Nib and writing tool with sameTechnical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of writing tools, in particular to a pen point and a writing tool with the same.
Background
Common marking writing instruments include markers, highlighters, and whiteboard markers. For example, when reading books or extracting notes, a highlighter is used for marking important characters; when writing on a whiteboard, a whiteboard marker is generally used because it is easy to erase; when the labels are required to be retained for a long time in a paper box, a plastic bag, or the like, a marking pen is generally used.
As the pen points of the writing tool are made of fiber materials, when the pen cap is inserted and pulled out or writing is carried out, hands are easily dirtied by the fiber pen points. Meanwhile, when the pen point is used for marking, the pen point is thick and solid, characters can be blocked, people cannot accurately mark the characters, and the situation that the marks are inclined or are coated more or less can occur.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a pen point and a writing tool with the same, and aims to solve the problems that hands are stained, marks are inclined or the marks are not accurate in the prior art. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pen tip comprising: the fiber core is provided with a writing end and an ink supply end, the ink supply end is used for supplying ink, and the writing end is used for writing; the cladding part wraps the axial periphery of the fiber core in the cladding part, and the cladding part is made of transparent hard materials.
Further, the cross section of the fiber core is rectangular, and the cross section of the cladding part is oval or racetrack-shaped. The fiber core is the writing part of nib, when needing to mark characters, the cross section of fiber core sets up the rectangle can make full use of the long limit of rectangle and highly align of characters, makes things convenient for the mark. When mass production is carried out, the fiber core is usually made to be very long, then a section of pen point length of the pen point is cut, the production capacity of the fiber core is improved, and the corresponding production efficiency is also improved. The cladding part is used for cladding the fiber core, when the cross section of the fiber core is rectangular, the cross section of the cladding part is optimally designed to be elliptical or racetrack-shaped when the material cost is saved and the cladding part is favorably arranged in a hole at one end of the pen.
Further, the fiber core and the cladding part are coaxially arranged, and the distance L1=0.5-1.5mm between the long side of the cross section of the fiber core and the long side of the cross section of the cladding part. Such an arrangement is more cost effective when the writing area of the fiber core is fixed.
Further, the fiber core and the cladding are coaxially arranged, and a distance L2=0.6-1.6mm between a short side of a cross section of the fiber core and a short side of a cross section of the cladding. Such an arrangement is more cost effective when the writing area of the fiber core is fixed.
The cross section of the fiber core is circular, and the cross section of the cladding part is circular. When the cross section of the fiber core is circular, the cross section of the cladding part is circular, so that the matching of the fiber core and the cladding part is facilitated, and the cost is saved; when the pen point is used for writing, the cross section of the fiber core is circular, so that characters can be written conveniently, and meanwhile, the production process flow is saved. When mass production is carried out, the fiber core is usually made to be very long, then a section of pen point length of the pen point is cut, the production capacity of the fiber core is improved, and the corresponding production efficiency is also improved.
The fiber core and the cladding part are coaxially arranged, and the radius of the cladding part is larger than the radius difference R1=0.5-1.5mm of the fiber core. Such an arrangement is more cost effective when the writing area of the fiber core is fixed.
Furthermore, a visible part is arranged on the coating part at the other end of the fiber core, and characters blocked by the fiber core can be seen through the visible part according to the light reflection principle. The pen point of a general marking pen is made of fiber materials, when characters are marked, the fiber pen point usually covers the marked characters, so that a writer cannot accurately mark the characters and can only feel the characters, and deviation can occur in the marks frequently. The coating part of the writing end is provided with a visible part which can see characters covered by the fiber core by utilizing the light reflection principle, thereby solving the problem of marking deviation.
Further, the coating part is made of an acrylic material. The coating part with acrylic force has good transparency, and when the coating part is processed, the acrylic material can tightly fix the fiber core and ensure that the ink can be smoothly led by the fiber core.
A writing instrument, the writing instrument comprising: the pen comprises a pen body, wherein a scroll core with ink is arranged in the pen body; the pen top is tightly sealed and matched at one end of the pen body and fixes the refill core in the pen body; the pen point, one end of the pen point is inserted into the cartridge through the pen top, and the pen point structure is the pen point as above; the pen cap is used for being sleeved on the pen item.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the coating part is made of transparent hard material, so that a user can not dirty hands even touching the coating part carelessly, and meanwhile, the direction and the height of the marked characters are visually observed through the edge of the coating part, thereby improving the marking accuracy.
