Omnidirectional injection catheterTechnical Field
The invention relates to an omnidirectional injection catheter, and belongs to the technical field of medical equipment.
Background
When performing a vascular closure procedure, the blood vessel needs to be cleaned and an adhesive injected. The existing infusion catheter is usually directly inserted into a patient blood vessel by adopting a single catheter, the cleaning effect is poor due to uneven water flow when the infusion catheter with the structure is cleaned, meanwhile, in the process of injecting the adhesive, the blood vessel parts needing to be bonded can be bonded up and down, and the adhesive is required to be quickly solidified, so that the performance requirement on the adhesive is very high under the condition of uneven liquid injection, and the adhesive injected into the blood vessel through the single catheter is uneven in distribution in the blood vessel, so that certain influence is caused on the blood vessel sealing operation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an omnidirectional injection catheter, wherein a plurality of injection tubes which are uniformly distributed are arranged in the catheter, so that water or adhesive which flows into a blood vessel in the whole cleaning and injection process is injected and injected more uniformly and in place, and the smooth completion of the whole blood vessel sealing operation is facilitated.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the utility model provides an annotate towards pipe omnidirectionally, luer first joint, hasp, second luer joint and pipe that connect gradually, luer first connects and second luer connects between be provided with and passes the connecting piece of hasp, the center of connecting piece along its axis be provided with luer first connects's inlet is to the notes liquid passageway of intercommunication, it has many injection pipes to penetrate in the pipe, many the one end of pipe all stretches into to in the connecting piece.
The omnidirectional injection catheter is characterized in that: the injection tube comprises a tube body and an arc-shaped protruding part integrally formed with the tube body.
The omnidirectional injection catheter is characterized in that: and injection tube holders are arranged in the injection channels of the connecting pieces, clamping grooves with the same number as the injection tubes are arranged on the side walls of the injection tube holders at equal intervals, and the tail ends of the injection tubes are inserted into the corresponding clamping grooves.
The omnidirectional injection catheter is characterized in that: the side wall of the arc-shaped convex part of the injection tube is provided with an opening.
The omnidirectional injection catheter is characterized in that: a limiting piece is clamped at one end, close to the lock catch, of the second luer connector, when the limiting piece is not taken down, the head of the second luer connector is connected with the lock catch, the tail end of the catheter wraps the injection head of the injection tube, and when the limiting piece is taken down, the second luer connector is completely locked with the lock catch, and the injection head of the injection tube extends out of the tail end of the catheter.
The omnidirectional injection catheter is characterized in that: the number of the injection pipes is three, and the injection pipes are fixed on the circumference of the injection pipe fixing device at equal intervals.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the plurality of injection tubes which are uniformly distributed are arranged in the catheter, so that the water or adhesive flowing into the blood vessel in the whole cleaning and injecting process is injected and injected more uniformly and in place, and the smooth completion of the whole blood vessel sealing operation is facilitated;
2. before annotating towards, the injection syringe stretches into completely to the catheter in, inserting hematal in-process, guarantees that the injection syringe head can not cause the damage to the vascular wall, after target in place when inserting, takes off the locating part on the second luer joint back, with its and hasp locking, drives the relative injection syringe of pipe simultaneously and removes to stretch out the head of injection syringe, be convenient for more evenly target in place when pouring into the adhesive, can effectually accomplish the vascular closure, also reduced the requirement to the adhesive performance.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-6, an omnidirectional injection catheter comprises a first luer connector 1, a lock catch 2, asecond luer connector 3 and acatheter 4 which are sequentially connected, wherein a connecting piece 6 penetrating through the lock catch 2 is arranged between the first luer connector 1 and thesecond luer connector 3, a liquid injection channel communicated with a liquid inlet of the first luer connector 1 is arranged in the center of the connecting piece 6 along the axis of the connecting piece, a plurality ofinjection tubes 5 penetrate through thecatheter 4, and one end of each of the plurality ofcatheters 4 extends into the connecting piece 6.
Through setting up many evenly distributed's injection syringe in the pipe, make the water or the adhesive that flow into the blood vessel in whole washing and notes towards the process even more, target in place, be favorable to the smooth completion of whole vascular closure operation. In this embodiment, the number of thesyringes 5 is three, and the syringes are fixed at equal intervals along the circumference of the syringe holder 7.
Injection pipe 5 includebody 51 and withbody 51 integrated into one piece'sarc bellying 52 utilizesarc bellying 52 can be with the appropriate strutting of blood vessel, is favorable to the water injection to wash or pour into the adhesive into, also can effectively avoid the head of injection pipe and vascular wall contact and cause the damage to the blood vessel simultaneously.
An injection tube fixer 7 is arranged in the liquid injection channel of the connecting piece 6,clamping grooves 71 with the same number as theinjection tubes 5 are arranged on the side wall of the injection tube fixer 7 at equal intervals, and the tail ends of theinjection tubes 5 are inserted into thecorresponding clamping grooves 71.
The side wall of the arc-shaped bulge part of theinjection tube 5 is provided with an opening, so that the flow speed in the water injection or glue injection process is more uniform and gentle.
A limiting piece (shown in the figure) is clamped at one end of thesecond luer connector 3 close to the lock catch 2, when the limiting piece is not removed, the head of thesecond luer connector 3 is connected with the lock catch 2, the tail end of thecatheter 4 wraps the injection head of theinjection tube 5, and when the limiting piece is removed, the injection head of theinjection tube 5 extends out of the tail end of thecatheter 4 after thesecond luer connector 3 and the lock catch 2 are completely locked.
Before the injection catheter is inserted into a blood vessel, in order to avoid the head of the injection catheter from piercing the blood vessel wall, the injection catheter is required to extend into the catheter, after the injection catheter is inserted in place, the limiting piece on the second luer connector can be taken down and locked with the lock catch, and meanwhile, the catheter is driven to move relative to the injection catheter, so that the head of the injection catheter extends out. In this embodiment, the limiting member may be a clamp with an opening at one end, and when the injection tube needs to extend out of the catheter, the clamp may be directly pulled out, and then the second luer connector is turned upward to be locked with the lock catch, and simultaneously the catheter is driven to move relative to the injection tube, so as to expose the head of the injection tube.
In conclusion, the omni-directional flushing catheter provided by the invention has the advantages that the plurality of injection pipes which are uniformly distributed are arranged in the catheter, so that water or adhesive flowing into a blood vessel in the whole cleaning and flushing process is more uniformly and in place, and the smooth completion of the whole blood vessel sealing operation is facilitated.
