Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a method, a system and a terminal for managing an enterprise electronic wallet supporting real-time payment for an individual, so as to solve the technical problem in the prior art that the enterprise account funds cannot provide real-time payment for the individual.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides an electronic wallet managing system for an enterprise supporting real-time payment of an individual, comprising: the system comprises an enterprise electronic wallet module, a group-level electronic wallet module, a personal electronic wallet module and a payment platform; the enterprise electronic wallet module is used for managing funds of enterprise accounts, authorizing application of group-level virtual accounts of the group-level electronic wallet module and supervising the group-level virtual accounts and the individual virtual accounts; the group-level electronic wallet module is used for applying for a group-level virtual account from the enterprise electronic wallet module, authorizing application for an individual virtual account of the individual electronic wallet module and supervising the group-level virtual account and the individual virtual account; the personal electronic wallet module is used for applying for a personal virtual account from the group-level electronic wallet module, managing funds of the personal virtual account and performing payment and payment transaction with a third-party merchant terminal; and the payment platform is used for verifying the payment transaction and performing corresponding payment through funds of the enterprise account after the payment transaction is verified when the personal virtual account performs payment transaction with the third-party merchant terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the enterprise account is a public fund account opened in a financial institution; the group level virtual account is an electronic account which has the amount authorized by the enterprise account and is attached to the enterprise account; the personal virtual account is an electronic account having an amount authorized by the group level virtual account and attached to the group level virtual account.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the enterprise account is authenticated by the U shield, verified by the verification code, and verified by the face recognition during login; the group level virtual account and the personal virtual account are verified through verification code verification and face recognition during login.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the enterprise account includes a public fund account, a public fund account balance, and current day balance data; the group-level virtual account comprises a group-level virtual card number, a group-level authorization limit and a group-level available limit; the personal virtual account comprises a personal virtual card number, a personal authorization limit and a personal available limit.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the application for authorizing the group-level virtual account of the group-level electronic wallet module includes an opening application and a prepayment application for authorizing the group-level virtual account; the application for authorizing the personal virtual account of the personal electronic wallet module comprises an opening application and a prepayment application for authorizing the personal virtual account.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring of the group-level virtual accounts and the individual virtual accounts in the enterprise electronic wallet module includes recording the income and expense details of each group-level virtual account, the income and expense details of each individual virtual account, and the real-time summary income and expense details of the enterprise accounts; the supervision of the group-level virtual accounts and the individual virtual accounts in the group-level electronic wallet module comprises recording the income and expenditure details of the group-level virtual accounts of the group, the income and expenditure details of each individual virtual account and the real-time collection and expenditure details of the group-level virtual accounts; and the step of managing the funds of the individual virtual account comprises recording the income and expenditure details of the individual virtual account and the real-time aggregate income and expenditure details of the individual virtual account.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the payment platform verifies one or more combinations of legal validity, authorized validity and authorized amount of the personal virtual account, the group-level virtual account and the enterprise account associated in the balance transaction based on the payment order received from the third-party merchant terminal; and after the payment platform performs corresponding balance through the funds of the enterprise account, the balance result is fed back and displayed in the personal electronic wallet module, and the balance result is updated to the enterprise account, the group-level virtual account and the personal virtual account.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a method for managing an electronic wallet of an enterprise supporting real-time payment of an individual, comprising: managing funds of the enterprise account through the enterprise electronic wallet, authorizing application of the group-level virtual account and supervising the group-level virtual account and the individual virtual account; applying for a group-level virtual account from the enterprise electronic wallet through a group-level electronic wallet, authorizing application of an individual virtual account, and supervising the group-level virtual account and the individual virtual account; applying for a personal virtual account from the group-level electronic purse through the personal electronic purse, managing funds of the personal virtual account and performing payment transaction with a third-party merchant terminal; and when the personal virtual account and the third-party merchant terminal perform the balance transaction through the payment platform, verifying the balance transaction and performing corresponding balance through funds of the enterprise account after the balance transaction is verified.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the payment platform verifies one or more combinations of legal validity, authorized validity and authorized amount of the personal virtual account, the group-level virtual account and the enterprise account associated in the balance transaction based on the payment order received from the third-party merchant terminal; and after the payment platform performs corresponding balance through the funds of the enterprise account, the balance result is fed back and displayed in the personal electronic wallet module, and the balance result is updated to the enterprise account, the group-level virtual account and the personal virtual account.
To achieve the above object, the present invention also provides an electronic terminal, comprising a memory for storing a computer program; a processor for running the computer program to implement the method of enterprise electronic wallet management supporting real-time payment of individuals as described above.
As described above, the enterprise electronic wallet managing method, system and terminal supporting personal real-time payment according to the present invention have the following advantages:
1. the enterprise electronic wallet is an electronic wallet system integrating examination, batching and enterprise account fund, is provided for enterprise users, solves the contradiction between the requirement of enterprise employees on using enterprise fund in real time and centralized account management and control, and assists enterprises to efficiently manage special virtual fund accounts of project groups, real-time collaborative collection and payment of project group members and real-time clearing and settlement requirements of project fund, so that enterprise account fund can provide real-time payment for individuals, and the technical problem that the enterprise account fund cannot provide real-time payment for the individuals in the prior art is effectively solved.
2. The invention can reduce the capital management and control cost of enterprises, provide reasonable and optimized revenue and expenditure support based on intellectualization, improve the capital use efficiency of the enterprises, and better meet the real-time multi-level supervision of the capital of the enterprises and the real-time analysis and treatment of financial data of the enterprises.
3. The invention can be expanded based on the existing enterprise financial system and the electronic wallet system, can be well butted with the existing network payment system, and can realize smooth transfer of user experience, thereby bringing new technology and applicable functions and simultaneously having lower construction, operation and popularization costs.

It should be noted that the drawings provided in the following embodiments are only for illustrating the basic idea of the present invention, so that the components related to the present invention are only shown in the drawings rather than drawn according to the number, shape and size of the components in actual implementation, the type, quantity and proportion of the components in actual implementation can be changed freely, and the layout of the components can be more complicated.
The method, the system and the terminal for managing the enterprise electronic wallet supporting the personal real-time payment are used for solving the technical problem that the enterprise account fund cannot provide the real-time payment for the personal in the prior art. The principle and implementation of the method, system and terminal for managing an enterprise electronic wallet supporting personal real-time payment according to the present embodiment will be described in detail below, so that those skilled in the art can understand the method, system and terminal for managing an enterprise electronic wallet supporting personal real-time payment without creative work.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an enterprise electronic wallet management system supporting real-time personal payment in the embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an electronic wallet managing system for supporting real-time personal payment, including: the system comprises an enterprise electronic wallet module, a group-level electronic wallet module, a personal electronic wallet module and a payment platform.
The details of the enterprise electronic wallet module, the group-level electronic wallet module, the personal electronic wallet module, and the payment platform in this embodiment are described below.
In this embodiment, the enterprise electronic wallet module is configured to manage funds of enterprise accounts, authorize application of group-level virtual accounts of the group-level electronic wallet module, and supervise the group-level virtual accounts and the individual virtual accounts.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the enterprise electronic wallet is an electronic wallet system integrated with auditing, approving and fund-making by enterprise accounts provided for enterprise users. As shown in fig. 2, the enterprise electronic wallet includes a front-end electronic wallet (APP or applet) and a back-end enterprise electronic wallet platform. And may be divided into enterprise wallets, project group wallets, personal wallets, and other supported hardware and software environments, depending on the user and role.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a direct hierarchical account association relationship among the enterprise accounts, the group-level virtual accounts, and the individual virtual accounts in the enterprise electronic wallet management system supporting real-time personal payment according to the embodiment.
The enterprise account is a public fund account set by a financial institution, namely the enterprise account is a public fund account set by an enterprise in the financial institution, is an external only fund account interface of the enterprise, and can realize direct collection and payment service through a network. Enterprises have unified accounts, but internal funds are often managed according to project group bookkeeping, and group-level virtual accounts are electronic accounts for project group fund management inside the enterprise.
The personal virtual account is an electronic account having an amount authorized by the group level virtual account and attached to the group level virtual account. An electronic account managed by a separate accounting of the enterprise employee's use of the enterprise funds. The personal virtual account belongs to a certain group level virtual account dynamically, and all the related balance transaction information of the current personal virtual account also belongs to the balance transaction information of the group level virtual account to which the personal virtual account belongs.
In this embodiment, the enterprise account is authenticated by the U shield, verified by the verification code, and verified by the face recognition during login.
For example, after the enterprise electronic wallet is downloaded and installed, after encrypted security authentication such as an enterprise U shield is performed, the enterprise electronic wallet may log in to the enterprise electronic wallet with the identity of an enterprise account administrator, manage all the suspended group-level virtual accounts, and monitor all the individual virtual accounts suspended from the group-level virtual accounts.

In this embodiment, the application for authorizing the group-level virtual account of the group-level electronic wallet module by the enterprise electronic wallet module includes an opening application and a prepayment application for authorizing the group-level virtual account.

In this embodiment, the group-level wallet module is configured to apply for a group-level virtual account from the enterprise wallet module, authorize application of a personal virtual account from the personal wallet module, and manage the group-level virtual account and the personal virtual account.
A plurality of group-level virtual accounts can be hung below one enterprise account, and each group-level virtual account has an administrator authorized to be responsible. The enterprise account authorizes the group level account: the authorized use amount, the authorized transaction type, the authorized transaction time, the authorized transaction number, the current valid state and the like. The group level virtual account can be directly added into a personal electronic wallet of a corresponding administrator, so that the group level virtual account and the affiliated personal virtual account can be managed, but the code balance and use cannot be directly presented.
In this embodiment, the group-level virtual account is verified by verification code and face recognition at login.
After the enterprise electronic wallet is downloaded and installed, a project group administrator can apply for opening a project group electronic wallet after logging in the enterprise electronic wallet, and the project group electronic wallet can be opened immediately after being approved and authorized by a background enterprise electronic wallet.

That is, in this embodiment, the group-level electronic wallet may approve and authorize the opening application and prepayment application of the personal electronic wallet in real time, manage the account of the personal electronic wallet, and the like, and may further record the receipt and payment details of all the personal electronic wallets in the group, and the receipt and payment details summarized in real time.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the payment platform provides a fund payment interface for the enterprise account to the outside in a unified manner. When the payment platform pays, taking scanning the payment code of the electronic wallet of the personal enterprise as an example:
the personnel of the staff present the payment code, the merchant scans the code and the code is checked for validity.
And the merchant back end (a third-party merchant terminal) generates a signed payment order and sends the signed payment order to the payment platform.
The payment platform needs to verify the validity of the individual virtual account, the group level virtual account and the enterprise account (to an enterprise account front-end system, the authorization information and the service of the front-end system can also be directly integrated into an enterprise account payment platform of a third party), and whether the check control of various authorization and limit meets the requirements or not, if not, the payment is directly terminated, and the payment failure is returned.

The enterprise electronic wallet management system supporting the personal real-time payment in the embodiment can be applied to the scenes of enterprise project special fund management, supply chain finance, Internet of things financial service and the like. The purposes of sharing enterprise accounts by credit granting of project employees, realizing seamless connection of three links of real-time money consumption, audit, approval and enterprise fund consumption, occupying no personal fund of the employees and realizing unified payment of enterprises are achieved.
It should be noted that the division of the modules of the above system is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity, or may be physically separated. And these modules can be realized in the form of software called by processing element; or may be implemented entirely in hardware; and part of the modules can be realized in the form of calling software by the processing element, and part of the modules can be realized in the form of hardware. For example, the matching processing module 13 may be a processing element separately set up, or may be implemented by being integrated in a chip of an electronic terminal, or may be stored in a memory of the terminal in the form of program codes, and the functions of the above modules are called and executed by a processing element of the terminal. Other modules are implemented similarly. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the above modules may be implemented by integrated logic circuits of hardware in a processor element or instructions in the form of software.
For example, the above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, such as: one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), or one or more microprocessors (DSPs), or one or more Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), among others. For another example, when one of the above modules is implemented in the form of a Processing element scheduler code, the Processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other processor capable of calling program code. For another example, these modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a system-on-a-chip (SOC).

The specific implementation technical features of the method for managing an enterprise electronic wallet supporting personal real-time payment according to this embodiment are substantially the same as those of the system for managing an enterprise electronic wallet supporting personal real-time payment according to embodiment 1, and the general technical contents between the embodiments are not repeated.

As shown in fig. 9, the present embodiment further provides anelectronic terminal 100, where theelectronic terminal 100 is a server, a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, a smart television, a personal digital assistant, and the like. Theelectronic terminal 100 comprises amemory 102 for storing a computer program; aprocessor 101, configured to run the computer program to implement the method for managing a corporate e-wallet supporting real-time personal payment according to embodiment 2 or run the system for managing a corporate e-wallet supporting real-time personal payment according to embodiment 1.
Thememory 102 is connected to theprocessor 101 through a system bus and performs communication with each other, thememory 102 is used for storing a computer program, and theprocessor 101 is used for operating the computer program, so that theuser terminal 100 executes the method for managing the enterprise electronic wallet supporting personal real-time payment or thesystem 100 for managing the enterprise electronic wallet supporting personal real-time payment as described in embodiment 1.
