The invention relates to tobacco processing machinery, in particular to a filter tip cutting device.
Background
In the typical filter cigarette production process at present, the filter is one of the indispensable raw materials. Typically, filters are constructed from cellulose acetate, fiber webs, and other raw materials. In the production process of filter-tipped cigarettes, a double-length filter tip must be placed in the middle, white cigarettes are spliced on two sides of the filter tip, and tipping paper is wrapped on the periphery of the filter tip and the white cigarettes to form the double-length filter-tipped cigarettes. Due to production efficiency and process requirements, the original filter length provided upstream is typically four or six times that of a single filter. Four or six times the length of the filter must be cut before the white cigarette is spliced, and the filter is cut into the double length filter required in the above process by using a cutting device. This slitting process is referred to as "four slitting" or "six slitting" of the filter.
When the filter tip is cut four times or six times, its cutting device has great difference to adapt to the needs of different brands, different specifications. Usually, when four-part cutting is carried out, only one cutter is needed for the cutting device. When six-slitting is performed, two cutters are generally needed. When cigarette manufacturers change cigarettes of different brands and different specifications (mainly relating to filter length specifications), the corresponding cutting devices must be replaced.
At present, cigarette making machines which are mainstream in the market select a four-slitting or six-slitting mode according to the length specification of a filter tip when filter tip cigarettes are produced. Four-slitting is the basic way. The main structure of the utility model comprises a cutter, a fixed bracket and a driving part. According to different configurations, some cutter devices are also provided with a knife grinder, a cutter safety protection cover and the like. Six are the extension of four cutting, are about to two four cutting devices, according to certain spatial position, the overall arrangement is near the filter tip cutting wheel. And the two four-slitting devices are staggered in a certain spatial distance in the axis direction. Although six cuts are the repetition of four cuts, when cigarette filter length specification changes, when needing to change between four cuts, six cuts, then need the dismouting and the adjustment of a considerable part, waste time and energy.
When the cigarette specification changes, especially when filter length changes greatly, the existing filter cigarette production equipment needs to adjust or replace corresponding filter cutting equipment, adopts a four-cutting or six-cutting mode to cut, and finally cuts the filter with the length four times or six times into the double-length filter required by the process.
The filter tip cutting device of the existing mainstream equipment needs to carry out a large amount of manual work when the cutting mode is changed. The blade of the cutting device is connected with the driving part through the mounting and fixing bracket of the blade. And the blade and the driving part are respectively arranged at two sides of the host wallboard, and the driving part is arranged in the driving box body of the host. When the cutting device is replaced and installed, the whole machine is required to be shut down for safety, the main machine driving box body is disassembled, and the filter tip cutting device is installed.
Even if the length of the filter tip changes slightly, the main machine must be stopped to adjust the filter tip cutting device. Due to the structure of the existing cutting device, the adjustment becomes complicated and time-consuming, and is not beneficial to improving the production efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a filter tip cutting device which is simple and compact in structure, convenient in part disassembly, assembly, replacement and adjustment and capable of meeting the cutting requirements of filter tips with different specifications and lengths.
In order to solve the technical problem, the filter tip cutting device provided by the invention comprises ablade 1, a frontpressing block 3, a rearpressing block 4, aspecification block 5, adriving locking block 6 and amotor 8;
theblade 1 is fixedly assembled between the front pressingblock 3 and the rearpressing block 4;
the rearpressing block 4 is fixedly assembled on thespecification block 5;
thespecification block 5 is fixedly assembled to an output shaft of themotor 8 through thedriving locking block 6;
the axis of rotation of theblade 1 is the same as the axis of the output shaft of themotor 8.
Preferably, only oneblade 1 is fixedly assembled between the front pressingblock 3 and the rearpressing block 4.
Preferably, the filter tip cutting device further comprises aspacer block 2;
thespacing block 2 is clamped between twoblades 1;
the twoblades 1 and thespacing block 2 are fixedly assembled between the frontpressing block 3 and the rearpressing block 4.
Preferably, the rearpressing block 4 is fixed on thegauge block 5 by a screw.
Preferably, the drivinglocking block 6 is circular;
thespecification blocks 5 are circular rings.
Preferably, themotor 8, thespecification block 5, theblade 1, the front pressing block and the rearpressing block 4 are all arranged inside theshell 7.
Preferably, the front end face of thehousing 7 is provided with an opening, the opening of the front end face of thehousing 7 is sealed by afront end cover 14, and themotor 8, thespecification block 5, theblade 1, the front pressing block and the rearpressing block 4 are sealed inside thehousing 7.
Preferably, thehousing 7 is fixed to thebase 9;
a horizontal upper guide rail and a horizontallower guide rail 10 are fixedly arranged on the front side of thewall plate 12;
the upper side of the horizontal upper guide rail and the lower side of the horizontal lower guide rail are respectively provided with aroller 11;
thebase 9 is assembled on awall plate 12 in cooperation with the horizontal upper guide rail and the horizontallower guide rail 10;
when thewrench 13 is wrenched to the locking position, theroller 11 is pressed against the corresponding guide rail to prohibit thebase 9 from moving left and right along the guide rail;
when thewrench 13 is wrenched to the release position, therollers 11 are away from the corresponding guide rails to allow thebase 9 to move left and right along the guide rails.
Preferably, tworollers 11 are respectively arranged on the upper side of the horizontal upper guide rail and the lower side of the horizontal lower guide rail;
thehousing 7 is rearward and passes through the inside of thebase 9.
Preferably, thewall plate 12 is also provided with acleaning tube 16;
a negative pressure channel from the front to the rear end is formed in the inner cavity of theshell 7;
one end of thecleaning pipe 16 is used for communicating with a negative pressure channel at the rear end of the inner cavity of theshell 7, and the other end of the cleaning pipe is used for being connected to a negative pressure device of a host machine.
Preferably, thehousing 7 is provided with cleaning spring pieces respectively attached to two sides of theblade 1.
According to the filter tip cutting device, the output shaft of themotor 8 is directly connected with the cutter part, the driving of the motor adopts a direct drive motor, and the direct drive motor is different from the traditional gear or belt driving mode and the motor and blade rotation eccentric axis, and the axis of theblade 1 is the same as that of themotor 8, so that the integral assembly and disassembly of the driving part and the cutter part can be realized, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient; meanwhile, two cutting modes of four-slitting and six-slitting can be realized by using one motor, when the four-slitting and six-slitting are replaced, different cutting modes can be replaced quickly only by detaching thecorresponding blades 1 and thespacing blocks 2, so that the mounting space is greatly saved, and the time and the cost are also saved; when carrying out four times and cutting, six cut these two kinds of different cutting methods and change, perhaps when filter length specification changes, only need to change a small amount of parts such assuitable specification piece 5,spacer block 2, need not change the motor, alright make 1 alignment long filter of blade cut, the accurate cutting of the different specification length filter of realization that can be convenient. This filter tip cutting device, simple structure is compact, and the part dismouting, change, adjustment are convenient, can adapt to the filter tip cutting demand of different specification length.

The technical solutions in the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the filter tip cutting device includes ablade 1, a frontpressing block 3, a rearpressing block 4, aspecification block 5, adriving locking block 6 and amotor 8;
theblade 1 is fixedly assembled between the frontpressing block 3 and the rearpressing block 4;
the rearpressing block 4 is fixedly assembled on thespecification block 5;
thespecification block 5 is fixedly assembled to an output shaft of themotor 8 through thedriving locking block 6;
the axis of rotation of theblade 1 is the same as the axis of the output shaft of themotor 8.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, only oneblade 1 is fixedly assembled between the frontpressing block 3 and the rearpressing block 4, so that the filter can be cut in four directions, and theblade 1 can be cut in the center of the four-long filter only by adopting aproper specification block 5 according to the specification length of the filter.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the filter tip cutting device further comprises aspacer block 2; thespacing block 2 is clamped between twoblades 1; the twoblades 1 and thespacing block 2 are fixedly assembled between the frontpressing block 3 and the rearpressing block 4. The filter tip cutting device can perform six-cutting on the filter tip, and when the specification of the filter tip changes in a small range, only thespacing block 2 needs to be replaced to adapt to the specification and length of the filter tip; if the filter length variation range is too large and exceeds the adjustment range of thespacing block 2, thespecification block 5 is also replaced to adapt to the specification of longer filters.
Preferably, the rearpressing block 4 is fixed on thegauge block 5 by a screw.
Preferably, thedriving locking block 6 is circular.

Preferably, the front end face of thehousing 7 is provided with an opening, the opening of the front end face of thehousing 7 is sealed by afront end cover 14, and themotor 8, thespecification block 5, theblade 1, the front pressing block and the rearpressing block 4 are sealed inside thehousing 7.

According to the filter cutting device of the second embodiment, thehousing 7 is fixed on thebase 9;
a horizontal upper guide rail and a horizontallower guide rail 10 are fixedly arranged on the front side of thewall plate 12;
the upper side of the horizontal upper guide rail and the lower side of the horizontal lower guide rail are respectively provided with aroller 11;
thebase 9 is assembled on awall plate 12 in cooperation with the horizontal upper guide rail and the horizontallower guide rail 10;
when thewrench 13 is wrenched to the locking position, theroller 11 is pressed against the corresponding guide rail to prohibit thebase 9 from moving left and right along the guide rail;
when thewrench 13 is wrenched to the release position, therollers 11 are away from the corresponding guide rails to allow thebase 9 to move left and right along the guide rails.
Preferably, tworollers 11 are respectively disposed on the upper side of the horizontal upper guide rail and the lower side of the horizontal lower guide rail.
Preferably, thehousing 7 is rearward and passes through the interior of thebase 9.
The filter cutting device of the third embodiment is integrally installed on thewall plate 12, thebase 9 can be locked or released from thewall plate 12 by pulling thewrench 13, thebase 9 can drive the shell installed on the base and the parts such as theblade 1, themotor 8 and the like in the shell to move together, thebase 9 can drive theblade 1, themotor 8 and the other parts to integrally move to be separated from the guide rail to realize the quick replacement of the cutter assembly, and the distance between the blade and thewall plate 12 in the axial direction can be adjusted by adoptingspecification blocks 5 with different specifications.
Example four
According to the filter cutting device of the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, thewall plate 12 is further provided with a cleaningpipe 16;
a negative pressure channel from the front to the rear end is formed in the inner cavity of theshell 7;
one end of the cleaningpipe 16 is used for communicating with a negative pressure channel at the rear end of the inner cavity of theshell 7, and the other end of the cleaning pipe is used for being connected to a negative pressure device of a host machine.
Preferably, thehousing 7 is provided with cleaning spring pieces respectively attached to two sides of theblade 1.
When themotor 8 operates to drive theblade 1 to rotate, the cleaning elastic sheet scrapes off the fiber filaments adhered to theblade 1, and the fiber filaments, together with chips and dust generated by cutting, are collected to a main machine negative pressure device through a negative pressure channel in the inner cavity of the shell and the cleaningpipe 16, so that theblade 1 and the surrounding environment are cleaned.
