In some embodiments of the present application, in the above method, generating the not-ready product data table according to the shelf information integrity of each product includes: setting products with at least one item of information integrity smaller than a preset threshold value in the information on shelves of the products in the data sheet to be audited as non-ready products, and storing the information of the non-ready products into the data sheet of the non-ready products; and removing the product from the non-ready product data table under the condition that the completeness of the shelving information of the product is more than or equal to a preset threshold value when the shelving information is determined to be supplemented to the shelving information.
The non-ready data table is a set of at least one item of product information with the integrity smaller than a preset threshold in the product on-shelf information in the data table to be audited, the data table to be audited is inquired according to a preset period, and the data information of the non-ready products in the preset period is stored in the non-ready data table.
And removing the product from the non-ready product data table in the case that the completeness of the shelving information of the product is determined to be greater than or equal to a preset threshold value.
In some embodiments of the present application, the preset threshold may be a fixed value, or may also be a value range, and when the preset threshold is the value range, the setting in the value range is equal to the preset threshold, and the setting not in the value range is smaller than the preset threshold. As for the method, the shelving standard of one channel in the shelving standard data sheet is 5-10 pictures, when the number of uploaded pictures is within the range, the shelving information of the product is determined to be equal to the preset threshold, the completeness of the shelving information is 100%, when the number of uploaded pictures is outside the range, the shelving information of the product is determined to be smaller than the preset threshold, the completeness of the shelving information is calculated by the ratio of the number of uploaded pictures to the number of standard pictures, and the completeness of the shelving information is supplemented to the corresponding storage unit of the non-ready data sheet.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a data table management method according to another embodiment of the present application.
And acquiring original data of the client according to preset time or period, screening products to be assessed, forming a client data table, and storing the client data table in an enterprise database.
And acquiring material requirements of products of different types on-line and/or off-line channel shelving according to preset time or period, forming a product shelving information table, and storing the product shelving information table in an enterprise database.
And associating the product to be checked by the customer with the standard requirement of the product category on an uploading channel to form a data table to be checked.
And checking whether the data table to be checked is finished, when the racking requirements of the product to be checked on each channel are not complete, continuing to associate the product to be checked with the racking requirements of each channel, and when the data table to be checked is complete, continuing to execute the next step.
And acquiring product shelving information according to preset time or period, and counting the product shelving information condition to a to-be-audited data table.
And checking whether the data table to be checked is consistent with the data table to be checked, and prompting that the preparation of the information on the product is finished when the data record in the data table to be checked is consistent with the data record in the data table to be checked. And when the data record in the data table to be checked is not consistent with the data record in the data table to be checked, marking the data record, and continuing to execute the next step.
And transferring all data records marked and processed by the system in the data table to be audited into the data table which is not ready, and forming a summary table of products which are not ready in the period.
And informing the material part of the product which is not ready in the non-ready data table to a relevant responsible department for supplementing.
And carrying out secondary inspection on the material which is not ready in the non-ready data table according to preset time or period, checking whether the material is completely supplemented or not, carrying out secondary notification on relevant responsible departments when the material is not completely supplemented, and continuously executing the next step when the material is completely supplemented.
And moving the complete data supplemented by the materials out of the non-ready data table, and simultaneously prompting that the information on the products is ready to be put on shelves.
FIG. 3 illustrates a block diagram of a data table management system according to an embodiment of the present application; the datasheet processing system 300 includes anacquisition unit 310, anevaluation unit 320, and ageneration unit 330.
The acquiringunit 310 is used for acquiring the product data table information and screening out the product information to be checked; the system is used for acquiring information of an on-line and/or off-line channel product listing standard data table; wherein, product data table information and product standard data table information of putting on shelf all include: the data table comprises horizontal header contents, fixed format requirements corresponding to the horizontal header contents and data information in the data table.
The obtainingunit 310 is further configured to generate a to-be-examined data table according to the to-be-examined product information in the product data table and the product listing standard data table information in an associated manner;
theexamination unit 320 is configured to obtain the data table to be examined, and determine the integrity of the information on shelves of each product in the data table to be examined according to the data table to be examined and the data table to be examined.
The generatingunit 330 is configured to generate an unready product data table according to the integrity of the shelving information of each product, where the unready product data table includes data information of each product whose integrity of the shelving information is smaller than a preset threshold.
In an embodiment of the present application, in the above system, the obtainingunit 310, configured to obtain the product data table information, includes: the method is used for acquiring data information of each product in a product data table, and the data information comprises: the data structure of the data, the storage address, a plurality of target fields in the data structure, the field identification of each target field and the field value.
In an embodiment of the present application, in the above system, the obtainingunit 310 is configured to screen out information of a product to be assessed from the product data table according to a first specified item, where the first specified item includes: the product type, the product type code, the product brand code, the product origin, the product specification parameter, the product name, the product unique code and the product sale channel.
The obtainingunit 310 is configured to screen the listing standard of each channel from the product listing standard data table according to a second specified item, where the second specified item includes: product sale channel, product category, product picture attribute, product detail page attribute and product video attribute.
In an embodiment of the present application, in the above system, the obtainingunit 310 is configured to associate the horizontal header information in the product data table with the horizontal header information in the standard data table on shelf of the product, and generate a horizontal header of the data table to be checked; wherein, the horizontal table head of data table to be examined includes: the method comprises the following steps of product unique coding, product category coding, product brand coding, product sale channel, product picture attribute, product detail page attribute and product video attribute;
the obtainingunit 310 is configured to supplement shelf information of each product in the data table to be checked into the corresponding cell of the data table to be checked according to the horizontal header of the data table to be checked.
In an embodiment of the present application, in the system, theexamination unit 320 is configured to obtain the information about the products on the shelves in the online and/or offline channels according to a preset period, and update the to-be-examined data table according to the preset period.
In an embodiment of the present application, in the above system, theexamination unit 320 is further configured to compare the completion amount of the shelving information of each product in the to-be-examined data table with each shelving information examination standard in the to-be-examined data table, determine the completeness of the shelving information of each product, and update the completeness of the shelving information of each product to the to-be-examined data table.
In an embodiment of the present application, in the above system, the generatingunit 330 is configured to, after determining that a product in the to-be-audited data table, in which at least one information integrity of the information on the shelves of the product is smaller than a preset threshold, set the product as an unready product, store the information on the unready product into the data table of the unready product; thegenerating unit 330 is further configured to remove the product from the not-ready product data table if it is determined that the shelf information of the product is supplemented to the shelf information integrity degree greater than or equal to a preset threshold.
It should be noted that the datatable processing system 300 can respectively implement the aforementioned methods one by one, and is not described again.
To sum up, the beneficial effect of this application lies in: by screening, associating, comparing and storing the mass data tables, the data classification management is effectively realized, the association between the data is greatly enhanced, the integrity of the information of products on shelves in each channel is effectively counted, a large amount of manpower is saved, meanwhile, the accuracy of the product information data counting on shelves is remarkably improved, and the enterprise operation efficiency is effectively improved.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of anelectronic device 400 according to an embodiment of the application, theelectronic device 400 comprising aprocessor 410 and amemory 420 arranged to store computer executable instructions (computer readable program code).
Thememory 420 may be an electronic memory such as a flash memory, an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory), an EPROM, a hard disk, or a ROM, among others.Memory 420 has astorage space 430 that stores computerreadable program code 431. For example, thestorage space 430 for storing the computer readable program code may include respective computerreadable program codes 431 for respectively implementing various steps in the above method. The computerreadable program code 431 can be read from or written to one or more computer program products. These computer program products comprise a program code carrier such as a hard disk, a Compact Disc (CD), a memory card or a floppy disk. Such a computer program product is typically a computer readable storage medium such as described in fig. 5. FIG. 5 shows a schematic diagram of a computer-readable storage medium according to an embodiment of the present application. The computerreadable storage medium 500 stores computerreadable program code 431 for performing the steps of the method according to the present application, which is readable by theprocessor 410 of theelectronic device 400, which computerreadable program code 431, when executed by theelectronic device 400, causes theelectronic device 400 to perform the steps of the method described above, in particular the computerreadable program code 431 stored by the computer readable storage medium may perform the method shown in any of the embodiments described above. The computerreadable program code 431 may be compressed in a suitable form.
