When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples are not representative of all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with some aspects of the present disclosure as detailed in the accompanying claims.
Aiming at the technical problem that the prior order processing method cannot identify the low order processing precision caused by malicious complaints, the disclosure provides an order processing method, an order processing device, order processing equipment and a computer readable storage medium.
It should be noted that the present disclosure provides order processing methods, apparatuses, devices, and computer readable storage media that may be used in various scenarios of network vehicle order processing.
Because some passengers do not settle accounts in time after using the net appointment, the net appointment platform and drivers can suffer unnecessary economic losses. In order to solve the technical problems, in the prior art, a driver generally initiates complaints to orders which are not calculated in time, and after receiving complaint information, the network vehicle platform pays fees to the driver. However, the above method often causes a loss of the network taxi platform and cannot restrict the passengers to pay.
In the process of solving the technical problems, the inventor finds through research that when a user triggers a target application, different operation interfaces can be displayed for the user according to historical evaluation information of the user, so that the user can perform different order processing operations according to the different operation interfaces, the user can be effectively restrained from paying a bill to be paid, and further loss caused by the fact that the user does not pay for a network bus and a driver after completing orders for many times can be effectively avoided.
The network architecture diagram corresponding to the order processing method in the embodiment of the present disclosure is described below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a network architecture based on which the present disclosure is based, as shown in fig. 1, the network architecture includes: a terminal device 1, a server 2 and a data server 3, wherein the server 2 is provided with order processing means. The order processing device can be written by adopting languages such as C/C++, java, shell or Python; the terminal device 1 may be, for example, a desktop computer, a tablet computer, etc. The data server 3 may be a cloud server. The server 2 is communicatively connected to the terminal device 1 and the data server 3, respectively, so that information can be exchanged with the terminal device 1 and the data server 2, respectively.
The following describes in detail, with specific embodiments, a technical solution of an embodiment of the present disclosure and how the technical solution of the present disclosure solves the foregoing technical problems. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of an order processing method according to an embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
And step 101, when the passenger is detected to call the target application, judging whether the passenger has an order to be paid or not, wherein the order to be paid is generated according to a complaint request triggered by a driver.
The execution subject of the embodiment is an order processing device, which may be coupled to a server. The server may be communicatively connected to the terminal device of the passenger, so as to be capable of information interaction with the terminal device.
In this embodiment, when the passenger wants to select the network about for the vehicle, the destination application may be invoked on the terminal device to make the call of the vehicle. Specifically, when the order processing device detects that the passenger calls the target application, the order processing device can judge whether the passenger has an order to be paid or not, wherein the order to be paid can be specifically generated according to a complaint request triggered by a driver.
Step 102, if the passenger has an order to be paid, inquiring the number of times that the passenger is complained within a preset time range in a preset data server.
In this embodiment, after the passenger completes one use of the internet-bound vehicle, if the passenger does not pay the fee, the driver may trigger a complaint request to the passenger.
Therefore, after judging that the passenger has an order to be paid, the order processing device can inquire the number of complaints of the passenger in a preset time range in a preset data server according to the passenger identification information in the order to be paid. The data server stores the complaint times information corresponding to all passengers.
In addition, the preset time range may be one week, one month or other suitable time ranges, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited herein.
And step 103, controlling terminal equipment of the passenger to display different operation interfaces according to the complaint times of the passenger in a preset time range, so that the passenger performs payment operation on the order to be paid or initiates a vehicle call request on the different operation interfaces.
In this embodiment, after the number of times that the passenger is complained in the preset time range is obtained, the terminal device of the passenger may be controlled to display different operation interfaces according to the number of times that the passenger is complained in the preset time range, so that the passenger performs payment operation on the order to be paid on the different operation interfaces or initiates a vehicle call request.
For example, if a passenger is complained less frequently within a preset time frame, the passenger's terminal device may display an operation interface that allows the passenger to initiate a vehicle call request. If the number of complaints of the passenger is large within the preset time range, the operation interface displayed by the terminal device of the passenger does not allow the passenger to initiate the vehicle call request, but allows the passenger to pay the order to be paid.
According to the order processing method provided by the embodiment, when the passenger calls the target application, whether the passenger has an order to be paid or not is judged, and the number of times the passenger is complained in the preset time range is inquired according to the order to be paid, so that the terminal equipment of the passenger can be controlled to display different operation interfaces according to the number of times the passenger is complained in the preset time range, and the passenger can pay the order or initiate a vehicle call request on the different operation interfaces. The terminal equipment of the passenger is controlled to display different operation interfaces according to different complaints, so that the passenger can be effectively restrained from paying the bill to be paid, and the loss caused by network bus and drivers due to the fact that the user does not pay after finishing orders for many times can be effectively avoided.
Example two
To further explain the order processing method provided in the first embodiment of the present disclosure, specifically, based on the first embodiment, step 103 specifically includes:
if the number of times that the passenger is complained within a preset time range does not exceed a preset first threshold value, controlling terminal equipment of the passenger to display a preset first operation interface, wherein a payment icon and a complaint icon are arranged on the first operation interface, so that the passenger initiates a vehicle call request on the first operation interface. In this embodiment, if the number of complaints of the passenger in the preset time range does not exceed the preset first threshold, it indicates that the credit of the passenger is high, and most of the orders have been paid, at this time, the order processing device may control the terminal device of the passenger to display the preset first operation interface.
Specifically, the first operation interface is provided with a payment icon and a complaint icon, so that the passenger can initiate a vehicle call request after the first operation interface finishes payment. The preset first threshold value can be set by operation and maintenance personnel according to actual requirements.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a display interface provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, if the number of complaints of a passenger in a preset time range does not exceed a preset first threshold, it indicates that most of orders of the passenger have been paid. Thus, for such higher credit passengers, a variety of choices may be made based on such passengers. Accordingly, the payment icon and the complaint icon may be displayed on the display interface.
By the method, the first operation interface capable of initiating the vehicle call request can be provided for the passenger with higher credit, so that the vehicle demand of the passenger with higher credit is effectively ensured.
Further, on the basis of any one of the above embodiments, after the terminal device for controlling the passenger displays the preset first operation interface, the method further includes:
Responding to the triggering operation of the passenger on the payment icon, and displaying a preset combined payment icon and an immediate payment icon on the display interface; responding to the triggering operation of the passenger on the combined payment icon, displaying a third operation interface on the display interface, so that the passenger initiates a vehicle call request on the third operation interface, and paying the expense of the to-be-paid order to a driver of the vehicle; and responding to the triggering operation of the passenger on the immediate payment icon, displaying prompt information of a payment channel binding on the display interface, so that the passenger finishes the binding of the payment channel according to the prompt information, processing the to-be-paid order through the payment channel after detecting that the passenger finishes the binding of the payment channel, and displaying a third operation interface on the display interface after detecting that the passenger finishes the payment operation of the to-be-paid order, so that the passenger initiates a vehicle call request on the third operation interface.
Specifically, fig. 4 is an interface interaction schematic diagram provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, if it is detected that a passenger clicks a payment icon, a preset combined payment icon and an immediate payment icon may be displayed on a display interface according to a triggering operation of the passenger.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of another interactive interface provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, in which the type of passenger has better credit, so that the type of customer may be allowed to pay together by combining unpaid tolls with the next order. When the user is detected to trigger the combined payment icon, the unpaid vehicle fee information of the journey to be paid can be paid to the driver in cash form, and the driver can pay the unpaid vehicle fee information. When the user is detected to trigger immediate payment, the unpaid toll information of the journey to be paid can be paid in an online payment mode.
Specifically, the order processing device may display prompt information of the payment channel binding on the display interface, so that the passenger completes the binding of the payment channel according to the prompt information, and after detecting that the passenger completes the binding of the payment channel, the order to be paid may be processed through the payment channel. After detecting that the passenger completes the payment operation for the order to be paid, the order processing device may control the display interface to display a third operation interface, so that the passenger initiates a vehicle call request on the third operation interface.
Further, on the basis of the second embodiment, after the terminal device for controlling the passenger displays the preset first operation interface, the method further includes:
Responding to the triggering operation of the passenger on the complaint icon, and displaying a third operation interface on the display interface so that the passenger initiates a vehicle call request on the third operation interface; analyzing the number of times that the driver triggering the complaint request is complained within a preset time range to obtain an analysis result; and processing the order to be paid according to the analysis result.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid malicious complaints to the user in order to obtain the pad payment of the network vehicle platform, after detecting the triggering operation of the complaint icon by the user, the number of times that the driver triggering the complaint request is complained in a preset time range may be analyzed, and an analysis result may be obtained. Optionally, if the driver is complained by the passenger multiple times within a preset time range, the complaint of the driver can be achieved by triggering the complaint icon. In addition, the vehicle can be called for the passenger directly according to the order processing request.
Further, on the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the analyzing the number of times that the driver triggering the complaint request is complained within a preset time range to obtain an analysis result includes: judging whether the number of complaints of the driver in a preset time range exceeds a preset second threshold value or not; if the number of times that the driver is complained in a preset time range exceeds a preset second threshold value, judging that the complaint request is a malicious complaint request, and obtaining the analysis result; if the number of times that the driver is complained within the preset time range does not exceed a preset second threshold value, judging that the complaint request is a normal complaint request, and obtaining the analysis result.
In this embodiment, in order to accurately determine whether the complaint request is a malicious complaint request or a normal complaint request, the order processing device may determine whether the number of times the driver is complained within a preset time range exceeds a preset second threshold. Correspondingly, if the number of times that the driver is complained within the preset time range exceeds a preset second threshold value, which indicates that a plurality of passengers complain about the driver, the complaint request of the driver is judged to be a malicious complaint request, and an analysis result is obtained. In contrast, if the number of complaints of the driver within the preset time range does not exceed the preset second threshold value, which means that only a small number of passengers complain of the driver, the complaint request of the driver is judged to be a normal complaint request, and an analysis result is obtained.
The preset second threshold value can be set by operation and maintenance personnel according to actual requirements.
Further, on the basis of any one of the foregoing embodiments, the processing the order to be paid according to the analysis result includes: if the complaint request is a malicious complaint request, deleting an order to be paid corresponding to the passenger; and if the complaint request is a normal complaint request, after the next order of the passenger is finished, acquiring the amount to be paid corresponding to the passenger by calling a preset cash desk interface, wherein the amount to be paid comprises the amount corresponding to the order to be paid and the amount corresponding to the next order, and controlling the terminal equipment of the passenger to display the amount to be paid so that the passenger pays the amount to be paid to a driver of the next order.
In this embodiment, if the order processing device determines that the complaint request of the driver is a malicious complaint request, it indicates that the order to be paid corresponding to the passenger, and makes a malicious complaint to the user for the driver to obtain the pad payment of the network bus platform, and then the generated invalid order to be paid is generated, so that the order processing device may delete the order to be paid corresponding to the passenger.
If the order processing device judges that the complaint request of the driver is a normal complaint request, the order processing device indicates that the order to be paid corresponding to the passenger is an effective order to be paid, so that the passenger can pay the bill to be paid as soon as possible, the passenger is prevented from escaping the order again, the loss of the driver and the network bus platform is caused, after the next order of the passenger is finished, the amount to be paid corresponding to the passenger can be obtained by calling a preset cash desk interface, and terminal equipment of the passenger is controlled to display the amount to be paid, so that the passenger can pay the amount to be paid to the driver of the next order. Specifically, the amount to be paid may include an amount corresponding to the order to be paid and an amount corresponding to the next order.
It should be noted that the passenger may choose to pay online or pay in cash. When a cash payment is selected, the passenger may pay the cash of the amount to be paid to the driver, who may receive the cash. And acquiring a payment completion instruction triggered by the driver terminal equipment, and deducting the corresponding amounts of the order to be paid and the unpaid journey from the account of the driver according to the payment completion instruction. And transferring the target fare to the account of the driver according to the estimated fare and the preset billing proportion.
According to the order processing method provided by the embodiment, the number of times that the passenger is complained in the preset time range is judged, the terminal equipment of the passenger is controlled to display the preset operation interface, and whether the complaint request is a malicious complaint request or not is judged according to the response of the passenger to the triggering operation of the complaint icon, so that different treatments are carried out on the bill to be paid of the passenger, the repeated bill payment of the passenger is avoided, the payment operation of the bill to be paid of the passenger is effectively restrained, and the loss of a driver and a network vehicle-restraining platform is further avoided.

In this embodiment, in order to enable the user to more intuitively view the fee to be paid, after the control display interface displays the second operation interface, the interface may be invoked through a preset cash desk to obtain unpaid vehicle fee information corresponding to the unpaid journey of the passenger. After detecting the triggering operation of the passenger on the payment icon, the unpaid fare information can be displayed on the display interface according to the triggering operation. And the passenger can pay unpaid fare information through the payment channel. According to the order processing method provided by the embodiment, through judging that the complaint times of the passengers in the preset time range exceeds the preset first threshold, after the passengers finish the payment operation of unpaid journey, the order processing request of the passengers is processed, so that the problem that the passengers do not pay historical orders can be effectively avoided, the constraint on the passengers is realized through limiting the use of the vehicle, and the loss of a driver and a network vehicle platform is greatly avoided.
Further, on the basis of any one of the above embodiments, after the third operation interface is displayed on the display interface, the method further includes: acquiring journey information input by the passenger on the third operation interface, wherein the journey information comprises a departure place and a destination; and generating the vehicle call request according to the journey information.
In this embodiment, after the third operation interface is displayed on the display interface, the order processing device may acquire the journey information input by the passenger on the third operation interface, where the journey information may include a departure place and a destination. Therefore, after the vehicle call request triggered by the user is obtained, the vehicle can be called for the passenger according to the vehicle call request, and the estimated vehicle charge corresponding to the current journey of the passenger can be estimated according to the journey information.
According to the order processing method provided by the embodiment, the passenger calls the vehicle by acquiring the travel information input by the passenger on the third operation interface, so that accurate travel of the passenger is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
