In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of and not restrictive on the broad application.
The abnormal operation and maintenance operation processing method based on the station end operation and maintenance auditing system can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The application environment may include: a mobile operation and maintenanceauditing device end 110, a security UKEY120 and a mobile operation and maintenanceauditing management end 130; the mobile operation and maintenanceauditing device terminal 110 is used for an operation and maintenance person to carry to an operation and maintenance site to connect to an operation and maintenance site device and an operation and maintenance terminal when the operation and maintenance person executes a corresponding operation and maintenance task, before operation and maintenance, the operation and maintenance person needs to access the security UKEY120 to the operation and maintenance terminal, and performs identity authentication and authorization on the operation and maintenance terminal with the mobile operation and maintenanceauditing device terminal 110 in a "two-factor" combination mode of "security UKEY + password", after the identity authentication and authorization, the operation and maintenance person can access the operation and maintenance site device to perform normal operation and maintenance operation on the operation and maintenance terminal, the mobile operation and maintenanceauditing management terminal 130 can record operation and maintenance related information such as operation and maintenance operations performed by the operation and maintenance person on the operation and maintenance terminal to form operation and maintenance log information, and the operation and maintenance log information can be actively pushed to the mobile operation and maintenance auditingdevice management terminal 130 by the mobile operation and maintenanceauditing device terminal 110 after the operation and maintenance are completed.
The mobile operation and maintenanceauditing device end 110 and the security UKEY120 may include multiple groups, and different groups of the mobile operation and maintenanceauditing device end 110 and the security UKEY120 may be used by multiple operation and maintenance personnel, for example, for performing operation and maintenance on different site devices at different operation and maintenance sites. The mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 may adopt a rack server, and may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers; the mobile operation and maintenanceauditing device end 110 can select a reinforced portable notebook computer to be compatible with various external interfaces so as to facilitate operation and maintenance; the secure UKEY120 can be a high-quality USB flash disk, supports a cryptographic algorithm, and is compatible with a mainstream operating system.
The method for processing the abnormal operation and maintenance operation of the station-side operation and maintenance auditing system provided by the present application is described below with reference to an embodiment and corresponding drawings.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an abnormal operation and maintenance operation processing method based on a station-side operation and maintenance auditing system is provided, which is described by taking the example that the method is applied to the mobile operation andmaintenance auditing manager 130 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step S201, obtaining multiple kinds of historical operation and maintenance log information generated within a preset historical time period.
In this step, the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 may obtain, from the operation and maintenance log information base, a plurality of types of historical operation and maintenance log information uploaded by each mobile operation andmaintenance audit device 110 within a preset historical time period, where the preset historical time period may be within the last year, within the last half year, and the like. The multiple kinds of historical operation and maintenance log information may include historical operation and maintenance log information generated by respective mobile operation and maintenance auditing device ends when a plurality of operation and maintenance tasks are executed by respective operation and maintenance personnel through the respective mobile operation and maintenance auditing device ends 110 and the security UKEY120 in the preset historical time period, and information included in the historical operation and maintenance log information may include operation and maintenance operations executed by the respective operation and maintenance personnel when the respective operation and maintenance tasks are executed and corresponding operation and maintenance results, where the operation and maintenance results may be operation and maintenance success or operation and maintenance failure.
Step S202, based on the pre-stored abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rule, identifying abnormal operation and maintenance operation in the various historical operation and maintenance log information, and obtaining operation and maintenance results corresponding to the abnormal operation and maintenance operation from the various historical operation and maintenance log information.
The abnormal operation and maintenance operation refers to an operation and maintenance operation that is identified by the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 as having an operation abnormality or violation by using the abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rule prestored therein, for example, an operation and maintenance operation that is not performed by an operation and maintenance worker according to a preset operation and maintenance operation flow in the operation and maintenance process. The mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 identifies abnormal operation and maintenance operations in the various historical operation and maintenance log information based on the existing abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rules, the number of the abnormal operation and maintenance operations may be multiple, and implementers of the abnormal operation and maintenance operations may be the same operation and maintenance person or different operation and maintenance persons; the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 further obtains the operation and maintenance result corresponding to the abnormal operation and maintenance operation from the various historical operation and maintenance log information, so that the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 can further determine whether the operation and maintenance result corresponding to the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is successful or failed.
Step S203, judging whether the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is feasible operation and maintenance operation according to the operation and maintenance result;
specifically, when the operation and maintenance result is that the operation and maintenance is successful, the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 identifies the corresponding abnormal operation and maintenance operation as a feasible operation and maintenance operation, and when the operation and maintenance result is that the operation and maintenance is failed, the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 identifies the corresponding abnormal operation and maintenance operation as an unfeasible operation and maintenance operation.
Step S204, if the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is a feasible operation and maintenance operation, updating the abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rule by using the abnormal operation and maintenance operation so that the updated abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rule identifies that the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belongs to a normal operation and maintenance operation.
The step is mainly to illustrate that the operation and maintenance operation belongs to the abnormal operation and maintenance operation under the judgment of the current abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rule when the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 judges that the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belongs to the feasible operation and maintenance operation, but the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 can implement effective operation and maintenance on the station terminal equipment, so that the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 can update the current abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rule by using the abnormal operation and maintenance operation, and the updated abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rule re-identifies the operation and maintenance operation which is originally judged to be abnormal as the normal operation and maintenance operation, and can be used for the subsequent operation and maintenance on the station terminal equipment.
The abnormal operation and maintenance operation processing method based on the station end operation and maintenance auditing system includes that the mobile operation and maintenanceauditing management end 130 obtains various historical operation and maintenance log information generated in a preset historical time period, identifies abnormal operation and maintenance operations contained in the various historical operation and maintenance log information by using existing abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rules, obtains operation and maintenance results corresponding to the abnormal operation and maintenance operations from the various historical operation and maintenance log information, then judges whether the abnormal operation and maintenance operations are feasible operations according to the operation and maintenance results, if yes, the mobile operation and maintenance auditing management end 130 updates the abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rules by using the abnormal operation and maintenance operations, so that the updated abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rules identify that the abnormal operation and maintenance operations belong to normal operation and maintenance operations, therefore, the mobile operation andmaintenance management end 130 can continuously update the existing abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rules by using the operation and maintenance operations which are originally judged to be abnormal but can effectively operate and maintain the station end equipment, and constantly update the operation and maintenance rules of the station end according to the operation and maintenance experience of the station end, and maintenance personnel can optimize the effectiveness of the station and maintenance equipment on the station and the station operation and maintenance efficiency.
In an embodiment, after the step S203 determines whether the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is a feasible operation and maintenance operation according to the operation and maintenance result, the method may further include the following steps:
if the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is the infeasible operation and maintenance operation, the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 counts the operation and maintenance personnel who issue the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation in the preset historical time period based on various historical operation and maintenance log information to obtain the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel; and judging whether to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the operation and maintenance personnel causing the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation according to the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel.
In this embodiment, when the operation and maintenance result is that the operation and maintenance is failed, the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 identifies the corresponding abnormal operation and maintenance operation as an unfeasible operation and maintenance operation. Under the condition that the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is an infeasible operation and maintenance operation, the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 counts related operation and maintenance personnel to obtain statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel. Specifically, the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 may determine, from the foregoing various historical operation and maintenance log information, the identity and the number of the operation and maintenance personnel who have triggered the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation within the preset historical time period, and the number of times each operation and maintenance personnel has triggered the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation, which may be used as the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel. Therefore, the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 further analyzes, according to the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel, which operation and maintenance qualification of the operation and maintenance personnel needs to be reevaluated, wherein the operation and maintenance personnel determined to need to be reevaluated need to perform operation and maintenance operation tests, and the operation and maintenance of the station equipment need to be conducted again after the operation and maintenance operation tests pass, so as to ensure the effectiveness and the safety of subsequent operation and maintenance.
Further, in some embodiments, the determining, according to the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance staff in the above embodiments, whether to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the operation and maintenance staff who causes the abnormal operation and maintenance operation that belongs to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation may include:
if the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel indicates that the number of times of initiating the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation by the first operation and maintenance personnel is greater than or equal to a preset initiation number threshold, the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 determines a normal operation and maintenance operation corresponding to the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation initiated by the first operation and maintenance personnel, and generates an operation and maintenance operation test according to the corresponding normal operation and maintenance operation; and the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 re-evaluates the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance personnel based on the operation and maintenance operation test.
In this embodiment, for an operation and maintenance person (referred to as a first operation and maintenance person) who causes an abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to an infeasible operation and maintenance operation, the number of times of causing the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is greater than or equal to a preset number of times of causing a threshold value, since the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is performed multiple times within a preset history period, in order to ensure the overall effectiveness of the operation and maintenance of the station-side device, the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 needs to re-evaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance person. Specifically, the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 obtains a normal operation and maintenance operation corresponding to an abnormal operation and maintenance operation that belongs to an infeasible operation and maintenance operation and is caused by the first operation and maintenance person, for example, if the abnormal operation and maintenance operation performed by the first operation and maintenance person is to perform step a and then perform step B, but the normal operation and maintenance operation is to perform step B first and then perform step a, the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 obtains a normal operation and maintenance operation corresponding to the abnormal operation and maintenance operation by performing step B first and then performing step a. Then, the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 generates an operation and maintenance operation test according to the normal operation and maintenance operation, and evaluates the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance person again based on the operation and maintenance operation test, and the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 corrects the originally wrong operation and maintenance operation of the first operation and maintenance person in this way.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, in the above embodiment, the re-evaluating the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance person based on the operation and maintenance operation test specifically includes:
step S301, when receiving the work ticket pushed by the work ticket system, generating a corresponding operation and maintenance work order;
in this step, the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 may receive the work ticket pushed from the work ticket system, and the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 generates a corresponding operation and maintenance work order, where the operation and maintenance work order may include relevant information of the operation and maintenance task to be executed.
Step S302, judging whether the operation and maintenance work order is matched with the operation and maintenance operation test;
in this step, the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 may determine whether the operation and maintenance work order generated involves the operation and maintenance operation such as "perform step B first and then perform step a", and if yes, the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 may determine that the operation and maintenance work order matches with the operation and maintenance operation test.
Step S303, if yes, the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 issues the operation and maintenance work order to the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit device terminal 110 of the first operation and maintenance worker, so that the first operation and maintenance worker executes the operation and maintenance task corresponding to the operation and maintenance work order through the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit device terminal 110 and the security UKEY120 under the supervision of the second operation and maintenance worker;
the operation and maintenance operation test matched with the operation and maintenance operation test required by the first operation and maintenance person is executed through the actual operation and maintenance work order by the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130, and the test process is also the execution process of the operation and maintenance task corresponding to the operation and maintenance work order, and the execution process needs to be executed under the supervision of the second operation and maintenance person, so as to ensure that the operation and maintenance task can be finally successfully operated and maintained as far as possible. The second operation and maintenance person is the operation and maintenance person who performs the corresponding normal operation and maintenance operation, that is, the operation and maintenance person who correctly performs the operation and maintenance operation of performing the step B first and then performing the step a.
Step S304, receiving current operation and maintenance log information fed back by the mobile operation and maintenance auditing device end, and acquiring a current operation and maintenance result from the current operation and maintenance log information;
after the operation and maintenance is finished, the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 receives operation and maintenance log information fed back by the mobile operation andmaintenance audit device 110, and the operation and maintenance log information is referred to as current operation and maintenance log information, and the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 obtains an operation and maintenance result from the current operation and maintenance log information, which is referred to as a current operation and maintenance result. The current operation result may be an operation success or an operation failure.
And step S305, receiving the operation and maintenance supervision result fed back by the operation and maintenance supervision end.
After the operation and maintenance is finished, the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 receives the operation and maintenance supervision result fed back by the operation and maintenance supervision end. The operation and maintenance supervision terminal is a terminal used by a second operation and maintenance person when supervising the first operation and maintenance person to execute the operation and maintenance task, and the terminal can be but is not limited to a personal computer, a notebook computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer and portable wearable equipment. Specifically, the operation and maintenance supervision result may be that the operation and maintenance operation is error-free or the operation and maintenance operation is wrong.
And step S306, evaluating the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance personnel based on the current operation and maintenance result and the operation and maintenance supervision result.
The mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 mainly evaluates the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance personnel by integrating the current operation and maintenance result and the operation and maintenance supervision result. In some embodiments, if the operation and maintenance result is that the operation and maintenance is successful and the operation and maintenance supervision result is that the operation and maintenance operation is correct, the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 determines that the first operation and maintenance person has the operation and maintenance qualification for the operation and maintenance task corresponding to the operation and maintenance work order again. If the current operation and maintenance result is operation and maintenance failure and/or the operation and maintenance supervision result is that the operation and maintenance operation is wrong, the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 determines that the first operation and maintenance worker does not have the operation and maintenance qualification for the operation and maintenance task corresponding to the operation and maintenance work order.
By adopting the scheme of the embodiment, the re-evaluation of the operation and maintenance qualification of the operation and maintenance personnel can be transferred to the actual operation and maintenance work order to be carried out, the operation and maintenance work order can be ensured to be successfully operated and maintained as much as possible under the supervision of the second operation and maintenance personnel, the re-evaluation of the operation and maintenance qualification of the operation and maintenance personnel can be completed together, and the efficiency of the operation and maintenance qualification evaluation and the efficiency of the operation and maintenance work order processing are both considered.
Further, in some other embodiments, the determining, according to the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel in the above embodiments, whether to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the operation and maintenance personnel who cause the abnormal operation and maintenance operation that belongs to the operation and maintenance operation that is not feasible specifically includes:
if the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel indicates that the times of initiating the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the non-feasible operation and maintenance operation by the third operation and maintenance personnel are all smaller than the preset initiating time threshold, performing abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection on the third operation and maintenance personnel in at least one subsequent operation and maintenance task execution to obtain at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection result; judging whether the detection result of the at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation represents that the operation and maintenance operations performed by the third operation and maintenance personnel in the at least one subsequent operation and maintenance task belong to normal operation and maintenance operations; if so, determining that the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance personnel is not reevaluated; if not, determining to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance personnel.
In this embodiment, for an operation and maintenance person (referred to as a third operation and maintenance person) who has triggered abnormal operation and maintenance operations belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation within the preset history period and whose triggering times are all smaller than a preset triggering time threshold, the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 performs abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection on the third operation and maintenance person in at least one subsequent execution of the operation and maintenance task, for example, may perform abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection on the third operation and maintenance person in the next three execution of the operation and maintenance task, that is, detect whether the third operation and maintenance person performs abnormal operation in the next three execution of the operation and maintenance task, so that the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 obtains at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection result.
The mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 further determines whether at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection result represents that the operation and maintenance operations performed by the third operation and maintenance personnel in at least one subsequent operation and maintenance task belong to normal operation and maintenance operations; if so, it indicates that the abnormal operation and maintenance operation performed by the third operation and maintenance person before may be an erroneous operation, and the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 may not re-evaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person, that is, allow the third operation and maintenance person to fully perform various operation and maintenance operations on the station-side equipment according to its own experience. If not, the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 needs to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance personnel.
Further, for a specific process of the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 re-evaluating the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person, the specific process may include: the mobile operation and maintenanceaudit management terminal 130 determines a normal operation and maintenance operation corresponding to an abnormal operation and maintenance operation which is an unfeasible operation and maintenance operation and is initiated by a third operation and maintenance person, and generates a corresponding operation and maintenance operation test according to the corresponding normal operation and maintenance operation to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person.
In this embodiment, when determining to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person, the mobile operation andmaintenance audit manager 130 may refer to the reevaluation method of the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance person in the above embodiment to perform the reevaluation of the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person, and thus may also transfer the reevaluation of the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person to the actual operation and maintenance work order, complete the reevaluation of the operation and maintenance qualification while ensuring that the operation and maintenance work order is successfully operated and maintained as much as possible, and take into account the efficiency of the operation and maintenance qualification evaluation and the efficiency of the operation and maintenance work order processing.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the above-described flowcharts are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the above flowcharts may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the steps or stages is not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, an abnormal operation and maintenance operation processing apparatus based on a station-side operation and maintenance auditing system is provided, where the apparatus 400 may be applied to a mobile operation and maintenance auditing manager, and specifically includes:

ananomaly identification module 402, configured to identify an abnormal operation and maintenance operation in the multiple pieces of historical operation and maintenance log information based on a pre-stored abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rule, and obtain an operation and maintenance result corresponding to each abnormal operation and maintenance operation from the multiple pieces of historical operation and maintenance log information;
ananomaly determination module 403, configured to determine whether the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is a feasible operation and maintenance operation according to the operation and maintenance result;
arule updating module 404, configured to update the abnormal operation and maintenance operation determination rule by using the abnormal operation and maintenance operation if the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is the feasible operation and maintenance operation, so that the updated abnormal operation and maintenance operation determination rule identifies that the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belongs to the normal operation and maintenance operation.
In one embodiment, the apparatus 400 may further include: the re-evaluation module is used for counting the operation and maintenance personnel who cause the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the non-feasible operation and maintenance operation within the preset historical time period based on the various historical operation and maintenance log information to obtain abnormal operation and maintenance personnel statistical information if the abnormal operation and maintenance operation is the non-feasible operation and maintenance operation; and judging whether to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the operation and maintenance personnel causing the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation according to the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance personnel.
In an embodiment, the re-evaluation module is configured to determine a normal operation and maintenance operation corresponding to the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation and initiated by the first operation and maintenance person if the statistical information of the abnormal operation and maintenance person indicates that the initiation times of the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation by the first operation and maintenance person are greater than or equal to a preset initiation time threshold, and generate an operation and maintenance operation test according to the corresponding normal operation and maintenance operation; and re-evaluating the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance personnel based on the operation and maintenance operation test.
In one embodiment, the reevaluation module is used for generating a corresponding operation and maintenance work order when receiving a work ticket pushed by the work ticket system; judging whether the operation and maintenance work order is matched with the operation and maintenance operation test; if so, the operation and maintenance work order is sent to a mobile operation and maintenance auditing device end of the first operation and maintenance worker, so that the first operation and maintenance worker can execute the operation and maintenance task corresponding to the operation and maintenance work order under the supervision of a second operation and maintenance worker through the mobile operation and maintenance auditing device end and the safety UKEY; the second operation and maintenance personnel are the operation and maintenance personnel executing the corresponding normal operation and maintenance operation; receiving current operation and maintenance log information fed back by the mobile operation and maintenance auditing device end, and acquiring a current operation and maintenance result from the current operation and maintenance log information; receiving an operation and maintenance supervision result fed back by an operation and maintenance supervision end; the operation and maintenance supervision terminal is a terminal used by the second operation and maintenance personnel when supervising the first operation and maintenance personnel to execute the operation and maintenance task; and evaluating the operation and maintenance qualification of the first operation and maintenance personnel based on the current operation and maintenance result and the operation and maintenance supervision result.
In an embodiment, the re-evaluation module is configured to determine that the first operation and maintenance person has the operation and maintenance qualification for the operation and maintenance task again if the current operation and maintenance result is that the operation and maintenance is successful and the operation and maintenance supervision result is that the operation and maintenance operation is error-free.
In an embodiment, the reevaluation module is further configured to, if the statistics information of the abnormal operation and maintenance staff indicates that the times of initiating the abnormal operation and maintenance operation belonging to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation by a third operation and maintenance staff are all smaller than the preset initiating time threshold, perform abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection on the third operation and maintenance staff in at least one subsequent execution of the operation and maintenance task, and obtain at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection result; judging whether the at least one abnormal operation and maintenance operation detection result represents that the operation and maintenance operations performed by the third operation and maintenance personnel in the at least one subsequent operation and maintenance task belong to normal operation and maintenance operations; if so, determining not to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance personnel; and if not, determining to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance personnel.
In an embodiment, the reevaluation module is configured to determine a normal operation and maintenance operation corresponding to an abnormal operation and maintenance operation that is initiated by the third operation and maintenance person and belongs to the infeasible operation and maintenance operation, and generate a corresponding operation and maintenance operation test according to the corresponding normal operation and maintenance operation to reevaluate the operation and maintenance qualification of the third operation and maintenance person.
For specific limitations of the abnormal operation and maintenance operation processing device based on the station-side operation and maintenance auditing system, reference may be made to the above limitations of the abnormal operation and maintenance operation processing method based on the station-side operation and maintenance auditing system, which are not described herein again. All or part of each module in the abnormal operation and maintenance operation processing device based on the station-side operation and maintenance auditing system can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer equipment is used for storing historical operation and maintenance log information, abnormal operation and maintenance operation judgment rules, abnormal operation and maintenance operations, operation and maintenance results and other data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to realize an abnormal operation and maintenance operation processing method based on the station-side operation and maintenance auditing system.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
All possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments may not be described for the sake of brevity, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
