Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, there is a need for a support for a geriatric chair and a geriatric chair having the same, which aims to simplify the structure of the geriatric chair and reduce the production cost.
The invention provides a chair support for the aged, which comprises a chair frame, a first pushing assembly, an extension assembly, a first transmission assembly and a leg assembly, wherein the extension assembly and the first pushing assembly are connected with the chair frame, the extension assembly is connected with the leg assembly through the first transmission assembly,
the extension assembly comprises an adapter plate, and a guide groove is formed in the adapter plate; the first transmission assembly comprises a first articulated piece, a second articulated piece, a first transmission piece and a second transmission piece, wherein the first transmission piece and the second transmission piece are respectively positioned on two sides of the adapter plate;
the first pushing assembly is connected to the first transmission piece, the first pushing assembly can drive the first transmission piece to rotate around the second hinge piece and drive one end of the first hinge piece to slide along the guide groove by taking the second hinge piece as a rotation center, and the other end of the first hinge piece can drive the leg assembly to contract or extend through the second transmission piece.
Several alternatives are provided below, but not as an additional limitation to the above general solution, but merely as a further addition or preference, each alternative being combinable individually for the above general solution or among several alternatives without technical or logical contradictions.
In one of them embodiment, the geriatric chair support includes angle adjustment assembly, angle adjustment assembly includes the regulating plate, the regulating plate with keysets fixed connection, the regulating plate rotate connect in leg assembly, geriatric chair support still includes second promotion subassembly and second transmission assembly, the second promotes the subassembly through second transmission assembly connect in the regulating plate, the second promotes the subassembly and can drive the regulating plate is relative second transmission assembly rotates.
In one embodiment, the adapter plate is bent, and the adapter plate includes a first connecting portion, a second connecting portion and a third connecting portion, which are respectively located on different planes, wherein the first connecting portion is connected to the chair frame, the second connecting portion is connected to the first transmission member, and the third connecting portion is connected to the adjustment plate.
In one embodiment, a support is arranged on the adjusting plate, a first cushion pad is arranged on the chair frame, and the support can abut against the first cushion pad during the movement of the adjusting plate; and/or the presence of a catalyst in the reaction mixture,

In one embodiment, the chair frame includes a first support rod, a second support rod, a third support rod and a fourth support rod, which are sequentially connected end to end, and the first support rod, the second support rod, the third support rod and the fourth support rod are arranged in a rectangular shape, the first support rod and the third support rod are arranged oppositely, one end of the first support rod extends outwards and forms a first reinforcement portion, and one end of the third support rod extends outwards and forms a second reinforcement portion.
In one of the implementation modes, the geriatric chair support further comprises a lifting assembly, the lifting assembly comprises a first lifting piece and a second lifting piece, the chair frame is provided with a fourth connecting portion, two ends of the first lifting piece are connected with the fourth connecting portion and the adapter plate respectively, and two ends of the second lifting piece are connected with the fourth connecting portion and the adapter plate respectively.
According to the old people chair support, the adapter plate is connected with the first transmission assembly, and the first pushing assembly can drive the leg assembly to contract or extend through the first transmission assembly and the adapter plate; compared with the existing old people chair support, the adapter plate replaces various parts, the transmission is more stable, the structure of the old people chair support is simplified, the old people chair support is convenient to mount, the production cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.
The invention also provides the old people chair which comprises the old people chair support.
The old people chair provided by the invention is simple in structure, more stable in transmission and higher in safety.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of angeriatric chair support 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The geriatric chair support 100 provided by the invention comprises a chair frame 10, a first pushing assembly 20, a first transmission assembly 30, a second pushing assembly 40, a second transmission assembly 50, an angle adjusting assembly 60, a leg assembly 70, an extension assembly 80 and a lifting assembly 90; the first pushing assembly 20 is connected to the chair frame 10, and the first pushing assembly 20 is connected to the first transmission assembly 30, and the first pushing assembly 20 provides driving force for height adjustment and leg position adjustment of the geriatric chair support 100; the first transmission assembly 30 is connected with the extension assembly 80 and the leg assembly 70, and the first transmission assembly 30 is used for driving the leg assembly 70 to contract or extend so as to realize the adjustment of the leg position of the geriatric chair support 100; the second pushing assembly 40 is connected to the first transmission assembly 30, meanwhile, the second pushing assembly 40 is connected to the second transmission assembly 50, and the second pushing assembly 40 provides driving force for the angle adjustment of the backrest of the geriatric chair support 100; the second transmission assembly 50 is connected with the angle adjusting assembly 60, and the second transmission assembly 50 can enable the angle adjusting assembly 60 to rotate so as to realize the angle adjustment of the back of the geriatric chair support 100; the lifting assembly 90 is connected between the chair frame 10 and the extension assembly 80, and the lifting assembly 90 can realize the height adjustment of the seat position of the geriatric chair support 100.
According to thegeriatric chair support 100, the first pushingassembly 20 drives thefirst transmission assembly 30, thefirst transmission assembly 30 drives theleg assembly 70 to extend or retract through the extendingassembly 80, and the leg position of thegeriatric chair support 100 is adjusted; the second pushingcomponent 40 drives the extendingcomponent 80 to rotate, the extendingcomponent 80 drives theangle adjusting component 60 to rotate relative to thesecond transmission component 50, and the backrest position of theold chair support 100 is adjusted in angle; the first pushingassembly 20 continuously pushes thefirst transmission assembly 30, thefirst transmission assembly 30 drives theextension assembly 80, theextension assembly 80 rotates around thechair frame 10 through the liftingassembly 90, and the height of the chair seat of theold chair support 100 is adjusted.
Theextension assembly 80 in thegeriatric chair support 100 of the present invention is used to enable adjustment of the seat height and backrest angle of thegeriatric chair support 100. Theextension assembly 80 comprises anadapter plate 81, theadapter plate 81 is connected with thefirst transmission assembly 30, compared with the existing old-people chair support, theadapter plate 81 replaces various parts, the structure of the old-people chair support 100 is simplified, the old-people chair support 100 is convenient to mount, meanwhile, the production cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of achair frame 10 in thegeriatric chair support 100 shown in fig. 1. Thechair frame 10 comprises afirst support bar 11, asecond support bar 12, athird support bar 13 and afourth support bar 14; thefirst support rod 11, thesecond support rod 12, thethird support rod 13 and thefourth support rod 14 are sequentially connected end to end and are surrounded to form a rectangle, wherein thefirst support rod 11 and thethird support rod 13 are oppositely arranged, one end of thefirst support rod 11 extends outwards to form a first reinforcingpart 111, one end of thethird support rod 13 extends outwards to form a second reinforcingpart 131, and the first reinforcingpart 111 and the second reinforcingpart 131 are arranged to improve the stability of thegeriatric chair support 100; specifically, when local stress near the armrest of thegeriatric chair support 100 is large, the first reinforcingpart 111 or the second reinforcingpart 131 can be abutted against the ground by combining with the corresponding support rod, so that the stress range is wider, thegeriatric chair support 100 is prevented from being turned on one side, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned "thefirst support bar 11, thesecond support bar 12, thethird support bar 13 and thefourth support bar 14 are connected end to end in sequence and are surrounded to form a rectangle" means that thechair frame 10 is substantially rectangular.
Thefirst support bar 11 and thethird support bar 13 are both provided with afirst buffer pad 15, and thefirst buffer pad 15 is used for buffering the movement of theangle adjusting assembly 60. During the movement of theangle adjusting assembly 60, theangle adjusting assembly 60 can abut against thefirst cushion pad 15, thereby reducing the impact collision between theangle adjusting assembly 60 and thechair frame 10, and being beneficial to prolonging the service life of thegeriatric chair support 100.
The two ends of the fourth supportingrod 14 are respectively provided with asecond buffer 16, and thesecond buffer 16 is used for buffering the movement of theadapter plate 81. During the movement of theadapter plate 81, theadapter plate 81 can abut against thesecond buffer pad 16, so that the impact collision between theadapter plate 81 and thechair frame 10 is reduced, and the service life of the oldpeople chair support 100 is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the first pushingassembly 20 in thegeriatric chair support 100 shown in fig. 1. First pushingassembly 20 includes first drivingpiece 21, first screw nut (not shown) and firstlead screw 22, first drivingpiece 21 articulates in second bracingpiece 12, the output offirst driving piece 21 is connected with first screw nut, first screw nut cover is established and spiro union infirst lead screw 22,first lead screw 22 is connected withfirst drive assembly 30, first drivingpiece 21 can drive first screw nut and rotate, and drivefirst lead screw 22 through first screw nut and do reciprocal linear motion, thereby realize that firstlead screw 22 drives first driveassembly 30 and move.
In the embodiment, the first drivingmember 21 is selected as a push rod motor, and the push rod motor has the advantages of small volume, high precision, good self-locking performance and the like, and is suitable for thegeriatric chair support 100; it will be appreciated that in other embodiments, thefirst drive member 21 may alternatively be other drive elements.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of theadapter plate 81 in thegeriatric chair support 100 shown in fig. 1. Theadapter plate 81 comprises a first connectingpart 811, a second connectingpart 812 and a third connectingpart 813, wherein the first connectingpart 811 is used for connecting thechair frame 10, the second connectingpart 812 is used for connecting thefirst transmission assembly 30, and the third connectingpart 813 is used for connecting theangle adjusting assembly 60; the first connectingportion 811, the second connectingportion 812 and the third connectingportion 813 are located on different planes respectively, and the mutual clearances among the first connectingportion 811, the second connectingportion 812 and the third connectingportion 813 allow movement of each transmission member in thefirst transmission assembly 30, so that excessive friction caused by excessive compactness among the transmission members is prevented, smooth and stable transmission of thefirst transmission assembly 30 is facilitated, and stable adjustment of thegeriatric chair support 100 is further facilitated.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of afirst transmission assembly 30 and a partial structure of thegeriatric chair support 100 shown in fig. 1. The first transmission assembly 30 includes a first hinge 31, a second hinge 32, a first transmission member 33 and a second transmission member 34; the second connecting portion 812 is provided with a guide groove 814, the first hinge 31 is disposed in the guide groove 814, the first transmission piece 33 and the second transmission piece 34 are disposed on two sides of the adapter plate 81, one end of the first hinge 31 is connected with the first transmission piece 33, the other end of the first hinge 31 is connected with the second transmission piece 34, the second hinge 32 is inserted into and rotatably connected to the adapter plate 81, and two ends of the second hinge 32 are connected with the first transmission piece 33 and the second transmission piece 34 respectively; the first lead screw 22 is hinged to the first transmission member 33, and under the driving of the first driving member 21, the first lead screw 22 can drive the first transmission member 33 to rotate around the second hinge member 32, and drive the first hinge member 31 to slide along the guide groove 814, and simultaneously the first hinge member 31 drives the second transmission member 34 to move, so that the first pushing assembly 20 drives the leg assembly 70 to contract or extend through the first transmission assembly 30 and the adapter plate 81.
In the present embodiment, thefirst hinge 31 is rotationally connected to thefirst transmission member 33 and thesecond transmission member 34, and thesecond hinge 32 is rotationally connected to thefirst transmission member 33 and thesecond transmission member 34; it is understood that, in other embodiments, thefirst hinge 31 and thefirst transmission member 33 and thesecond transmission member 34 may be fixedly connected, and thesecond hinge 32 and thefirst transmission member 33 and thesecond transmission member 34 may also be fixedly connected, as long as the above-mentioned transmission effect can be achieved, which is not limited specifically.
Thefirst transmission component 30 further comprises athird transmission piece 35 and afourth transmission piece 36, thethird transmission piece 35 and thefourth transmission piece 36 are both arranged on thesecond transmission piece 34 side of theadapter plate 81, two ends of thethird transmission piece 35 are respectively hinged to thesecond transmission piece 34 and thefourth transmission piece 36, and meanwhile, thefourth transmission piece 36 is hinged to theangle adjusting component 60; under the action of the first pushingassembly 20, thesecond transmission member 34 can rotate around thesecond hinge member 32 and drive thethird transmission member 35 and thefourth transmission member 36 to be linked, and thefirst transmission member 33, thesecond transmission member 34, thethird transmission member 35 and thefourth transmission member 36 form a link transmission.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of theleg assembly 70 in thegeriatric chair support 100 shown in fig. 1.Leg component 70 includesfirst extension piece 71,second extension piece 72,third extension piece 73,fourth extension piece 74,fifth extension piece 75 and supportingpiece 76, the one end offirst extension piece 71 articulates inthird driving medium 35, the other end offirst extension piece 71 articulates insecond extension piece 72, the both ends ofsecond extension piece 72 articulateangle adjusting component 60 andthird extension piece 73 respectively simultaneously, the both ends offourth extension piece 74 articulateangle adjusting component 60 andfifth extension piece 75 respectively,third extension piece 73 articulates withfourth extension piece 74, be equipped withguide block 741 on thefourth extension piece 74, the guide block can support and lean onthird extension piece 73,third extension piece 73 andfifth extension piece 75 press from both sides and articulate in supportingpiece 76.

When theleg assembly 70 performs the contraction movement, the movement condition is opposite to that described above, thethird transmission member 35 drives thefirst stretching member 71 to move, thefirst stretching member 71 drives thesecond stretching member 72 to rotate counterclockwise around theangle adjusting assembly 60, thesecond stretching member 72 drives thethird stretching member 73 to move, thethird stretching member 73 abuts against theguide block 741 and drives thefourth stretching member 74 to rotate counterclockwise around theangle adjusting assembly 60, thefourth stretching member 74 drives the fifth stretchingmember 75 to move, and thethird stretching member 73 and the fifth stretchingmember 75 drive the supportingmember 76 to rotate counterclockwise together to realize the contraction of theleg assembly 70.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9 together, fig. 8 is a schematic view of a portion of thegeriatric chair support 100 shown in fig. 1, and fig. 9 is a schematic view of thegeriatric chair support 100 shown in fig. 1 with the liftingassembly 90 in a lifted state. The geriatric chair support 100 further comprises a lifting assembly 90, the lifting assembly 90 comprising a first lifting member 91 and a second lifting member 92; the first support rod 11 and the third support rod 13 on the chair frame 10 are both provided with a fourth connecting portion 17, two ends of the first lifting piece 91 are respectively rotatably connected to the fourth connecting portion 17 and the first connecting portion 811 of the adapter plate 81, and two ends of the second lifting piece 92 are respectively rotatably connected to the fourth connecting portion 17 and the first connecting portion 811 of the adapter plate 81; under the action of the first pushing assembly 20, when the leg assembly 70 finishes retracting, the first hinge 31 is located at the end of the guide groove 814, at this time, if the first pushing assembly 20 continues to push the first transmission member 33, the first transmission member 33 can drive the first hinge 31 to abut against the guide groove 814, under the action of the first driving member 21, the first lead screw 22 applies force to the first hinge 31 through the first transmission member 33, the first hinge 31 applies force to the connection plate 81, and the connection plate 81 drives the first lifting member 91 and the second lifting member 92 to rotate and lift relative to the chair frame 10, so that the high-position adjustment of the geriatric chair support 100 is realized; when the geriatric chair support 100 is adjusted from the high position to the low position, along with the continuous force unloading of the first pushing assembly 20, the moving direction of the first pushing assembly 20 is opposite to the above direction, and the adapter plate 81 can fall back relative to the chair frame 10 through the first lifting piece 91 and the second lifting piece 92, so that the height adjustment of the seat of the geriatric chair support 100 is realized.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of the second pushingassembly 40 in thegeriatric chair support 100 shown in fig. 1. The second pushingassembly 40 includes asecond driving member 41, a second screw nut (not shown) and asecond screw 42, the second drivingmember 41 is hinged to theadapter plate 81, an output end of the second drivingmember 41 is connected to the second screw nut, the second screw nut is sleeved on thesecond screw 42 and screwed to thesecond screw 42, thesecond screw 42 is connected to thesecond transmission assembly 50, and the second drivingmember 41 can drive theangle adjusting assembly 60 to rotate relative to thesecond transmission assembly 50 to adjust the backrest angle of thegeriatric chair support 100.
In this embodiment, the second drivingmember 41 is a push rod motor, which has the advantages of small size, high precision, good self-locking performance, and the like, and is suitable for thegeriatric chair support 100; it will be appreciated that in other embodiments, thesecond drive member 41 may alternatively be other drive elements.
The angle adjusting assembly 60 comprises an adjusting plate 61, the adjusting plate 61 is fixedly connected with an adapter plate 81, the adjusting plate 61 is hinged with a second extending piece 72, a fourth extending piece 74 and a fourth transmission piece 36, a supporting piece 62 is arranged on the adjusting plate 61, and the supporting piece 62 can abut against the first cushion pad 15; the second transmission assembly 50 comprises a fifth transmission piece 51 and a sixth transmission piece 52, one end of the second lead screw 42 is hinged to the fifth transmission piece 51, the fifth transmission piece 51 is fixedly connected with the sixth transmission piece 52, and the sixth transmission piece 52 is hinged to the adjusting plate 61; under the effect of the second driving element 41, the second screw 42 can push the fifth transmission element 51, the reaction force of the fifth transmission element 51 to the second pushing assembly 40 acts on the adapter plate 81, the adapter plate 81 rotates relative to the first lifting element 91 and the second lifting element 92, and meanwhile the adapter plate 81 drives the adjusting plate 61 to rotate relative to the sixth transmission element 52, so that the angle adjustment of the adjusting plate 61 is realized, and the angle adjustment of the backrest of the geriatric chair support 100 is further realized.
In the embodiment, the adjustingplate 61 and the supportingmember 62 are riveted, so that the connection stability between the adjustingplate 61 and the supportingmember 62 is enhanced, and the stability of thegeriatric chair support 100 is improved; it is understood that in other embodiments, theadjustment plate 61 and thesupport 62 may be connected by other means such as adhesive.
The components of thegeriatric chair support 100 are symmetrical, and the above description is only directed to the mechanism on one side of thegeriatric chair support 100 to facilitate understanding of the present solution.
According to thegeriatric chair support 100 provided by the invention, theadapter plate 81 is connected with thefirst transmission assembly 30, and the first pushingassembly 20 can drive theleg assembly 70 to contract or extend through thefirst transmission assembly 30 and theadapter plate 81; compared with the existing old people chair support, theadapter plate 81 replaces complicated parts, the transmission is more stable, the structure of the oldpeople chair support 100 is simplified, the oldpeople chair support 100 is convenient to mount, the production cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.
The invention also provides an old people chair, which comprises the oldpeople chair bracket 100.
The old people chair provided by the invention is simple in structure, more stable in transmission and higher in safety.
It should be noted that the above descriptions regarding directionality are based on the drawings and are only for convenience of describing the present solution and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the components or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
