Description

Balloon puncture sleeve with indicating device and balloon puncture outfit
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a balloon puncture cannula with an indicating device and a balloon puncture outfit.
Background
A puncture instrument often used in minimally invasive surgery generally includes a puncture cannula as a passage for minimally invasive intervention, through which a minimally invasive surgical instrument is inserted into the body of a subject to be operated. In the use process of the existing puncture outfit, the fixing of the puncture cannula is always a difficult problem. The condition that the puncture cannula moves up and down inside and outside the skin in the operation process can be caused due to poor fixation of the puncture cannula, and even the puncture cannula can be pulled out from the skin, so that the operation process is seriously influenced.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, various solutions have been proposed, and a balloon puncture outfit is successfully provided, wherein the balloon appears in the skin after the puncture cannula penetrates into the skin during the operation, and the expanded balloon can prevent the puncture cannula from being pulled out of the skin, for example, the balloon puncture outfit disclosed in chinese patent CN 205649532U. However, the existing balloon puncture outfits have the following problems: 1. when the balloon puncture outfit is used, as the balloon is positioned in a patient body, the visual line of an operation operator is shielded, and the state of the balloon cannot be judged well, such as insufficient inflation of the balloon, excessive inflation of the balloon, damage of the balloon in the operation process and the like; 2. the balloon puncture outfit also has the problem of slow deflation. After the operation is finished, the gas in the saccule needs to be discharged when the puncture cannula is taken out, but the existing saccule puncture outfit is slow in balloon deflation, and the operation time is influenced.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, one of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a balloon puncture cannula with an indication device, which can allow an operator to accurately determine the inflation state of a balloon in a body of an operated object during an operation by the state of the indication device, thereby ensuring that the operation process is smooth; in addition, the balloon can be deflated quickly by adopting a mode of damaging the indicating device, so that the operation time is shortened, and the operation efficiency is improved.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the utility model provides a take indicating device's sacculus puncture sleeve pipe, includes the cavity tube-shape stereoplasm sleeve pipe body, sleeve pipe body upper portion one end is provided with the pneumatic valve, and lower part one end is provided with first sacculus, communicate through the breather pipe between pneumatic valve and the first sacculus, near pneumatic valve intercommunication have the indicating device who instructs first sacculus state.
Optionally, the air valve is communicated with the air pipe on the sleeve body through a hose.
Further, the indicating device is a second balloon with inflation and expansion functions.
Preferably, the second balloon is the same material, size, and thickness as the first balloon.
Furthermore, the upper part of the sleeve body is connected with a vent hole for accessing an air valve; the lower part of the periphery of the sleeve body is provided with a first groove for accommodating a first balloon; a second groove is formed in the upper part of the periphery of the sleeve body, close to the vent hole, and used for accommodating a second balloon; the periphery of the sleeve body is provided with a vent groove from top to bottom for accommodating a vent pipe; the vent pipe is connected between the vent hole and the first groove.
Furthermore, the first balloon is made of elastic materials and comprises a balloon main body, an upper sealing part and a lower sealing part, and the upper sealing part and the lower sealing part are respectively clung to the outer surface of the first groove of the sleeve body to form a sealing environment; the balloon main body has the function of inflation and expansion.
Optionally, the second balloon is in communication with the gas valve and the vent tube, respectively, via hoses.
One of the purposes of the invention is to provide a balloon puncture outfit, which comprises a blocking rod, an outer cover and a balloon puncture sleeve with an indicating device, wherein the outer cover and the puncture sleeve are fixed together through threaded connection, an elongated rod body of the blocking rod can pass through the outer cover and a channel inside the puncture sleeve, and the puncture sleeve is the balloon puncture sleeve with the indicating device.
The invention has the advantages that: 1. the indicating device for indicating the state of the balloon is arranged at the upper part of the puncture sleeve, so that the defect that the sight line is blocked can be overcome by an operation operator on an operation site, and the condition of the balloon in an operated object body can be conveniently known. 2. The balloon state in the body of the operated object can be intuitively understood at low cost by arranging the indicating balloon with the same shape and size specification as the balloon in the body outside the operated object.
