Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention discloses a bed for preventing pressure sores, which is realized by adopting the following technical scheme.
A bed for preventing pressure sores comprises an elastic bed board, a guardrail, a bracket, a support plate and an adjusting mechanism, wherein an arc-shaped rack is fixedly installed at the front end of the support plate; a first motor is fixedly arranged on the bracket, and a first gear is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the first motor; the support plate is arranged on the upper side of the support in a left-right arc-shaped swinging manner, and the first gear is meshed with the rack; four adjusting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the upper side of the support plate in the left-right direction, and two adjusting mechanisms on the same side of the four adjusting mechanisms are distributed in a front-back staggered manner; two beams are arranged on two sides of the bottom panel of the elastic bed board, two ends of each beam are respectively and symmetrically provided with two transmission blocks, and driving chutes are formed in the transmission blocks; the elastic bed board is arranged at the upper sides of the four adjusting mechanisms.
The adjusting mechanism comprises a first shifting plate, a second shifting plate, a fourth supporting plate, a first toothed plate, a first guide support, a seventh gear, a fifth rotating shaft, an eighth gear, a second toothed plate, a second guide support, a sixth rotating shaft, a ninth gear and a fifth supporting plate, wherein the third rotating shaft is rotatably mounted on the upper side of the supporting plate through the fourth supporting plate; the first toothed plate is slidably mounted on one side of the second shifting plate through a first guide support and meshed with the fixed gear; the fifth rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on one side of the second shifting plate, the seventh gear and the eighth gear are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of the fifth rotating shaft, and the eighth gear is positioned on the upper side of the first toothed plate and is meshed with the first toothed plate; the second toothed plate is a Z-shaped toothed plate, the second toothed plate is slidably mounted on one side of the second shifting plate through a second guide support, and one end of the second toothed plate is positioned on the upper side of the seventh gear and meshed with the seventh gear; the sixth rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on one side of the second shifting plate through a fifth supporting plate, the ninth gear is fixedly arranged at one end of the sixth rotating shaft, and the ninth gear is positioned at the other end of the second gear plate and is positioned at the lower side of the ninth gear to be meshed with the ninth gear; one end of the first shifting plate is hinged to the other end of the second shifting plate through a sixth rotating shaft; the second shifting plate is matched with the elastic bed plate, and the other end of the first shifting plate penetrates through a driving sliding groove formed in the transmission block on the corresponding side.
The third rotating shaft of the four adjusting mechanisms is in transmission connection through a gear; the second motor is supported and arranged on the support plate through the second motor; and the third rotating shaft positioned on the front side is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the second motor through a gear.
As a further improvement of the technology, the upper end of the bracket is provided with three evenly distributed slideways, and each slideway is provided with a T-shaped chute; the even fixed mounting of lower extreme of extension board has three U template, and the lower extreme of three U template all has the cambered surface, and the lower extreme of three U template is fixed mounting respectively has a T type slider, and the extension board is installed at the upside of support through the sliding fit of three T type slider and three T type spout, and the cambered surface and the cooperation of three slide cambered surface of three U template lower extreme.
The first motor is fixedly arranged on the bracket through the first motor support.
As a further improvement of the present technology, one end of each of two third rotating shafts of the two adjusting mechanisms located at two sides among the four adjusting mechanisms is fixedly provided with a sixth gear; one end of each of the two third rotating shafts in the two middle adjusting mechanisms is fixedly provided with a tenth gear; the other ends of two third rotating shafts in the two middle adjusting mechanisms are fixedly connected with each other through a first rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft is arranged on the upper side of the support plate through a first support plate; a third gear is fixedly arranged at the other end of the third rotating shaft in the front side adjusting mechanism; and a fourth gear is fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the second motor and is meshed with the third gear.
Between the two adjusting mechanisms located on the same side, the second rotating shaft is rotatably installed on the upper side of the supporting plate through the second supporting plate, the second gear and the fifth gear are fixedly installed at two ends of the second rotating shaft respectively, the second gear is meshed with the tenth gear on the same side, and the fifth gear is meshed with the sixth gear on the same side.
As a further improvement of the technology, two limiting clamping grooves are symmetrically formed in two sides of one end of the elastic bed board; two guardrails are respectively installed on two sides of the elastic bed board in a swinging mode, an installation sliding groove is formed in each guardrail, and a circular sliding groove is formed in one side of each installation sliding groove.
A limiting fixture block is respectively and slidably mounted in the mounting chute formed in each guardrail, one end of each limiting fixture block is provided with an inclined plane, and a first spring is mounted between the other end of each limiting fixture block, which extends out of the mounting chute, and the inner end surface of the mounting chute; one end of each limiting clamping block, which extends into the mounting groove, is fixedly provided with a pull rod respectively, and one end of each pull rod, which is far away from the limiting clamping block, penetrates out of a circular sliding groove formed in the corresponding guardrail and is positioned outside the guardrail; one end of the limiting clamping block with an inclined plane is matched with a limiting clamping groove formed in the corresponding side of the elastic bed plate; after the rail-swinging limiting clamping block is matched with the limiting clamping groove on the guardrail, the limiting clamping block limits the lower swing of the guardrail.
As a further improvement of the technology, one end of the guardrail close to the elastic bed board is provided with a gap area.
As a further improvement of the technology, four pressing mechanisms are arranged at four corners of the lower side of the elastic bed board; one side of each of the four transmission blocks is provided with a shaft hole.
The quilt pressing mechanism comprises a worm, a worm wheel, a pressing plate, a connecting rod, a rocker, a third supporting plate and a fourth rotating shaft, wherein one end of the fourth rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in a shaft hole formed in the transmission block on one corresponding side, the worm wheel is fixedly arranged on the fourth rotating shaft, the pressing plate is fixedly arranged on the fourth rotating shaft through the connecting rod, and the pressing plate is matched with the bottom surface of the elastic bed board; the worm is rotatably arranged on the side edge of the transmission block on the corresponding side through the two third supporting plates, and the worm is meshed with the worm wheel; one end of the worm is fixedly provided with a rocker.
As a further improvement of the technology, the upper and lower parts of the two ends of the driving sliding chute formed on the transmission block are provided with cambered surfaces.
Compared with the traditional bed technology, the beneficial effects of the invention design are as follows:

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples or figures are illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bed comprises an elastic bed board 1, a guardrail 2, a bracket 3, a support plate 4 and an adjusting mechanism 5, wherein an arc-shaped rack 6 is fixedly arranged at the front end of the support plate 4 as shown in fig. 3; a first motor 8 is fixedly arranged on the bracket 3, and a first gear 7 is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the first motor 8; the support plate 4 is arranged on the upper side of the bracket 3 in a left-right arc-shaped swinging manner, and the first gear 7 is meshed with the rack 6; as shown in fig. 1 and 7, four adjusting mechanisms 5 are symmetrically installed on the upper side of the support plate 4, and two adjusting mechanisms 5 located on the same side in the four adjusting mechanisms 5 are distributed in a front-back staggered manner; as shown in fig. 5, two beams 14 are installed on two sides of the bottom panel of the elastic bed board 1, two ends of each beam 14 are respectively and symmetrically installed with two driving blocks 15, as shown in fig. 11, driving sliding grooves 47 are formed on the driving blocks 15; as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the elastic bed plate 1 is mounted on the upper side of four adjusting mechanisms 5.
Thecross beam 14 designed by the invention can increase the strength of theelastic bed board 1; theelastic bed board 1 has the elastic function of passive deformation under the condition of ensuring the hardness.
As shown in fig. 12, the adjusting mechanism 5 includes a first shifting plate 50, a second shifting plate 51, a fourth supporting plate 52, a first toothed plate 53, a first guiding support 54, a seventh gear 55, a fifth rotating shaft 56, an eighth gear 57, a second toothed plate 58, a second guiding support 59, a sixth rotating shaft 60, a ninth gear 61, and a fifth supporting plate 62, wherein as shown in fig. 7 and 12, the third rotating shaft 37 is rotatably mounted on the upper side of the supporting plate 4 through the fourth supporting plate 52, one end of the second shifting plate 51 is fixedly mounted on the third rotating shaft 37, the fixed gear 31 is fixedly mounted on the upper side of the supporting plate 4 through the fixing plate 34, and the third rotating shaft 37 passes through the fixed gear 31 and is rotatably matched with the fixed gear 31; the first toothed plate 53 is slidably mounted on one side of the second shifting plate 51 through a first guide support 54, and the first toothed plate 53 is meshed with the fixed gear 31; the fifth rotating shaft 56 is rotatably installed at one side of the second shifting plate 51, the seventh gear 55 and the eighth gear 57 are respectively and fixedly installed at two ends of the fifth rotating shaft 56, and the eighth gear 57 is located at the upper side of the first toothed plate 53 and meshed with the first toothed plate 53; the second toothed plate 58 is a Z-shaped toothed plate, the second toothed plate 58 is slidably mounted on one side of the second shifting plate 51 through a second guide support 59, and one end of the second toothed plate 58 is located on the upper side of the seventh gear 55 and is meshed with the seventh gear 55; the sixth rotating shaft 60 is rotatably mounted on one side of the second dial plate 51 through a fifth support plate 62, the ninth gear 61 is fixedly mounted on one end of the sixth rotating shaft 60, and the other end of the ninth gear 61, which is located on the second gear plate 58, is located below the ninth gear 61 and is meshed with the ninth gear 61; one end of the first shifting plate 50 is hinged to the other end of the second shifting plate 51 through a sixth rotating shaft 60; the second shifting plate 51 is engaged with the elastic bed board 1, and as shown in fig. 9, the other end of the first shifting plate 50 passes through the driving sliding slot 47 opened on the corresponding side transmission block 15.

The three T-shaped slidingblocks 12 are in sliding fit with the three T-shaped slidinggrooves 11 to play a role in guiding the standing.
As shown in fig. 3, the first motor 8 is fixedly mounted on thebracket 3 through afirst motor support 9.
As shown in fig. 8, one end of each of two thirdrotating shafts 37 of two adjustingmechanisms 5 located at two sides among the four adjustingmechanisms 5 is fixedly provided with asixth gear 36; one end of each of the two thirdrotating shafts 37 in the twomiddle adjusting mechanisms 5 is fixedly provided with atenth gear 27; the other ends of two thirdrotating shafts 37 in the twomiddle adjusting mechanisms 5 are fixedly connected with each other through a firstrotating shaft 25, and the firstrotating shaft 25 is arranged on the upper side of thesupport plate 4 through afirst support plate 24; the other end of the thirdrotating shaft 37 in the front-side adjusting mechanism 5 is fixedly provided with athird gear 32; afourth gear 33 is fixedly mounted on the output shaft of thesecond motor 26, and thefourth gear 33 is engaged with thethird gear 32.
As shown in fig. 8, between the two adjustingmechanisms 5 located on the same side, the secondrotating shaft 29 is rotatably mounted on the upper side of the supportingplate 4 through the second supportingplate 30, thesecond gear 28 and thefifth gear 35 are respectively fixedly mounted at two ends of the secondrotating shaft 29, thesecond gear 28 is meshed with thetenth gear 27 on the same side, and thefifth gear 35 is meshed with thesixth gear 36 on the same side.
As shown in fig. 5, two limiting clampinggrooves 16 are symmetrically formed on two sides of one end of theelastic bed board 1; as shown in fig. 2, the twoguard rails 2 are respectively installed on two sides of theelastic bed board 1 in a swinging manner, as shown in fig. 6, the twoguard rails 2 are respectively provided with aninstallation sliding groove 18, and one side of each of the twoinstallation sliding grooves 18 is provided with a circular slidinggroove 19.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a limitingfixture block 20 is slidably mounted in the mountingchute 18 formed in eachguardrail 2, one end of the limitingfixture block 20 has aninclined surface 23, and afirst spring 22 is mounted between the other end of the limitingfixture block 20 extending out of the mountingchute 18 and the inner end surface of the mountingchute 18; one end of each limitingfixture block 20 extending into the installation groove is fixedly provided with apull rod 21, and one end of eachpull rod 21 far away from the limitingfixture block 20 penetrates out of a corresponding circular slidinggroove 19 formed in theguardrail 2 and is positioned on the outer side of theguardrail 2; one end of the limitingfixture block 20 with aninclined surface 23 is matched with a limitingclamping groove 16 formed on the corresponding side of theelastic bed board 1; after the rail swinging limitingfixture block 20 on theguardrail 2 is matched with the limitingfixture groove 16, the limitingfixture block 20 limits the downward swinging of theguardrail 2.
According to the invention, the twoguardrails 2 are arranged on the two sides of the elastic mounting plate, and after a nursed person lies on the bed, the twoguardrails 2 are erected, so that the twoguardrails 2 can protect the nursed person and prevent the nursed person from falling underground. In the process that the twoguardrails 2 are erected, after theelastic bed board 1 is contacted with theinclined planes 23 on the limiting blocks, the corresponding limiting fixture blocks 20 are extruded through theinclined planes 23, so that the limiting fixture blocks 20 retract into the corresponding mountingchutes 18, and when one ends, provided with theinclined planes 23, of the limiting fixture blocks 20 mounted on theguardrails 2 are matched with the limiting clampinggrooves 16 formed in the corresponding side of theelastic bed board 1; after the rail swinging limitingfixture block 20 on theguardrail 2 is matched with the limitingfixture groove 16, the limitingfixture block 20 limits the downward swinging of theguardrail 2. When a nursed person is lifted to the bed, the twopull rods 21 on the two sides are manually pulled, so that the two limiting clamping blocks 20 retract into the corresponding mountingchutes 18, the limiting of the twoguardrails 2 by the limiting clamping blocks 20 is released, and then the twoguardrails 2 are swung down under the action of the gravity of the twoguardrails 2, so that the nursed person is prevented from being lifted to the bed by theguardrails 2.
As shown in fig. 6, theguardrail 2 has agap area 17 at one end adjacent to theelastic bed board 1. The function of the cut-outregion 17 is to enable a mattress laid on theelastic bed plate 1 to be bent down from the cut-outregion 17 to the underside of theelastic bed plate 1 and then pressed by the press-onmechanism 39. In order to prevent the mattress from being pulled due to the deformation of theelastic bed board 1, when the mattress is prevented, theelastic bed board 1 is firstly controlled to bend downwards, the mattress is laid under the state that theelastic bed board 1 bends downwards, and even if theelastic bed board 1 is laid flat or bent upwards, the mattress is only wrinkled and cannot be pulled, so that the swinging of theelastic bed board 1 is influenced.
As shown in fig. 10, four pressure-receivingmechanisms 39 are mounted at four corners of the lower side of theelastic bed plate 1; one side of each of the four drivingblocks 15 is provided with ashaft hole 49.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the pressure-drivenmechanism 39 includes aworm 40, aworm wheel 41, apressure plate 42, a connectingrod 43, arocker 44, a third supportingplate 45, and a fourthrotating shaft 46, wherein one end of the fourthrotating shaft 46 is rotatably installed in ashaft hole 49 opened on the correspondingside transmission block 15, theworm wheel 41 is fixedly installed on the fourthrotating shaft 46, thepressure plate 42 is fixedly installed on the fourthrotating shaft 46 through the connectingrod 43, and thepressure plate 42 is engaged with the bottom surface of theelastic bed board 1; theworm 40 is rotatably arranged on the side edge of thetransmission block 15 on the corresponding side through twothird support plates 45, and theworm 40 is meshed with theworm wheel 41; arocker 44 is fixedly mounted to one end of theworm 40.
When the mattress is pressed, therocker 44 manually rotates theworm 40, theworm 40 rotates to drive theworm wheel 41 to rotate, theworm wheel 41 rotates to drive the fourthrotating shaft 46 to rotate, and the fourthrotating shaft 46 rotates to drive thepressing plate 42 to swing through the connectingrod 43, so that the mattress is pressed.
As shown in fig. 11, the drivingslide 47 formed on the drivingblock 15 has an upper and a lower curved surfaces 48. According to the invention, a gap is formed between thesecond shifting plate 51 and thedriving sliding groove 47 formed in the correspondingtransmission block 15, so that when thesecond shifting plate 51 swings to drive thetransmission block 15 to swing, thesecond shifting plate 51 is prevented from sliding relative to thetransmission block 15 to be blocked to influence thesecond shifting plate 51 to shift thetransmission block 15. The design of thecambered surface 48 also prevents thesecond shifting plate 51 from being blocked from sliding relative to thetransmission block 15.
The specific working process is as follows: when the bed designed by the invention is used, as shown in b in fig. 13, before the nursing person is lifted to the bed, the second motor 26 is controlled to work, for the structure close to one side of the second motor 26, the second motor 26 works to drive the fourth gear 33 to rotate, the fourth gear 33 rotates to drive the third gear 32 engaged with the fourth gear to rotate, the third gear 32 rotates to drive the corresponding third rotating shaft 37 to rotate, the third rotating shaft 37 rotates to drive the corresponding sixth gear 36 to rotate, the sixth gear 36 rotates to drive the corresponding fifth gear 35 to rotate, the fifth gear 35 rotates to drive the corresponding second rotating shaft 29 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 29 rotates to drive the corresponding second gear 28 to rotate, the second gear 28 rotates to drive the tenth gear 27 to rotate, the tenth gear 27 rotates to drive the third rotation in the middle adjusting mechanism 5, the third rotating shaft 37 of the middle adjusting mechanism 5 rotates to drive the first rotating shaft 25 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 25 rotates to drive the third rotating shaft 37 of the other side of the middle adjusting mechanism 5 to rotate, and then the sixth gear 36, the fifth gear 35, the second rotating shaft 29 and the tenth gear 27 of the other side of the middle adjusting mechanism 5 drive the third rotating shaft 37 of the two adjusting mechanisms 5 of the other side of the middle adjusting mechanism to rotate; when the third rotating shaft 37 is driven to rotate, the third rotating shaft 37 drives the second shifting plate 51 to swing around the axis of the third rotating shaft 37, the second shifting plate 51 swings to drive the first toothed plate 53 mounted through the first guide support 54 to swing around the axis of the third rotating shaft 37, because the fixed gear 31 is fixedly mounted on the support plate 4 by the fixed plate 34 and is in a static state, when the first toothed plate 53 swings around the third rotating shaft 37, the first toothed plate 53 is driven to slide by the fixed gear 31 under the action of the meshing teeth of the first toothed plate 53 and the fixed gear 31, the first toothed plate 53 slides to drive the eighth gear 57 rotatably mounted on the second shifting plate 51 to rotate, the eighth gear 57 rotates to drive the fifth rotating shaft 56 to rotate, the fifth rotating shaft 56 rotates to drive the seventh gear 55 to rotate, the seventh gear 55 rotatably drives the second toothed plate 58 mounted on the second shifting plate 51 through the second guide support 59 to slide, the second toothed plate 58 drives a ninth gear 61 engaged with the second toothed plate to rotate in a sliding manner, the ninth gear 61 drives a sixth rotating shaft 60 hinged with the second shifting plate 51 and the first shifting plate 50 to rotate, the sixth rotating shaft 60 drives the first shifting plate 50 to swing relative to the second shifting plate 51 in a rotating manner, namely, in the swinging process of the second shifting plate 51, the first shifting plate 50 swings at a certain angle relative to the second shifting plate 51 while being driven to swing; as shown in fig. 13 c, the elastic deck 1 is bent downward.
After theelastic bed board 1 is driven to bend downwards, a mattress is laid on the upper side of the elastic bed, the two sides of the mattress are bent to the bottom surface of theelastic bed board 1 through thenotch areas 17 on theguardrails 2, and then the mattress on the lower side of theelastic bed board 1 is pressed through the fourpressing mechanisms 39.
After the mattress is laid, the twopull rods 21 on the two sides are manually pulled to enable the two limiting fixture blocks 20 to retract into the corresponding mountingchutes 18, the limiting of the limiting fixture blocks 20 on the twoguardrails 2 is relieved, and then the twoguardrails 2 are laid down under the action of the gravity of the twoguardrails 2; after the twoguardrails 2 are swung downwards, the nursed person is lifted to the upper side of theelastic bed board 1.
After the cared person is lifted to the upper side of theelastic bed board 1, thesecond motor 26 is controlled to operate, as shown by a in fig. 13, so that theelastic bed board 1 is bent upward.
