Novel stomach tubeTechnical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a novel stomach tube.
Background
Gastric tube nasogastric tube is a tube that helps patients who cannot swallow deliver the necessary moisture and food under special circumstances. The stomach tube is generally made of polyurethane or silica gel materials, and the polyurethane and silica gel stomach tubes should be changed once a month according to the materials. The sizes of the stomach tubes are different, and the stomach tubes are oral stomach tubes and nasal stomach tubes. Wherein, the length of the orogastric tube is about 45Cm, and the orogastric tube can be inserted into the mouth by 35-40 Cm. The nasal feeding tube is about 105Cm long, is required to be inserted into a nostril to be about 55Cm, passes through the pharynx and reaches the stomach through the esophagus, is easy to separate from the nasogastric tube, is firmly adhered, prevents repeated intubation and aspiration, and consists of a pipeline, a stomach tube feeding port connector, a stomach tube clamp and a cross-shaped knot blocking cap. The nasogastric tube is kept in the esophagus, the original digestive tract physiological environment of a patient is changed, the sphincter at the tail end of the esophagus is not closed tightly, pressure stimulation such as unsmooth and severe cough of the airway easily causes complications such as esophagus reflux and the like, and gastric juice can be extracted through the nasogastric tube. The food injection port connectors of the stomach tube are generally two, the uppermost blocking cap is opened, only a small injector can be used for manually pressurizing a push rod and a piston to inject liquid food with the same water, a booster and a 100ml large injector can be used for injecting thick meat and vegetable powder or mechanically crushing the thick meat and vegetable powder into paste or pasty noodles and the like, so that dietary fiber can be increased, defecation is facilitated, digestion and nutrition supply are promoted, but the stomach cannot be emptied too fast once, and the phenomenon that the stomach is not smooth and the esophagus backflow occurs can be caused. Large particles entering the tube will block the tube. The uppermost surface is a stomach tube blocking cap, and the stomach tube blocking cap is immediately blocked and clamped after feeding. The stomach tube is required to be prevented from being polluted, and the stomach tube adhesive tape is required to be placed in the closed bedside table to prevent cockroaches from being polluted.
In the prior art, the single-cavity jejunal nutrient canal with different models can only correspond to an independent stomach tube, the stomach tube in the prior art is not beneficial to drainage of liquid at different parts in a stomach cavity, and meanwhile, the stomach tube is easy to cause difficulty in placing the stomach or increase pain of a patient aiming at food residues in the stomach during gastric retention and high-density and moderately high-viscosity pus or necrotic tissues for drainage of a gastric fenestration of the patient with severe acute pancreatitis and abdominal abscess, and the internal condition of the stomach is intelligently observed through X-ray fluoroscopy.
