The invention relates to well site data acquisition, in particular to a fusion communication system for a well site data acquisition device.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the technology level, in recent years, a plurality of oil and gas production enterprises put forward the development direction of oil field construction intellectualization and intellectualization. As the foundation of the digital oil field, the primary acquisition data (data information such as temperature, pressure, electrical parameters, indicator diagrams and the like of equipment in the well site) of the well site of the oil field provides the bottommost data support for early warning and control of the subsequent oil field and meeting various requirements in oil field production.
However, at present, the explosion-proof interphones used in the field are almost traditional analog interphones in the UHF band, do not have the remote IP networking function, and are only used in a small local range on the spot of an operation team. Because the construction period of the field operation is short and the mobility of the operation team is large, the digital trunking intercom system is not suitable for erecting a fixed base station.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a converged communication system for a well site data collector, which integrates a well site data collection and transmission function and a voice talkback function into a converged communication gateway module, realizes voice talkback with a remote dispatching and commanding platform by utilizing the networking function of the converged communication gateway module, and is convenient for field commanding and dispatching with platform workers.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a converged communication system for a well site data acquisition unit comprises a converged communication gateway module, an audio and video acquisition module, a UHF wireless interphone and a remote command scheduling platform;
the audio and video acquisition module is used for acquiring audio and video monitoring information of a well site and transmitting the audio and video monitoring information to the remote commanding and dispatching platform through the converged communication gateway module;
and the remote command control platform is used for receiving the well site monitoring information through the fusion communication gateway module for displaying, and realizing voice talkback with the UHF wireless interphone through the fusion gateway communication module.
The integrated communication gateway module comprises a data routing gateway, a TCP/IP network unit, an encoding and decoding unit and a UHF transceiver matched with the UHF wireless interphone; the data routing gateway is respectively connected with the remote command and dispatch platform and the TCP/IP network unit; the TCP/IP network unit is connected with an encoding and decoding unit, the encoding and decoding unit is respectively connected with a UHF transceiver and an audio and video acquisition module, and the UHF transceiver is connected with a UHF wireless interphone;
the coding and decoding unit receives the talkback signals from the remote command and dispatching platform through the TCP/IP network unit and the data routing gateway, and obtains voice signals after decoding and transmits the voice signals to the UHF receiver; the voice signal from the UHF receiver and the audio and video information from the audio and video acquisition module are received and encoded, and then transmitted to the remote commanding and dispatching platform through the TCP/IP network unit and the data routing gateway;
the UHF transceiver is used for receiving the decoded voice signal of the encoding and decoding unit and sending the decoded voice signal to the UHF wireless interphone; and receiving the voice signal sent by the UHF wireless interphone and sending the voice signal to the coding and decoding unit.
Preferably, the converged communication system further comprises an environmental information acquisition module, which is used for acquiring environmental monitoring information of a well site and transmitting the environmental monitoring information to the remote commanding and dispatching platform through the TCP/IP network unit and the data routing gateway. The audio and video acquisition module comprises a plurality of audio and video monitors which are positioned at different positions of a well site. The environment information acquisition module comprises one or more of a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a noise sensor, a dust sensor, an illumination intensity sensor and a toxic gas detector.
The remote command and dispatch platform comprises:
the gateway state monitoring and displaying module is used for monitoring the network connection between the remote commanding and dispatching platform and the converged communication gateway module in real time and displaying the online/offline state of the converged communication gateway module according to the monitoring result;
the field monitoring information display module is used for receiving environment monitoring and audio-video monitoring information of a well site through the converged communication gateway and displaying the information for monitoring by working personnel;
and the voice talkback module is used for establishing communication with the UHF wireless interphone through the fusion communication gateway module, so that platform workers and well site workers holding the UHF wireless interphone can perform voice talkback, and the well site workers can be dispatched and commanded.
The converged communication gateway module further comprises a local operation management controller, and the converged communication system further comprises a remote management operation platform; the local operation management controller and the remote management operation platform are both connected with the data routing gateway;
the local operation management controller is used for collecting the operation states of the TCP/IP network unit, the coding and decoding unit and the UHF transceiver, is used as real-time monitoring data of the converged communication gateway module, and uploads the real-time monitoring data to the remote operation management platform through the data routing gateway; meanwhile, a control instruction from a remote operation management platform is received through a data routing gateway, and the work of a TCP/IP network unit, an encoding and decoding unit and a UHF transceiver is controlled;
the remote operation management platform is used for remotely displaying the real-time monitoring data of the converged communication gateway module, providing monitoring for workers, generating a control instruction, transmitting the control instruction to the local operation management controller through the data routing gateway, and controlling and managing the work of the converged communication gateway module by the local operation management controller.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention integrates the well site data acquisition and transmission function and the voice talkback function into the fusion communication gateway module, uploads the on-site environment and audio and video monitoring information through the fusion communication gateway module, and utilizes the networking function of the fusion communication gateway module to realize the voice talkback with the remote dispatching command platform, thereby facilitating the platform staff to complete the command and dispatching to the site while monitoring the well site on-site information.

The technical solutions of the present invention are further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following.
As shown in fig. 1, a converged communication system for a well site data acquisition device comprises a converged communication gateway module, an audio and video acquisition module, a UHF wireless interphone and a remote command and scheduling platform;
the audio and video acquisition module is used for acquiring audio and video monitoring information of a well site and transmitting the audio and video monitoring information to the remote commanding and dispatching platform through the converged communication gateway module;
and the remote command control platform is used for receiving the well site monitoring information through the fusion communication gateway module for displaying, and realizing voice talkback with the UHF wireless interphone through the fusion gateway communication module.

In an embodiment of the application, the converged communication system further includes an environmental information collecting module, configured to collect environmental monitoring information of a well site, and transmit the environmental monitoring information to the remote commanding and scheduling platform through the TCP/IP network unit and the data routing gateway. The audio and video acquisition module comprises a plurality of audio and video monitors which are positioned at different positions of a well site. The environment information acquisition module comprises one or more of a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a noise sensor, a dust sensor, an illumination intensity sensor and a toxic gas detector.
The remote command and dispatch platform comprises:

The converged communication gateway module further comprises a local operation management controller, and the converged communication system further comprises a remote management operation platform; the local operation management controller and the remote management operation platform are both connected with the data routing gateway;

the remote operation management platform is used for remotely displaying the real-time monitoring data of the converged communication gateway module, providing monitoring for workers, generating a control instruction, transmitting the control instruction to the local operation management controller through the data routing gateway, and controlling and managing the work of the converged communication gateway module by the local operation management controller.
In the embodiment of the application, data transmission is carried out between the data routing gateway and the TCP/IP network unit through a TCP/IP data stream; the converged communication gateway module is also in network connection with the remote operation management platform and the remote command and scheduling platform through a TCP/IP protocol.
The invention integrates the well site data acquisition and transmission function and the voice talkback function into the fusion communication gateway module, uploads the on-site environment and audio and video monitoring information through the fusion communication gateway module, and utilizes the networking function of the fusion communication gateway module to realize the voice talkback with the remote dispatching command platform, thereby facilitating the platform staff to complete the command and dispatching to the site while monitoring the well site on-site information.
