Background
In the rail transit direct current traction power supply system, besides the switching-on and switching-off operation of a circuit breaker is controlled by an electric device, a manual switching-on and switching-off device is arranged on the circuit breaker, and is characterized in that 1) when a secondary circuit of the circuit breaker fails, emergency switching-off operation is needed, and 2) when debugging and overhauling work of circuit breaker equipment is carried out, the manual switching-on and switching-off operation is carried out for convenience under the condition that a main circuit of the circuit breaker is not electrified. The existing manual opening and closing device has the problems of complex structure, troublesome operation and the like.

The electromagnet mechanism 3 comprises a movable iron core 32, a static iron core 33 and a movable iron core tail rod 31, one end of the movable iron core 32 is fixedly connected with one end of the movable iron core tail rod 31, the other end of the movable iron core 32 is fixedly connected with a connecting block 4, the connecting block 4 is connected with a switching-on and switching-off mechanism of the circuit breaker, the other end of the movable iron core tail rod 31 penetrates through the static iron core 33 and the supporting plate 2, and a round hole matched with the size of the switching-on supporting rod 13 is formed in the movable iron core tail rod 31 at the end.
The supporting plate 2 is also provided with a positioning part 21, and the positioning part 21 is provided with a round hole matched with the size of the brake separating supporting rod 12.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the opening working section and the connecting section of the handle body 11 are mutually perpendicular, the transition area of the opening working section and the connecting section is arc-shaped, and the closing working section and the connecting section of the handle body 11 are mutually perpendicular, and the transition area of the closing working section and the connecting section is arc-shaped.
Preferably, the supporting portion 14 is a supporting wheel rotatably mounted at an outer end of the closing working section through a rotating shaft.

In the manual closing process, as shown in fig. 2, in the initial state, the electromagnet of the circuit breaker is not electrified, the circuit breaker is in a switching-off state, the closing support rod 13 of the handle 1 is inserted into a round hole at the end part of the movable iron core tail rod 31, the support part 14 is abutted against the support plate 2 to serve as a fulcrum, the handle 1 is rotated anticlockwise according to the illustrated direction, the movable iron core tail rod 31 is pulled, the movable iron core 32 of the electromagnet mechanism 3 is pulled to move towards the static iron core 33, the movable iron core 32 drives the switching-on and switching-off mechanism of the circuit breaker to act through the connecting block 4, and when the movable iron core 32 of the electromagnet mechanism 3 is close to the static iron core 33, the switching-on and switching-off mechanism of the circuit breaker realizes switching-on of the circuit breaker through a mechanical lock catch. It can be understood that, during the manual closing operation, the supporting portion 14 is always attached to the supporting plate 2, and the limit position of the initial state of the supporting portion 14 is located above the positioning portion 21, and along with the rotation of the handle 1, the supporting portion 14 rotates upwards against the supporting plate 2, and pulls the movable iron core tail 31.
The manual opening process is shown in fig. 3, and in the initial state, the circuit breaker is in a closing state. The brake separating support rod 12 of the handle 1 is inserted into the round hole of the positioning part 21, and the handle 1 is pushed by taking the brake separating support rod as a rotation center according to the direction shown in fig. 3, at the moment, the end part of the movable iron core tail rod 31 of the electromagnet mechanism 3 is matched with the groove 15 of the brake separating handle 1, and under the action of the pushing force of about 200N, the movable iron core tail rod 31 and the movable iron core 32 are pushed to move in the direction away from the static iron core 33, so that the mechanical lock catch of the circuit breaker is released, and under the action of the spring force of the spring 34 of the electromagnet mechanism 3 and the action of the circuit breaker moving mechanism, once the mechanical lock catch of the circuit breaker is released, the contact of the circuit breaker can be driven to realize quick brake separating.
In conclusion, the manual opening and closing operation device of the circuit breaker can directly perform opening and closing operation without an electric loop in the debugging and overhauling process of the circuit breaker, and is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
