S2, pre-stirring: sequentially pouring polyisocyanate, polyester polyol, a chain extender, a flame retardant and a release agent into a stirring tank in S1 according to a certain proportion, sealing the stirring tank, stirring the substances in the tank by a stirrer, and stirring for 10-14 minutes.
S3, total stirring: and (3) uniformly stirring the substances in the stirring tank in the step (S2), pouring the catalyst and the physical foaming agent into the stirring tank according to a certain proportion, stirring the substances in the tank by using a stirrer, and stirring for 6-10 minutes.
