disconnecting the disconnecting link, the operation state is also considered to be in accordance with the working state of the substation equipment in the operation step. Therefore, the operation of the transformer substation equipment can be accurately judged to be error-free, the on-site checking by workers is not needed, the manpower is reduced, and the efficiency of the operation monitoring of the transformer substation equipment is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the operation ticket-based device operation monitoring method further includes:
s700, receiving a report generation instruction;
and S800, matching the operation steps and the operation states with each other according to the report generation instruction to generate an operation report.
After the substation equipment is operated according to the operation steps, the operation state is obtained through identification operation identification, and then the operation state is compared with the working state of the substation equipment in the corresponding operation steps. If the report generation instruction is received, the operation steps are matched with the corresponding operation states according to the report generation instruction so as to generate an operation report of which each operation step is matched with the corresponding operation state, so that a worker can conveniently check whether the substation equipment can normally execute the operation steps according to the operation report, remote monitoring and intelligent operation analysis are realized, the field check of the worker is not needed, the labor is saved, and the checking efficiency is improved.
The operation monitoring method of the device based on the operation ticket according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail in a specific embodiment with reference to fig. 1 to 6. It is to be understood that the following description is only exemplary, and not a specific limitation of the invention.
The operation ticket is loaded through connecting a production system or manually importing or according to operation content input by a user, then content identification is carried out on the operation ticket, and each equipment name and the corresponding operation mode in the operation ticket are identified to obtain a plurality of operation steps. If one of the operation steps is to pull the disconnecting link of the Penglongye line side 25104, the equipment name of the Penglongye line side 25104 is identified for the operation step, and then the camera for monitoring the Penglongye line side 25104 is called. Then, the substation equipment on the "Penglong-Long line side 25104" is controlled to execute the operation step of opening the disconnecting link, and meanwhile, the whole operation step is collected by the camera. And then identifying the whole operation video, analyzing the operation video into a plurality of video frame images, extracting image characteristics in the plurality of video frame images, comparing the image characteristics at the beginning and the ending with a preset characteristic database to obtain two operation states according to the image characteristics at the beginning and the ending of the operation video, and if the two operation states are 'disconnecting link closed' and 'disconnecting link open', respectively proving that the operation state of the substation equipment conforms to the working state of the substation equipment in the operation step. If the two operation states are 'disconnecting link closed' and 'disconnecting link closed', the fact that the substation equipment cannot be executed according to the operation steps is proved, faults exist or the substation equipment cannot be executed is proved, and therefore abnormal information is output, and therefore the substation equipment on the 'Penglogyl line side 25104' can be maintained timely by workers according to the abnormal information. Therefore, whether the operation is correct or not is monitored and identified through the remote operation process of the substation equipment, the field inspection of workers is not needed, the manpower is reduced, and the operation inspection efficiency of the substation equipment is improved.
In a second aspect, referring to fig. 7, an embodiment of the present invention further discloses an operation ticket-based device operation monitoring system, including: the system comprises aloading module 100, ananalysis module 200, acalling module 300, acontrol module 400, anacquisition module 500, anidentification module 600 and anoutput module 700, wherein theloading module 100 is used for loading an operation ticket; theanalysis module 200 is used for analyzing each operation step of the operation ticket; thecalling module 300 is configured to call a camera of the substation device corresponding to the monitoring operation step according to the operation step; thecontrol module 400 is configured to control the corresponding substation device to perform the corresponding operation according to the operation step; theacquisition module 500 is used for acquiring an operation video of the transformer substation equipment acquired by the camera; theidentification module 600 is used for identifying the operation state of the substation equipment in the operation video; theoutput module 700 is configured to output abnormal information when the operating state does not conform to the operating state of the substation device in the operating step.
The operation order is analyzed through theanalysis module 200 to obtain operation steps, the camera of the corresponding substation equipment is called and detected by the callingmodule 300 according to the operation steps, then thecontrol module 400 controls the substation equipment to execute corresponding operations according to the operation steps, meanwhile, the camera collects the whole operation process of the substation equipment to obtain operation videos, theidentification module 600 identifies the operation videos to obtain operation states, then the operation states are compared with the working states of the substation equipment in the operation steps, if the operation states do not accord with the working states of the substation equipment in the operation steps, theoutput module 700 outputs abnormal information, operators can check or repeat the operation on the substation equipment in time according to the abnormal information, and operation errors are reduced. Therefore, through remote operation video monitoring and identification, on-site inspection by workers is not needed, manpower is reduced, and the efficiency of operation inspection of the substation equipment is improved.
