4. the liquid outlet pipe and the liquid inlet pipe can be separated from the threaded joint, so that the negative pressure ball and the flushing device can be repeatedly used.

The working principle is as follows: when the drainage device is used, the end cap 13 is screwed on the connecting rod 5, the ring-shaped sliding piece 10 is pushed to slide towards the first outer balloon 1 through the limiting piece 11, so that the elastic metal wire 12 is extruded to bulge outwards, the first outer balloon 1 is further propped up to prop open tissues at lacuna positions, the contact surface between the first outer balloon 1 and the lacuna tissues is enlarged, and drainage is more sufficient; opening the negative pressure ball 17, the waste liquid at the tissue part can be sucked into the first outer balloon 1 through the first one-way drainage valve 3, then is drained into the negative pressure ball 17 through the drainage tube 6 and the liquid outlet tube 15, enough flushing liquid is added into the second inner balloon 23 through the injection tube 24, then the air inlet tube 25 is connected with an external inflating device to inflate, so that the second inner balloon 23 is extruded, the flushing liquid in the second inner balloon 23 can enter the first inner balloon 2 through the liquid inlet tube 16 and the flushing tube 7 under pressure, and then is flushed between the first outer balloon 1 and the first inner balloon 2 through the second one-way drainage valve 4, so that the first one-way drainage valve 3 and the second one-way drainage valve 4 are prevented from being blocked, and drainage is convenient to continue; meanwhile, the first one-way drainage valve 3 is designed through a one-way valve, when drainage is not performed, the first inner balloon 2 can be continuously injected with air through the flushing pipe 7, the valve unit 21 in the first one-way drainage valve 3 of the first outer balloon 1 is closed, the first outer balloon 1 is expanded and compresses tissues, and the compression hemostasis effect can be achieved.
