Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific examples, which are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention as claimed.
A method, an apparatus, and a computer device for determining an amount of released cooling according to an embodiment of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for determining an amount of released cooling according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the steps of:
and S1, acquiring the unit time cold release amount of the cold storage box.
The unit time cold release amount is the unit time cold release amount per degree centigrade, and can be an empirical value obtained by measuring, testing and calculating for many times.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the experiment for obtaining the cold releasing amount per unit time of the cold storage box may include the following steps:
and S21, acquiring the total latent heat of the cold accumulation equipment in the cold accumulation box.
Wherein, the total latent heat is the cold energy which can be stored by the cold storage material of the cold storage device.
And S22, recording the cold release time required by the cold storage equipment to completely release the cold.
And S23, determining the cold releasing amount in unit time according to the total latent heat, the cold releasing time and the average temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the cold storage box.
The average temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the cold storage box is the average temperature difference measured in the experiment. The amount of cold released per unit time can be calculated by formula one.
The formula I is as follows: cold release quantity per unit time (total latent heat quantity/long time of cold release/average temperature difference inside and outside cold storage box)
To improve accuracy, the average value can be found through multiple experiments.
And S2, acquiring the initial time and the current time of cold charging of the cold storage box.
In this embodiment, the timer may be used to record the initial time and the current time when the cold storage box is cold charged. It should be understood that S1 and S2 only indicate the sequence numbers of the steps, and do not limit the actual execution order. S2 may also be performed first with S1.
And S3, acquiring the temperature difference coefficient of the cold storage box.
Since the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the regenerator may change during the cooling process, the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the regenerator at a certain time may be measured and then adjusted by using the temperature difference coefficient, thereby improving the accuracy.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the obtaining of the temperature difference coefficient of the cold storage tank may include the following steps:
and S31, acquiring the average temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the cold storage box.
Thermometers are respectively arranged inside and outside the cold storage box. The thermometer arranged in the cold storage box is used for detecting the internal temperature of the cold storage box, and the thermometer arranged outside the cold storage box is used for detecting the external temperature of the cold storage box. One or more thermometers may be provided. When a plurality of thermometers are provided, the internal temperature or the external temperature of the cold storage tank is an average value of the plurality of thermometers. The position where the thermometer is disposed is not limited.
And S32, acquiring the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the cold storage box at the current moment.
And S33, determining a temperature difference coefficient according to the average temperature difference value and the current time temperature difference value.
Specifically, the temperature difference coefficient can be obtained by calculating the formula two.
The formula II is as follows: temperature difference coefficient is equal to the current time temperature difference/average temperature difference
And S4, determining the released cold quantity corresponding to the cold storage box at the current time according to the unit time cold release quantity, the initial time, the current time and the temperature difference coefficient.
Specifically, the released cold quantity corresponding to the current moment can be obtained through calculation based on the formula III.
The formula III is as follows: the temperature difference coefficient of the cold release quantity in unit time (current time-initial time) corresponding to the current time
According to the method for determining the released cold amount, the cold amount released in the cold storage box in unit time is obtained, the initial time and the current time of cold charging of the cold storage box are obtained, the temperature difference coefficient of the cold storage box is obtained, and the released cold amount corresponding to the cold storage box at the current time is determined according to the cold amount released in unit time, the initial time, the current time and the temperature difference coefficient, so that the quantity of cold released in the cold storage box can be accurately calculated, the cold amount of the cold storage box is accurately quantized, the cold amount of the cold storage box is intelligently managed, and the heat preservation effect of goods is guaranteed.
