With the social progress and development, the life style of people is deeply changed, private vehicles of urban traffic are increased day by day, the number of parking lots is increased day by day, the service of charging the parking lots by people is also improved day by day, the manual charging of the traditional parking lots is high in management cost and low in efficiency, the vehicle information is not monitored strictly, a sheltering place is easily provided for illegal vehicles, the requirement of qualified vehicles on the parking lots for the parking lots is met, the embodiment of the invention provides a system and a method for intelligent charging based on parking equipment and personnel, the system adopts a security system for intelligently identifying the vehicles and conducting security authentication on the vehicles by a parallel network, the vehicle information is transparentized under a complete monitoring system, the parking of the illegal vehicles is struck, and the parking lot payment system adopts advanced face payment, code scanning payment and traditional payment, the vehicle information safety is ensured in a mode of combining an intelligent system and personnel.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a system based on intelligent charging by combining parking equipment and personnel, which comprises: the system comprises an identification module, an access module, a voice control module, a charging module, a video module and a data processing module;
the identification module is used for identifying vehicle and customer information data, analyzing and processing the vehicle and customer information to obtain key data, and sending the acquired data to the access module and the data processing module;
the identification module comprises a license plate identification unit, a face identification unit, a fingerprint identification unit and a first input/output unit, wherein the license plate identification unit is used for automatically identifying the license plate of a vehicle, the face identification unit is used for automatically identifying a face, the fingerprint identification unit is used for identifying the finger fingerprint of a person, and the first input/output unit is used for sending acquired data to the access module;
the access module is used for accessing vehicle and customer information data, recording the time of vehicle entering and leaving, providing corresponding related images, and using the recorded various information as a vehicle management database;
the access module comprises a license plate entry unit, an image entry unit, a fingerprint entry unit and a second input/output unit, wherein the license plate entry unit is used for recording license plate information of a vehicle, the image entry unit is used for recording appearance information of the vehicle and a customer, the fingerprint entry unit is used for recording finger fingerprint information of the customer, and the second input/output unit receives data collected by the identification module;
the voice control module is used for carrying out voice prompt on the arrival, the departure and the vehicle lifting of the customer and assisting the customer in carrying out a series of operations;
the voice control module comprises a voice broadcasting unit, a voice reminding unit, a voice recognition unit and a third input/output unit, wherein the voice broadcasting unit is used for paging vehicle information in a parking lot or seeking help for people, the voice reminding unit is used for reminding a client of voice prompt of getting on and off the parking lot, the voice recognition unit is used for recognizing voice demands of the user, and the third input/output unit receives data collected by the charging module;
the data processing module is used for verifying whether the vehicle is legal or not, analyzing the data to calculate the due parking fee of vehicle access, and sending the analyzed data to the charging module and the video module;
the data processing module comprises a networking verification unit, a cost calculation unit, a parking space calculation unit and a fourth input/output unit, the networking verification unit is used for verifying whether vehicle information is legal or not, the cost calculation unit is used for calculating the parking cost due to vehicle coming in and going out, the parking space calculation unit is used for counting parking space information of a parking lot, and the fourth input/output unit sends analysis data to the charging module and the video module;
furthermore, the charging module comprises a cash payment unit, a code scanning payment unit, a face swiping payment unit and a card swiping payment unit, wherein the cash payment unit is used for cash payment, the code scanning payment unit is used for two-dimensional code payment, the face swiping payment unit is used for face recognition payment, and the card swiping payment unit is used for I C card payment;
furthermore, the video module comprises a display unit, a monitoring unit and an image unit, the display unit is used for displaying information of parking spaces of the parking lot and license plate numbers of vehicles, the monitoring unit is used for monitoring information of the parking spaces and information of the vehicles entering and leaving the parking lot, and the image unit is used for capturing picture information of the customers entering and leaving the parking lot and sending the picture information to the access module.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for intelligent charging based on a combination of parking equipment and personnel, including the following steps:
s1, parking space statistics and display, wherein the monitoring unit collects parking space information in a parking lot, sends the collected data to the parking space calculation unit for analysis and processing, sends the processed key data to the display unit, and the display unit converts the key data into characters to be displayed on a display screen;
s2, checking that a vehicle enters a station, detecting the vehicle entering information by a monitoring unit, sending the image data of the collected vehicle to a license plate recognition unit by an image unit, sending the key data of the license plate number obtained by the analysis of the license plate recognition unit to a networking verification unit, obtaining data by the networking verification unit to verify whether the vehicle is legal or not, sending the image data of the collected face or fingerprint of a client to a face recognition unit and a fingerprint recognition unit by the image unit, and sending the key data of the client obtained by the analysis of the face recognition unit and the fingerprint recognition unit to an access module for information input;
s3, the vehicle enters the station, the key data obtained by analysis of the recognition module is sent to the access module for data entry, the image unit takes a snapshot of the vehicle entering the station, the networking verification unit verifies that the key data is qualified, the voice reminding unit carries out voice notification on the vehicle that the vehicle can enter the station, the vehicle does not enter the station after the barrier gate is opened for 10 seconds, and the barrier gate automatically descends the rod;
s4, when the vehicle leaves the station, the monitoring unit detects that the vehicle leaves the station, the data obtained by the information are sent to the display unit, the image unit sends the image data of the collected vehicle to the license plate recognition unit, the key data of the license plate number obtained by the analysis of the license plate recognition unit are sent to the display unit and the charge calculation unit, the charge calculation unit analyzes the data obtained by the analysis of the charge to be paid of the vehicle and sends the data to the charge collection module, the charge collection module sends the data to the voice reminding unit after the vehicle is successfully paid, and the voice reminding unit carries out voice notification on the vehicle that the vehicle can leave the station and opens the barrier gate to ensure.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that at least:
the access module of the system collects information of vehicles and customers to establish an independent database, an analysis report is generated according to requirements, preferential charging service is improved for managing special customers, database support is provided for legal vehicle information, the video module and the identification module of the system can intelligently identify and monitor the vehicles, safety verification is improved for the vehicles through the data processing module, vehicle information transparency of a parking lot is ensured, stopping of illegal vehicles is struck, the voice control module of the system can provide high-quality voice service for vehicle service, and operation of each step of the customer is prompted.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a system for intelligent charging based on a combination of parking equipment and people, including: the system comprises an identification module 1, an access module 2, a voice control module 3, a charging module 4, a video module 5 and a data processing module 6;
the system comprises an identification module 1, a license plate identification unit 101, a face identification unit 102, a fingerprint identification unit 103 and a first input/output unit 104, wherein the identification module 1 is used for identifying vehicle and customer information data and analyzing and processing the vehicle and customer information to obtain key data, the license plate identification unit 101 is used for automatically identifying the license plate number of the vehicle, the face identification unit 102 is used for automatically identifying face characteristics, the fingerprint identification unit 103 is used for automatically identifying finger fingerprints of people, and the first input/output unit 104 is used for sending the key data to an access module 2 and a data processing module 6;
specifically, when a user vehicle enters a system image scanning area, a license plate recognition unit 101 automatically recognizes the license plate number of the vehicle and inputs the license plate number into an access module 2, a face recognition unit 102 collects the face characteristics of a special client and inputs the face characteristics into the access module 2, and a fingerprint recognition unit 103 collects the fingerprint characteristics of the special client as another type and inputs the fingerprint characteristics into the access module 2;

The system comprises a voice control module 3, a voice broadcasting unit 301, a voice reminding unit 302, a voice recognition unit 303 and a third input/output unit 304, wherein the voice control module 3 is used for carrying out voice prompt on the arrival, departure and lifting of a customer and assisting the customer in carrying out a series of operations, the voice broadcasting unit 301 is used for paging vehicle information or seeking help of personnel in a parking lot, the voice reminding unit 302 is used for reminding the customer of the voice prompt of the arrival and departure, the voice recognition unit 303 is used for recognizing the voice demand of the user, and the third input/output unit 304 is used for receiving data;
specifically, the voice broadcasting unit 301 provides appeal for finding a client, losing an item, and alarming for help for the client, and the voice reminding unit 302 can perform voice reminding for the client in and out of a station or failure in payment.
The system comprises a data processing module 6, a networking verification unit 601, a cost calculation unit 602, a parking space calculation unit 603 and a fourth input/output unit 604, wherein the data processing module is used for analyzing and verifying whether vehicle information is legal and analyzing and calculating due parking cost of vehicle access, the networking verification unit is used for verifying whether the vehicle information is legal, the cost calculation unit 602 is used for calculating due parking cost of vehicle access, the parking space calculation unit 603 is used for counting parking space information of a parking lot, and the fourth input/output unit 604 sends the analyzed and processed data to a charging module 4 and a video;
specifically, the networked verification unit 601 compares information data of a vehicle license plate and a vehicle image recorded with a vehicle safety system recorded in the state, the uniqueness of the vehicle identity is checked, the fee calculation unit 602 subtracts the vehicle entrance time from the vehicle departure time and multiplies the vehicle entrance time by the charging standard per hour to obtain the vehicle fee to be paid for parking the vehicle, the vehicle fee is counted when the parking time is less than half an hour and is not charged when the parking time is less than half an hour, the vehicle fee is calculated according to 1 hour when the parking time is less than half an hour, and the parking space calculation unit 603 counts the number of remaining parking places in the parking.
The cash payment unit 401 is used for cash payment, the code scanning payment unit 402 is used for two-dimensional code payment, the face swiping payment unit 403 is used for face recognition payment, and the card swiping payment unit 404 is used for I C card payment.
The display unit 501 is used for displaying information of parking spaces and license plates of vehicles in the parking lot, the monitoring unit 502 is used for monitoring information of parking spaces and vehicle access information in the parking lot, and the image unit 503 is used for capturing information of pictures of clients accessing the parking spaces.
Example two
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for intelligent charging based on combination of parking equipment and personnel, which comprises the following steps:
s1, parking space statistics and display, wherein the monitoring unit 502 collects parking space information in a parking lot, sends the data of the collected parking space information to the parking space calculation unit 603 for analysis and processing, the processed key data are sent to the display unit 501, and the display unit 501 converts the key data into characters to be displayed on a display screen;
s2, vehicle arrival inspection, wherein the monitoring unit 502 detects vehicle entering information, the image unit 503 sends the image data of the collected vehicle to the license plate recognition unit 101, the license plate recognition unit 101 analyzes the key data of the license plate number and sends the key data to the networking verification unit 601, the networking verification unit 601 analyzes and compares the national vehicle security database to verify whether the vehicle is legal, the image unit 503 sends the image data of the collected face or fingerprint of the customer to the face recognition unit 102 and the fingerprint recognition unit 103, and the face recognition unit 102 and the fingerprint recognition unit 103 analyze the key data of the customer and send the key data to the access module 2 for information entry;
s3, when a vehicle enters a station, the key data obtained by analysis of the license plate recognition unit 101 is sent to the license plate number entry unit 201 for data entry, the image unit 503 takes a snapshot of the vehicle entering the station, the networking verification unit 601 verifies that the key data is qualified, the voice reminding unit 302 carries out voice notification on the vehicle that the vehicle can enter the station, the vehicle does not enter the station after the barrier gate is opened for 10 seconds, and the barrier gate automatically descends the rod;
s4, when the vehicle leaves the station, the monitoring unit 502 detects that the vehicle leaves the station and obtains data to send to the display unit 501, the image unit 503 sends the image data of the collected vehicle to the license plate recognition unit, the license plate recognition unit 101 analyzes the key data of the license plate number to send to the display unit 501 and the charge calculation unit 602, the charge calculation unit 602 analyzes the data of the fee to be paid of the vehicle to send to the charging module 4, the charging module 4 sends the data to the voice reminding unit 302 after the vehicle is paid successfully, the voice reminding unit 302 can leave the station after the vehicle is subjected to voice notification, and the vehicle leaving station of the gateway is opened successfully.
