The invention relates to the field of grounding wires, in particular to a grounding wire operation system of power equipment.
Background
In the electric power field, when overhauing power equipment, need with ground connection after the power failure of power equipment to avoid the accident, therefore the essential instrument of power equipment maintenance operation during the earth connection. However, in the process of maintenance operation, the ground wire is relatively disorderly managed and inconvenient to manage. In addition, due to safety considerations, the ground wire can monitor the state of the ground wire in real time in the operation process and judge whether faults such as mistaken grounding, mistaken disconnection and the like exist, but the situation that normal communication cannot be performed between some ground wires and the background may occur, so that monitoring failure is caused, and great potential safety hazards are brought.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a grounding wire operating system for electrical equipment.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a power equipment grounding wire operation system comprises an operation box, a handheld operation terminal and a control background;
a plurality of grounding wires are placed in the operation box, monitoring components are arranged on the grounding wires, and the monitoring components are in wireless communication with the control background;
the control background sends the operation information to the handheld terminal, so that a maintainer can take the operation box according to the operation information; after the maintainer articulates the grounding wire, the monitoring part is started, communication authentication is carried out between the monitoring part and the control background, and the control background sends communication authentication information to the handheld operation terminal.
Further, the monitoring component comprises a jaw closing detection sensor, a current detection sensor, a positioning chip, a wireless communication chip, a status light and a controller; the jaw closing detection sensor, the current detection sensor, the positioning chip, the wireless communication chip and the state lamp are electrically connected with the controller respectively.
Furthermore, the work box is also provided with an electronic tag, and the electronic tag comprises a work box number, the number of internal tools and the information of each tool number.
Further, the handheld operation terminal is provided with an operation program, and the operation program comprises:
an operation information receiving module: the system comprises a management and control background and a server, wherein the management and control background is used for receiving operation information sent by the management and control background;
a scanning module: the system comprises a scanning module, a data processing module and a display module, wherein the scanning module is used for scanning an electronic tag on an operation box and acquiring information of the operation box;
tool information display module: the system is used for displaying the information of the work box and the information of tools in the work box;
an authentication information receiving module: and the ground wire communication authentication module is used for receiving ground wire communication authentication sent by the control background.
Further, when the communication authentication of a certain grounding wire passes, the grounding wire information is displayed in green in the tool information display module; when the communication authentication of a certain grounding wire fails, the tool information display module displays the grounding wire information in red.
Further, the operation program further includes,
first alarm information receiving module: when the state is abnormal in the grounding wire operation process, first alarm information sent by the control background is received.
Further, the operation program further includes,
the second alarm information receiving module: and when the control background exceeds the preset duration and does not receive the relevant information of the grounding wire, receiving second alarm information sent by the control background.
Furthermore, an electroscope is also arranged in the operation box.
According to the grounding wire operating system of the power equipment, on one hand, the operating tools are uniformly placed in the operating boxes, and the maintainers take the corresponding operating boxes according to the operating information, so that the convenience of operating tool management is improved; on the other hand, after the grounding wire is hooked, the monitoring component is started to automatically carry out communication authentication with the control background, and an authentication result is notified to a maintainer so as to adjust the grounding wire which cannot normally communicate, so that all the grounding wires are ensured to normally communicate with the control background, monitoring can be implemented, and monitoring hidden dangers are eliminated.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of specific examples, which are illustrative of the present invention and are not limited to the following embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an electrical equipment ground wire operating system, which includes an operation box, a handheld operation terminal 1, and a control background 2.
A plurality of grounding wires are placed in the operation box, monitoring parts 3 are arranged on the grounding wires, and the monitoring parts 3 are in wireless communication with the control background 2 to send communication authentication information and monitoring data information. In this embodiment, still place the electroscope in the operation case for whether check power equipment is electrified, avoid live-line operation.
The management and control background 2 of the embodiment sends the operation information to the handheld terminal 1, so that a maintainer can take the operation box according to the operation information; the maintainer articulates the back with the earth connection, open monitoring part 3, carry out the communication authentication between monitoring part 3 and the management and control backstage 2, management and control backstage 2 sends communication authentication information to handheld operation terminal 1, if the communication authentication passes through, explain monitoring part 3 normal work, can normally monitor, if the communication authentication does not pass through, then explain monitoring part 3 normal work, the maintainer adjusts it, for example restart or overhaul or change earth connection etc. eliminate the control hidden danger, make monitoring part 3 can normally monitor and communicate.
As shown in fig. 2, the monitoring part 3 of the present embodiment includes a jaw closing detection sensor 301, a current detection sensor 302, a positioning chip 303, a wireless communication chip 305, a status light 306, and a controller 304; the jaw closing detection sensor 301, the current detection sensor 302, the positioning chip 303, the wireless communication chip 305 and the status light 306 are electrically connected to the controller 304. The jaw closing detection sensor 301 is used for detecting whether a jaw of the grounding wire is closed, and if the jaw of the grounding wire is not normally closed and is abnormally disconnected in the operation process, alarm information is sent to the control background 2 through the controller 304; the current detection sensor 302 is used for detecting whether the grounding wire is electrified, and if the grounding wire is abnormally electrified in the operation process, the alarm information is sent to the control background 2 through the controller 304; the positioning chip 303 is used for positioning the ground wire so as to facilitate ground wire management; the status light 306 can be used to indicate whether the monitoring component 3 has been authenticated for normal communication and/or whether there is a process anomaly (e.g., a jaw open, an abnormal charge). The present embodiment realizes real-time status monitoring of the ground wire by the monitoring part 3.
In addition, the work box of this embodiment is further provided with an electronic tag, and the electronic tag includes a work box number, the number of internal tools, and information on each tool number. When receiving the operation information on the handheld operation terminal 1, the maintainer knows the operation box which needs to be taken, and scans the electronic tag after taking the operation box, so that the operation tool can be managed on the handheld operation terminal 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the handheld work terminal 1 of the present embodiment is configured with a work program, and the work program includes the following functional modules.
(1) Job information reception module 101: the system is used for receiving the operation information sent by the control background 2;
the work information includes information on the equipment to be inspected, the position of the inspection equipment, and information on the accessible work box.
(2) The scanning module 102: the system comprises a scanning module, a data processing module and a display module, wherein the scanning module is used for scanning an electronic tag on an operation box and acquiring information of the operation box;
after the overhaul personnel get the operation box according to the operation information, the electronic tag on the operation box is scanned to obtain the information of the operation box, wherein the information of the operation box comprises the information (such as model number, serial number and the like) of the operation box and also comprises the information (such as tool number, tool serial number and the like) of tools in the operation box.
(3) The tool information display module 103: the system is used for displaying the information of the work box and the information of tools in the work box;
and displaying and managing the scanned information of the work box and the information of the tools in the work box.
(4) Authentication information reception module 104: the ground wire communication authentication receiving module is used for receiving ground wire communication authentication sent by the control background 2;
after the monitoring part 3 is started, the monitoring part performs communication authentication with the control background 2, and the control background 2 sends a communication authentication result to the handheld operation terminal 1. When the communication authentication of a certain grounding wire passes, the tool information display module 103 displays the grounding wire information in green; when the communication authentication of a certain grounding line fails, the tool information display module 103 displays the grounding line information in red.
(5) The first alarm information receiving module 105: when the state is abnormal in the grounding wire operation process, receiving first alarm information sent by the control background 2;
the monitoring component 3 can detect the jaw state and the power-on state of the ground wire, and when the jaw state and the power-on state of the ground wire are abnormal, the control background 2 sends first alarm information to the handheld operation terminal 1 to inform a maintainer.
(6) The second alarm information receiving module 106: when the control background 2 exceeds the preset time length and does not receive the relevant information of the grounding wire, receiving second alarm information sent by the control background 2;
in the operation process, if a communication fault occurs in the grounding wire, the control background 2 also timely notifies the handheld operation terminal 1 for timely processing by a maintainer.
