However, the existing paper diaper has a great defect in the manufacturing process, the waist sheet is formed by cutting the outer layer material and the inner layer material of the diaper, and the waist sheet, the outer layer material and the inner layer material are of an integrated structure; meanwhile, the adult paper diaper is generally large in size, a large amount of waste materials are generated by the mode of cutting the waist piece, the waste materials formed after cutting cannot be reused, a large amount of waste of the material of the paper diaper is caused, and meanwhile, the production cost is added, so that the existing paper diaper and the production process need to be improved, a new paper diaper and a method for forming the waist piece of the paper diaper are provided, and the requirement of saving the material is met.

A paper diaper manufacturing process comprises the following steps:
1) placing the absorber on the upper end of the outer layer non-woven fabric in a normal production mode;
2) meanwhile, cutting the waist non-woven fabric through cutting equipment to form a firstblocky structure body 7;
3) uniformly adhering the first block-shaped structure body 7 to two sides of the upper end of the outer non-woven fabric layer in sections;
4) covering and adhering the inner-layer non-woven fabric 1 on the upper end of the connection part of the firstblocky structure body 7 and the outer-layer non-woven fabric 2;
5) folding the first block-shapedstructural body 7 through a folding mechanism to form a second block-shapedstructural body 8;

7) and cutting the strip-shaped diaper material with the foldedwaist sheet 4 in a segmented manner to form independent individual diapers.
