Description

Method, equipment and medium for reporting and determining interest of multicast broadcast service
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to a method, a device, and a medium for reporting and determining multicast broadcast service interest.
Background
MBMS (multicast broadcast multimedia service) services have long existed in 3G, 4G technologies. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an MBMS transmission architecture based on MBSFN (multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network) in LTE (Long Term Evolution).
Due to the demand of Broadcast Multicast Services, the 5G technology is also about to introduce MBMS Services in R17 (release 17), which is called MBS (Multicast and Broadcast Services) in 5G. However, the 5G does not need to introduce an MBSFN architecture, and each cell independently transmits MBS services. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of MBS service transmission, and a data transmission flow of the MBS service is shown in fig. 2.
Because resources in a cell are limited, a base station needs to accurately control MBS service transmission, but the prior art cannot accurately control the MBS service transmission, and resource waste is inevitably caused.
The prior art is deficient in that there is no method for reporting information interested in MBS service for a terminal of a 5G system.

Fig. 3 is a schematic implementation flow diagram of an MBS service interest reporting method at a terminal side, as shown in the figure, the method may include:
step 301, a terminal receives an MBS service configuration message sent by a base station;
step 302, the terminal reports the interested MBS service to the base station through the MAC layer control signaling according to the MBS service configuration message.
Fig. 4 is a schematic implementation flow diagram of a method for determining MBS service on a network side, as shown in the figure, the method may include:
step 401, the base station sends MBS service configuration information to the terminal;
step 402, the base station receives the interested MBS service reported by the terminal to the base station through the MAC layer control signaling according to the MBS service configuration message;
step 403, the base station determines the MBS service that the terminal is interested in according to the interested MBS service.
Specifically, the base station notifies the MBS service information of the cell through a system message or a dedicated signaling, and the terminal reports information interested in the MBS service through a Media Access Control (MAC) layer Control signaling according to the service information identifier or number. In the present application, "interesting" (corresponding english is interest), for example: the multicast broadcast service interest report can be expressed as MBS interest indication, and the corresponding technical meaning is the technical meaning which is known and adopted in the industry.
In implementation, the MBS service configuration message includes one or a combination of the following information:
MBS service identification, the only identification of the MBS service corresponding to the MBS service in the cell, and G-RNTI used by the base station for scheduling the MBS service.
In specific implementation, the MBS service identifier is a TMGI and/or a session ID.
Specifically, the base station configures an MBS service that requires the terminal to feed back MBS interest information, and the specific content may include one or a combination of more of the following:
MBS service Identity, such as TMGI (Temporary Mobile Group Identity), i.e. service ID (service Identity), and optionally session ID (session Identity);
an intra-cell identifier corresponding to the MBS service, such as an MBS ID;
the base station is used for scheduling the G-RNTI (Group radio network temporary identifier, Group RNTI) of the MBS service.
In the implementation, at the terminal side, when reporting the interested MBS service to the base station through the MAC layer control signaling according to the MBS service configuration message, the terminal reports the MBS service and the interested service which are being received without distinguishing; or, reporting the receiving MBS service and the interested service in one or two MAC CEs, respectively.
On the base station side, the base station receives the MBS service of interest reported by the terminal, namely the MBS service and the service of interest which are reported while the terminal is not distinguished; or, the receiving MBS service and the interested service are reported in one MAC CE or two MAC CEs, respectively.
Specifically, in a manner that the terminal sends a MAC CE (Control Element) of the MBS service of interest to the base station, the MBS service being received and the MBS service of interest may include:
reporting simultaneously, and not distinguishing the two;
respectively reporting the received MBS service and the interested MBS service, wherein the specific information content is contained in one MAC CE or two MAC CEs;
in the implementation, at the terminal side, when the terminal reports the interested MBS service to the base station through the MAC layer control signaling according to the MBS service configuration message, the MBS service is represented in the MAC CE in one of the following manners or a combination thereof:
taking the sequence of the MBS service in the MBS service configuration message as the number of the MBS service, and feeding back the number of the interested MBS service; or the like, or, alternatively,
feeding back the MBS ID of the interested MBS service according to the only identification MBS ID of the MBS service corresponding to the MBS service indicated by the MBS service in the MBS service configuration message in the cell; or, constructing a bitmap according to the sequence of the MBS service in the MBS service configuration message, and using 0 or 1 in the bitmap to indicate whether the MBS service is interested, wherein the length of the bitmap is less than or equal to the sum of the number of all interested MBS services configured to be fed back by the terminal; or the like, or, alternatively,
constructing a bitmap according to the sequence from big to small or from small to big of MBS ID corresponding to MBS service indicated by MBS service in base station configuration, and using 0 or 1 in the bitmap to indicate whether the MBS service is interested, wherein the length of the bitmap is less than or equal to the sum of all the interested MBS services configured to need terminal feedback.
On the base station side, the base station may determine the MBS service of interest to the terminal in the MAC CE in one or a combination of the following manners:
determining the number of the MBS service which is fed back by the terminal and is interested in by taking the sequence of the MBS service in the MBS service configuration message as the number of the MBS service; or the like, or, alternatively,
determining the MBS ID of the interested MBS service fed back by the terminal according to the MBS ID which is indicated by the MBS service in the MBS service configuration message and is uniquely identified in the cell by the MBS service corresponding to the MBS service; or the like, or, alternatively,
determining whether the terminal is interested in the MBS service according to 0 or 1 in the bitmap, wherein the bitmap is a bitmap constructed according to the sequence of the MBS service in the MBS service configuration message, 0 or 1 is used for indicating whether the MBS service is interested in the bitmap, and the length of the bitmap is less than or equal to the sum of the number of all interested MBS services which are configured to be fed back by the terminal; or the like, or, alternatively,
and determining whether the terminal is interested in the MBS service according to 0 or 1 in the bitmap, wherein the bitmap is constructed according to the sequence of MBS IDs (multicast, broadcast, multicast.
Specifically, the manner for representing the MBS service in the MAC CE reporting the interested MBS service may be:
feeding back the configured number according to the sequence of the MBS service in the base station configuration message;
feeding back the configured number according to the MBS ID which is explicitly indicated in the base station configuration by the MBS service and corresponds to the MBS service;
constructing a bitmap (bitmap) according to the sequence of the MBS service in the base station configuration message, wherein the length of the bitmap is less than or equal to the sum of the number of all MBS services which are configured to require the terminal to feed back the MBS interest, and 0 or 1 is used in the bitmap to indicate whether the MBS service is interested or not;
according to the sequence from large to small or from small to large of MBS IDs corresponding to MBS services which are definitely indicated by MBS services in base station configuration, a bit map is constructed, the length of the bit map is less than or equal to the sum of the number of all MBS services which are configured to require the terminal to feed back MBS interest, and 0 or 1 is used in the bit map to indicate whether the MBS services are interested.
In the implementation, at the terminal side, the terminal reports the trigger condition of the interested MBS service to the base station through the MAC layer control signaling according to the MBS service configuration message as one of the following situations or a combination thereof:
the connected terminal triggers when determining to be interested in the MBS service; or the like, or, alternatively,
when the connected terminal is switched to a cell supporting the interested MBS service, triggering is carried out; or the like, or, alternatively,
the terminal enters a connection state through RRC connection establishment, reconstruction or recovery and is triggered when the terminal is interested in MBS service; or the like, or, alternatively,
the base station configures the terminal to report the interested MBS service periodically, and the terminal triggers at the time point determined according to the configured reporting period.
On the base station side, the method may further include:
the base station configures the terminal to periodically report interested MBS services.
Specifically, the triggering mechanism for reporting the MAC CE may be as follows:
when the connected terminal determines to be interested in the specific MBS service; or the like, or, alternatively,
when the connected terminal is switched to a new cell supporting the interested special MBS service; or the like, or, alternatively,
the terminal establishes/reconstructs/restores the access state through RRC (Radio Resource Control) connection, and determines that the terminal is interested in a specific MBS service; or the like, or, alternatively,
the base station configures the terminal to report the MAC CE to the specific MBS service periodically, and the terminal triggers to report the interested MBS service at the determined time point of each period.
In the implementation, at the terminal side, when reporting interested MBS service to the base station through the MAC layer control signaling according to the MBS service configuration message, the terminal reports the MBS service when having PUSCH resources; or, the terminal triggers the SR and reports on the PUSCH resource allocated by the base station.
In specific implementation, the terminal-triggered SR is an SR shared with the SR triggered by the BSR MAC CE; or, the SR is configured for reporting the MAC CE of the interested MBS service.
On the base station side, the base station receives the interested MBS service reported by the terminal to the base station through the MAC layer control signaling according to the MBS service configuration message, wherein the interested MBS service is reported by the terminal when the PUSCH resource exists; or the terminal triggers the SR and reports the interested MBS service on the PUSCH resource distributed by the base station.
Specifically, for the MAC CE reporting the MBS service of interest:
reporting the PUSCH resource only when the PUSCH resource exists after the MAC CE is triggered; or the like, or, alternatively,
