Background
Most of the paper diaper products are provided with the leakage-proof separation edges, and the leakage-proof separation edges can effectively prevent the paper diaper from leaking laterally in the using process. Along with the development of paper diapers, the application of the leakproof isolation edge is more and more mature. Within a certain range, the higher the height of the separating edge of the paper diaper is, the more effective the side leakage can be prevented. The increasing mode of the height of the partition edge of the prior paper diaper is mainly to increase the width of the partition edge or turn the partition edge outwards. There are certain disadvantages to both of the above approaches: the width of the partition edge is increased, the range of the width which can be increased by the partition edge is limited, and the contact between urine and the core body of the paper diaper can be blocked due to the excessively increased width, so that the urine absorption is not facilitated; the separation edge is turned outwards, even if the separation edge is Z-shaped, the width of the separation edge can be doubled to a certain extent by turning the separation edge outwards, but the increase range is still limited. And the separating edges of the two modes are vertical front and back, so that the matching with human engineering is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a folding partition edge of a paper diaper and the paper diaper, wherein the partition edge is folded to form a multi-layer composite area so as to reduce the surface area of the partition edge and fix two ends of the partition edge, when the paper diaper absorbs urine and falls down due to gravity, the multi-layer composite area of the partition edge is unfolded at the moment so as to provide a large partition edge width, so that the problem that the partition edge width is limited and increased is solved, and meanwhile, when no urine or less urine exists, the partition edge is in a folded state and cannot prevent the urine from contacting with a core body of the paper diaper due to overlarge width.
A folding partition edge of a paper diaper is used for being bonded on the left side and the right side of a paper diaper core body and used for preventing urine in the core body from leaking laterally, the folding partition edge is rectangular and provided with a plurality of rectangular multilayer composite areas, the multilayer composite areas are formed by flanging and folding along the long edge direction of the folding partition edge, bonding areas are arranged at two ends of each multilayer composite area, a non-bonding area is arranged between the bonding areas at the two ends, and the bonding areas are used for bonding adjacent folding layers of the multilayer composite areas; one long side edge of the folding partition edge is an elastic side edge, and the elastic side edge is connected with an elastic rubber band which enables the elastic side edge to have elasticity; and a long side edge of the folding partition edge, which is far away from the elastic side edge, is a connecting side edge and is used for being connected with the paper diaper body.
Further, the bonding mode of the bonding area comprises thermal bonding, adhesive bonding or ultrasonic bonding.
Furthermore, the plurality of multilayer composite regions are sequentially arranged in parallel and have the same number of folding layers, and a single-layer non-folding region is arranged between the adjacent multilayer composite regions.
Further, the number of folding layers of the plurality of multilayer composite regions is three.
Further, the non-bonded regions of the plurality of multi-layer composite regions are the same length.
Further, the lengths of the non-adhesive regions of the plurality of multi-layer composite regions sequentially increase from the connecting side edge to the elastic side edge.
Furthermore, the multilayer composite regions are sequentially arranged in parallel, the number of folding layers is sequentially increased from the connecting side edge to the elastic side edge, and single-layer non-folding regions are respectively arranged between the adjacent multilayer composite regions.
A paper diaper comprises the folding partition edge, and the connecting side edges of the folding partition edge are bonded and connected to two sides of a core body of the paper diaper; the elastic side edges are provided with elastic rubber bands for controlling the tightness of the paper diaper leg girth when the diaper is worn; the two ends of the folding partition edge are respectively connected to the rear waistline and the front waistline of the paper diaper, the two side edges of the bottom layer of the paper diaper are further provided with second flanging, and the second flanging is used for assisting the folding partition edge to prevent urine side leakage.
Furthermore, the folding partition edge is connected with the paper diaper along the two side edges of the paper diaper core in a hyperbolic curve manner. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the novel composite partition edge is provided, the width of the partition edge can be designed greatly according to requirements by folding the partition edge, and particularly, the urine side leakage can be effectively prevented for adult paper diapers; meanwhile, the width, the length and the number of the multilayer composite areas of different folding partition edges can be matched according to the shape and the classification of the product, so that the product can better meet the requirements of human engineering and the mechanical flow direction of urine in the using process. The paper diaper provided by the invention adopts the partition edge, so that the side leakage prevention effect is good, and the use requirement of adults can be met.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 2, thefolding partition 1 is a rectangle having three rectangularmultilayer composite regions 11, eachmultilayer composite region 11 is formed by continuously flanging and folding twice along the long side direction of thefolding partition 1, and the plurality ofmultilayer composite regions 11 are sequentially arranged in parallel and the number of folding layers is three; and a single-layer non-folding area 12 is reserved between the adjacentmulti-layer composite areas 11, so that the folding separation edges keep certain softness.
The two ends of themulti-layer composite area 11 are provided withbonding areas 111, the bonding mode of thebonding areas 111 is thermal bonding, and thebonding areas 111 are used for bonding adjacent folded layers of themulti-layer composite area 11; anon-bonding area 110 is arranged between the twoend bonding areas 111; theunbonded areas 110 of the plurality of multi-layercomposite regions 11 have the same length and the same width.
One long side edge of thefolding partition edge 1 is an elastic side edge 30, and the elastic side edge 30 is connected with an elastic rubber band, so that the elastic side edge 30 has the elasticity function; the long side of thefolding partition 1 away from the elastic side is a connecting side 31 for connecting with the diaper body.

The present invention is only exemplary, and in the present invention, the number of folding layers of the plurality of multilayercomposite regions 11 may also be five, and the number of folding layers of the plurality of multilayer composite regions may be different. However, it should be noted that the softness of the partition edges is easily reduced due to too many layers, and the arrangement needs to be reasonable; the number of themultilayer composite regions 11 of the present invention may be 2 or 4, and the number may be set as needed.
Theunbonded areas 110 of the plurality of multi-layercomposite regions 11 are the same length. The folding barrier of a paper diaper as claimed inclaim 3, characterized in that: the lengths of the non-bondedregions 111 of themulti-layer composite regions 11 increase in order from the connecting side edge to the elastic side edge.
