Background
The puncture outfit is a surgical instrument which punctures the abdominal wall and provides a passage for other surgical instruments to enter the body cavity, belonging to a minimally invasive surgical instrument. The puncture outfit generally comprises a puncture cone assembly and a sleeve assembly, wherein the puncture cone assembly and the sleeve assembly are detachably connected, after the epidermis of a puncture site is incised, the tip of the puncture cone assembly is punctured together with the front end of the sleeve assembly, and then the puncture cone assembly is detached. Most of the existing puncture outfits have large size and heavy weight, which are not beneficial to pediatric surgery; the thread of the puncture cannula is deviated, which causes the problems of small operation space and the like in pediatric clinical operation, so that the structure of the current puncture outfit needs to be innovated and improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the pediatric puncture outfit aiming at the defects, the pediatric puncture outfit is small and exquisite, compact in structure, few in parts and low in cost, and has the functions of the puncture outfit. In addition, the pediatric puncture outfit is provided with an extremely short puncture guide surface and a long thread, so that the operation space in the pediatric operation is improved.
A paediatrics puncture ware adopts following technical scheme to realize:
a pediatric puncture outfit consists of a cannula component and a puncture cone component.
The puncture cone component consists of a puncture cone and a puncture cone cover. The puncture cone cover is arranged on the upper part of the puncture cone.
The sleeve assembly consists of a valve body upper cover, a puncture sleeve, a sealing sheet, an air blocking cap, an air injection valve and an air injection switch;
the air blocking cap and the sealing sheet are sequentially arranged in the puncture sleeve and are pressed tightly through the upper valve body cover, and the upper valve body cover is fixed on the upper part of the puncture sleeve;
the gas injection valve is arranged on the puncture sleeve; the gas injection switch is arranged in the gas injection valve and can rotate within a certain angle range.
The lower end of the puncture cone is conical, and auxiliary separating blades are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the cone; the middle of the puncture cone is a cylindrical cone rod, the upper end of the puncture cone is provided with 3 assembling ribs and 1 assembling guide rib, the assembling guide ribs are slightly longer than the assembling ribs, and an assembling indicating port is arranged in the middle of the assembling guide ribs; an assembly limiting round platform is arranged on the lower side of the assembly rib, and an assembly limiting surface is arranged on one side, close to the assembly rib, of the assembly limiting round platform.
A puncture cone mounting hole is formed in the middle of the inner side of the puncture cone cover, and a puncture cone mounting guide groove is formed in the puncture cone mounting hole; the lower side of the puncture conical cover is provided with a matching use surface, and the matching use surface is provided with two symmetrical matching use positioning surfaces; a circle of anti-skid concave pit is arranged in the middle of the outer side of the puncture conical cover.
The middle of the upper side of the valve body upper cover is provided with a puncture cone component matching use surface, and the puncture cone component matching use surface is provided with two symmetrical puncture cone component matching use positioning surfaces; a puncture cone component guide surface is arranged on the lower side of the puncture cone component matching use surface, and a puncture cone component guide through hole is arranged on the lower side of the puncture cone component guide surface; the middle of the upper cover of the valve body is provided with an installation limiting surface, the lower side of the installation limiting surface is provided with a welding guide surface, one side of the welding guide surface is provided with a welding guide limiting surface, the lower side of the welding guide surface is provided with a welding surface, the lower side of the welding surface is provided with an installation guide surface, and the installation guide surface is provided with an installation guide limiting surface; and a sealing element pressing surface is arranged on the lower side of the upper cover of the valve body.
The middle of the puncture sleeve is provided with an instrument channel hole, the lower end of the puncture sleeve is provided with a puncture guide surface, and the upper side of the puncture guide surface is provided with anti-skid threads; the upper end of the valve body is provided with a valve body upper cover welding limiting surface, the inner side of the upper end of the valve body is provided with a valve body upper cover welding guiding surface, one side of the valve body upper cover welding guiding surface is provided with a valve body upper cover welding limiting surface, the lower side of the valve body upper cover welding guiding surface is provided with a valve body upper cover welding surface, the valve body upper cover welding surface is provided with a valve body upper cover welding wire, and the lower side of the valve body upper cover welding surface is provided with a valve body upper cover installation guiding surface; the inner side of the upper part of the puncture sleeve is provided with a sealing element mounting surface; the puncture sleeve pipe upper portion outside be equipped with a spacing face of gas injection valve installation, the spacing face next door of gas injection valve installation is equipped with a gas injection valve mounting hole, is equipped with a gas injection valve installation guide way on the gas injection valve mounting hole, the gas injection valve mounting hole next door is equipped with a gas injection valve face of weld, is equipped with gas injection valve weld line on the gas injection valve face of weld.
The puncture outfit casing pipe is shorter, which is about one third of the common puncture outfit casing pipe; the puncture guide surface is shorter, and is about one fifth of the length of the sleeve of the ordinary puncture outfit.

The puncture cone, the puncture cone cover, the puncture sleeve, the valve body upper cover, the gas injection valve and the gas injection switch are all made of plastic materials. The sealing piece and the air blocking cap are made of silica gel materials.

A paediatrics puncture ware theory of operation:
a pediatric puncture instrument that requires insertion of a puncture cone assembly into a cannula assembly prior to use; when puncturing, the puncture conical cover is propped against by the palm, and the forefinger presses on the puncture guide surface of the puncture cannula. Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-19, a pediatric puncture instrument is comprised of acannula assembly 2 and apuncture cone assembly 1.
Thepuncture cone component 1 consists of a puncture cone 1-1 and a puncture cone cover 1-2. The puncture cone cover is arranged on the upper part of the puncture cone.
Thesleeve assembly 2 consists of a valve body upper cover 2-1, a puncture sleeve 2-2, a sealing sheet 2-3, an air blocking cap 2-4, an air injection valve 2-5 and an air injection switch 2-6.
The air blocking cap 2-4 and the sealing sheet 2-3 are sequentially arranged in the puncture cannula 2-2 and are pressed tightly by the valve body upper cover 2-1, and the valve body upper cover 2-1 is fixed on the upper part of the puncture cannula 2-2.
The gas injection valve 2-5 is arranged on the puncture cannula 2-2; the gas injection switch 2-6 is arranged in the gas injection valve 2-5, and the gas injection switch 2-6 can rotate within a certain angle range.
The lower end of the puncture cone 1-1 is conical, and auxiliary separating blades 1-1-1 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the cone; the middle of the puncture cone is a cylindrical cone rod, the upper end of the puncture cone is provided with 3 assembling ribs 1-1-2 and 1 assembling guide rib 1-1-3, the assembling guide rib 1-1-3 is slightly longer than the assembling ribs 1-1-2, and an assembling indicating port 1-1-4 is arranged in the middle of the assembling guide rib 1-1-3; an assembly limiting circular truncated cone 1-1-5 is arranged on the lower side of the assembly rib 1-1-2, and an assembly limiting surface 1-1-6 is arranged on one side, close to the assembly rib 1-1-2, of the assembly limiting circular truncated cone 1-1-5.

The upper part of the gas barrier cap 2-4 is provided with a sealing piece installing and positioning table 2-4-1, the lower side of the sealing piece installing and positioning table 2-4-1 is provided with an installing and positioning rib 2-4-2, and a pressing surface 2-4-3 is arranged beside the installing and positioning rib 2-4-2. The lower part of the air blocking cap 2-4 is provided with two air blocking pieces 2-4-4, and the joint of the two air blocking pieces 2-4-4 is provided with a puncture seam 2-4-5.
The gas injection valve 2-5 is in a cross pipe shape, the left side of the gas injection valve is provided with a 5% Ruhr joint 2-5-1 and a locking joint 2-5-2, the right end of the gas injection valve is provided with a welding surface 2-5-3, the left side of the welding surface 2-5-3 is provided with an installation surface 2-5-4, the installation surface 2-5-4 is provided with an installation guide rib 2-5-5, and the side of the installation surface 2-5-4 is provided with an installation limiting surface 2-5-6. The puncture cone 1-1 and the puncture cone cover 1-2 are assembled together to form apuncture cone assembly 1.
The air blocking cap 2-4 and the sealing sheet 2-3 are sequentially arranged in the puncture cannula 2-2 and are pressed tightly by the valve body upper cover 2-1, and the valve body upper cover 2-1 and the puncture cannula 2-2 are fixed by ultrasonic welding.

The puncture needle comprises a valve body upper cover 2-1, a sealing sheet 2-3, a gas blocking cap 2-4, a puncture sleeve 2-2, a gas injection valve 2-5 and a gas injection switch 2-6, and is apuncture sleeve assembly 2.
Thepuncture cone component 1 controls the direction of thepuncture sleeve 2 by using the positioning surface 2-1-1 through the matching of the puncture cone cover 1-2 and the valve body upper cover 2-1.

After the penetration is complete, thepuncture cone assembly 1 is withdrawn from thecannula assembly 2.
When pneumoperitoneum is established, a standard connector of a pneumoperitoneum machine is firstly connected with an air injection valve 2-5 of a pediatric puncture outfit, then an air injection switch 2-6 is rotated, the pediatric puncture outfit is communicated with the pneumoperitoneum machine and an abdominal cavity, and air is injected into the abdominal cavity of a patient; the gas injection speed can be adjusted by adjusting the angle of the gas injection switches 2-6. The pediatric puncture outfit which is not connected with the pneumoperitoneum machine needs to rotate the gas injection switch 2-6 to be vertical to the gas injection valve 2-5 to close the gas injection function so as to avoid gas leakage.
When the pneumoperitoneum machine starts to inject air, the air blocking piece 2-4-4 on the air blocking cap 2-4 of the pediatric puncture outfit is tightly closed under the action of pneumoperitoneum pressure, so that the problem that the operation is influenced due to unstable pneumoperitoneum pressure caused by air leakage is solved.
When a surgical instrument is inserted into the pediatric puncture outfit, the air blocking holes 2-3-4 in the middle of the sealing sheets 2-3 of the pediatric puncture outfit wrap the instrument when the instrument enters, so that the problem that the operation is influenced due to unstable pneumoperitoneum pressure caused by air leakage caused by the entering of the instrument is solved.
After the operation is finished, the surgical instrument is pulled out of the pediatric puncture outfit, the gas injection switch 2-6 is opened, the gas in the abdominal cavity of the patient is discharged out of the body from the gas outlet of the gas injection valve 2-5, and the pediatric puncture outfit can be pulled out of the abdominal cavity of the patient after the gas is discharged.
