The second beverage capsule J2 includes a second capsule shell, a top sealing film located at the top of the second capsule shell, and a bottom sealing film located at the bottom wall of the second capsule shell, and the second beverage capsule J2 further includes a bottom piercing member for piercing the bottom sealing film, so that after the brewingcup pressure plate 41 is pressed against thesecond brewing cup 2, the liquidsupply piercing member 42 can pierce the top sealing film, along with the continuous introduction of liquid into the second beverage capsule J2, the bottom sealing film is pressed downward against the bottom piercing member, and is then pierced by the bottom piercing member to form a bottom piercing opening, and then the beverage in the second beverage capsule J2 flows to the bottomliquid outlet portion 21 through the bottom piercing opening.
In addition, the plurality of capsule brewing cups comprises athird brewing cup 3 for accommodating a third beverage capsule J3, the bottom wall of thethird brewing cup 3 is provided with abottom piercing needle 31 which protrudes upwards to pierce the third beverage capsule J3, and the bottom wall of thethird brewing cup 3 is further provided with a bottomwall liquid outlet 32, see FIG. 3, so that thebrewing apparatus 100 can brew the third beverage capsule J3 like a K-cup beverage capsule, although thebrewing apparatus 100 can brew other types of beverage capsules. The third beverage capsule J3 comprises a third capsule shell and a third sealing membrane for sealing the top opening of the third capsule shell, so that after the third beverage capsule J3 is placed in thethird brewing cup 3, thebottom puncture needle 31 can puncture the bottom wall of the third capsule shell, after the brewingcup pressure plate 41 is pressed against thethird brewing cup 3, the liquidsupply puncture needle 42 punctures the third sealing membrane, and then after liquid is input into the third capsule shell, the brewed beverage can flow to theliquid outlet 32 at the bottom wall through a gap formed by the puncture of thebottom puncture needle 31.
Preferably, a plurality of brewing cups are selectively detachably connected to thedevice body 4, for example, when thebrewing device 100 brews a beverage from a first beverage capsule J1, thefirst brewing cup 1 is selected to be connected to thedevice body 4, and when thebrewing device 100 brews a beverage from a second beverage capsule J2, thesecond brewing cup 2 is selected to be detachably connected to thedevice body 4 instead of thefirst brewing cup 1, that is, only one mounting seat suitable for detachably connecting a plurality of brewing cups is required to be provided on thedevice body 4, so that not only thebrewing device 100 can be more simply and compactly configured, but also thebrewing device 100 can be more compact and more beautiful. In particular, thedevice body 4 is formed with a laterally open drawer-type slot into which a plurality of capsule brewing cups selectively extend from the lateral opening, for example, afirst brewing cup 1 may be selected for insertion into the drawer-type slot, asecond brewing cup 2 may be selected for insertion into the drawer-type slot, athird brewing cup 3 may be selected for insertion into the drawer-type slot, etc., as seen in fig. 1 and 5.
