In this embodiment, a first screw 16 is disposed at one end of the first connection shaft 2 connected to the first tensioning adjustment assembly 4, the first tensioning adjustment assembly 4 includes a first elastic sheet assembly 41, a first flat plate gasket 42 and a first nut 43 that sequentially abut against each other, and the first connection shaft 2 sequentially penetrates through the first through hole 9, the first elastic sheet assembly 41 and the first flat plate gasket 42 and is in threaded connection with the first nut 43.
By adopting the technical scheme, the torsion of the first connecting shaft 2 can be adjusted in a limited space. The first flat washer 42 is abutted against the first nut 43, so that friction force is increased, and torsion stability of the first flat washer is improved.

By adopting the technical scheme, the torsion of the second connecting shaft 5 can be adjusted in a limited space. The second flat gasket 71 is abutted against the movable frame 6 to increase friction force, which is more beneficial to improving torsion stability.
In this embodiment, the second spring assembly 72 is formed by stacking a plurality of second spring pads.
By adopting the technical scheme, torsion is provided for the second connecting shaft 5, and the number of the second spring gaskets is preferably three.
In this embodiment, the flip-type rotating shaft further includes a locking member 18 and a protective housing 19 covering the rotating connector 3, the protective housing 19 is connected with the rotating connector 3 through the locking member 18, and the first tensioning adjustment assembly 4 and the second tensioning adjustment assembly 7 are both accommodated in the protective housing 19.
