In order to simplify the requirements of assembly, maintenance and pressure regulation, the reliability of the pressure regulating valve must be improved, the number of parts is reduced, and the operation is convenient, but the existing pressure regulating valve with single function, complex disassembly and assembly and inconvenient pressure regulation cannot meet the requirement.

from, the use pressure of the lubricating oil is reduced.
In conclusion, when the pressure regulating valve for the lubricating oil system of the high-power diesel engine is used, the pressure regulating valve is fixed outside the diesel engine, the connection of an oil inlet pipe and an oil return pipe is completed, lubricating oil passing through a filter enters the inner cavity of thedistribution block 1, the real-time lubricating oil pressure in the cavity of thedistribution block 1 is collected through the sampling point on the side surface, and data are transmitted to the centralized control system to judge the condition of the diesel engine; according to the transmitted lubricating oil pressure data, the thickness of the adjustinggasket 10 is changed, the design requirements of specific projects are met, and the safety of the diesel engine is ensured; after the thickness of the adjustingshim 10 is changed, thefirst plug screw 7 can be unscrewed to check whether theslide valve piston 2 can be opened and closed correctly when the lubricating oil is pre-pressurized; when the pressure of the lubricating oil in the cavity of thedistribution block 1 is greater than the adjusted set pressure, theslide valve piston 2 is opened, the lubricating oil is discharged, the pressure is released, and when the pressure of the lubricating oil in the cavity of thedistribution block 1 is less than the adjusted set pressure, the lubricating oil respectively lubricates corresponding part parts through the oil outlet I14 and the oil outlet II 15.
