Background

However, the air fryer generally has a relatively large overall size and a high space occupation ratio, but has relatively single function and poor user experience. Therefore, the chinese invention patent CN112155438A provides a multifunctional air fryer, which comprises a lower pot body, a lower heat radiation heating component arranged in the lower pot body; the upper pot body is internally provided with a hot air convection component, the upper pot body can be covered with or separated from the lower pot body, an air frying cavity can be formed when the upper pot body is covered with the lower pot body, and the lower thermal radiation heating component is matched with the hot air convection component to carry out air frying on food materials in the air frying cavity; when the upper pot body is separated from the lower pot body, the upper pot body can avoid the upper part of the lower pot body so as to form a cooking cavity with an upward opening in the lower pot body; a cooking appliance, which can be arranged in an air frying or cooking cavity, for accommodating a food material to be cooked. The multifunctional frying machine can realize multiple functions of frying, roasting, stewing, steaming and the like, has multiple functions, and reduces the occupancy rate of the kitchen space to a certain extent.
However, the above solution has the following disadvantages:
(1) the upper pot body and the lower pot body are designed by the turnover cover, the upper pot body is arranged on the lower pot body through the bottom support and the connecting arm, certain requirements are met on an operation space during the cover opening operation or the cooking operations such as frying, roasting, stewing and the like, and the user experience is poor;
(2) heating element and thermal radiation heating element separation, hot-air's circulation effect is not good, causes the food surface to be heated unevenly easily, leads to the bottom of food to become to be burnt and zoom, and the top duration and degree of heating of food is not enough, influences the taste of the edible material of culinary art.
In view of the above, there is a need to improve the structure of the existing multifunctional air fryer to reduce the occupied space during the use process, improve the thermal cycle effect of the multifunctional air fryer, and make the food heated uniformly during the cooking process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the existing multifunctional air fryer is complex in structure, large in occupied space and uneven in heating during food cooking.

Compared with the prior art, the upper multifunctional air fryer provided by the invention has the advantages that the heating cover handle is arranged in the heating cover shell and is arranged on the top surface of the fryer body, the heating assembly and the driving assembly are both arranged in the heating cover, the acting distance from hot air in the air fryer to food is shortened, the good hot air circulation effect is realized, the uniform heating degree of the food in the air fryer is improved, and the taste of the food is improved. Simultaneously, heating lid detachably sets up ground on the top surface of frying pan body, need not to occupy great space, and convenience of customers uses, has improved user's use and has experienced.

Detailed Description
The invention provides an overhead multifunctional air fryer and a heating cover thereof, wherein the heating cover is detachably arranged on the top surface of a fryer body, so that the requirement on the size of the occupied space during cooking is reduced, the distance from hot air to food is reduced, the effect of hot air circulation is improved, and the taste of the food is improved. The invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description.
As shown in figure 1, the invention provides an overhead multifunctional air fryer, which comprises aheating cover 1 and a pot, wherein theheating cover 1 is detachably arranged on afryer body 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, theheating cover 1 includes aheating cover housing 11 and apartition 12, theheating cover housing 11 is in a cylindrical shape with a downward opening, astep 111 is formed by downward depression on the top surface of theheating cover housing 11, aheating cover handle 112 is arranged on the top surface of thestep 111, and the top surface of theheating cover handle 112 is horizontally arranged, so that theheating cover 1 is kept balanced after being turned over. Theheating cover shell 11 is further provided with anair inlet 113, and theair inlet 113 is arranged below theheating cover handle 112 and used for improving the air circulation efficiency in theheating cover 1. The bottom surface of theheating cover shell 11 is also provided with apot ear groove 114.
Apartition 12 is provided within theheating lid housing 11 to partition theheating lid housing 11 into adrive chamber 115 and aheating chamber 116 that opens downwardly. Thedriving assembly 3 and theheat insulation plate 13 are arranged in thedriving cavity 115, theheat insulation plate 13 is arranged on the bottom surface of thepartition plate 12, and theheat insulation cavity 121 is formed between theheat insulation plate 13 and thepartition plate 12, so that the influence of overhigh temperature of thepartition plate 12 on the normal operation of thedriving assembly 3 in thedriving cavity 115 is avoided. Thedriving assembly 3 comprises adriving motor 31 and apower supply assembly 32, thedriving motor 31 is disposed on the top surface of theheat insulation plate 13, and a motor shaft of the drivingmotor 31 penetrates through theheat insulation plate 13 and thepartition plate 12. Theheating cavity 116 is provided with aheating assembly 4, which includes aheater 41 and aheating fan 42, wherein theheating fan 42 is disposed above theheater 41, and theheating fan 42 is disposed on a motor shaft of thedriving motor 31. Thepower supply assembly 32 includes a rotary switch and a control circuit, and is in communication with thedrive motor 31 and theheating assembly 4 for controlling the operation of the drive motor and theheating assembly 4.
Thedriving cavity 115 is further provided with a switch assembly 5, which comprises amicro switch 51 and a switch operating rod 52, wherein themicro switch 51 is arranged on theheat insulation plate 13, is electrically connected with thepower supply assembly 32, and is used for controlling the on-off of a circuit and controlling the working conditions of thedriving assembly 3 and theheating assembly 4. The switch operating rod 52 is arranged below themicro switch 51, the upper end of the switch operating rod 52 is contacted with themicro switch 51, and the lower end of the switch operating rod 52 penetrates out of the bottom surface of theheating cover shell 11 and is arranged in thepot ear groove 114.
As shown in fig. 2, the pot includes anair fryer 2, theair fryer 2 includes afryer body 21 and afryer basket 22, thefryer body 21 is made of transparent material and is in a cylindrical shape with an upward opening, the opening of thefryer body 21 is matched with the opening of theheating cavity 116, and theheating cover 1 is detachably disposed on thefryer body 21. The left side and the right side of thefryer body 21 are provided with fryer handles 211, the fryer handles 211 are matched with thepot ear grooves 114, and the top surface of the fryer handles 211 is provided with a first switchconvex part 212. Thefrying basket 22 is arranged in thefrying pan body 21, and theoil collecting hole 221 is arranged on thefrying basket 22 and used for collecting redundant grease generated in the food cooking process.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the pot further includes afrying pan 6 and asaucepan 7, wherein both sides of thefrying pan 6 and thesaucepan 7 are respectively provided with a frying pan handle 61 and asaucepan handle 71, and thefrying pan 61 and thesaucepan 71 are matched with the opening of theheating cavity 116. The bottom surface of thehandle 61 of the frying pan is provided with a second switchconvex part 62.
The pan still includesdry fruit frame 8, anddry fruit frame 8 includescollet 81, a plurality ofstoving frame 82 andtop cap 83, is equipped withvent 811 on thecollet 81.Shoe 81 fits into the opening ofheating cavity 116, andshoe 81 can be disposed over the opening ofheating cavity 116. The dry fruit rack handle 812 is arranged on two sides of thebottom support 81, and the third switchconvex part 813 is arranged on the bottom surface of the dryfruit rack handle 812. A plurality ofstoving frame 82 stack oncollet 81, are equipped withventilation hole 821 on thestoving frame 82. Thetop cover 83 is arranged on the top surface of thedrying rack 82, and theair outlet 831 is arranged on the top cover, so that drying air can carry water vapor to leave the dried fruit rack conveniently.
The using method of the invention is as follows:
when theair fryer 2 is used to cook food, theheating lid 1 is placed on the top surface of thefryer body 21, and thefryer handle 211 on thefryer body 21 is placed in thepot ear groove 114. Outside air enters the drivingcavity 115 from theair inlet 113 on theheating cover shell 11 and enters theheating cavity 116 through theheat insulation plate 13 and the through holes on thepartition plate 12, theheater 41 heats the air, and theheating fan 42 sends hot air into thefryer body 21 to heat food in thefryer body 21. The hot air circulates in thefryer body 21 to heat the food.
The preparation process of the dried fruit comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 8, thelid 1 is turned over with theheating element 4 facing upwards, thelid handle 112 supports thelid 1 and holds it steady, and the dried fruit to be prepared is laid flat on each layer of dryingrack 82 and stacked on thebottom support 81. Outside air enters theheating cover 1 through the air inlet holes 113 on theheating cover 1, is heated by theheater 41, and is blown into the driedfruit rack 8 by theheating fan 42 to dry fruits, and the hot air and steam are discharged from the air outlet holes 831 on thetop cover 83.
The top surface of the frying pan handle 211 is provided with a first switchconvex part 212, the bottom surfaces of the frying pan handle 61 and the dry fruit rack handle 812 are provided with a second switchconvex part 62 and a third switchconvex part 813, when theheating cover 2 is used for heating, the switch convex parts on thefrying pan handle 211, the frying pan handle 61 and the dry fruit rack handle 812 trigger the switch operating rod 52 to contact with themicro switch 51, thedrive component 3 and theheating component 4 are controlled to be powered on to start working, when theheating cover 1 is taken down, or thefrying pan 6 or thedry fruit rack 8 is taken down from theheating cover 1, the switch operating rod 52 is separated from themicro switch 51, thedrive component 3 and theheating component 4 are controlled to be powered off, and the use safety of theheating cover 3 is ensured.
Compared with the prior art, the overhead multifunctional air fryer and the heating cover thereof have the advantages that the heating cover is detachably arranged on the top surface of the air fryer, so that the requirement of the multifunctional air fryer on the size of an operation space during cooking is reduced, and the use experience of a user is improved. Heating element and drive assembly all set up in the heating lid, have improved the effect of the hot air circulation in the air fried pot, have improved the energy conversion rate of air fried pot, make food be heated evenly, improve the taste of food.
In the invention, the switch assembly is arranged in the driving cavity, the switch operating rod of the switch assembly is arranged on the shell of the heating cover, and the switch convex parts are arranged on the handle of the fryer, the handle of the frying pan and the handle of the dried fruit rack, so that the heating cover can be taken down, or the frying pan or the dried fruit rack is taken down from theheating cover 1, the power supply is cut off, the power utilization safety of a user is ensured, and the danger is avoided.
