The return visit of the user is an important means for obtaining the feedback of the user, but when the return visit of the user is an old user, a user with low cultural level and a lost user, the return visit of the user becomes quite difficult, and when the user forgets the return visit or does not trust the return visit behavior, the return visit success rate is very low.
In view of the above, embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, a device, and a computer-readable storage medium for revisiting, which can query authorization information corresponding to a revisit object when the revisit object cannot complete a revisit task, query communication objects having a close relationship with the revisit object based on a communication identifier of the revisit object in the authorization information and a preset query condition when the authorization information is queried, and send assistance information to the communication objects to help the revisit object complete a revisit process, so as to improve a revisit success rate.
The method of revisit provided by the embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the attached drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a return visit method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, themethod 100 of revisiting may include S110 to S150.
And S110, sending return visit task information to the first terminal used by the first object.
The first object is a return visit object, and may be a patient who has been discharged from a hospital or a patient who has received hospital service. Alternatively, the terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, or the like.
As a specific example, in order to understand the patient's rehabilitation situation or the patient's evaluation of the hospital, return visit task information may be sent to the patient's mobile phone, which may be used to query the patient's rehabilitation situation or the patient's evaluation of the medical staff's service attitude.
S120, when it is detected that the reply time length of the first terminal for replying the return visit task information exceeds a preset reply time length threshold value, the authorization information corresponding to the first object is inquired.
Specifically, the reply duration for the first terminal to reply the return visit task information may be detected, and when the reply duration exceeds a preset reply duration threshold, the authorization information corresponding to the first object may be queried according to an initiator of the return visit task (e.g., a hospital initiating the return visit task) and an identity (e.g., an identity card number) of the first object. The preset reply duration threshold can be flexibly set according to actual conditions and can be 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours and the like. Here, the authorization information corresponding to the first object may be pre-established by the first object, and when the authorization information corresponding to the first object is queried, it means that a closely-related contact of the first object is allowed to be queried.
In some embodiments, the set-up authorization information may be first selected and the principal true valid communication identity of the revisit object entered. Second, the user legitimacy of the revisit object needs to be verified. And thirdly, displaying the communication data query authorization protocol to the revisiting object, obtaining authorization information after the revisiting object carries out signature confirmation on the authorization protocol, then storing the authorization information, and adding the communication identifier of the revisiting object into an authorization identifier library of the authorization object. The authorized object may be a hospital, and the communication identifier may be a mobile phone number, a WeChat account, a QQ account, or the like.
As a specific example, the a hospital invites the return visit object (e.g., mr. wang who is going to be discharged) to authorize, first, inputs the mobile phone number of the return visit object (mr. wang) that is actually valid by oneself, and selects the authorization object (a hospital). And secondly, authenticating the authenticity of the user by means of a mobile phone verification code and the like. Thirdly, displaying a telephone traffic information inquiry authorization protocol and contents to the return visit object (Mr. King), asking the return visit object (Mr. King) to carry out signature confirmation, then archiving the authorization information, synchronizing the authorization information to the operator platform, putting the mobile phone number of the return visit object (Mr. King) into an authorization identifier library of the authorization object (hospital A), and then verifying the validity of the inquiry request by inquiring the authorization identifier library.
And S130, when the authorization information corresponding to the first object is inquired and the first communication identifier of the first terminal is consistent with the second communication identifier in the authorization information, determining a third communication identifier associated with the second communication identifier according to the second communication identifier and a preset inquiry condition.
Specifically, when the authorization information corresponding to the first object is queried and the first communication identifier of the first terminal is consistent with the second communication identifier in the authorization information, the communication data corresponding to the second communication identifier may be obtained, and the third communication identifier associated with the second communication identifier is determined according to the preset query condition and the communication data corresponding to the second communication identifier. The third communication identifier is closely related to the second communication identifier, which can be understood as that the user corresponding to the third communication identifier is closely related to the revisit object, and the number of the third communication identifiers is at least one, that is, at least one communication object closely related to the revisit object is provided. In addition, the preset query condition may include: a first condition, a second condition, and a third condition. It can be understood that the preset query condition can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual situation.
In some embodiments, the communication data corresponding to the second communication identifier may be screened according to a first condition to obtain a first data set, and the first data set may be screened again according to a second condition to obtain a second data set; and screening the second data set again according to a third condition to obtain a third communication identifier associated with the second communication identifier.
The first condition may include at least one of the following options: the time starting and stopping range, the designated time period of each day, the contact ratio of the positioning regions, and the contact ratio of the positioning regions based on the designated time period of each day. The time starting and ending range refers to a starting and ending time period of communication behaviors in the communication data, and the communication data of a specified time period which can be used for filtering the revisit object can be the latest 3 months. The designated time period of each day refers to a designated time period of one day, and the designated time period of one day can be divided into a work time period and a private time period, and can be used for screening communication data of return visit objects in the designated time period of one day. The positioning region overlap ratio refers to the similarity degree of the geographic positions of two communication parties in the communication data, and can be used for screening the communication data between the two communication parties with similar geographic positions, wherein the two communication parties refer to a return visit object and a communication object corresponding to the return visit object, and the communication object corresponding to the return visit object refers to a communication object corresponding to a communication identifier with which the communication identifier of the return visit object is communicated. The positioning region contact ratio based on the designated time period of each day can be obtained by combining the designated time period of each day and the positioning region contact ratio, and the positioning region contact ratio can be used for screening communication data between two communication parties with similar geographic positions in the designated time period of each day.
The second condition may include at least one of the following options: age threshold, location range, set of known communication identities. The age threshold is an upper limit or a lower limit of the age of the communication destination corresponding to the return destination in the communication data, and may be used to screen the communication data of the communication destination in a specified age range corresponding to the return destination, for example, to eliminate the communication data of the communication destination whose age is over 60 years and which communicates with the return destination. The positioning range refers to a distance range of a position between a return visit object and a corresponding communication object in the communication data, and can be used for screening the communication data of the communication object in a specified distance range corresponding to the return visit object, for example, screening the communication data of the communication object beyond 1 kilometer away from the return visit object. The known communication identifier set refers to a set of communication identifiers of known communication objects corresponding to revisit objects in the communication data, for example, communication identifiers corresponding to related doctors, and may be used to filter communication data corresponding to communication identifiers other than the known communication identifier set.
The third condition may include at least one of the following options: family screening conditions, friend screening conditions, colleague screening conditions and neighbor screening conditions. The family screening condition may be used to classify the communication identifier of the communication object corresponding to the revisit object as a family communication identifier according to the communication data and sort the communication identifiers according to the degree of closeness of the relationship. The friend screening condition may be used to classify the communication identifier of the communication object corresponding to the revisit object as a friend communication identifier according to the communication data and sort the communication identifiers according to the degree of closeness of the relationship. The colleague screening condition can be used for classifying the communication identification of the communication object corresponding to the return visit object into the colleague communication identification according to the communication data and ordering according to the degree of closeness of relationship. The neighbor screening condition may be used to classify the communication identifier of the communication object corresponding to the revisit object as the neighbor communication identifier according to the communication data and sort the communication identifiers according to the degree of closeness of the relationship.
The following may describe, with reference to a specific embodiment, an obtaining process of the third communication identifier, where the communication identifier is a mobile phone number, specifically as follows: first, a traffic data query interface provided by an operator is called, and a second communication identifier is input through the traffic data query interface. And secondly, the operator telephone traffic data platform feeds back the telephone traffic data corresponding to the second communication identifier according to the preset query condition, integrates all weights, and returns the third communication identifiers with the appointed number and associated with the second communication identifier from high to low.
S140, sending a first assistance message to the second terminal corresponding to the third beacon identifier, where the first assistance message is used to request a user of the second terminal to assist the first object to complete the reply of the return visit task message.
The second terminal corresponding to the third beacon identifier may be a terminal device used by a communication object closely related to the revisit object, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and the like. Here, the first assistance information may include the completion address of the assistance item information and the return visit response information.
As a specific example, the first assistance information may be sent to the communication object with close relationship to the revisit object by means of short multimedia message, WeChat, in-application message, and the like. And the first assistance information may have the following preset format: "XX hospital" respected user, for your perceived health of XXX (name of revisit subject), XX hospital requests your assistance, please contact XXX, and complete the following hospital revisit http: v/address filled in return visit response message, you will get hospital xxx reward (incentive message) "after completion.
And S150, receiving the return visit response information sent by the second terminal.
Specifically, after the second terminal receives the first assistance information, the second terminal user, that is, the communication object having a close relationship with the return visit object, may access the filling address of the return visit response information. If the return visit task is not completed, the return visit response information can be displayed, and the completion of the filling of the return visit response information can be prompted and guided, and the filled return visit response information sent by the second terminal is received. In addition, thank you or incentive information may be presented after the return visit task is completed.
The revisiting method provided by the embodiment of the invention can inquire the authorization information corresponding to the revisiting object when the revisiting object cannot complete the revisiting task, inquire the communication objects with close relationship with the revisiting object based on the communication identification and the preset inquiry condition of the revisiting object in the authorization information when the authorization information is inquired, and help the revisiting object to complete the revisiting process by sending the assistance information to the communication objects. The problem that the return visit object can not independently complete the return visit process can be solved, and the return visit success rate is improved.
In some embodiments, after receiving the return visit response message sent by the second terminal, a display response message may be sent to the second terminal, where the display response message is used to notify the user of the second terminal that the return visit is completed.
Optionally, when the return visit response information sent by the second terminal is received within a preset return visit time period, the display response information may be sent to the second terminal, wherein the preset return visit time period may be flexibly set according to an actual situation. When the return visit response information sent by the second terminal is not received within the preset return visit time period, the first assistance information may be sent to the second terminal corresponding to each third communication identifier again, more third communication identifiers may be determined again, and the first assistance information may be sent to the second terminal corresponding to each third communication identifier determined again. If the return visit response information is not received within the preset return visit time period of the specified times, manual processing can be submitted. Multiple revisits are performed based on the communication objects which are in close relation with the revisit objects, and the success rate of the revisits can be increased.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another revisiting method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where the method shown in fig. 2 mainly includes the following steps:
first, return visit task information may be transmitted to a first terminal used by a first object. Secondly, whether the reply time length of the first terminal replying the return visit task information exceeds a preset reply time length threshold value or not can be detected. If not, the recovery time length is continuously detected. If yes, determining whether the authorization information corresponding to the first object is inquired. If not, the return visit is ended. And if so, determining whether the first communication identification of the first terminal is consistent with the second communication identification in the authorization information. If the communication identifiers are consistent with the preset query condition, determining a third communication identifier associated with the second communication identifier according to the second communication identifier and the preset query condition. And sending the first assistance information to a second terminal corresponding to the third beacon identifier, and receiving return visit response information sent by the second terminal. And if the first communication identifier is inconsistent with the second communication identifier, the return visit task information can be sent to a third terminal corresponding to the second communication identifier. Here, the first communication identifier is inconsistent with the second communication identifier in the authorization information, which means that the first communication identifier is not a communication identifier that the first object is really valid, and in this case, the second communication identifier is determined as the communication identifier that the first object is really valid. For example, the first object is sent to the hospital by relatives or passers-by, and the first communication identifier left at this time may be the communication identifier of the relatives or passers-by. Then, it may be detected whether a reply duration for the third terminal to reply the return visit task information exceeds a preset reply duration threshold. If not, the recovery time length is continuously detected. If the communication identifier exceeds the preset query condition, a fourth communication identifier associated with the second communication identifier can be determined according to the second communication identifier and the preset query condition. And sending second assistance information to a fourth terminal corresponding to the fourth beacon identifier, and receiving return visit response information sent by the fourth terminal.
