Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an aromatic physiotherapy product and a physiotherapy product, and aims to solve the problems of poor stability and inconvenience in carrying of a liquid preparation adopted in the traditional Chinese medicine inhalation therapy.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an aroma physiotherapy product, which comprises a tube body, wherein a first filling section, a first blocking section, a second filling section, a second blocking section and a suction nozzle section are sequentially formed in the tube body, wherein the first filling section is filled with a herbaceous physiotherapy solid preparation so as to release effective ingredients in the herbaceous physiotherapy solid preparation after being heated to form volatile substances for a user to suck; the first barrier section is configured to allow the volatile substance to pass through and restrict the herbal therapy solid formulation from passing through; the second filling section is filled with solid aromatic; the second barrier section is configured to pass the volatile material and restrict the passage of the solid fragrance; the nozzle segment is arranged to allow volatile substances to pass through and restrict solid particles to pass through; in a direction from the first filling section to the suction nozzle section, the cross-sectional area of the tube body gradually decreases.
Optionally, the first blocking section is a filter screen or a filter element made of glass fiber.

According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the aromatic physiotherapy product comprises a first filling section, a first blocking section, a second filling section, a second blocking section and a suction nozzle section, wherein a herbaceous physiotherapy solid preparation is filled in the first filling section, active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicines are released after the herbaceous physiotherapy solid preparation is heated to form volatile substances, and the volatile substances pass through the first blocking section, the second filling section, the second blocking section and the suction nozzle section and are then sucked by a user; when the volatile substance passes through the second filling section, the volatile substance under the heating action drives the fragrance component in the solid aromatic to release, so that the volatile substance for the user to suck has unique fragrance, and the sucking taste and experience of the user are improved; in addition, the second filling section can also play a certain cooling role on the volatile substances, so that the smoking experience of a user is further improved; and the cross section area of the tube body is gradually reduced from the first filling section to the suction nozzle section, so that the air flow speed is gradually increased in the process of flowing from the first filling section to the suction nozzle section, the air gathering effect is realized, the sucking efficiency of a user can be improved, and the mouth feeling is enhanced.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that, if directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, and back … …) are involved in the embodiment of the present invention, the directional indications are only used to explain the relative positional relationship between the components, the movement situation, and the like in a specific posture (as shown in the drawing), and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indications are changed accordingly.

The traditional Chinese medicine inhalation therapy is mainly administrated through a nasal cavity, and comprises traditional Chinese medicine atomization inhalation therapy, aroma inhalation therapy and fumigation inhalation therapy, the most commonly used dosage forms at present are liquid preparations, but the liquid preparations are unstable and have large dispersion degree, the medicines are easily subjected to chemical degradation caused by dispersion media, the medicine effect is reduced and even loses efficacy, meanwhile, the aqueous liquid preparations are easy to mildew, preservatives are required to be added, the non-uniform liquid preparations are large in medicine dispersion degree, the specific surface area of dispersed particles is large, and the physical properties are unstable. Besides poor stability and short storage time, many active ingredients in the medicinal materials can not be completely extracted and used in liquid, and the liquid preparation has large volume and is inconvenient to carry, transport and store.
A heat non-combustible smoking article is an article that provides smoke and flavor substances to a consumer by heating a smoking material rather than burning, and is often used to heat non-combustible cigarettes. Based on a heating non-combustion smoking product, the invention provides an aroma physiotherapy product, wherein a traditional Chinese medicine preparation with efficacy is filled in the heating non-combustion smoking product in a solid form, and effective ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine are released in a heating mode and inhaled by a user to achieve a physiotherapy effect, so that a series of problems existing in a liquid preparation adopted in a traditional Chinese medicine inhalation therapy can be well solved, and fig. 1 to 2 are specific embodiments of the aroma physiotherapy product provided by the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of thearomatic physiotherapy product 100 provided by the present invention, thearomatic physiotherapy product 100 includes a tube body, and afirst filling section 10, afirst blocking section 20, asecond filling section 30, asecond blocking section 40, and amouthpiece section 50 are sequentially formed in the tube body, wherein thefirst filling section 10 is filled with a herbal physiotherapy solid preparation, so as to release active ingredients in the herbal physiotherapy solid preparation after being heated to form a volatile substance for a user to inhale; thefirst barrier section 20 is configured to allow passage of the volatile substance and to restrict passage of the herbal therapy solid formulation; thesecond filling section 30 is filled with a solid aromatic agent; asecond barrier section 40 disposed to allow passage of the volatile material and to restrict passage of the solid fragrance; thenozzle segment 50 is configured to allow volatile substances to pass through and restrict solid particles from passing through; the cross-sectional area of the tube decreases in the direction from thefirst filling section 10 to themouthpiece section 50.
In the technical solution provided by the present invention, thearoma therapy product 100 comprises afirst filling section 10, afirst barrier section 20, asecond filling section 30, asecond barrier section 40 and anozzle section 50, thefirst filling section 10 is filled with a solid herbal therapy preparation which releases effective ingredients in the traditional Chinese medicine after being heated to form volatile substances, the volatile substance passes through thefirst blocking section 20, thesecond filling section 30, thesecond blocking section 40 and themouthpiece section 50 for the user to inhale (inhale through the oral cavity or the nasal cavity), thus, the aromatic physical therapy solid preparation with efficacy is directly filled in the tube body of the physical therapy product, the effective components in the traditional Chinese medicine are released in a heating mode, so that the traditional Chinese medicine can play a role in physical therapy after being sucked by a user, and the problems of poor stability and inconvenience in carrying caused by adopting a liquid preparation in the traditional Chinese medicine inhalation therapy are solved; when the volatile substance passes through thesecond filling section 30, the volatile substance under the heating action drives the fragrance component in the solid aromatic to release, so that the volatile substance for the user to suck has unique fragrance, and the sucking taste and experience of the user are improved; in addition, thesecond filling section 30 can also perform a certain cooling effect on the volatile substances, so as to further improve the smoking experience of the user; moreover, the tube body is arranged in a direction from thefirst filling section 10 to thesuction nozzle section 50, the cross-sectional area of the tube body is gradually reduced, that is, the tube body is in a substantially trumpet flower shape, so that the shape is more attractive, and the air flow speed is gradually increased in the process of flowing from thefirst filling section 10 to thesuction nozzle section 50, so that the air gathering effect is achieved, the suction efficiency of a user is improved, and the mouth feeling is enhanced.
The herbaceous physical therapy solid preparation is used for releasing effective components thereof under the heating action, forming volatile substances for a user to suck to play a physical therapy role, the form of the herbaceous physical therapy solid preparation is not limited, and the form of the herbaceous physical therapy solid preparation comprises particles, sheets, rods and the like, and when the form of the herbaceous physical therapy solid preparation is different, the size of an object substance required to be blocked by thefirst blocking section 20 can be correspondingly adjusted according to actual conditions. Specifically, in a specific embodiment of the present invention, the solid herbal therapy preparation is in the form of granules or tablets, and the granules or tablets are commonly used, and are beneficial to increasing the filling rate of the solid herbal therapy preparation in thefirst filling section 10, so as to ensure the filling amount and the therapeutic effect of the solid herbal therapy preparation, wherein the granules can be in various dosage forms such as powder, pill, powder, and the like.
Thefirst blocking section 20 mainly functions to block solid substances filled in thefirst filling section 10 from passing through, and the arrangement manner of the first blocking section is not limited, and may be formed by a sieve plate, a filter screen, or a filter element, etc. in some embodiments of the present invention, thefirst blocking section 20 is a filter screen or a filter element made of glass fiber, and can withstand a certain high temperature, and the size of the substance to be blocked by the filter screen or the filter element may be selected according to the form and size of the solid preparation filled in thefirst filling section 10. In a preferred embodiment, thefirst blocking section 20 is an H13 grade sieve, that is, an H13 grade sieve is disposed on the side of thefirst filling section 10 facing thesecond filling section 30, and the sieve forms thefirst blocking section 20, and the filtering efficiency of the H13 grade sieve on 0.3 μm particles is higher than 99.95%, so that the solid preparation in thefirst filling section 10 can be blocked from passing through efficiently.
The solid aromatic agent is not limited, and any solid aromatic agent capable of volatilizing aromatic substances can be selected, and the dosage form of the solid aromatic agent can be granular, flaky and the like.
Thesecond blocking section 40 mainly functions to block solid substances filled in thesecond filling section 30 from passing through, and the arrangement manner is not limited, and a sieve plate, a filter screen, a filter element or the like may also be used. The size of the holes on the sieve plate is not limited, and may be determined according to the shape and size of the solid aromatic agent filled in thesecond filling section 30, so as to strictly limit the solid aromatic agent from passing through the second blocking section 400. In addition, the material of the sieve plate is not limited, and includes but is not limited to silica gel, ceramic and other materials capable of resisting high temperature.
Themouthpiece section 50 is used for the user to inhale the volatile substances released by the solid herbal therapy preparation, and in some embodiments of the present invention, themouthpiece section 50 is disposed in a manner that: on the side of thesecond barrier section 40 remote from thesecond filling section 30, there is provided filling cotton fibres, which form thenozzle section 50. The net structure of the cotton fibers can gather the volatile substances, and meanwhile, the cotton fibers can further block the solid substances flowing from thefirst filling section 10 and/or thesecond filling section 30 to thesuction nozzle section 50, so that the effect of further guaranteeing the mouth feel of the user is achieved, and the influence on the user experience caused by the suction of solid foreign matters is avoided.
Further, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cotton fiber is filled with herbal aromatic extract, including but not limited to filling a solid aromatic agent made of plants with aromatic odor in the net structure of the cotton fiber, or spraying aromatic liquid or volatile oil made of plant extract with aromatic odor on the cotton fiber, so as to further enhance the odor concentration of volatile substances for the user to inhale, increase the fragrance components, and enrich the variety of thearoma physiotherapy product 100 to meet the use requirements of more different users, thereby improving the market competitiveness of the product. In the embodiment of the present invention, it is particularly preferable that the cotton fiber is further sprayed with a volatile herbal aromatic extract, that is, volatile oil made of a plant extract with an aromatic odor is sprayed on the cotton fiber, so that the aromatic component in the volatile herbal aromatic extract is effectively volatilized during the smoking process of the user, thereby enhancing the aromatic component in the volatile substance for the user to smoke and improving the mouth feel during the smoking process.
In the embodiment provided by the invention, the material of the pipe body is not limited, the pipe body can be made of a material which has enough strength to wrap the filler, can support the filler without deformation and can resist certain high temperature, such as a paper pipe, an aluminum foil pipe, a ceramic pipe, a metal pipe, a high temperature resistant plastic pipe and the like, in addition, the parts of the pipe body corresponding to different functional sections can also be made of different materials, and the materials can be selected according to the requirements of appearance, hand feeling and the like of an actual product. In some embodiments of the present invention, the portion of the tube corresponding to thesecond filling section 30, thesecond blocking section 40 and/or thenozzle section 50 is made of a transparent material, and any one of thesecond filling section 30, thesecond blocking section 40 and/or thenozzle section 50 may be made of a transparent material, or any two or three of the two or more sections may be made of a transparent material, so that the visual effect of thearomatic physiotherapy product 100 is more beautiful.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is particularly preferable that: when the solid aromatic agent is herbal dried flowers, thesecond filling section 30 is at least set to be a transparent material, and when the solid aromatic agent is pollen, thesecond filling section 30 is preferably not set to be a transparent material. In addition, the transparent material includes but is not limited to PMMA, PC, and the like. In other embodiments of the present invention, the tube body corresponding to themouthpiece section 50 is made of silica gel, which is beneficial to ensuring the mouth feeling of the user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the shape of the tube is not limited, and may be, for example, circular, square, oval, etc. in some embodiments of the present invention, the tube is disposed in a cylindrical or mouthpiece shape corresponding to thenozzle section 50, which is less difficult to process and more suitable for the user to suck, thereby ensuring the sucking efficiency of the user. In other embodiments of the present invention, the pipe body is configured such that at least a portion of the pipe body corresponding to thefirst filling section 10 to thesecond blocking section 40 is petal-shaped, and specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a portion of the pipe body corresponding to thefirst filling section 10 to thesecond blocking section 40 includes atubular body 61 and a plurality ofprotrusions 62 formed on a periphery of thetubular body 61 and sequentially connected to each other, and the plurality of protrusions are arc-shaped. Thus, the portion of the tube of thephysiotherapy product 100 for generating and transporting the volatile substances is petal-shaped, which not only provides a more beautiful appearance, but also increases ventilation and improves the smoking efficiency.
The invention also provides a physiotherapy product, which comprises thearoma physiotherapy product 100 and a heating element, wherein the specific structure of thearoma physiotherapy product 100 refers to the above embodiments, and it can be understood that since the physiotherapy product of the invention adopts all the technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here. The heating element is arranged in the tube body of thearomatic physiotherapy product 100 and is positioned on one side of thefirst filling section 10 far away from thefirst barrier section 20, and the heating element is used for heating the aromatic physiotherapy solid preparation filled in the first filling section. More specifically, the heating element comprises a battery and a heating component, the heating component is contacted with the aroma therapy solid preparation filled in thefirst filling section 10 after being electrified, so as to heat the aroma therapy solid preparation, and the aroma therapy solid preparation releases effective components in the aroma therapy solid preparation and forms volatile substances under the condition of heating and non-combustion, and the heating component comprises but is not limited to a heating sheet or a heating rod.
