Background
Closed thoracic drainage is a common clinical operation in thoracic surgery, and is an effective method for treating empyema, traumatic hemothorax, pneumothorax and spontaneous pneumothorax. Normally, the chest cavity of a human body is in a negative pressure state, but when the chest wall is damaged due to operations, trauma and the like or pulmonary alveoli at the edges of the lungs are ruptured due to long-term pulmonary diseases such as tuberculosis, emphysema, bronchiectasis and the like, air can enter the chest cavity, so that the negative pressure in the chest cavity disappears, and the lungs lose respiratory function due to the fact that the lung is compressed to be small. Therefore, closed thoracic drainage techniques are required to drain gases and fluids from the thoracic cavity. The thoracic drainage device generally adopts a method of placing a drainage tube into an incision after a thoracic incision by an operation or placing the drainage tube into a thoracic cavity by a puncture method, and the following problems exist in the conventional thoracic closed drainage device for draining gas and liquid in the thoracic cavity to the outside of the body:
the existing thoracic cavity closed drainage device is used by all units and has a single cavity, a double cavity and a triple cavity, but the thoracic cavity closed drainage device can only be fixed at a certain position for use, and is poor in portability;
in addition, the existing thoracic closed drainage device is large in size, and the reason is that the drainage bottle is combined with the thoracic bottle, and if the drainage device is not combined with the thoracic bottle, the sealing performance of the device is poor;
thirdly, when the device is higher than the drainage point, the existing closed thoracic drainage device can cause backflow into the body;
fourth, current thorax closed drainage device at last, at the in-process of inserting and taking out the drainage tube, the liquid that is guided leaks out easily, needs the doctor to clean totally by hand, wastes time and energy.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the existing defects and provide a closed thoracic drainage device so as to solve the problem of poor portability in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a closed thoracic drainage device comprises two suckers, wherein one side of each sucker is respectively connected with a drainage tube in a penetrating manner, one side of each drainage tube is connected with a conversion head in a penetrating manner, the outer side of each drainage tube is respectively connected with an outer drainage frame and a fixing piece in a penetrating manner, the other end of each drainage tube is fixedly connected with a drainage bag, the outer side of each drainage bag is provided with a fixing frame, one side of each outer drainage frame is connected with a drainage tube in a penetrating manner, one end of each drainage tube is connected with a liquid storage box in a penetrating manner, the two sides of each outer drainage frame are respectively connected with a rotating shaft in a penetrating manner, the two inner sides of each outer drainage frame are respectively provided with a drainage port in a penetrating manner, the inner side of each drainage port is fixedly connected with a fixing piece, the other end of each drainage port, the outer side of the vacuum cavity is fixedly connected with a flow guide wall, a reverse flow valve is arranged on the inner side of the conversion head close to the liquid outlet, and a filter screen is connected to the other side of the conversion head in a penetrating mode.

1. according to the invention, by arranging the sucking discs, the drainage tube and the drainage bag, the drainage tube is placed in a human body and then is fixed on the outer side of the human body by using the two sucking discs, the drained liquid is guided into the drainage bag from the drainage tube, when a patient needs to move to a certain position, the drainage bag is fixed by using the fixing frame, so that the drainage bag can not be inclined or hung upside down in the walking process of the patient, the drainage speed is reduced, the portability of the device is effectively improved, the filter screen is arranged on one side of the conversion head and can be used for filtering blood clots and necrotic substances in the reflux valve, and the filter screen is taken out from one side of the conversion head and cleaned every time, so that the blood clots and necrotic substances are effectively prevented from blocking the conversion head;
2. according to the drainage device, the drainage bag is used for drainage by arranging the side sealing ring and the liquid outlet, the drainage bag is soft and is easy to break after being rubbed and bumped by a sharp object under some conditions, the broken drainage bag cannot effectively seal the inside of the drainage bag, so that effective drainage cannot be realized, the sealing capacity of the device can be further enhanced by the side sealing ring, meanwhile, the cushion is arranged on the outer side of the side sealing ring, the breaking problem caused by rubbing and bumping of the side surface of the drainage bag can be effectively prevented, when the liquid capacity in the drainage bag reaches the limit, the liquid in the drainage bag can be discharged to the outside through the liquid outlet, and the drainage bag can be conveniently used continuously;

Referring to fig. 1-9, the present invention provides a technical solution: a closed thoracic drainage device comprises two suckers 1, wherein the suckers 1 are provided with two suckers, one sides of the two suckers 1 are respectively connected with a drainage tube 3 in a penetrating way, one side of the drainage tube 3 is connected with a conversion head 2 in a penetrating way, the outer side of the drainage tube 3 is respectively connected with an outer drainage frame 4 and a fixing part 11 in a penetrating way, the other end of the drainage tube 3 is fixedly connected with a drainage bag 7, the outer side of the drainage bag 7 is provided with a fixing frame 8, one side of the outer drainage frame 4 is connected with a drainage tube 5 in a penetrating way, one end of the drainage tube 5 is connected with a liquid storage box 6 in a penetrating way, two sides of the outer drainage frame 4 are respectively connected with a rotating shaft 10 in a penetrating way, two inner sides of the outer drainage frame 4 are respectively provided with a drainage port 9 in a penetrating way, the fixing part 11 is fixedly connected to, the outer side of the vacuum cavity 13 is fixedly connected with a flow guide wall 15, the inner side of the conversion head 2 close to a liquid outlet 16 is provided with a reverse flow valve 14, the other side of the conversion head 2 is connected with a filter screen 33 in a penetrating way, the drainage tube 3 is placed into a human body by arranging the suction cups 1, the drainage tube 3 and the drainage bag 7, the drainage tube 3 is fixed on the outer side of the human body by using the two suction cups 1 after the drainage tube 3 is placed into the human body, the drained liquid is guided into the drainage bag 7 from the drainage tube 3, when a patient needs to move to a certain position, the drainage bag 7 is fixed by using the fixing frame 8, so that the drainage bag can not incline or hang upside down during the walking process of the patient, the drainage speed is reduced, the portability of the device is effectively improved, the filter screen 33 is arranged on one side of the conversion head 2, the filter screen 33 can filter blood clots and necrotic, the conversion head 2 is effectively prevented from being blocked by blood clots and necrotic substances, the drainage bag 7 is used for conducting drainage by arranging the side sealing ring 24 and the liquid outlet 25, the drainage bag 7 is easy to break after being rubbed and touched by sharp objects due to the fact that the drainage bag 7 is soft under some conditions, the broken drainage bag 7 cannot effectively seal the inside of the drainage bag 7, effective drainage cannot be achieved, the sealing capacity of the device can be further enhanced by the side sealing ring 24, meanwhile, a cushion is arranged on the outer side of the side sealing ring 24, the breaking problem caused by rubbing and touching of the side face of the drainage bag 7 can be effectively prevented, when the liquid capacity inside the drainage bag 7 reaches the limit, liquid inside the drainage bag 7 can be discharged to the outside through the liquid outlet 25, and the drainage bag 7 can be conveniently used continuously.

The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows:
